[0016] Hereinafter, one embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the drawings are partially emphasized for easy understanding, and relative dimensional relationships are not accurately shown.
[0017] (Structure of Display Device 10 )
[0018] Figure 1 It is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a stacked structure of a display panel 100 according to an embodiment.
[0019] In addition, in the following description, for convenience, the X-axis direction is set as the left-right direction, the Y-axis direction is set as the front-back direction, and the Z-axis direction is set as the up-down direction. Among them, the positive direction of the X-axis is set as the right direction, the positive direction of the Y-axis is set as the front direction, and the positive direction of the Z-axis is set as the up direction. These represent the relative positional relationship within the device, and do not limit the setting direction and operation direction of the device. Devices with the same relative positional relationship within the device and devices with different setting directions and operation directions are all included in the scope of the rights of the present invention.
[0020] like Figure 1 As shown, the display panel 100 includes a decorative sheet 110, a transparent panel 120, a substrate 130, and an LED (Light Emitting Diode) 131 (an example of a "light source"). When the LED 131 emits light, the display panel 100 can display a given design shape (for example, text, symbols, graphics, etc.) on the display surface 100A.
[0021] The decorative sheet 110 is a sheet-like member having a multi-layer structure. The decorative sheet 110 is attached to the back surface 120A of the transparent panel 120 to decorate the display panel 100. The decorative sheet 110 includes a base material 111, a light-transmitting printed layer 112, a light-shielding printed layer 113, and an adhesive layer 114 in order from the back side (the lower side in the figure).
[0022] The base material 111 has the same outer shape as the decorative sheet 110 and is a flexible transparent sheet-like member that serves as the base of the decorative sheet 110. That is, the decorative sheet 110 is formed by sequentially laminating other layers (a light-transmitting printed layer 112, a light-shielding printed layer 113, and an adhesive layer 114) on the upper surface of the base material 111. For example, the base material 111 is formed using a flexible transparent sheet-like base material (for example, PMMA (Poly Methyl Methacrylate), PC (Polycarbonate), polyurethane, ABS, glass, etc.).
[0023] The light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed larger than the designed shape in the area overlapping with the given design shape displayed on the display surface 100A (that is, the area overlapping with the opening 113A of the light-shielding printed layer 113 described later) on the surface of the substrate 111 so that it is necessarily overlapped even if the position and size are deviated. The light-transmitting printed layer 112 has light transmittance and imparts a specific effect to the light passing through the light-transmitting printed layer 112. For example, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed using white ink having light transmittance. Thus, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 can display the given design shape displayed on the display surface 100A in white, so that the structure inside the display panel 100 cannot be seen from the outside from the opening 113A of the light-shielding printed layer 113. In addition, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 can emit light uniformly with the light-emitting color of the LED 131 when illuminated by the LED 131. In addition, in this embodiment, as an example of the light-transmitting printed layer 112, a white printed layer formed by screen printing is used.
[0024] The light-shielding printed layer 113 is formed in the same outer shape as the outer shape of the substrate 111, and is formed overlapping the surface of the light-transmitting printed layer 112. The light-shielding printed layer 113 has light-shielding properties, and has an opening 113A of a predetermined design shape displayed on the display surface 100A of the display panel 100. The light-shielding printed layer 113 is formed on the entire surface of the substrate 111 except for the opening 113A, so that the internal structure of the display panel 100 cannot be visually recognized from the outside in the area other than the opening 113A. The light-shielding printed layer 113 partially transmits the light emitted from the LED 131 and transmitted through the substrate 111 and the light-transmitting printed layer 112 through the opening 113A, thereby displaying a light image of a predetermined design shape on the display surface 100A of the display panel 100. For example, the light-shielding printed layer 113 is formed by printing black ink having light-shielding properties in a predetermined design shape on the surface of the substrate 111 in a state where the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed. Therefore, the portion of the light-shielding printed layer 113 that does not overlap with the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed in contact with the surface of the substrate 111, and the portion that overlaps with the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed in contact with the surface of the light-transmitting printed layer 112. In addition, in the present embodiment, as an example of the light-shielding printed layer 113, a black printed layer formed by screen printing is used.
