[0006] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 5621765 Summary of the invention
[0007] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0008] According to the above configuration, since two flexible printed circuit boards are required, the number of components increases and the manufacturing cost increases.
[0009] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 50 of Patent Document 1, when a wide flexible printed circuit board is used to detect the voltages of the first terminal column and the second terminal column, as shown in Patent Document 1 Figure 1 As shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 1 , wasted space without circuits is generated on the flexible printed circuit board. The reason is that the number of circuits connected to the electrode terminals gradually decreases in the long side direction of the flexible printed circuit board. The wasted space generated on the flexible printed circuit board also leads to an increase in manufacturing costs.
[0010] The technology disclosed in this specification has been completed based on the above situation, and its purpose is to provide a technology related to a wiring module with reduced manufacturing cost.
[0011] Means for solving problems
[0012] The technology disclosed in this specification is a flexible printed circuit board, which includes: a base end portion; two band portions, which extend from the base end portion along a first direction; and a conductive circuit, which is arranged across the base end portion and each of the two band portions, and the portion arranged on the two band portions is provided with a band side connecting portion electrically connected to the electrode terminal of the storage element, and at least one of the two band portions is provided with a deformation portion that deforms in a second direction intersecting the first direction in a manner that increases the interval between the band portion on one side and the band portion on the other side.
[0013] In addition, the technology disclosed in this specification is a wiring module, which comprises: the above-mentioned flexible printed circuit board; and a plurality of conductive components, which are connected to the electrode terminals of a plurality of storage elements having electrode terminals and are connected to the belt side connection portion, and the plurality of conductive components are arranged at intervals along the first direction and connected to the belt side connection portion of the two belt portions provided on the flexible printed circuit board.
[0014] According to the above configuration, since the wiring module can be formed by one flexible printed circuit board, the number of components can be reduced. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0015] Furthermore, since a conductive circuit is formed across the base end portion and the two strip portions extending from the base end portion, there is no need to provide a wasted space where no conductive circuit is formed in the region between the two strip portions, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
[0016] In addition, according to the above configuration, the interval between the one belt portion and the other belt portion can be appropriately changed by changing the degree of deformation of the deformation portion. Thus, even when the intervals between the electrode terminals are different, it is possible to easily cope with the problem using a flexible substrate of one shape by changing the degree of deformation of the deformation portion. As a result, compared with the case where a flexible printed circuit board is independently formed according to the intervals between the electrode terminals, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0017] The following aspects are preferable as embodiments of the technology disclosed in this specification.
[0018] A proximal end side connection portion connected to a connector is provided in a portion of the conductive circuit provided at the proximal end portion.
[0019] According to the above configuration, compared with a case where connectors are provided on two belt portions respectively, the number of components can be reduced, and thus the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0020] By bending the deformed portion, the distance between the one belt portion and the other belt portion increases.
[0021] According to the above configuration, the interval between the two belt portions can be increased by a simple method of bending the deformable portion, and thus an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0022] A recessed portion is formed in at least one side edge of the one belt portion provided with the deformed portion, and the deformed portion is bent in the recessed portion.
[0023] According to the above configuration, when the deformed portion is bent, the operator can easily bend the belt portion, so that the efficiency of the deformed portion can be improved.
[0024] The one belt portion provided with the deformable portion is provided with at least one slit formed along the first direction, and the at least one slit is deformed to expand, thereby increasing the distance between the one belt portion and the other belt portion.
[0025] According to the above configuration, the interval between the two belt portions can be increased by a simple method of deforming the belt portion so as to expand the slit, and thus an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0026] A through hole having a diameter larger than a width dimension of the slit is formed at an end portion of the slit.
[0027] According to the above configuration, the slit can be easily deformed through the through hole, so the efficiency of the work of expanding and deforming the deformable portion can be improved.

