Low-emission material conveying device and method for treating material sticking to a conveyor belt

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of material transportation, and particularly relates to a low-emission material conveying device and a conveying belt material sticking treatment method. The low-emission material conveying device technology comprises a horizontally arranged belt conveyor, the right end of the belt conveyor is a discharging end, and the left end is a feeding end; a hopper for collecting materials is arranged at the discharging end, three redirection rollers for redirecting the conveying belt are installed in the return direction of the conveying belt on the belt conveyor, and the three redirection rollers are sequentially a first redirection roller, a second redirection roller and a third redirection roller in the return direction; the first redirection roller is located below and left of the discharging end, the second redirection roller is located below and right of the first redirection roller, and the third redirection roller is located left of the first redirection roller, and the conveying belt sequentially passes over the upper surface of the first redirection roller, the lower surface of the second redirection roller and the upper surface of the third redirection roller. The design has a simple structure and can effectively recycle the scattered materials generated in the conveying process.