[0025] The adhesive layer 114 has adhesiveness and light transmittance, and is formed over the entire area of the substrate 111 in the same outer shape as the substrate 111 and the light-shielding printed layer 113, and is formed overlapping the entire surface of the light-shielding printed layer 113. In addition, in this embodiment, as an example of the adhesive layer 114, a light-transmitting double-sided tape is used.
[0026] The transparent panel 120 is a transparent resin-made, flat plate-shaped member. The transparent panel 120 is an example of an “adherend body”, and the decorative sheet 110 is attached to the back surface 120A using the adhesive layer 114 of the decorative sheet 110 .
[0027] The substrate 130 is a plate-shaped member made of resin. The substrate 130 is provided below the decorative sheet 110 and is separated from the decorative sheet 110. As the substrate 130, for example, a PWB (Printed Wired Board) or the like can be used.
[0028] The LED 131 is mounted on the upper surface of the substrate 130 (i.e., the back side of the base material 111) at a position overlapping with a given design shape displayed on the display surface 100A of the display panel 100. The LED 131 emits light at a given timing, and irradiates light of a given color from the back side of the decorative sheet 110 toward the opening 113A of the light-shielding printed layer 113. The timing of the light emission of the LED 131 is controlled from the outside.
[0029] The display panel 100 constructed as described above can display a given design shape on the display surface 100A by allowing light emitted from the LED 131 to pass through the substrate 111 , the light-transmitting printed layer 112 , the opening 113A of the light-shielding printed layer 113 , the adhesive layer 114 , and the transparent panel 120 .
[0030] In addition, if Figure 1 As shown, the decorative sheet 110 has a thick wall portion 110A which is formed by overlapping a light-shielding printed layer 113 and an adhesive layer 114 on a part of the outer edge of the light-transmitting printed layer 112, namely, the edge 112a and the edge 112b (an example of the “outer edge of the light-transmitting printed layer”). The thick wall portion 110A is formed along the edge 112a and the edge 112b of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 in a plan view (see the following description). Figure 2 ). Therefore, the decorative sheet 110 has a height difference portion 114A between the thick wall portion 110A and the area outside the thick wall portion 110A in the adhesive layer 114. As a result, when the decorative sheet 110 is attached to the back surface 120A of the transparent panel 120, the display panel 100 Figure 1 As shown, there is a possibility that air bubbles 20 may be mixed into the space between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 (the surface of the region outside the thick portion 110A) and in the vicinity of the step portion 114A.
[0031] in addition, Figure 1 It is a schematic diagram, and therefore becomes a diagram in which a gap is extended parallel to the left and right (X-axis direction) of the bubble 20, but in actual pasting, the decorative sheet 110 is bent on the outside of the height difference portion 114A and contacts and adheres to the transparent panel 120, so there is no gap (space) in the outer area away from the space representing the bubble 20 to the left and right (X-axis direction), and the adhesive layer 114 contacts the transparent panel 120 in the area other than the space representing the bubble 20.
[0032] (First Example of the Shape of the Light-Transmitting Printed Layer 112)
[0033] Figure 2 FIG. 1 is a top view of a decorative sheet 110 according to a first embodiment showing the shape of a light-transmitting printed layer 112 included in a display panel 100 according to an embodiment. Figure 2 In the figure, the base material 111 and the adhesive layer 114 are omitted, but their outer shapes are the same rectangular shape as the light-shielding printed layer 113.
[0034] like Figure 2 As shown, the decorative sheet 110 according to the first embodiment has a rectangular shape with the left-right direction (X-axis direction) as the long side direction when viewed from below (in the negative direction of the Z axis).
[0035] In addition, Figure 2 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed at the center of the decorative sheet 110 when viewed from below (in the negative direction of the Z axis) and overlaps with the opening 113A (the characters "ALAP" as an example) formed in the light-shielding printed layer 113. In addition, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a rectangular shape including the entire opening 113A when viewed from below (in the negative direction of the Z axis). The light-transmitting printed layer 112 is formed on a portion of the substrate 111 and the light-shielding printed layer 113, and overlaps with the entire opening 113A.
