[0001] The present disclosure relates to a vehicle lower structure of an electric vehicle and a vehicle seat structure. Background Art
[0002] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-219336, which is Patent Document 1, discloses an electric vehicle in which a driving battery is provided under a floor.
[0003] In the electric vehicle described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-219336, since there is a battery, the seat rails are provided on the floor above the battery, and there is room for improvement in the living space of the occupants in the vehicle height direction. Summary of the invention
[0004] The present disclosure provides a vehicle lower structure and a vehicle seat structure of an electric vehicle, which can expand the living space of passengers in the vehicle height direction compared with the case where seat slide rails are arranged on the floor in the vehicle cabin.
[0005] The lower vehicle structure of an electric vehicle of the first embodiment includes: a driving battery pack, which is mounted on the lower side of the vehicle floor; and at least one seat slide rail, which can be engaged with a sliding component provided on a vehicle seat and is provided on the lower side of the vehicle floor on a wall portion in the vehicle width direction of the driving battery pack, or at a position opposite to the wall portion.
[0006] In the vehicle lower structure of the electric vehicle of the first embodiment, at least one seat slide rail is capable of being engaged with a sliding member provided on the vehicle seat, and is provided on a wall portion in the vehicle width direction of the driving battery pack at the vehicle lower side of the vehicle floor, or at a position opposite to the wall portion. Therefore, since the installation position of the vehicle seat can be lowered compared to the case where the seat slide rail is arranged on the vehicle floor, the living space of the occupant in the vehicle height direction can be expanded.
[0007] The lower vehicle structure of the electric vehicle of the second embodiment is that, in the structure of the first embodiment, it has a lower side beam, and the lower side beam is arranged along the front and rear directions of the vehicle at both ends in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, and the seat slide rail is arranged on the outside of the vehicle width direction of the vehicle seat and is arranged on the outside of the wall portion of the driving battery pack and on the upper surface of the lower side beam.
[0008] In the lower vehicle structure of the electric vehicle of the second embodiment, the seat rails arranged on the outer side in the vehicle width direction are arranged on the outer side of the wall portion of the driving battery pack and on the upper surface of the lower side beam. Therefore, by arranging the seat rails on the outer side of the wall portion of the driving battery pack, it is easy to ensure insulation from the driving battery. In addition, by arranging the seat rails on the upper surface of the lower side beam, the space on the side of the lower side beam compared to the driving battery pack can be flexibly used as both a space for suppressing the load transfer to the driving battery and a space for configuring the seat rails.
[0009] A vehicle lower structure of an electric vehicle according to a third aspect is the structure of the first aspect, wherein the seat slide rail is provided outside the vehicle seat in the vehicle width direction and inside the wall portion of the drive battery pack.
[0010] In the vehicle lower structure of the electric vehicle of the third embodiment, the seat slide rails are provided outside the vehicle seat in the vehicle width direction and inside the wall portion of the driving battery pack. Therefore, since there is no need to newly provide a space for arranging the seat slide rails outside the driving battery pack, it is possible to suppress an increase in the arrangement space in the vehicle width direction.
[0011] The vehicle seat structure of the fourth embodiment comprises: a lower vehicle structure recorded in any one of the first to third embodiments; a seat cushion on which an occupant sits; a pair of seat legs extending toward the lower side of the vehicle at both sides of the seat cushion in the vehicle width direction and arranged to overlap with the side of the floor of the vehicle; and a sliding component provided on at least one of the seat legs of the pair of seat legs corresponding to the seat slide rail and moving along the seat slide rail.
[0012] In the vehicle seat structure of the fourth aspect, the pair of seat legs extend toward the vehicle lower side at both sides of the seat cushion in the vehicle width direction and are arranged to overlap with the side of the vehicle floor. Therefore, since a space corresponding to the height of the pair of seat legs can be formed between the pair of seat legs on the vehicle floor, for example, the living space under the feet of the vehicle seat occupant sitting on the rear side of the vehicle seat can be expanded.
[0013] A vehicle seat structure according to a fifth aspect is the structure of the fourth aspect, wherein the sliding member is provided on a surface side of the at least one seat leg portion that faces the other seat leg portion.
[0014] In the vehicle seat structure of the fifth aspect, since at least one seat leg is provided with the sliding member on the surface side facing the other seat leg, the sliding member can be prevented from being exposed from the seat leg, thereby improving the appearance.
