Control valve structure for a pneumatic nail gun

Abstract

This invention provides a control valve structure for a pneumatic nail gun, including a valve body and a valve chamber. The valve chamber is divided into a low-pressure chamber, a high-low pressure switching chamber, and a high-pressure chamber. A pressure relief hole is provided on the inner wall of the low-pressure chamber, and a pressure supply hole for controlling the nail gun's nailing operation is provided on the inner wall of the high-low pressure switching chamber. A sliding sleeve and a valve stem are provided within the valve chamber, with the valve stem moving through the three chambers. The valve stem has a low-pressure seal for sealing the low-pressure chamber and the high-low pressure switching chamber, and a high-pressure seal for sealing the high-low pressure switching chamber and the high-pressure chamber. A vent hole is provided on the valve body. When the vent hole is open, the gas drives the sliding sleeve to move along the valve body axis, simultaneously pushing the valve stem to move, thus achieving the nailing operation. A reset element is provided on the valve stem. When the vent hole is closed, the reset element is used to reset the valve stem, and the nail gun does not nail. This invention eliminates the need for manual trigger control of the nail gun, instead using pneumatic machine control to switch between nailing and non-nailing states, saving labor costs.