[0036] Here, in Figure 2 In the example shown, the width of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 in the left-right direction (X-axis direction) is shorter than the width of the substrate 111 and the light-shielding printed layer 113 in the left-right direction (X-axis direction). On the other hand, the width of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 in the front-back direction (Y-axis direction) is equal to that of the substrate 111 and the light-shielding printed layer 113 in the front-back direction (Y-axis direction).
[0037] Therefore, in the decorative sheet 110 involved in the first embodiment, the edge 112a on the right side (positive side of the X-axis) and the edge 112b on the left side (negative side of the X-axis) of the outer edge portion of the translucent printed layer 112 respectively reach the edge 110a on the front side (positive side of the Y-axis) and the edge 110b on the rear side (negative side of the Y-axis) of the outer edge portion of the decorative sheet 110 (an example of the “outer edge portion of the substrate”).
[0038] Along with this, in the decorative sheet 110 involved in the first embodiment, the thick wall portion 110A and the height difference portion 114A formed along the edge 112a on the right side (positive side of the X-axis) of the translucent printed layer 112 and the thick wall portion 110A and the height difference portion 114A formed along the edge 112b on the left side (negative side of the X-axis) of the translucent printed layer 112 respectively reach the front side (positive side of the Y-axis) and the rear side (negative side of the Y-axis) of the outer edge portion (outer edge portion of the substrate 111) of the decorative sheet 110.
[0039] Thus, in the display panel 100 involved in the first embodiment, when the decorative sheet 110 is pasted on the back side 120A of the transparent panel 120, even if air is mixed between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 (the height difference portion 114A near the thick wall portion 110A) to generate bubbles 20, the bubbles 20 can be extruded from the front side (positive side of the Y axis) or the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the decorative sheet 110 along the right side (positive side of the X axis) or the left side (negative side of the X axis) of the translucent printed layer 112 in the height difference portion 114A from the center in the front-to-back direction (Y axis direction) to the front (positive direction of the Y axis) or the rear side (negative direction of the Y axis) of the decorative sheet 110. 11
[0040] Therefore, when the display panel 100 involved in the first embodiment adheres the decorative sheet 110 to the back side 120A of the transparent panel 120, pressing force is applied sequentially, for example using silicon having a pressing surface inclined from the center in the front-to-back direction (Y-axis direction) toward the outside, thereby making it easy to expel the bubbles 20 generated between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110.
[0041] (Second Example of the Shape of the Light-Transmitting Printed Layer 112)
[0042] Figure 3 FIG. 1 is a top view of a decorative sheet 110 according to a second embodiment showing the shape of a light-transmitting printed layer 112 included in a display panel 100 according to an embodiment. Figure 3 In the figure, the base material 111 and the adhesive layer 114 are omitted, but their outer shapes are the same rectangular shape as the light-shielding printed layer 113. In addition, below, the same names and symbols are sometimes given to the same or similar structures as those in the first embodiment, and the description is omitted.
[0043] like Figure 3 As shown, the decorative sheet 110 according to the second embodiment has a rectangular shape with the left-right direction (X-axis direction) as the long side direction when viewed from below (Z-axis negative direction). Figure 3 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a rectangular main portion 112A including the entire opening 113A at a position overlapping with the opening 113A formed in the light-shielding printed layer 113 at the center of the decorative sheet 110 when viewed from below (in the positive direction of the Z axis). The main portion 112A is a portion formed in a partial region of the substrate 111 and the light-shielding printed layer 113 and overlapping with the entire opening 113A.
[0044] Here, in Figure 3In the example shown, the width of the main portion 112A of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 in the left-right direction (X-axis direction) is shorter than the width of the decorative sheet 110 in the left-right direction (X-axis direction). In addition, the width of the main portion 112A of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 in the front-back direction (Y-axis direction) is shorter than the width of the decorative sheet 110 in the front-back direction (Y-axis direction).
[0045] In addition, Figure 3 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a first connection portion 112B, which has a fixed width (narrower than the main portion 112A) and extends in a straight line from the center of the edge of the front side (positive side of the Y axis) of the main portion 112A to the front (positive direction of the Y axis) when viewed from below (negative direction of the Z axis). The first connection portion 112B reaches the edge 110a of the front side (positive side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110. Therefore, in the display panel 100 involved in the second embodiment, the wall thickness portion 110A and the height difference portion 114A formed along the first connection portion 112B reach the edge 110a of the front side (positive side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110.
