Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and in particular relates to an anticorrosive and antibacterial coating, a preparation method thereof, an application thereof and household appliances. Background Art
[0002] The metal shell of household appliances has a layer of coating on its surface to protect the metal from being corroded by corrosive media in the atmosphere. The service life of household appliances can last for several years or even more than ten years, which requires the surface coating to have excellent anti-corrosion ability. In addition, people's demand for antibacterial properties of household appliances has also increased significantly. Therefore, it is of great significance to study coatings with excellent anti-corrosion ability and antibacterial effect.
[0003] Chinese patent CN112430410A discloses a weather-resistant and anti-corrosion powder coating and its preparation method. The coating is composed of the following raw materials: polytetrafluoroethylene, solid epoxy resin, modified silicon dioxide, boron trifluoride ethylamine, modified copper oxide, polystyrene, cellulose acetate, and auxiliary materials. The invention introduces amino groups on the surface of nano-silicon dioxide and combines with acrylic resin to form CuO-Cu 2 O heterojunction and Cu-CuO / Cu 2 The copper oxide of the Schottky heterojunction cooperates with various components to make the prepared coating have a good isolation effect on acids, alkalis and salts, significantly enhance the corrosion resistance of the coating, and at the same time improve the combination of the molecular chemical bonds of the coating, improve the mechanical properties of the coating, and enhance the wear resistance and impact resistance of the coating.

[0016] The present invention also provides a household appliance, the housing of which is covered with the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating described in any of the above technical solutions.
[0017] Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
[0018] The present invention provides an anticorrosive and antibacterial coating with excellent anticorrosive and antibacterial properties, wherein the two-dimensional nanomaterial has a high specific surface area and can improve the anticorrosive ability of epoxy resin. Specifically, the two-dimensional nanomaterial is combined with the epoxy group of the epoxy resin through the covalent bond between the amino group, thereby improving the compatibility between the two-dimensional nanomaterial and the epoxy resin and avoiding agglomeration; in addition, the two-dimensional nanomaterial has a sharp edge and can cut the cell membrane of bacteria, and the amphiphilic compound 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine has a cationic property, and the positively charged cationic group is combined with the negatively charged bacterial cell wall, resulting in an imbalance in the charge of the bacterial cell wall and rupture, ultimately inhibiting the growth of bacteria, and even killing the bacteria, thereby improving the antibacterial property of the coating;
[0019] The present invention also provides a method for preparing an anticorrosive and antibacterial coating, which has the characteristics of simple preparation process and easy industrial production. At the same time, the method limits the order of first grafting the two-dimensional nanomaterial with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) and then chemically reacting the amino group of the two-dimensional nanomaterial with the epoxy group of the epoxy resin. This not only ensures the anticorrosive and antibacterial properties of the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating, but also overcomes the problem of uneven coating caused by the fact that MPC is not easily soluble in epoxy resin by virtue of the early grafting of MPC on the two-dimensional nanomaterial. [0023] The technical scheme in the specific embodiment of the present invention is described in detail and completely below. Obviously, the described embodiment is only a part of the specific implementation of the overall technical scheme of the present invention, rather than all implementations. Based on the overall concept of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
[0024] On the one hand, the present invention provides an anticorrosive and antibacterial coating, which is an epoxy resin reinforced by grafting 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine onto a two-dimensional nanomaterial; the two-dimensional nanomaterial structure includes an amino group, and the preparation process of the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating includes: grafting reaction between the two-dimensional nanomaterial and 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine to obtain the two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine; mixing the two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine with an epoxy resin, chemically reacting the amino group in the two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine with the epoxy resin to form a covalent bond, and obtaining the epoxy resin reinforced by grafting 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine onto the two-dimensional nanomaterial. The anticorrosive and antibacterial coating has excellent anticorrosive and antibacterial properties. The two-dimensional nanomaterial has a high specific surface area and can improve the anticorrosive ability of the epoxy resin. Specifically, the two-dimensional nanomaterial is combined with the epoxy group of the epoxy resin through the covalent bond between the amino group and the epoxy resin, thereby improving the compatibility between the two-dimensional nanomaterial and the epoxy resin and avoiding agglomeration. In addition, the two-dimensional nanomaterial has a sharp edge and can cut through the bacterial cell membrane, while the amphoteric compound 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine has a cationic property. The positively charged cationic group combines with the negatively charged bacterial cell wall, resulting in an imbalance in the charge of the bacterial cell wall and rupture, which ultimately inhibits bacterial growth and even kills the bacteria, thereby improving the antibacterial property of the coating.
[0025] In a preferred embodiment, the two-dimensional nanomaterial is selected from at least one of amination boron nitride, amination graphene oxide, amination titanium carbide, amination graphene, amination molybdenum disulfide, and covalent organic framework. Optionally, the covalent organic framework is selected from at least one of TpPa-1, TpPa-2, TpBD, and COF-LZU1.