[0044] <Implementation method 1>
[0045] Reference Figures 1 to 10 , an embodiment 1 in which the technology disclosed in this specification is applied to a wiring module 11 installed on a plurality of storage elements 10 is described. The storage module 12 in which the wiring module 11 is installed on a plurality of storage elements 10 is mounted on a vehicle (not shown) such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle and serves as a driving source of the vehicle or a power source of an electrical machine mounted on the vehicle. In the following description, the Z direction is upward, the Y direction is forward, and the X direction is left. In addition, for a plurality of identical components, sometimes only some of the components are given reference numerals and the reference numerals of other components are omitted.
[0046] Electric storage element 10
[0047] like Figure 1 as well as Figure 2 As shown, the storage element 10 as a whole is a rectangular parallelepiped shape that is flat in the front-to-back direction (an example of the first direction). The storage element 10 contains storage elements that are not shown in the figure. Electrode terminals 13 are provided on the upper surface of the storage element 10 and at positions close to both ends in the left-right direction (an example of the second direction). The electrode terminal 13 is roughly a rectangular shape that is elongated in the left-right direction when viewed from above. The electrode terminal 13 on one side is a positive electrode, and the electrode terminal 13 on the other side is a negative electrode. A plurality of (18 in this embodiment) storage elements 10 are arranged in the front-to-back direction.
[0048] Wiring module 11
[0049] like Figure 2 As shown, the wiring module 11 includes: a plurality of (2 in the present embodiment) first bus bars 14 (an example of a conductive component) connected to the electrode terminal 13, a plurality of (2 in the present embodiment) second bus bars 15 (an example of a conductive component) and a plurality of (3 in the present embodiment) third bus bars 16 (an example of a conductive component); and a flexible printed circuit board 17, which is connected to the first bus bar 14, the second bus bar 15 and the third bus bar 16.
[0050] No. 1 busbar 14
[0051] like Figure 3 as well as Figure 4 As shown, the first busbar 14 is formed by stamping a metal plate into a predetermined shape. Any metal such as copper, copper alloy, aluminum, and aluminum alloy can be selected as the metal constituting the first busbar 14. A plating layer such as tin or nickel can be formed on the surface of the first busbar 14.
[0052] The first bus bar 14 is a rectangular shape that is elongated in the front-to-back direction when viewed from above. The length dimension of the first bus bar 14 in the front-to-back direction is set to be slightly smaller than the diameter length in the front-to-back direction of three adjacent electrode terminals 13 provided on three storage elements 10 arranged in the front-to-back direction. Thus, the first bus bar 14 can be placed on the three adjacent electrode terminals 13 in the front-to-back direction.
[0053] The first bus bar 14 is placed on three electrode terminals 13 adjacent to each other in the front-to-back direction and connected to each electrode terminal 13 by a known method such as laser welding or soldering. The three electrode terminals 13 with the same polarity are connected to the first bus bar 14. Thus, the three storage elements 10 arranged in the front-to-back direction are connected in parallel.
[0054] An extension 18A that protrudes to the left and is bent upward extends from one of the pair of long sides of the first busbar 14 (the left side in this embodiment) and near the center of the long side in the front-to-back direction. A protrusion 19A that protrudes upward is provided at the upper end of the extension 18A and slightly behind the front end. The length dimension of the protrusion 19A in the front-to-back direction is approximately one-fifth of the length dimension of the extension 18A in the front-to-back direction. The height dimension of the protrusion 19A that protrudes upward from the upper end of the extension 18A is set to be larger than the thickness dimension of the flexible printed circuit board 17.
[0055] No. 2 bus 15
[0056] The second bus bar 15 is a rectangular shape that is elongated in the front-to-back direction when viewed from above. The length dimension of the second bus bar 15 in the front-to-back direction is set to be slightly smaller than the diameter length of the six adjacent electrode terminals 13 in the front-to-back direction provided on the six storage elements 10 arranged in the front-to-back direction. Thus, the second bus bar 15 can be placed on the six adjacent electrode terminals 13 in the front-to-back direction.
[0057] The second bus bar 15 is placed on the six electrode terminals 13 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction and connected to each electrode terminal 13 by a known method such as laser welding or soldering. Among the six electrode terminals 13 connected to the second bus bar 15, the polarity of the three electrode terminals 13 on the front side is different from the polarity of the three electrode terminals 13 on the rear side. Thus, the three storage elements 10 connected in parallel on the front side and the three storage elements 10 connected in parallel on the rear side are connected in series.