[0046] In addition, Figure 3 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a second connection portion 112C, which has a fixed width (narrower than the width of the main portion 112A) and extends in a straight line from the center of the edge on the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the main portion 112A to the rear (negative direction of the Y axis) when viewed from below (negative direction of the Z axis). The second connection portion 112C reaches the edge 110b on the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110. Therefore, in the display panel 100 involved in the second embodiment, the wall thickness portion 110A and the height difference portion 114A formed along the second connection portion 112C reach the edge 110b on the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110.
[0047] Thus, in the display panel 100 involved in the second embodiment, when the decorative sheet 110 is pasted on the back side 120A of the transparent panel 120, even if air is mixed between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 (the height difference portion 114A near the thick wall portion 110A) to generate bubbles 20, the bubbles 20 can be extruded forward (in the positive direction of the Y axis) or backward (in the negative direction of the Y axis) in the height difference portion 114A along the first connecting portion 112B or the second connecting portion 112C of the translucent printed layer 112, and discharged from the edge 110a on the front side (positive side of the Y axis) or the edge 110b on the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the decorative sheet 110.
[0048] Therefore, in the display panel 100 involved in the second embodiment, when the decorative sheet 110 is pasted to the back side 120A of the transparent panel 120, pressing force is applied sequentially using, for example, silicon having a pressing surface inclined from the center in the front-to-back direction (Y-axis direction) toward the outside, thereby making it easy to expel the bubbles 20 generated between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110.
[0049] (Third Example of the Shape of the Light-Transmitting Printed Layer 112)
[0050] Figure 4 1 is a top view of a decorative sheet 110 of a third embodiment showing the shape of a light-transmitting printed layer 112 provided in a display panel 100 according to an embodiment. In the first and second embodiments, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is provided to overlap with the opening 113A formed in the light-shielding printed layer 113, and a method of displaying a predetermined design shape on the display surface 100A by light passing through the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is described. In the third embodiment, the case where the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is used as the alignment of the decorative sheet 110 with respect to the transparent panel 120 is described.
[0051] In addition, although Figure 4 Although not shown in the figure, the decorative sheet 110 according to the third embodiment is continuous in the X direction and has the structure of the decorative sheet 110 shown in the first embodiment or the second embodiment (ie, a structure for displaying a given design shape on the display surface 100A).
[0052] In addition, Figure 4 In the figure, the base material 111 and the adhesive layer 114 are omitted, but similarly to the first and second embodiments, the base material 111 has the same outer shape as the outer shape of the decorative sheet 110, the adhesive layer 114 is formed on the entire area of the base material 111, and the light-shielding printed layer 113 is formed on the entire surface of the base material 111 except for the opening 113A. In addition, in the following, the same names and symbols are sometimes given to the same or similar structures as those in the first and second embodiments, and the description is omitted.
[0053] like Figure 4 As shown, the decorative sheet 110 according to the third embodiment has a rectangular shape with the left-right direction (X-axis direction) as the long side direction when viewed from below (Z-axis negative direction).
[0054] In addition, Figure 4 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is provided at a position that does not overlap with the opening 113A formed in the light-shielding printed layer 113 when viewed from below (in the negative direction of the Z axis) (i.e., at a position that does not overlap with a given design shape). Figure 4The light-transmitting printed layer 112 shown cannot be visually recognized from the front side of the decorative sheet 110 , and can be visually recognized only from the back side of the decorative sheet 110 .
[0055] In addition, Figure 4 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a first straight portion 112D and a second straight portion 112E. The first straight portion 112D is provided at the center of the decorative sheet 110 when viewed from above, and extends in a straight line along the left-right direction (X-axis direction). The second straight portion 112E is provided at the center of the decorative sheet 110 when viewed from above, and extends in a straight line along the front-back direction (Y-axis direction). When viewed from below, the first straight portion 112D and the second straight portion 112E have a cross shape that is orthogonal to each other at their respective midpoints. The first straight portion 112D and the second straight portion 112E function as a "marking portion" having a positioning shape (a cross shape in this example) for aligning the decorative sheet 110 with respect to the transparent panel 120.