[0026] Among them, the preparation of amination boron nitride is to directly convert -NH 2 Grafting on boron nitride, the specific steps include: in a ball milling jar containing excess deionized water, ball milling 1.2g of a mixture of boron nitride and urea in a weight ratio of 1:60 at a speed of 6000rpm for 2h, washing the resulting solution with deionized water, and finally, vacuum drying the filtered product at 80°C for 12h to obtain amino boron nitride;
[0027] The preparation of the aminated graphene oxide is obtained by amination treatment of the graphene oxide through a chemical bond reaction between the hydroxyl group of the graphene oxide and the alkoxy group of the silane precursor, specifically comprising: ultrasonically dispersing 20 mg of GO (graphene oxide) in deionized water, then adding a 0.2 mol / L toluene solution containing a silane precursor (the silane precursor is one or more of γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, and N-(β-aminoethyl)γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane) to the prepared GO solution, stirring and refluxing the obtained brown solution at 70-80°C for 24 hours, washing the obtained dark brown aminated graphene oxide with ethanol and deionized water, and drying at 50°C to obtain the aminated graphene oxide;
[0028] The preparation steps of the covalent organic framework TpPa-1 include: under an inert atmosphere (the inert atmosphere is selected from one or more of argon and nitrogen), dispersing 70 mg of 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol and 74 mg of potassium hydroxide in 10 mL of water and ultrasonically treating for 20 minutes, then heating the mixture to 120°C and continuously stirring, after 30 minutes, adding 15 mL of N,N-dimethylformamide solution containing 54 mg of p-phenylenediamine to the mixed solution, heating for 24 hours, filtering the resulting suspension and washing several times with N,N-dimethylformamide solution, acetone and ethanol, finally, collecting the product and vacuum drying it at 60°C for 24 hours to obtain TpPa-1, which has a large number of amino groups.
[0029] In a preferred embodiment, the size of the two-dimensional nanomaterial is any value in the range of 0.1-3 μm. It is understood that the size of the two-dimensional nanomaterial can also be 0.5 μm, 1.0 μm, 1.5 μm, 2.0 μm, 2.5 μm and any point value in the range.
[0030] In a preferred embodiment, the epoxy resin is selected from any one of E-31, E-35, E-42, E-44, E-51, and E-55.
[0031] The present invention also provides a method for preparing an anticorrosive and antibacterial coating according to any of the above technical solutions, which comprises in sequence: a two-dimensional nanomaterial preparation step, a two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine preparation step, and a two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine enhanced epoxy resin preparation step. The preparation method defines the order of first grafting the two-dimensional nanomaterial with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC), and then chemically reacting the amino group of the two-dimensional nanomaterial with the epoxy group of the epoxy resin, which not only ensures the anticorrosive and antibacterial properties of the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating, but also overcomes the problem of uneven coating caused by the difficulty of MPC being dissolved in epoxy resin by virtue of the early grafting of MPC on the two-dimensional nanomaterial.
[0032] In a preferred embodiment, the preparation step of the two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine comprises: adding the 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine to deionized water, ultrasonically dissolving it completely, adding a tert-butyl alcohol solution of hydrogen peroxide and the two-dimensional nanomaterial, stirring and heating under reflux in a water bath, washing and drying to obtain the two-dimensional nanomaterial grafted with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine. In this process, Figure 3 As shown, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is used as an initiator for the polymerization reaction, and 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine is grafted onto the amino group of the nano two-dimensional material.
[0033] In a preferred embodiment, the preparation step of the epoxy resin enhanced by grafting 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine with the two-dimensional nanomaterial comprises: adding the grafted 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine with the two-dimensional nanomaterial to the epoxy resin, adding a diluent and stirring, after mixing evenly, adding a curing agent and a defoaming agent and continuously stirring, reacting at 70-90° C. for 1-3 hours, and standing at room temperature for 5 days to obtain the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating. In this process, the amino group in the grafted 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine with the two-dimensional nanomaterial reacts chemically with the epoxy group in the epoxy resin to form a covalent bond, thereby ensuring the stability of the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating structure. In addition, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine is anchored on the two-dimensional nanomaterial by grafting, thereby achieving uniform dispersion in the epoxy resin. 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine is insoluble in epoxy resin, and its polymerization on the two-dimensional nanomaterial greatly improves its solubility in epoxy resin, which is beneficial to enhancing the antibacterial properties of the coating.
[0034] In a preferred embodiment, the diluent is a mixed solution of xylene and n-butanol, the curing agent is a polyamide curing agent, and the defoaming agent is dimethyl silicone oil.
[0035] On the other hand, the present invention provides the application of the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating described in any of the above technical solutions in the shell coating of household appliances. When the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating is used as the shell coating of household appliances, the household appliances have excellent anticorrosive and antibacterial properties. Regarding the anticorrosive performance, the two-dimensional nanomaterial as a filler can hinder the diffusion of the corrosive medium in the coating by filling the defective parts of the coating. In addition, the two-dimensional nanomaterial has a stronger shielding effect because of its high specific surface area, which is significantly higher than silicon dioxide, and the anticorrosive effect is correspondingly better. At the same time, the density of the coating is improved by forming a dense structure through the amino group. At this time, the amino group acts as a curing agent; Regarding the antibacterial performance, the present application uses the sharp edge of the two-dimensional nanomaterial to cut the bacterial cell membrane and 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine exhibits antibacterial properties due to its cationic properties, that is, the positively charged cationic group combines with the negatively charged bacterial cell wall, resulting in an imbalance in the charge of the bacterial cell wall and rupture.
[0036] The present invention also provides a household appliance, the housing of which is covered with the anticorrosive and antibacterial coating described in any of the above technical solutions.
