Abstract

The invention provides a coke removing device of a slag drying machine, and relates to the technical field of coke removing of slag drying machines, the coke removing device comprises a material collecting box, a material gathering box is arranged at the top of the material collecting box, a feeding port is formed in the top of the material gathering box, the feeding port is formed below a slag discharging port of the slag drying machine, a coke removing mechanism is arranged in the material gathering box, and a screening mechanism is arranged in the material collecting box; a feeding port is formed in the bottom of the material collecting box, a discharging port is formed in the bottom of the material collecting box, a conveyor is arranged below the discharging port, coke slag discharged from a slag discharging port of the slag drying machine falls into the material collecting box from the feeding port, the coke removing mechanism removes blocked coke generated in the slag discharging port of the slag drying machine and also falls into the material collecting box from the feeding port, and the coke slag in the material collecting box continues to fall into the material collecting box. The screening mechanism further crushes and screens fallen coke residues and then transports the coke residues to the next procedure through the transporter below the discharging port, follow-up blocking is prevented, the use of manpower is reduced by using the equipment, a more handy coke beating tool is provided, safe and efficient coke beating is achieved, and manpower and material resources are saved to the maximum extent.