[0058] An extension 18B protruding leftward and bent upward extends from one of the pair of long sides (the left side in this embodiment) of the second busbar 15 and near the front end of the long side. A protrusion 19B protruding upward is provided at the upper end of the extension 18B and slightly behind the front end.
[0059] The second bus bar 15 has the same configuration as the first bus bar 14 except for the above, and therefore duplicate descriptions are omitted.
[0060] Bus 3 16
[0061] The third bus bar 16 is in the shape of a rectangular body that is elongated in the front-to-back direction when viewed from above. The length dimension of the third bus bar 16 in the front-to-back direction is set to be slightly smaller than the diameter dimension of the six adjacent electrode terminals 13 in the front-to-back direction provided on the six storage elements 10 arranged in the front-to-back direction. Thus, the third bus bar 16 can be placed on the six adjacent electrode terminals 13 in the front-to-back direction.
[0062] The third bus bar 16 is placed on the six electrode terminals 13 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction and connected to each electrode terminal 13 by a known method such as laser welding or soldering. Among the six electrode terminals 13 connected to the third bus bar 16, the polarity of the three electrode terminals 13 on the front side is different from the polarity of the three electrode terminals 13 on the rear side. Thus, the three storage elements 10 connected in parallel on the front side and the three storage elements 10 connected in parallel on the rear side are connected in series.
[0063] An extension 18C that protrudes rightward and bends upward extends from one of the pair of long sides (the right side in this embodiment) of the third busbar 16 and is close to the front end of the long side. A protrusion 19C that protrudes upward is provided at the upper end of the extension 18C and slightly behind the front end.
[0064] The third bus bar 16 has the same configuration as the first bus bar 14 except for the above, and therefore duplicate descriptions are omitted.
[0065] Flexible printed circuit board 17
[0066] like Figure 8 As shown in FIG. 1 , the flexible printed circuit board 17 according to the present embodiment has a plurality of conductive circuits 21 formed on the upper surface of an insulating synthetic resin film 20 by a printed wiring technique. As the insulating synthetic resin, a known material such as polyimide can be selected. The flexible printed circuit board 17 has flexibility and can be bent and deformed. In addition, a conductive circuit can be further formed on the lower surface of the flexible printed circuit board 17.
[0067] The flexible printed circuit board 17 is formed into a predetermined shape by cutting the film 20 formed with the conductive circuit 21 by a known method such as a Thomson die. The flexible printed circuit board 17 according to the present embodiment is formed into a shape elongated in the front-to-back direction. Figure 5 As shown, the flexible printed circuit board 17 includes a base end portion 22 provided at the front end portion, a left belt portion 23 (equivalent to the belt portion on one side) extending backward (an example of the first direction) from the rear end portion of the base end portion 22 and located on the left side, and a right belt portion 24 (equivalent to the belt portion on the other side) located on the right side.
[0068] A part of the plurality of conductive paths 21 is formed across the base end portion 22 and the left belt portion 23. In addition, a part of the plurality of conductive paths 21 is formed across the base end portion 22 and the right belt portion 24.
[0069] Base end portion 22
[0070] like Figure 7 as well as Figure 8 As shown, at the base end portion 22 of the flexible printed circuit board 17, a plurality of (six in this embodiment) through holes 25 are arranged in rows at intervals in the left-right direction. The rows of through holes 25 are arranged in two rows at intervals in the front-back direction. The through hole 25 is formed by penetrating the base end portion 22 in the up-down direction. The cross-sectional shape of the through hole 25 is circular. A base end side connection portion 27 connected to the conductive circuit 21 is formed on the upper surface of the base end portion 22 and around the hole edge of the through hole 25. A connector terminal not shown in the figure is inserted through the through hole 25, and the connector terminal is connected to the base end side connection portion 27 by soldering when inserted into the through hole 25.
