Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the field of sample tube transmission, and in particular to a pneumatic sending device and a pneumatic sending method for a sample tube. Background Art

[0002] Sample tubes, such as blood collection tubes, body fluid tubes, etc., are relatively common test tubes for holding samples (such as blood samples, body fluid samples, etc.). The sample tube includes an elongated tube body and a tube cap, which is installed at one end of the tube body to close the opening of the tube body for connecting the test tube cavity, thereby preserving the sample in the test tube cavity of the sample tube. Usually, the diameter of the tube cap of the sample tube is larger than the diameter of the tube body, so as to allow the tube cap to be installed at the end of the tube body in a way that it is sleeved on the end of the tube body. The sample tube is usually used in medical institutions such as hospitals. For example, for hospitals, a large number of sample tubes are used in the laboratory of the hospital for testing samples provided by patients in the laboratory. [0064] With reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figures 1 to 10 A pneumatic sending device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is disclosed and described in the following description, wherein the pneumatic sending device is configured to send a sample tube 100, for example, the pneumatic sending device is configured to send the sample tube 100 from a storage location to a use location, so as to allow the sample tube 100 to be used at the use location. Specifically, the pneumatic sending device includes a transmission pipeline 10 and an adjustment mechanism 20, wherein the pneumatic sending device is configured to allow the sample tube 100 to be driven and sent along a sending path formed by the transmission pipeline 10 after the adjustment mechanism 20 adjusts the orientation of the sample tube 100.

[0065] Specifically, the transmission pipeline 10 has a transmitting end 11, a receiving end 12 corresponding to the transmitting end 11, and a transmission channel 13 extending between the transmitting end 11 and the receiving end 12, wherein the transmission pipeline 10 allows gas to flow from the transmitting end 11 to the receiving end 12 along the transmitting path formed by the transmission channel 13, wherein the adjustment mechanism 20 is disposed at the transmitting end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10. The sample tube 100, after being adjusted in direction by the adjustment mechanism 20, can be driven by gas to be transmitted from the transmitting end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the transmitting path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0066] For example, in an application example of the pneumatic sending device of the present invention, the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 is arranged at the storage place, and the receiving end 12 of the transmission pipe 10 is arranged at the use place, so that the sample tube 100 can be driven along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10 and sent from the storage place to the use place.

[0067] Preferably, the diameter of the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10 is slightly larger than the diameter of the sample tube 100, so that, on the one hand, the sample tube 100 can be driven by gas and sent along the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10, and on the other hand, the orientation of the sample tube 100 will not change during the process of the sample tube 100 being driven to be sent along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10.

[0068] It is worth mentioning that the material of the transmission pipe 10 is not limited in the pneumatic sending device of the present invention, for example, the transmission pipe 10 can be formed by blow molding of plastic material. In addition, if the distance between the storage place and the use place is short, the transmission pipe 10 can be a complete longer pipe body, and correspondingly, if the distance between the storage place and the use place is far, the transmission pipe 10 can be two or more shorter pipe bodies spliced together.

[0069] Furthermore, the adjustment mechanism 20 includes an adjustment element 21 having a retaining hole 211 that passes through opposite sides of the peripheral wall of the adjustment element 21 to allow two openings of the retaining hole 211 to be formed on opposite sides of the peripheral wall of the adjustment element 21 respectively.

[0070] The adjustment element 21 is disposed at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, wherein the adjustment element 21 has a receiving state and a sending state, and the adjustment element 21 is configured to be switchable between the receiving state and the sending state. When the adjustment element 21 is in the receiving state, a sample tube 100 can be allowed to enter the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21, and correspondingly, when the adjustment element 21 is in the sending state, the sample tube 100 can be allowed to enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 from the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21.

[0071] Preferably, the adjustment element 21 is rotatably disposed at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, so that when the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, the adjustment element 21 can switch between the receiving state and the sending state, that is, when the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, it can switch from the receiving state to the sending state, and can switch from the sending state to the receiving state. It can be understood that after the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to switch from the sending state to the receiving state, it can be maintained in the receiving state, and after the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to switch from the receiving state to the sending state, it can be maintained in the sending state.

[0072] More preferably, in the process that the adjusting element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10, the opening of the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10 formed at the sending end 11 can always correspond to the peripheral wall of the adjusting element 21, so that when only the adjusting element 21 is allowed to be driven to rotate, the opening of the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10 formed at the sending end 11 and the opening of the retaining through hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 formed on the peripheral wall of the adjusting element 21 correspond to each other, thereby making the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10 and the retaining through hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 connected to each other.

