Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to a water purifier capable of changing the arrangement direction of a water outlet. Background Art
[0002] In general, a water purifier is a device that filters predetermined water and supplies purified water from which impurities have been removed. The water purifier is widely used in home appliances or the entire industry. In particular, the water purifier can be provided as a household water purifier that provides purified water that a user can ingest.
[0003] The water purifier includes a water purifier body equipped with a filter and a water outlet for providing filtered water from the water purifier body. In general, the water outlet is fixed to the front surface of the water purifier body. Thus, the user can place a container for storing water at the water outlet to obtain purified water.
[0004] With such a structure, the position of the water outlet is limited, so there is a problem that the convenience of the user cannot be ensured.
[0005] In addition, as living standards improve, the demand for high-temperature water and the use of various containers has increased, and the demand for related home appliances has also gradually increased. According to surveys, consumers are paying more and more attention to the hot water temperature and water outlet convenience of water purifier products, which are considered to be important factors in product selection, but most products cannot meet the expected performance.
[0006] In the case of a household water purifier, it is configured such that it is connected to a faucet and removes floating matter and harmful components contained in tap water by a filter, and a desired amount of water is purified and taken out by a user's operation.
[0007] As such household water purifiers, various products that can not only obtain purified water but also hot and cold water have appeared on the market. In addition, in recent years, water purifiers of small sizes and that can be installed in various installation environments have been developed.
[0008] Korean registered patent No. 10-1770481 discloses a water purifier, which includes: a shell that forms an appearance; a circular rotor that is rotatably installed inside the shell; a water outlet that has a water outlet nozzle that protrudes from the rotor to the outside of the shell for taking water; and an operating part that has a take-out button installed on the upper surface of the shell for taking water, and is connected to the rotor and rotates together when the rotor rotates.
[0009] In the case of the conventional water outlet rotating structure, there is a limitation that the front surface of the water purifier can only be formed into a chamfered shape due to the circular rotor. Therefore, a water purifier with a structure that can rotate the water outlet even if the front surface of the product is flat is required in terms of design.
[0010] In addition, in the past, the rotor was formed in a circular shape, and when it touched the water outlet nozzle, the water outlet nozzle moved and the position of the water outlet nozzle was changed. Therefore, a water purifier with a structure that can keep the water outlet at a fixed position even if the water outlet is pushed or pulled during the water outlet process after the position of the water outlet is changed is required.
[0011] In addition, there is a need for a water purifier that has a structure in which the water outlet is rotated and arranged in the horizontal direction and, in order to increase convenience, also has a structure in which the water outlet can be moved up and down.
[0012] In addition, in general, when installing a water purifier in a home, the installation location is determined by considering the space occupied by the water purifier and the space that can be placed in the container. However, if the installation location is narrow, there will be a problem that even if the water purifier is installed, the space for placing the container becomes insufficient.
[0013] In order to solve such a problem, Korean registered patent 10-1770481 discloses a structure in which a rotor is formed in a circular shape, and when a user touches a water outlet nozzle, the water outlet nozzle moves, thereby changing the position of the water outlet nozzle.
[0014] However, in such a structure, there is a concern that the user may accidentally rotate the water outlet while purified water is flowing out of the water outlet into the container, causing water to be poured out at a position deviated from the container.
[0015] In addition, in general, the water outlet of the water purifier is equipped with an operating unit and other electrical components. In particular, when the water outlet is raised and lowered, additional components such as a motor and a gear are also provided. When the water outlet is equipped with electrical components and the water outlet can be detached from the main body of the water purifier, the weight of the electrical components arranged in the water outlet module makes it easy for the water outlet module to be detached from the main body.
[0016] In addition, if the water outlet module is accidentally disassembled and dropped on the ground, the electrical components disposed in the water outlet module may be damaged.
[0017] In addition, when the user repeatedly disassembles and assembles the water outlet by hand, pollutants such as bacteria and dust are introduced into the interior of the water purifier, thereby causing a problem of reduced hygiene. Summary of the invention

[0125] Effects of the Invention
[0126] According to the present invention, the following effects are achieved.
[0127] First, the fixed cover with the water outlet nozzle fixed thereon is rotated at intervals of 90 degrees around the longitudinal axis and installed on the water purifier body, thereby having the function of changing the design of the water purifier into a straight line or a straight line. Advantages of shape.
[0128] In addition, by changing the position of the water outlet nozzle according to the space in which the water purifier is installed, the water purifier can be installed in an optimized direction in the installation space, which also has the advantage of improving the flexible utilization of the space.
[0129] In addition, the shape of the water purifier can be changed according to personal preference, which has the advantage of improving the user's design satisfaction.
[0130] In addition, when the position of the fixed cover is changed, the fixed cover does not rotate arbitrarily, but the position of the fixed cover can be fixed, which also has the advantage that the position of the water outlet nozzle does not change.
[0131] In addition, since the connection structure connecting the fixed cover and the water purifier body is not exposed to the outside, there is also an advantage of maintaining a beautiful appearance.
[0132] In addition, since pipes and wires are not exposed on the front surface of the water purifier body or the two side surfaces of the water purifier body provided with the fixing cover, there is also an advantage that the surface exposed to the outside can be kept beautiful regardless of the direction in which the fixing cover is provided.
[0133] In addition, the components forming the appearance of the water purifier are connected to each other, thereby also having an effect of being able to form the outer shell of the water purifier by assembly.