[0071] like Figure 2As shown, a connector 28 is connected to the base end portion 22. A plurality of connector terminals not shown are provided on the connector 28. One end of the connector terminal extends forward in the connector 28, and the other end is bent downward and electrically connected to the base end side connection portion 27 in a state of being inserted into the through hole 25 of the base end portion 22.
[0072] like Figure 5 As shown, a left belt portion 23 and a right belt portion 24 are formed extending in parallel from the rear end portion of the base end portion 22 in the front-to-back direction. The left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 are separated by cutting. The length dimension of the left belt portion 23 in the front-to-back direction is set to be shorter than the length dimension of the right belt portion 24 in the front-to-back direction. The width dimension of the left belt portion 23 in the left-to-right direction is set to be substantially the same as the width dimension of the right belt portion 24 in the left-to-right direction. The sum of the width dimension of the left belt portion 23 in the left-to-right direction and the width dimension of the right belt portion 24 in the left-to-right direction is the same as the width dimension of the base end portion 22 in the left-to-right direction.
[0073] Left belt 23
[0074] A plurality of (three in the present embodiment) through holes 29 are formed at intervals in the front-to-back direction at a position close to the left side edge of the left belt portion 23, and the through holes 29 are formed by penetrating the left belt portion 23 in the up-down direction. The cross-sectional shape of the through hole 29 is a rectangular shape that is elongated in the up-to-back direction. The size of the hole edge of the through hole 29 is formed to be substantially the same as the outer shape of the protrusion 19 of the third busbar 16. The so-called substantially the same refers to the case where the size of the hole edge of the through hole 29 is the same as the outer shape of the protrusion 19C of the third busbar 16, and includes the case where even if they are not the same, they can be substantially identified as the same size. As a result, the protrusion 19C of the third busbar 16 can be inserted into the through hole 29 of the left belt portion 23 in the up-down direction (refer to Figure 6 ).
[0075] A belt-side connection portion 30 connected to the conductive circuit 21 is formed on the upper surface of the left belt portion 23 and around the edge of the through hole 29. The protrusion 19 of the third bus bar 16 is inserted through the through hole 29, and the protrusion 19 of the third bus bar 16 is connected to the belt-side connection portion 30 by soldering in a state where the protrusion 19 of the third bus bar 16 is inserted through the through hole 29. Thus, the belt-side connection portion 30 of the left belt portion 23 is electrically connected to the electrode terminal 13 of the storage element 10 via the third bus bar 16. Three third bus bars 16 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction and connected to the belt-side connection portion 30 provided on the left belt portion 23.
[0076] Right belt 24
[0077] A plurality of (four in the present embodiment) through holes 29 are formed at intervals in the front-to-back direction at the right side edge of the right belt portion 24, and the through holes 29 are formed by penetrating the right belt portion 24 in the up-down direction. The cross-sectional shape of the through hole 29 is a rectangular shape that is elongated in the up-to-back direction. The size of the hole edge of the through hole 29 is formed to be substantially the same as the outer shape of the protrusion 19A of the first busbar 14 and the protrusion 19B of the second busbar 15. The so-called substantially the same refers to the case where the size of the hole edge of the through hole 29 is the same as the outer shape of the protrusion 19A of the first busbar 14 and the protrusion 19B of the second busbar 15, and includes the case where the size can be substantially identified as the same even if it is not the same. As a result, the protrusion 19A of the first busbar 14 and the protrusion 19B of the second busbar 15 can be inserted into the through hole 29 of the right belt portion 24 in the up-down direction.
[0078] A belt-side connection portion 30 connected to the conductive circuit 21 is formed on the upper surface of the right belt portion 24 and around the edge of the through hole 29. The protrusion 19A of the first bus bar 14 and the protrusion 19B of the second bus bar 15 are inserted through the through hole 29, and the protrusion 19A of the first bus bar 14 and the protrusion 19B of the second bus bar 15 are connected to the belt-side connection portion 30 by soldering in a state where they are inserted through the through hole 29. Thus, a part of the belt-side connection portion 30 of the right belt portion 24 is electrically connected to the electrode terminal 13 of the storage element 10 via the first bus bar 14, and the other part of the belt-side connection portion 30 of the right belt portion 24 is electrically connected to the electrode terminal 13 of the storage element 10 via the second bus bar 15.