[0015] As described above, the vehicle lower structure and vehicle seat structure of the electric vehicle according to the present disclosure have the excellent effect of expanding the living space of the occupants in the vehicle height direction compared to the case where the seat slide rails are arranged on the floor in the vehicle cabin. [0022] A vehicle to which the vehicle lower structure 10 of the present embodiment is applied is, for example, an electric vehicle, a gasoline hybrid vehicle, a fuel cell hybrid vehicle, etc., which uses an electric motor (motor) not shown in the figure as a driving source for travel, and a driving battery pack 20 for storing electric power supplied to the electric motor is arranged on the lower side of the vehicle on the floor panel 12 constituting the floor of the vehicle.
[0023] (Composition of vehicle lower structure)
[0024] like Figures 1 to 3 As shown, at the lower part of the vehicle to which the vehicle lower structure 10 involved in the present embodiment is applied, a floor panel 12 extends along the vehicle width direction and the vehicle front-rear direction. In the present embodiment, the floor panel 12 constitutes a floor serving as the floor surface of the vehicle. In addition, at both ends of the floor panel 12 in the vehicle width direction, side rails 14 extend along the vehicle front-rear direction, respectively. In addition, in each of the drawings, only the side rail 14 on the left side in the vehicle width direction is recorded, and the illustration of the side rail 14 on the right side is omitted. In the following, the side rail 14 on the left side in the vehicle width direction is described, and since the side rail 14 on the right side has the same structure as the side rail 14 on the left side, the description here is omitted.
[0025] The lower side sill 14 is a frame member constituting the frame of the lower portion of the vehicle body at the side portion of the vehicle body, and extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the side sill 14 is configured to include an outer portion 15 disposed at the outer side in the vehicle width direction, an inner portion 16 disposed at the inner side in the vehicle width direction, and a side sill reinforcement 17 disposed between the outer portion 15 and the inner portion 16. The outer portion 15 and the inner portion 16 are reinforced by the side sill reinforcement 17. Figure 3 , the side rail 14 is schematically described. The side rail 14 is formed of a metal such as an aluminum alloy, and the outer side portion 15, the inner side portion 16, and the side rail reinforcement 17 are joined together by welding or the like. In addition, the side rail 14 may be formed integrally with the outer side portion 15, the inner side portion 16, and the side rail reinforcement 17 by casting, extrusion, drawing, or the like.
[0026] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, in the present embodiment, the vehicle outer side surface of the rocker 14 is covered by a rocker molding 18 which is an exterior design component made of resin or the like. The rocker molding 18 includes a cover portion 18A formed along the up-down direction in a cross-sectional shape cut along the vehicle width direction. In addition, the rocker molding 18 includes an upper cover portion 18B which is provided at the vehicle upper side of the cover portion 18A and is inclined toward the upper side as it approaches the inner side in the vehicle width direction. In addition, the rocker molding 18 includes a lower cover portion 18C extending toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction. The upper cover portion 18B includes an upper end portion 18D bent at a substantially right angle toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction at a portion in the vehicle front-rear direction, and a cover insertion hole 18E for inserting a leg frame 56 described later is formed through the upper end portion 18D.
[0027] The floor panel 12 includes a flat portion 12A and oblique side portions 12B extending downward and obliquely outward from both ends of the flat portion 12A. The oblique side portions 12B are formed to be inclined at the same angle as the upper cover portion 18B when the floor panel 12 is placed on the rocker molding 18 .
[0028] Furthermore, the cover insertion hole 18E is formed so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. In this embodiment, after the leg frame 56 described later is inserted into the cover insertion hole 18E, the floor panel 12 and the rocker molding 18 are joined together by bolts or the like. Figure 1 As shown, the floor panel 12 and the rocker molding 18 are fixed at a portion where the cover insertion hole 18E is not formed. Figure 3 are schematically recorded. For example, although Figure 3 Although the rocker 14 and the rocker molding 18 are described as being separated from each other, in reality, the rocker molding 18 is fixed to the rocker 14 in contact with the rocker 14 .
[0029] Back to Figure 1 , a vehicle seat 30 is arranged on the upper surface of the floor panel 12. In addition, although only the front vehicle seat 30 arranged on the left side in the vehicle width direction is recorded in each figure, in fact, the front vehicle seat 30 is also arranged on the right side in the vehicle width direction. In addition, as an example, a rear vehicle seat such as a bench seat is arranged on the rear side of the vehicle of the front vehicle seat 30 (illustration omitted). In addition, the rear vehicle seat can be arranged only in the second row, or in the second row and the third row. In addition, the rear vehicle seat is not limited to a bench seat, but a seat of a known structure can be arranged.
