Abstract

The invention discloses a microcapsule structure agricultural chemical based on protein amyloid aggregate. The microcapsule structure agricultural chemical comprises an agricultural chemical, protein, a denaturing agent, plant essential oil, an emulsifier, a pH regulator and water. According to the invention, the denaturing agent is used for inducing protein to form amphiphilic protein amyloid aggregate, and the emulsifier is used for promoting the dissolution of the plant essential oil in water, so that the agricultural chemicals can be dissolved in the plant essential oil; the protein amyloid aggregate is aggregated and assembled on the surface of the plant essential oil through various non-covalent acting forces to form a stable agricultural chemical with a microcapsule structure, and the spreading, permeation and conduction of the agricultural chemical on plant leaves can be enhanced by spraying the agricultural chemical on the plant leaves; meanwhile, the protein amyloid aggregate gathers on the surface of the plant essential oil to form a film, so that the agricultural chemicals are stably adhered to the surface of the plant, the plant is resistant to rain wash, the utilization rate of the agricultural chemicals is increased, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the plant essential oil has a wide application prospect in agricultural production.

Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of new biological materials and microcapsule preparation, and in particular relates to a microcapsule structured agricultural chemical based on protein-based amyloid aggregates. Background Art

[0002] With the advancement of agricultural science and technology, the research and development of pesticide adjuvants has gradually become an important area for improving agricultural production efficiency and sustainability. In this regard, high-permeability pesticide adjuvants and pesticide adjuvants that can conduct against gravity are two innovative adjuvants with significant potential. Although traditional high-permeability pesticide adjuvants have advantages in improving the permeability of pesticides, they also have some defects. First, some high-permeability adjuvants will have rebound and droplet splashing problems when sprayed on plant leaves, which increases the complexity and uncertainty of their use. Secondly, excessive use of these adjuvants may cause the accumulation of agents in plants, posing potential risks to the environment and non-target organisms. At the same time, the production and application of such adjuvants usually require higher technical levels and equipment support, resulting in higher costs, which limits their application in some small-scale or economically poor agricultural production.

[0003] CN111802385A discloses a protein product that can fix a target object and remove it as needed. The protein product is prepared by using a protein, a modifier, and a target fixation agent to effectively increase the amount of pesticides and fertilizers fixed on the surface of plant leaves. However, the product has poor spreading, permeability, and conductivity on the fixed surface, and cannot dissolve non-water-soluble pesticide original drugs, resulting in limited application scenarios. Summary of the invention

[0004] In response to the problem that the above-mentioned protein products have poor permeability, adhesion and conductivity when interacting with fixed surfaces, the present invention provides a microcapsule structured agricultural chemical based on protein amyloid aggregates. The product has high permeability, high adhesion and high conductivity, and can exist stably under high temperature conditions. After spraying, it quickly adheres to the plant surface, thereby improving the utilization rate of pesticides and reducing environmental pollution.

The specific experiments are as follows:

[0139] 1. Verification of the penetration ability of agricultural chemicals based on protein-amyloid aggregate microcapsule structure

[0140] The lotus leaf was used as a plant leaf model, and the protein-based amyloid aggregate microcapsule structured agricultural chemicals of Example 1 were sucked into a 1 mL syringe. The contact angle change of the droplet on the lotus leaf surface was measured using an optical microscope contact angle measuring instrument. The dynamic contact angle change data of the protein-based amyloid aggregate microcapsule structured agricultural chemicals on the lotus leaf surface (see Figure 1 ).

[0141] 2. Verification of the immobilization ability of agricultural chemicals based on protein-amyloid aggregate microencapsulation structure

[0142] 0.8 g of thiamethoxam original drug was added to 10 g of water + 1 g of Litsea cubeba essential oil to obtain the water + essential oil + thiamethoxam group, 0.8 g of thiamethoxam original drug was added to 0.09 g of bovine serum albumin + 10 g of water + 1 g of Litsea cubeba essential oil to obtain the protein + essential oil + thiamethoxam group, and the microcapsule structure agricultural chemical based on protein amyloid aggregates in Example 1 was the protein amyloid + essential oil + thiamethoxam group. 0.2 mL of the prepared solution of each group was added to 9.8 mL of water to obtain 10 mL of liquid to be sprayed, and then 0.5 mL of the spraying liquid was taken each time and evenly sprayed on the surface of a 5 cm × 5 cm lotus leaf, and then immediately weighed with an analytical balance to compare the changes in mass before and after. Figure 1 The results show that the retention volume of the water + essential oil + thiazinone group on the lotus leaf surface is very low, followed by the protein + essential oil + thiazinone group, while the microcapsule structured agricultural chemicals based on protein amyloid aggregates in Example 1 of the present invention can retain a larger volume of liquid medicine on the lotus leaf surface, and the retention volume is 1.5 times that of other groups (see Figure 2 ).

[0143] 3. Storage stability verification of microencapsulated agricultural chemicals based on protein-amyloid aggregates

[0144] The microcapsule structured agricultural chemicals based on protein amyloid aggregates of Example 1 were placed in a constant temperature oven at 54°C and photographed at 1d, 7d and 14d (see Figure 3 The results show that the state of the microcapsule structured agricultural chemicals based on protein amyloid aggregates of Example 1 did not change within 14 days, and remained uniform and stable. [0145] 4. Morphological analysis of microencapsulated agricultural chemicals based on protein-amyloid aggregates

[0146] After the microcapsule structure agricultural chemicals based on protein amyloid aggregates of Example 1 were freeze-dried, their morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy.