[0079] like Fig.10 As shown, the first busbar 14 is connected to the belt side connection part 30 provided at the front end and the belt side connection part 30 provided at the rear end of the right belt part 24. The second busbar 15 is connected to the second belt side connection part 30 from the front and the third belt side connection part 30 from the front among the belt side connection parts 30 of the right belt part 24. Thus, the first busbar 14 and the second busbar 15 are arranged at intervals in the front-to-back direction and connected to the right belt part 24.
[0080] Deformation section 31
[0081] like Figure 5 as well as Figure 7 As shown, the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 are separated into left and right by a dividing slit 32 extending in the front-rear direction. The dividing slit 32 is formed when the flexible printed circuit board 17 is cut.
[0082] like Figure 7As shown, a through hole having a diameter larger than the width of the dividing slit 32 in the left-right direction is formed at the front end of the dividing slit 32, and the through hole is formed by penetrating the flexible printed circuit board 17 in the up-down direction. As a result, a concave portion 33 that is concave to the left and has a semicircular shape when viewed from above is formed at the front end of the right edge of the left belt portion 23. In addition, a concave portion 33 that is concave to the right and has a semicircular shape when viewed from above is formed at the front end of the left edge of the right belt portion 24.
[0083] A through hole having a diameter larger than the width of the dividing slit 32 in the left-right direction is formed slightly behind the front end of the dividing slit 32 and in front of the belt-side connecting portion 30 provided at the frontmost side in the right belt portion 24. The through hole is formed by penetrating the flexible printed circuit board 17 in the up-down direction. As a result, a concave portion 33 is formed on the right side edge of the left belt portion 23, which is concave to the left and has a semicircular shape when viewed from above. In addition, a concave portion 33 is formed on the left side edge of the right belt portion 24, which is concave to the right and has a semicircular shape when viewed from above.
[0084] Two recesses 33 are formed at the left edge of the left belt portion 23 at intervals in the front-to-back direction. The two recesses 33 are semicircular when viewed from above. The front recess 33 is formed between the two recesses 33 formed at the right edge of the left belt portion 23 in the front-to-back direction. The rear recess 33 is arranged at a position rearward of the rear recess 33 formed at the right edge of the left belt portion 23 and forward of the belt side connecting portion 30 provided at the frontmost side in the right belt portion 24 in the front-to-back direction.
[0085] The left belt portion 23 is folded inwardly along a virtual line L connecting the concave portion 33 formed on the front side of the right side edge of the left belt portion 23 and the concave portion 33 formed on the front side of the left side edge of the left belt portion 23, and the left belt portion 23 is folded outwardly along a virtual line M connecting the concave portion 33 formed on the rear side of the right side edge of the left belt portion 23 and the concave portion 33 formed on the rear side of the left side edge of the left belt portion 23, so that the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 are separated in the left-right direction (refer to Figure 8 ). The angle formed by the virtual line L connecting the recessed portion 33 formed on the front side of the right side edge of the left belt portion 23 and the recessed portion 33 formed on the front side of the left side edge of the left belt portion 23, and the left side edge of the left belt portion 23 is set to be approximately 45°. In addition, the angle formed by the virtual line M connecting the recessed portion 33 formed on the rear side of the right side edge of the left belt portion 23 and the recessed portion 33 formed on the rear side of the left side edge of the left belt portion 23, and the left side edge of the left belt portion 23 is set to be approximately 45°. Approximately 45° includes 45° and an angle that can be substantially recognized as 45° even if it is not 45°.
[0086] In the left belt portion 23, in the front-to-back direction, the area between the front concave portion 33 formed at the right edge and the rear concave portion 33 formed at the left edge is defined as the deformation portion 31. By bending the left belt portion 23 at the deformation portion 31, the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 extend in the front-to-back direction in a state of being separated in the left-to-right direction.