[0030] like Figure 1As shown, a center console 40 is provided on the upper surface of the floor panel 12 between the left and right front vehicle seats 30. The center console 40 is provided continuously with the central portion of the vehicle width direction of the instrument panel (not shown), and is provided in such a manner that the two ends of the center console 40 in the vehicle width direction are located at the sides of the left vehicle seat 30 and the right vehicle seat 30, respectively. Although not shown, as an example, an operation portion capable of operating vehicle electronic devices such as a cup holder, a car navigation system, and an audio device may also be provided on the upper surface of the center console 40, and an armrest box may also be provided. In the case where an armrest box is provided, an armrest that is extended in the vehicle front-rear direction in such a manner as to cover the upper portion may also be provided at the upper portion of the armrest box. In this case, the rear end portion or the side end portion of the armrest is provided in a manner that is rotatable relative to the armrest box, so that the armrest functions as a cover body for opening and closing the armrest box.
[0031] In addition, if Figure 3 As shown, a driving battery pack 20 is arranged as a driving force supply device for supplying electric power to a power unit such as a motor at the vehicle lower side of the floor panel 12. The driving battery pack 20 is configured to include a battery pack case 22 constituting its outer shell and a battery 24 arranged inside the battery pack case 22.
[0032] The battery pack case 22 includes a battery upper case 22A that covers the battery 24 from the upper side of the vehicle, and a battery lower case 22B that covers the battery 24 from the lower side of the vehicle. The battery 24 is housed in the battery pack case 22 so as to be covered from the upper and lower directions of the vehicle by the battery upper case 22A and the battery lower case 22B. The battery pack case 22 extends in the vehicle width direction between the lower side rails 14 on both left and right sides in the vehicle width direction, and is arranged below the left and right vehicle seats 30 on the front side of the vehicle. In addition, the battery pack case 22 extends in the vehicle front-rear direction so as to include at least the left and right vehicle seats 30 on the front side of the vehicle.
[0033] The upper battery case 22A is made of a light metal or steel plate as an example, and the lower battery case 22B is made of a steel plate as an example. On the outer sides of the wall portions 23 on both sides of the upper battery case 22A in the vehicle width direction and on the side of the lower side rail 14, respectively, a seat slide rail 26 having a substantially long strip shape with the vehicle front-rear direction as the length direction is provided. As an example, the seat slide rail 26 is connected to the upper surface of the lower side rail 14 by bolts or the like. In addition, the seat slide rail 26 may be formed integrally with the lower side rail 14. The seat slide rail 26 is configured in a manner that can be engaged with a sliding member 58 described later of the vehicle seat 30. As an example, the seat slide rail 26 has a lower surface portion extending substantially horizontally when viewed in a longitudinal section, and a side wall portion extending from both ends of the lower surface portion in the vehicle width direction toward the upper side of the vehicle, and has a substantially C-shaped open cross section opened toward the upper side of the vehicle. That is, the seat slide rail 26 includes a recessed portion 26A that is open on the vehicle upper side and extends in the vehicle front-rear direction.
[0034] The battery 24 is configured to include a plurality of battery pack modules (not shown). The battery module is composed of, for example, a battery stack formed by stacking a plurality of single cells, a metal housing for housing the battery stack, and various electronic components disposed on the battery stack. The single cell is a rechargeable secondary battery, such as a lithium-ion secondary battery. The metal housing is made of, for example, a light metal such as aluminum.
[0035] The battery modules (not shown) are arranged in one direction on the battery lower case 22B with a certain interval. The battery upper case 22A covers the upper surface of the battery modules arranged on the battery lower case 22B. In addition, an upper cross member (not shown) forming the frame of the vehicle is mounted on the upper surface of the battery upper case 22A, and a lower cross member (not shown) forming the frame of the vehicle is mounted on the lower surface of the battery lower case 22B.
[0036] As an example, the battery lower case 22B is coupled to the rocker 14 via a shock absorbing portion (not shown) and by bolts or the like. In addition, when a shock absorbing structure is provided inside the rocker 14, the battery lower case 22B is coupled to the rocker 14 by bolts or the like. In addition, as the shock absorbing portion and the shock absorbing structure, for example, a known structure formed in a ladder-shaped cross section can be used.