[0056] In addition, Figure 4 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a first connection portion 112F extending from the end of the front side (positive side of the Y axis) of the second straight portion 112E toward the front (positive direction of the Y axis) when viewed from below (negative direction of the Z axis). The first connection portion 112F reaches the side 110a of the front side (positive side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110. Therefore, in the decorative sheet 110 involved in the third embodiment, the wall thickness portion 110A and the height difference portion 114A formed along the first connection portion 112F reach the side 110a of the front side (positive side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110.
[0057] In addition, Figure 4 In the example shown, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 has a second connection portion 112G extending from the end of the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the second straight portion 112E toward the rear (negative direction of the Y axis) when viewed from below (negative direction of the Z axis). The second connection portion 112G reaches the side 110b of the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110. Therefore, in the decorative sheet 110 involved in the third embodiment, the wall thickness portion 110A and the height difference portion 114A formed along the second connection portion 112G reach the side 110b of the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110.
[0058] Thus, in the display panel 100 involved in the third embodiment, when the decorative sheet 110 is pasted on the back side 120A of the transparent panel 120, even if air is mixed between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110 (the height difference portion 114A near the thick wall portion 110A) to generate bubbles 20, the bubbles 20 can be expelled from the edge 110a on the front side (positive side of the Y axis) or the edge 110b on the rear side (negative side of the Y axis) of the decorative sheet 110 by squeezing the bubbles 20 forward (in the positive direction of the Y axis) or backward (in the negative direction of the Y axis) in the height difference portion 114A along the first connection portion 112F or the second connection portion 112G of the translucent printed layer 112.
[0059] Therefore, in the display panel 100 involved in the third embodiment, when the decorative sheet 110 is pasted to the back side 120A of the transparent panel 120, pressing force is applied sequentially using, for example, silicon having a pressing surface inclined from the center in the front-to-back direction (Y-axis direction) toward the outside, thereby making it easy to expel the bubbles 20 generated between the transparent panel 120 and the decorative sheet 110.
[0060] In particular, Figure 4 In the illustrated example, the first connection portion 112F and the second connection portion 112G of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 have a tapered shape in which the left-right width (width in the X-axis direction) gradually widens toward the outer edge of the decorative sheet 110 .
[0061] Therefore, the display panel 100 involved in the third embodiment functions as a marking portion, maintains a thin line width like the second straight line portion 112E, and gradually expands the line width in the portion that does not function as a marking portion. The left and right height difference portions are connected while maintaining the thin line width unchanged, which can prevent the bubble 20 from being difficult to detach.
[0062] In the first to third embodiments, the decorative sheet 110 has a rectangular shape with the short side in the front-back direction (Y-axis direction) and the long side in the left-right direction (X-axis direction) when viewed from above, and the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is extended in the short side direction (Y-axis direction) so that the light-transmitting printed layer 112 reaches the outer edge. The display panel 100 according to the first to third embodiments can make the light-transmitting printed layer 112 reach the nearest outer edge, so the ink usage of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 can be reduced.
[0063] (Function and Effect of Display Panel 100)
[0064] As described above, the display panel 100 involved in one embodiment is a display panel 100 that displays a given design shape on a display surface 100A when an LED 131 emits light, and comprises: a decorative sheet 110, which is stacked in sequence on a transparent substrate 111 on a partial area of a light-transmitting printed layer 112, a light-shielding printed layer 113 having an opening 113A with a given design shape, and an adhesive layer 114; and a transparent transparent panel 120, which is attached to the decorative sheet 110 using the adhesive layer 114, and when viewed from above, a part of the outer edge of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 reaches the outer edge of the substrate 111.
[0065] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can discharge the bubbles 20 that have entered between the adhesive layer 114 and the transparent panel 120 when attaching the decorative sheet 110 to the outside along the outer edge of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 without using a device for counteracting bubbles, such as a vacuum device. In addition, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment does not need to provide a bubble discharge flow path in the adhesive layer 114, so the light transmittance of the adhesive layer 114 will not be reduced.