[0087] An example of a manufacturing process of an embodiment
[0088] Next, an example of a manufacturing process of the wiring module 11 according to the present embodiment will be described. The manufacturing process is not limited to the following description.
[0089] Conductive circuit 21 is formed on insulating synthetic resin film 20 by printed wiring technology. Punching is performed at predetermined locations. For example, cutting is performed using a Thomson die (not shown). Figure 5 The flexible printed circuit board 17 is formed in the shape shown. The order of the punching process and the cutting process is arbitrary.
[0090] The left belt portion 23 of the flexible printed circuit board 17 formed into a predetermined shape is subjected to a bending process. Fig. 9 As shown, the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 are separated in the left-right direction.
[0091] The first busbar 14, the second busbar 15, and the third busbar 16 are arranged on a jig (not shown) with the protrusion 19 facing upward. The assembly process is performed: the flexible printed circuit board 17 is assembled from above to the first busbar 14, the second busbar 15, and the third busbar 16 with the protrusion 19 matching the through hole 29 formed in the flexible printed circuit board 17. The soldering process of soldering the belt side connection portion 30 and the protrusion 19 is performed (refer to Fig.10 ). The connector 28 is connected to the base end portion 22. Thus, the wiring module 11 is completed.
[0092] The wiring module 11 mounted on the jig is assembled from above to the plurality of storage elements 10 arranged in the front-rear direction. A connection step is performed in which the first bus bar 14, the second bus bar 15, and the third bus bar 16 are connected to the electrode terminals 13 by laser welding or soldering. Thus, the storage module 12 (see Figure 2 ). In addition, the order of the assembling process, the soldering process, and the connecting process is not limited to the above order.
[0093] Effects of implementation methods
[0094] Next, the effects of the present embodiment will be described. The flexible printed circuit board 17 according to the present embodiment includes: a base end portion 22; a left belt portion 23 and a right belt portion 24 extending from the base end portion 22 to the rear; and a conductive circuit 21 provided across the base end portion 22 and the left belt portion 23 and across the base end portion 22 and the right belt portion 24. A belt-side connecting portion 30 electrically connected to the electrode terminal 13 of the storage element 10 is provided in the portion provided in the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 of the conductive circuit 21. A deforming portion 31 that deforms in such a manner that the interval between the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 becomes larger is provided in the left belt portion 23.
[0095] In addition, the wiring module 11 involved in the present embodiment comprises: a flexible printed circuit board 17; and a first bus bar 14, a second bus bar 15 and a third bus bar 16, which are connected to the electrode terminals 13 of a plurality of storage elements 10 having electrode terminals 13, and are connected to the belt side connection portion 30, and the first bus bar 14, the second bus bar 15 and the third bus bar 16 are arranged at intervals along the first direction and connected to the belt side connection portion 30 of the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 provided on the flexible printed circuit board 17.
[0096] According to the above configuration, since the wiring module 11 can be formed by one flexible printed circuit board 17, the number of components can be reduced. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0097] In addition, since the conductive circuit 21 is formed across the base end portion 22, the left belt portion 23 extending from the base end portion 22, and the right belt portion 24, there is no need to provide a wasted space where the conductive circuit 21 is not formed in the area between the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24. Thus, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0098] In addition, according to the above configuration, the interval between the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 can be appropriately changed by changing the degree of deformation of the deformation portion 31. Thus, even when the intervals between the electrode terminals 13 are different, it is possible to easily cope with the flexible printed circuit board 17 of one shape by changing the degree of deformation of the deformation portion 31. As a result, compared with the case where the flexible printed circuit board 17 is independently formed according to the intervals between the electrode terminals 13, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0099] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the proximal end side connection portion 27 connected to the connector 28 is provided in the portion provided in the proximal end portion 22 of the conductive circuit 21 .
[0100] According to the above configuration, compared with a case where the connectors 28 are provided on the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 , respectively, the number of components can be reduced, and thus the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0101] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the deformation portion 31 is bent, thereby increasing the distance between the left belt portion 23 and the other belt portion.