[0037] (Configuration of vehicle seat structure)
[0038] like Figure 1 as well as Figure 2As shown in the figure, the vehicle seat 30 according to the present embodiment includes a seat cushion 32 on which an occupant sits (supporting the occupant's buttocks and thighs), a seat back 34 that supports the occupant's back, and a headrest 36 that supports the occupant's head. The seat back 34 is provided upright from the vehicle rear end portion of the seat cushion 32, and has a tilting function that is rotatable relative to the seat cushion 32. In addition, since a known technology can be used as the tilting function, a detailed description thereof is omitted here.
[0039] The vehicle seat 30 includes a pair of seat legs 50. The pair of seat legs 50 includes an outer seat leg 50A on the outer side in the vehicle width direction and an inner seat leg 50B on the inner side. The outer seat leg 50A and the inner seat leg 50B extend toward the vehicle lower side at both sides of the seat cushion 32 in the vehicle width direction, and are arranged like a Figure 2 As shown in FIG. 1 , the floor panel 12 is arranged to overlap with the side surface of the floor panel 12. Specifically, as shown in FIG. Figure 2 As shown, the outer seat leg 50A and the inner seat leg 50B are arranged so that the lower end 52 in the vehicle lower direction covers the cover insertion hole 18E provided in the rocker molding 18. In addition, in the present embodiment, as an example, the floor panel 12 has an opening (not shown) extending in the vehicle front-rear direction at the side of the center console 40, and the inner seat leg 50B is arranged so as to overlap with the side surface of the opening forming the floor panel 12 by being inserted into the opening.
[0040] like Figure 3 As shown in FIG. 1 , the pair of seat legs 50 (outer seat legs 50A) includes a leg molding 54 as an exterior design component made of resin or the like that covers the outer surface. The lower end of the leg molding 54 on the vehicle lower side that covers the outer seat legs 50A is located at a position that covers the cover insertion hole 18E of the rocker molding 18. That is, as shown in FIG. Figure 1 as well as Figure 2 As shown, the cover insertion hole 18E is formed so that it can be visually confirmed from the vehicle outer side at a portion where the leg molding 54 is not provided.
[0041] The outer seat leg 50A includes a leg frame 56 that is connected to the outer side in the vehicle width direction of a seat bucket (not shown) that forms the frame of the seat cushion 32 and forms the frame of the outer seat leg 50A. As an example, the leg frame 56 is made of stainless steel and includes an upper frame 56A that extends from the lower end of the seat bucket toward the lower side of the vehicle, an intermediate frame 56B that extends from the lower end of the upper frame 56A toward the inner side in the vehicle width direction, and a lower frame 56C that extends from the end of the intermediate frame 56B toward the lower side.
[0042] A slide member 58 is provided at the lower end of the lower frame 56C of the outer seat leg 50A to engage with the recessed portion 26A of the seat slide rail 26. That is, the slide member 58 provided on the outer seat leg 50A is provided on the surface corresponding to the inner seat leg 50B via the intermediate frame 56B and the lower frame 56C.
[0043] The sliding member 58 extends in the vehicle front-rear direction and is set to be shorter than the concave portion 26A of the seat slide rail 26. As an example, the sliding member 58 is configured to be slidable relative to the seat slide rail 26 by providing a ball bearing between the sliding member 58 and the seat slide rail 26. That is, the sliding member 58 moves along the seat slide rail 26. In addition, as for the slidable structure, it is assumed that a well-known technology can be used, and a detailed description here is omitted.
[0044] The inner seat leg 50B includes a leg frame which is connected to the inner side of the seat bucket (not shown) forming the frame of the seat cushion 32 in the vehicle width direction and forms the frame of the inner seat leg 50B. As an example, the leg frame is made of stainless steel and extends from the lower end of the seat bucket toward the lower side of the vehicle, and a sliding member 58 is provided at the lower end of the leg frame. In addition, in the present embodiment, although not shown in the figure, as an example, a seat slide rail having a recessed portion 26A engaged with the sliding member 58 on the inner seat leg 50B side is provided on the upper surface of the battery upper case 22A located at the lower end of the vehicle of the opening of the floor panel 12.
[0045] (Functions and effects of vehicle substructure)
[0046] Next, the functions and effects of the vehicle lower structure 10 and the vehicle seat 30 structure according to the present embodiment will be described.