[0066] Therefore, according to the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the air bubbles 20 that enter when the decorative sheet 110 is attached to the transparent panel 120 can be easily discharged to the outside without reducing the brightness of the design shape displayed on the display surface 100A.
[0067] Furthermore, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment has the light-transmitting printed layer 112 disposed on a portion of the substrate 111 , so that the amount of ink used in the light-transmitting printed layer 112 can be reduced compared to a case where the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is disposed on the entire substrate 111 .
[0068] In addition, the display panel 100 involved in one embodiment has a height difference portion 114A, wherein the height difference portion 114A is formed between the wall thickness portion 110A in the adhesive layer 114 and the area outside the wall thickness portion 110A, and the wall thickness portion 110A is formed along the outer edge of the translucent printed layer 112 when viewed from above, and the light-shielding printed layer 113 and the adhesive layer 114 are overlapped at the outer edge of the translucent printed layer 112, and the height difference portion 114A reaches the outer edge of the substrate 111 along the outer edge of the translucent printed layer 112.
[0069] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can discharge the bubbles 20 that have entered between the adhesive layer 114 and the transparent panel 120 when attaching the decorative sheet 110 to the outside through the step portion 114A of the adhesive layer 114 formed along the outer edge of the translucent printed layer 112 .
[0070] In addition, a display panel 100 according to one embodiment includes an LED 131 arranged on the back side of a substrate 111, and a translucent printed layer 112 is provided on the substrate 111 in a partial area overlapping with a given design shape, and light emitted from the LED 131 passes through the substrate 111, the translucent printed layer 112, the opening 113A of the light-shielding printed layer 113, the adhesive layer 114 and the transparent panel 120, thereby displaying a given design shape on the display surface 100A.
[0071] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can display a predetermined design shape formed by the opening 113A of the light-shielding printed layer 113 on the display surface 100A.
[0072] In the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 includes a main portion 112A provided at a position overlapping a given design shape and connecting portions 112B and 112C connecting the main portion 112A to the outer edge of the substrate 111 .
[0073] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can easily discharge the air bubbles 20 that enter the height difference portion 114A of the main portion 112A when attaching the decorative sheet 110 to the outside through the height difference portion 114A of the connecting portions 112B and 112C. In addition, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can minimize the size of the main portion 112A, thereby reducing the amount of ink used in the light-transmitting printed layer 112.
[0074] In addition, in the display panel 100 involved in one embodiment, the translucent printed layer 112 has: an identification portion, which is arranged on a portion of the substrate 111 that does not overlap with a given design shape and has a given positioning shape; and connecting portions 112F, 112G, which connect the identification portion to the outer edge portion of the substrate 111.
[0075] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can easily discharge the air bubbles 20 that have entered the stepped portion 114A of the logo portion when the decorative sheet 110 is attached to the outside through the edge portions of the connecting portions 112F and 112G.
[0076] In the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the connection portions 112F and 112G have a shape in which the width gradually increases from the logo portion toward the outer edge portion of the substrate 111 in a plan view.
[0077] Thus, in the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the left and right stepped portions of the mark portion having a thin line width are connected, and it is possible to suppress the difficulty in discharging the air bubbles 20 .
[0078] In the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the adhesive layer 114 is a light-transmitting double-sided tape.
[0079] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment does not need to use a special double-sided tape with low light transmittance for countermeasure against bubbles, and thus can use a double-sided tape that is inexpensive and has higher light transmittance.
[0080] In the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the light-transmitting printed layer 112 is a white printed layer formed by screen printing.
[0081] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can make the thickness of the light-transmitting printed layer 112 thicker than other printing methods such as offset printing, and thus can make the height difference portion 114A larger, thereby making it easier to discharge the air bubbles 20 .
[0082] In the display panel 100 according to one embodiment, the light-shielding printed layer 113 is a black printed layer formed by screen printing.
[0083] Thus, the display panel 100 according to one embodiment can make the thickness of the light-shielding printed layer 113 thicker than other printing methods such as offset printing, and thus can make the height difference portion 114A larger, thereby making it easier to discharge the air bubbles 20 .
[0084] As mentioned above, although one embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications or changes can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention described in the claims.
[0085] The present international application claims the benefit of priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2022-101374 filed on June 23, 2022, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