[0102] According to the above configuration, the interval between the left belt portion 23 and the right belt portion 24 can be increased by a simple method of bending the deformable portion 31 , and thus an increase in manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0103] Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the recessed portions 33 are formed at the left and right edges of the left belt portion 23 , and the deformable portion 31 is bent at the recessed portions 33 .
[0104] According to the above configuration, when the deformed portion 31 is bent, the operator can easily bend the belt portion, so that the efficiency of the bending process of the deformed portion 31 can be improved.
[0105] <Implementation method 2>
[0106] Next, see Figures 11 to 14 , the second embodiment of the technology disclosed in this specification is described. Fig.11 As shown in FIG. 1 , in a flexible printed circuit board 51 used in a wiring module 50 according to the present embodiment, the structure of a deforming portion 52 is different from that of the first embodiment.
[0107] like Fig.12 As shown, a through hole 57 is formed at the front end of the right edge of the left belt portion 53 to penetrate the flexible printed circuit board 51 in the vertical direction. The through hole 57 is circular when viewed from above. The diameter of the through hole 57 is set larger than the width dimension of the dividing slit 32 in the left and right directions.
[0108] like Fig.13 As shown, a right slit 54 (an example of a slit) extending in the front-to-back direction and a left slit 55 (an example of a slit) located to the left of the right slit 54 are provided at the front end of the left belt portion 53. The right slit 54 and the left slit 55 divide the front end of the left belt portion 53 into approximately three equal parts in the left-right direction.
[0109] Right slit 54
[0110] The front end of the right slit 54 is located slightly behind the front end of the left belt portion 53. The rear end of the right slit 54 is located slightly forward of the belt-side connecting portion 30 provided on the right belt portion 59, which is provided most forward.
[0111] The left belt portion 53 is provided with a front connecting slit 56 extending leftward from the front end of the right slit 54 to the left side edge of the left belt portion 53. A through hole 57 is formed at the rear end of the right slit 54 to penetrate the left belt portion 53 in the vertical direction. The edge of the through hole 57 is circular when viewed from above. The diameter of the through hole 57 is set to be larger than the width dimension of the right slit 54 in a state where it is not expanded in the left and right directions.
[0112] Left slit 55
[0113] The front end portion of the left slit 55 is located slightly rearward of the front communication slit 56. The rear end portion of the left slit 55 is located slightly rearward of the rear end portion of the right slit 54.
[0114] A through hole 57 is formed at the front end of the left slit 55, which passes through the left belt portion 53 in the vertical direction. The edge of the through hole 57 is circular when viewed from above. The diameter of the through hole 57 is set to be larger than the width of the left slit 55 in a state where it is not expanded in the left and right directions. A rear connecting slit 58 is provided on the left belt portion 53, which extends rightward from the rear end of the left slit 55 to the right side edge of the left belt portion 53.
[0115] In the present embodiment, the region from the front end of the left belt portion 53 to the rear communication slit 58 in the front-rear direction is set as the deformation portion 52. Fig.12 as well as Fig.14 As shown, the right slit 54 and the left slit 55 are expanded in the left-right direction, so that the interval between the right belt portion 59 and the left belt portion 53 is increased.
[0116] The configuration other than that described above is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, and thus the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and repeated descriptions are omitted.
[0117] According to the present embodiment, the left belt portion 53 is provided with the right slit 54 and the left slit 55 formed along the first direction. As the right slit 54 and the left slit 55 expand and deform, the interval between the left belt portion 53 and the right belt portion 59 increases.
[0118] According to the above configuration, the interval between the left belt portion 53 and the right belt portion 59 can be increased by a simple method of deforming the left belt portion 53 so as to expand the right slit 54 and the left slit 55 , thereby suppressing an increase in manufacturing cost.
[0119] According to the present embodiment, a through hole 57 having a diameter larger than the width of the right slit 54 and the width of the left slit 55 is formed at the rear end of the right slit 54 and the front end of the left slit 55 , respectively.
[0120] According to the above configuration, the right slit 54 and the left slit 55 can be easily deformed through the through hole 57 , so the efficiency of the operation of expanding and deforming the deformable portion 52 can be improved.