[0047] In the vehicle lower structure 10 of the electric vehicle according to the present embodiment, the seat slide rails 26 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction can be engaged with the slide members 58 provided on the vehicle seat 30, and are provided on the vehicle lower side of the vehicle floor panel 12 and at a position facing the vehicle width direction wall portion 23 of the driving battery pack 20. Therefore, since the installation position of the vehicle seat 30 can be lowered compared to the case where the seat slide rails 26 are provided on the vehicle floor panel 12, the living space of the occupant in the vehicle height direction can be expanded.
[0048] Furthermore, in the vehicle lower structure 10 of the electric vehicle according to the present embodiment, the seat slide rail 26 disposed on the outer side in the vehicle width direction is disposed on the outer side of the wall portion 23 of the driving battery pack 20 and on the side of the rocker 14. Therefore, by disposing the seat slide rail 26 on the outer side of the wall portion 23 of the driving battery pack 20, it is possible to easily ensure insulation from the battery 24. Furthermore, by disposing the seat slide rail 26 on the upper surface of the rocker 14, it is possible to flexibly utilize the space on the side of the rocker 14 relative to the driving battery pack 20 as both a space for suppressing load transfer to the battery 24 and a space for arranging the seat slide rail 26.
[0049] Furthermore, in the structure of the vehicle seat 30 according to the present embodiment, the pair of seat legs 50 extend toward the vehicle lower side at both sides of the seat cushion 32 in the vehicle width direction and are provided so as to overlap with the side surfaces of the vehicle floor panel 12. Therefore, since a space corresponding to the height of the pair of seat legs 50 can be formed between the pair of seat legs 50 on the vehicle floor panel 12, for example, the living space under the feet of the occupant sitting on the vehicle seat on the rear side of the vehicle seat 30 can be expanded.
[0050] In the structure of the vehicle seat 30 according to the present embodiment, since the outer seat leg 50A is provided with the sliding member 58 on the surface side facing the inner seat leg 50B, the sliding member 58 can be prevented from being exposed from the outer seat leg 50A. This can improve the appearance.
[0051] In addition, although the seat slide rails 26 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction are provided at positions facing the wall portion 23 of the drive battery pack 20 in the above-described embodiment, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Figure 4 Shown in Figure 3 The corresponding changes are shown in Figure 5 Shown in Figure 3 Other corresponding changes. For example, Figure 4 As shown, the seat slide rail 26 may be provided on the side surface outside the wall portion 23 of the driving battery pack 20. In this case, as an example, the seat slide rail 26 is coupled to the wall portion 23 by bolts or the like. In this case, the same effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
[0052] In addition, if Figure 5As shown, the seat slide rail 26 may be provided inside the wall portion 23B of the battery lower case 22B of the driving battery pack 20. In this case, an insertion hole 59 through which the lower frame 56C is inserted is provided in the battery upper case 22A located on the vehicle upper side of the seat slide rail 26, and the slide member 58 is inserted through the insertion hole 59. In addition, the insertion hole 59 extends in the vehicle front-rear direction.
[0053] In the vehicle lower structure 10 shown in the modified example, the seat slide rail 26 is provided on the inner side of the wall portion 23B of the driving battery pack 20. Therefore, since it is not necessary to newly provide a space for arranging the seat slide rail 26 on the outer side of the driving battery pack 20, it is possible to suppress an increase in the arrangement space in the vehicle width direction.
[0054] (Supplementary matters of this embodiment)
[0055] Although in the above implementation, like Figure 3 as well as Figure 4 As shown, the recessed portion 26A of the seat slide rail 26 is disposed so as to be open on the upper side, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the recessed portion 26A of the seat slide rail 26 may be disposed so as to be open on the outer side in the vehicle width direction.
[0056] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, as an example, the seat slide rail having the recessed portion 26A engaged with the slide member 58 on the inner seat leg 50B side is provided on the upper surface of the battery upper case 22A located at the vehicle lower end of the opening of the above-mentioned floor panel 12, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. For example, in the case where a plurality of driving battery packs 20 are arranged in the vehicle width direction, the seat slide rail on the inner seat leg 50B side can also be configured similarly to the seat slide rail 26 of the outer seat leg 50A.
[0057] Although an example of an embodiment of the present disclosure has been described above, the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited to the above content, and one embodiment and various modified examples can also be appropriately combined and used. Obviously, it can be implemented in various ways without departing from the scope of the main purpose of the present disclosure.
