Abstract

The invention discloses a clamping hand assembly for a rotary bottle blowing machine, the clamping hand assembly comprises a support arm, a clamping mechanism, an expansion mechanism, a front observation mechanism, a fine adjustment assembly and an auxiliary locking mechanism, through holes symmetrically formed in the support arm are rotatably connected with a rotating middle shaft in the clamping mechanism through a bearing, and the bottom end of the rotating middle shaft is fixed on an overturning block; the expansion mechanism capable of driving the overturning block is additionally arranged on the basis of a traditional clamping hand structure, claw opening by means of thrust of a bottle opening is not needed, impact deformation cannot be generated at the clamping position of the bottle opening, product loss is reduced, and meanwhile it is avoided that PET chippings are generated in the clamping and releasing process to pollute products; in the clamping process, an auxiliary locking mechanism is matched to assist in clamping, the bottles are prevented from falling off due to stress, and therefore the practicability of the clamping hand is improved; the observation camera is used for collecting the position of the bottle opening, the fine adjustment assembly is matched for adjusting the position of the clamping hand, clamping failure caused by bottle deflection is avoided, and therefore the working stability of the clamping hand is guaranteed.