[0073] In the attached Figures 1 to 10 In this preferred example of the pneumatic sending device shown, the adjustment element 21 of the adjustment mechanism 20 is in the shape of a disk, having two opposite sides and a peripheral wall extending between the two opposite sides, wherein the retaining through hole 211 is arranged to pass through the opposite sides of the peripheral wall of the adjustment element 21 in a manner passing through the center position of the adjustment element 21, in this way, during the rotation of the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 where the adjustment element 21 is arranged, the distance between the transmission pipe 10 and the peripheral wall of the adjustment element 21 remains unchanged. Optionally, in some other examples of the pneumatic sending device of the present invention, the adjustment element 21 of the adjustment mechanism 20 may be in a flat shape with a triangular, quadrilateral, or pentagonal cross section.

[0074] Furthermore, the adjustment mechanism 20 includes a driving shaft 22, wherein the driving shaft 22 has a connecting end 221 and a driving end 222 corresponding to the connecting end 221, the connecting end 221 of the driving shaft 22 is connected to the side wall of the adjustment element 21, and when the driving end 222 of the driving shaft 22 is driven, the driving shaft 22 can drive the adjustment element 21 to rotate synchronously with the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0075] Preferably, the central axis of the drive shaft 22 coincides with the central axis of the adjustment element 21, so that when the drive shaft 22 is driven to rotate with the central axis of the drive shaft 22 as the rotation axis, the drive shaft 22 can drive the adjustment element 21 to rotate with the central axis of the adjustment element 21 as the rotation axis.

[0076] It is worth mentioning that the drive shaft 22 and the adjustment element 21 may be a split structure, and the connecting end 221 of the drive shaft 22 is mounted on the side wall of the adjustment element 21. Optionally, the drive end 222 and the adjustment element 21 may be an integrated structure, and the drive shaft 22 extends from the side wall of the adjustment element 21.

[0077] Furthermore, if Figures 1 to 3 The pneumatic sending device includes a motor 30, wherein the drive shaft 22 extends to the motor 30 and is drivably connected to the motor 30 to allow the motor 30 to drive the drive shaft 22 to rotate with the central axis of the drive shaft 22 as the rotation axis.

[0078] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 1 to 3 The pneumatic sending device includes a limiting mechanism 40, wherein the limiting mechanism 40 has a limiting space 41 and a first notch 42 connected to the limiting space 41. The opening of the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 formed at the sending end 11 corresponds to the first notch 42 of the limiting mechanism 40. The adjustment element 21 of the adjustment mechanism 20 is rotatably held in the limiting space 41 of the limiting mechanism 40 in a manner that the peripheral wall of the adjustment element 21 corresponds to the inner wall of the limiting mechanism 40 used to form the limiting space 41, so that the holding through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 can correspond to the first notch 42 of the limiting mechanism 40 or to the inner wall of the limiting mechanism 40 used to form the limiting space 41.

[0079] For example, in the process where the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 to switch from the receiving state to the sending state, the opening of the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 located on the lower side can correspond to the inner wall of the limiting mechanism 40 for forming the limiting space 41, so as to prevent the sample tube 100 from falling off from the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21, so that in the process where the adjustment mechanism 20 adjusts the orientation of the sample tube 100 by rotating the adjustment element 21, the sample tube 100 can be reliably retained in the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21, so that the adjustment element 21 adjusts the orientation of the sample tube 100 in a rotational manner.

[0080] Specifically, the limiting mechanism 40 includes a first limiting arm 43 and a second limiting arm 44, wherein the first limiting arm 43 has a concave first limiting surface 431, and the second limiting arm 44 has a concave second limiting surface 441, wherein the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting arm 44 are adjacently arranged in a face-to-face manner with the first limiting surface 431 and the second limiting surface 441, so as to form the limiting space 41 between the first limiting surface 431 of the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting surface 441 of the second limiting arm 44, and to form the first notch 42 between the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting arm 44. The opening of the retaining through hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 located at the lower side selectively corresponds to the first limiting surface 431 of the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting surface 441 of the second limiting arm 44. That is, the first limiting surface 431 of the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting surface 441 of the second limiting arm 44 form an inner wall of the limiting mechanism 40 for forming the limiting space 41 .

