Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the fields of organic synthesis, material science, biomedicine, and in particular to an azabiaryl compound and a preparation method thereof and an application thereof in the preparation of an azahelicene compound. Background Art

[0002] Helicene is composed of ortho-fused benzene rings or heteroaromatic rings. Since it was first synthesized in 1903, it has attracted the attention of chemists due to its inherent chirality, unique deformability and structural complexity (Chem. Rev. 2012, 112, 1463). Helicene has been widely studied and applied in the fields of azographene, fluorescent dyes, DNA intercalation reagents and asymmetric catalysis.

[0003]

[0004] However, the synthesis of azaspiricene fused ring structures is extremely challenging, and current methods often require multi-step synthesis, which is cumbersome and has low yields. In addition, most existing methods for synthesizing helicene require highly pre-functionalized substrates, require multi-step reactions, and have cumbersome operation steps, which leads to limitations in product types (Chem. Rev. 2019, 119, 8846).
