Polymer PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) composite board and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a polymer PET composite board and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of composite materials. When the high-molecular PET composite board is prepared, 4-(2-furan)-3-thiosemicarbazone and 6-hydroxyhexanal react and then react with copper chloride to prepare a thiosemicarbazone copper complex; polymerizing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol and the thiosemicarbazone copper complex to prepare functional polyester; the preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out polymerization growth on pre-treated silicon nitride by using 1, 3-bis (chloromethyl)-1, 1, 3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane and 10-(2, 5-dihydroxyphenyl)-10-hydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide on the pre-treated silicon nitride, so as to prepare pre-modified silicon nitride; the pre-modified silicon nitride and N-(2-aminopropyl) maleimide are subjected to a reaction, and modified silicon nitride is prepared; and melting and mixing the functional polyester and the modified silicon nitride, and then calendaring and molding to obtain the high-molecular PET composite board. The high-molecular PET composite board prepared by the invention has excellent mildew-proof, antibacterial, flame-retardant, wear-resistant and self-repairing properties.