[0081] Further, the limiting mechanism 40 includes a retaining arm 45, wherein the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting arm 44 are respectively arranged on the retaining arm 45, so as to maintain the relative positions of the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting arm 44 by the retaining arm 45. It is worth mentioning that the first limiting arm 43, the second limiting arm 44 and the retaining arm 45 of the limiting mechanism 40 can be a split structure, so that the first limiting arm 43 and the second limiting arm 44 can be installed on the retaining arm 45. Optionally, the first limiting arm 43, the second limiting arm 44 and the retaining arm 45 can be an integrated structure.

[0082] Further, the limiting mechanism 40 has a second notch 46, wherein the second notch 46 is connected to the limiting space 41. Preferably, the first notch 42 and the second notch 46 of the limiting mechanism 40 are connected to the limiting space 41 at opposite sides of the limiting space 41, so that the first notch 42 and the second notch 46 correspond to each other. Figures 1 to 10 In this preferred example of the pneumatic sending device shown, the pneumatic sending device can send the sample tube 100 upward, so that the first notch 42 is located at the upper part of the limiting mechanism 40 to form an upper notch, and correspondingly, the second notch 46 is located at the lower part of the limiting mechanism 40 to form a lower notch.

[0083] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 1 to 3 The pneumatic sending device further includes a driving mechanism 50, wherein the driving mechanism 50 includes a driving rod 51, and the driving rod 51 has a driven end 511 and a free end 512 corresponding to the driven end 511, wherein the driving rod 51 is configured so that the free end 512 can extend to the retaining hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 through the second notch 46 of the limiting mechanism 40, so as to drive the sample tube 100 retained in the retaining hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 to enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0084] The driving mechanism 50 further comprises a driving portion 52, wherein the driven end 511 of the driving rod 51 is drivably connected to the driving portion 52, so as to allow the driving portion 52 to drive the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 to extend to the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21. Preferably, the driving rod 51 is configured to be further extended to the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10, so as to drive the sample tube 100 so that the sample tube 100 as a whole enters the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10.

[0085] It is worth mentioning that the specific type of the driving part 52 of the driving mechanism 50 is not limited in the pneumatic sending device of the present invention. For example, the driving part 52 can be a pneumatic driving part.

[0086] Furthermore, the retaining arm 45 of the limiting mechanism 40 has a mounting hole 451 , wherein the mounting hole 451 of the retaining arm 45 corresponds to the second notch 46 of the limiting mechanism 40 , and the driving part 52 of the driving mechanism 50 is installed in the mounting hole 451 of the retaining arm 45 .

[0087] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 1 to 3The pneumatic sending device further includes an air source mechanism 60, wherein the transmission pipeline 10 further has an air inlet 14, wherein the air inlet 14 is connected to the transmission channel 13 at the side wall of the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, the air source mechanism 60 is connected to the transmission pipeline 10, and the gas generated by the air source mechanism 60 can enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the air inlet 14 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0088] Specifically, the gas source mechanism 60 includes a gas generator 61 and a gas pipe 62, wherein one end of the gas pipe 62 is installed on the gas generator 61, and the other end of the gas pipe 62 is installed on the transmission pipeline 10 and connected to the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipeline 10, wherein the gas generated by the gas generator 61 can be transmitted to the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the gas pipe 62, so as to drive the sample tube 100 held in the transmission channel 13 at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0089] Preferably, the end face of the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 can be adjacent to the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipe 10, and the distance between the end face of the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 and the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 is greater than the distance between the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipe 10 and the sending end 11, so that the gas introduced into the transmission channel 13 from the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipe 10 can drive the sample tube 100 at the end face of the tube cap of the sample tube 100.

[0090] Preferably, in the attached Figures 1 to 3 In this specific example of the pneumatic sending device shown, the diameter size of the tube cap of the sample tube 100 is larger than the diameter size of the free end 512 of the driving rod 51, so as to allow the gas introduced into the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipeline 10 to act on the sample tube 100 from the end of the tube cap of the sample tube 10, so as to drive the sample tube 100 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0091] Optionally, the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 is provided with at least one notch 5121, so that after the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 contacts the cap of the sample tube 100, a gap can be formed between the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 and the cap of the sample tube 100, so that the gas introduced into the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipeline 100 can act on the sample tube 100 from the end of the cap of the sample tube 100, so as to drive the sample tube 100 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10, refer to the attached Fig.11 .

[0092] Optionally, the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 is provided with at least one air channel 5122, wherein after the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 contacts the tube cap of the sample tube 100, the air channel 5122 of the driving rod 512 can correspond to the tube cap of the sample tube 100, so that the gas introduced into the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the gas inlet 14 of the transmission pipeline 100 can be guided by the air channel 5122 from the end of the tube cap of the sample tube 100 to act on the sample tube 100, so as to drive the sample tube 100 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10, refer to the attached Fig.12 .

[0093] Continue to refer to the attached Figures 1 to 3 The pneumatic sending device further includes a material-incoming mechanism 70, wherein the material-incoming mechanism 70 is disposed adjacent to the adjusting element 21 of the adjusting mechanism 20, and when the adjusting element 21 is in the receiving state, the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 corresponds to the material-incoming mechanism 70, so as to allow the material-incoming mechanism 70 to guide the sample tube 100 into the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21.

[0094] Specifically, the material-incoming mechanism 70 includes two supporting wheels 71 and a track portion 72. The two supporting wheels 71 are arranged at intervals from each other, and the two ends of the track portion 72 are respectively mounted on each supporting wheel 71, so that each supporting wheel 71 supports the track portion 72 and the track portion 72 is annular. Preferably, at least one of the two supporting wheels 71 is a driving wheel for driving the track portion 72 to rotate. For example, the supporting wheel 71 of the two supporting wheels 71 close to the adjusting element 21 is a driving wheel, so that the track portion 72 can be driven to move toward the direction of the adjusting element 21, so that the sample tube 100 supported by the track portion 72 of the material-incoming mechanism 70 can be guided into the retaining through hole 211 of the adjusting element 21.

[0095] Preferably, the track portion 72 has a guide groove 721, wherein the guide groove 721 is formed along the extension direction of the track portion 72. The sample tube 100 can be held in the guide groove 721 of the track portion 72, so as to prevent the sample tube 100 from falling off the track portion 72 when the track portion 72 drives the sample tube 100 to move toward the holding through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21. Specifically, the track portion 72 can include two track elements 722, and the two track elements 722 are respectively mounted on both sides of each support wheel 71 in a mutually spaced and mutually symmetrical manner, so that the guide groove 721 is formed between the two track elements 722. The two track elements 722 can be driven by the support wheel 71 to rotate synchronously, so that the track portion 72 can drive the sample tube 100 supported on the surface of the track portion 72 to move toward the direction of the adjustment element 21.

[0096] When the adjustment element 21 is in the receiving state, the retaining hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 corresponds to the guide groove 721 of the track portion 72, so that as the track portion 72 rotates, the sample tube 100 carried on the surface of the track portion 72 can be guided into the retaining hole 211 of the adjustment element 21.

[0097] Preferably, the material incoming mechanism 70 further includes a pusher 73, wherein the pusher 73 is arranged adjacent to the track portion 72, and the moving direction of the pusher 73 is consistent with the extension direction of the track portion 72, so as to push the sample tube 100 retained on the track portion 72 into the retaining through-hole 211 of the adjusting element 21.

[0098] Figures 4 to 10 The process of the pneumatic sending device sending the sample tube 100 is shown.

[0099] Reference Figure 4 , the adjustment element 21 is in the receiving state so that the retaining hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 corresponds to the guide groove 721 of the track portion 72. As the track portion 72 rotates, the sample tube 100 carried by the track portion 72 can be guided into the retaining hole 211 of the adjustment element 21.

[0100] Reference Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the adjustment element 21 can be driven to switch from the receiving state to the sending state, at this time, the upper opening of the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 corresponds to the opening of the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10 formed at the sending end 11, so as to allow the tail of the sample tube 100 retained in the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 to face the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10, and the lower opening of the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 corresponds to the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 of the driving mechanism 50, so as to allow the tube cap of the sample tube 100 retained in the retaining through hole 211 of the adjustment element 21 to contact the free end 512 of the driving rod 51.

[0101] It is understandable that when the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, the orientation of the sample tube 100 can be adjusted. In other words, the rotation direction of the adjustment element 21 at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 can be selected according to the incoming state of the sample tube 100 at the incoming mechanism 70. Figure 5 and Figure 6 In this preferred example of the pneumatic sending device shown, if the incoming state of the sample tube 100 in the incoming mechanism 70 is that the tube cap of the sample tube 100 is facing the adjusting element 21, then the adjusting element 21 rotates counterclockwise at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 when being driven; correspondingly, if the incoming state of the sample tube 100 in the incoming mechanism 70 is that the tube tail of the sample tube 100 is facing the adjusting element 21, then the adjusting element 21 rotates clockwise at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 when being driven.

[0102] Reference Figure 7 and Figure 8The driving rod 51 of the driving mechanism 50 can be driven by the driving portion 52 to extend to the holding through hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 through the second notch 46 of the limiting mechanism 40, so as to drive the sample tube 100 held in the holding through hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 to enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10. Preferably, the free end 512 of the driving rod 51 extends to the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10, so as to drive all of the sample tubes 100 to enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipe 10.

[0103] Reference Fig. 9 and Fig.10 The gas generated by the gas generator 61 can be transmitted to the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 through the gas pipe 62, so as to drive the sample tube 100 held in the transmission channel 13 at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0104] It is understandable that after the sample tube 100 is sent, the driving rod 51 of the driving mechanism 50 can withdraw from the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 to allow the adjusting element 21 to be driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 .

[0105] Attached Figures 13 to 20 A pneumatic sending device according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the attached Figures 1 to 10 The pneumatic sending device shown is different in that Figures 13 to 20In the preferred example of the pneumatic sending device shown, the pneumatic sending device includes a limiting mechanism 40, wherein the limiting mechanism 40 has a limiting space 41 and a first notch 42 and a mounting hole 451 connected to the limiting space 41 on opposite sides of the limiting space 41. The opening of the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10 formed at the sending end 11 corresponds to the first notch 42 of the limiting mechanism 40. The adjusting element 21 of the adjusting mechanism 20 is rotatably retained in the limiting space 41 of the limiting mechanism 40 in a manner that the periphery of the adjusting element 21 and the inner wall of the limiting mechanism 40 for forming the limiting space 41 correspond to each other, so that when the adjusting element 21 is driven to rotate, the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 can correspond to the inner wall of the limiting mechanism 40 for forming the limiting space 41, and when the adjusting element 21 is in the sending state, the opening of the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 located on the upper side corresponds to the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10, and the opening of the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 located on the lower side corresponds to the mounting hole 451 of the limiting mechanism 40.

[0106] The pneumatic sending device includes an air source mechanism 60, wherein the air source mechanism 60 has an air outlet 63, wherein the air outlet 63 extends to and is installed on the mounting hole 451 of the limiting mechanism 40, so that the air outlet 63 of the air source mechanism 60 faces the limiting space 41 of the limiting mechanism 40, so that when the adjustment element 21 is switched to the sending state, the air outlet 63 of the air source mechanism 60 can be connected to the retaining perforation 211 of the adjustment element 21, so that the gas generated by the air source mechanism 60 can drive the sample tube 100 retained in the retaining perforation 211 of the adjustment element 21 to enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10, and drive the sample tube 100 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.

[0110] It is understandable that when the adjustment element 21 is driven to rotate at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10, the orientation of the sample tube 100 can be adjusted. In other words, the rotation direction of the adjustment element 21 at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 can be selected according to the incoming state of the sample tube 100 at the incoming mechanism 70. Fig.17 and Fig.18 In this preferred example of the pneumatic sending device shown, if the incoming state of the sample tube 100 in the incoming mechanism 70 is that the tube cap of the sample tube 100 is facing the adjusting element 21, then the adjusting element 21 rotates counterclockwise at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 when being driven; correspondingly, if the incoming state of the sample tube 100 in the incoming mechanism 70 is that the tube tail of the sample tube 100 is facing the adjusting element 21, then the adjusting element 21 rotates clockwise at the sending end 11 of the transmission pipe 10 when being driven.

[0111] Reference Fig.19 and Fig. 20 The gas generated by the gas source mechanism 60 can directly enter the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 through the gas outlet 63, so as to drive the sample tube 100 retained in the retaining hole 211 of the adjusting element 21 to enter the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10, and drive the sample tube 100 to be sent from the sending end 11 of the transmission pipeline 10 to the receiving end 12 along the sending path formed by the transmission channel 13 of the transmission pipeline 10.