[0134] In addition, as the lifting cover provided with the water outlet nozzle moves relatively in the up-and-down direction, it has the advantage of increasing the convenience of the user and ensuring safety.
[0135] Furthermore, even when the water outlet nozzle is raised or lowered, the movement of the pipe connected to the water outlet nozzle can be minimized, thereby minimizing deformation and interference of the pipe, and thus there is also the advantage that the water outlet nozzle can be raised or lowered smoothly.
[0136] In addition, the water outlet nozzle has a multi-joint structure, so it has the advantage of being easy to handle the lifting and rotating movements of the water outlet nozzle.
[0137] In addition, the vertical position and horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle for taking out water can be freely adjusted, so there is also an advantage of improving the convenience of the user.
[0138] In addition, as the water discharge nozzle is lowered in accordance with the height of the water intake container, it is advantageously possible to prevent the taken-out water from scattering. Furthermore, when taking out hot water at a high temperature, it is advantageously possible to ensure the safety of the user.
[0139] In addition, it has the advantage of preventing shaking when the water outlet nozzle is raised or lowered.
[0140] In addition, since water leakage is reduced by adjusting the height of the water outlet nozzle, there is also an advantage that sanitation can be improved.
[0141] In addition, the water outlet module of the water purifier can be positioned in a direction convenient for the user to approach the water purifier when the water purifier is installed. In general, the direction in which the user approaches the water purifier has inertia, so when the user sets the position of the water outlet module and fixes the water outlet module to the water purifier body, the user can easily approach the water outlet module at any time.
[0142] In addition, since the water outlet module is raised and lowered while being fixed to the water purifier body, there is also an advantage that the water outlet module can be raised and lowered stably even if force is applied to the water outlet module in the horizontal direction.
[0143] In addition, there is also an advantage that the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle is fixed in one direction, and the vertical position is changed according to the height of the container.
[0144] In addition, there is also an advantage that the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle is fixed in one direction, and the vertical position is changed according to the height of the container.
[0145] In addition, the water outlet module and the cover of the water purifier body are combined by the connecting unit, thereby also having the advantage that the water outlet module and a part of the cover of the water purifier body can be separated from or installed to the water purifier body together during the process of changing the installation direction of the water outlet module.
[0146] In addition, the water outlet module is coupled to the cover of the water purifier body by the coupling unit, so the water outlet module is not easily detached from the cover of the water purifier body due to the weight of the electrical components disposed in the water outlet module.
[0147] In addition, it has the advantage of automatically cutting off the supply of source water to prevent water leakage when replacing the filter.
[0148] In addition, after the filter is replaced, there is an advantage that the water used to clean the filter is not supplied to the drinking water but is automatically discharged. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0259] As an example, the first joint unit 421 is bent into The first water outlet pipe 411 has a shape and is rotatably connected to the first water outlet pipe 411.
[0260] As another example, the first joint unit 421 is formed in an L-shape, one side of which is rotatably connected to the first water outlet pipe 411 , and the other side of which is rotatably connected to the second water outlet pipe 412 .
[0261] In this state, when the lifting cover 230 is lowered, a downward pulling force is applied to the second water outlet pipe 412, and when the first joint unit 421 is moved to one side (by Figure 8 As the reference, the counterclockwise direction) is rotated, which corresponds to the descending movement of the lifting cover 230. Thus, even if the lifting cover 230 descends, the first water outlet pipe 411 can remain fixed, and in the case of the second water outlet pipe 412, the moving distance and the degree of deformation can be minimized.
[0262] In addition, when the lifting cover 230 is lifted, an upward force is applied to the second water outlet pipe 412, and the first joint unit 412 is moved to the other side (with Figure 7 The first water outlet pipe 411 can be rotated in a clockwise direction (based on the reference) to correspond to the ascending movement of the lifting cover 230. Thus, when the lifting cover 230 is ascended, the first water outlet pipe 411 can also be kept in a fixed state, and in the case of the second water outlet pipe 412, the moving distance and the degree of deformation can also be minimized.
[0263] Therefore, the problem of deformation of the first water outlet pipe 411 or the second water outlet pipe 412 due to force applied to the first water outlet pipe 411 or the second water outlet pipe 412 as the lifting cover 230 is lifted can be solved, and the noise or interference problem caused thereby can also be solved.
[0264] Referring again to the drawings, the water outlet pipe 400 further includes a third water outlet pipe 413 connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 at one side, and further includes second joint units 422 , 423 rotatably connecting the third water outlet pipe 413 to the second water outlet pipe 412 .
[0265] Furthermore, the above-mentioned second joint units 422, 423 include: a 2-1 joint unit 422, which is constructed in an L shape and one side of which can be rotatably connected to the above-mentioned second water outlet pipe 12; and a 2-2 joint unit 423, which is constructed in an L shape and one side of which can be rotatably connected to the above-mentioned third water outlet pipe 413.
[0266] At this time, the outlet end of the 2-1 connector unit 422 and the inlet end of the 2-2 connector unit 423 may be directly connected.
[0267] In addition, the outlet end of the 2-1 joint unit 422 and the inlet end of the 2-2 joint unit 423 can be connected via a separately provided 4th water outlet pipe 414. That is, the water outlet pipe 400 further includes a 4th water outlet pipe 414, one side of which is rotatably connected to the outlet end of the 2-1 joint unit 422, and the other side of which is rotatably connected to the inlet end of the 2-2 joint unit 423.
[0268] In this state, when the lifting cover 230 is lowered, a downward pulling force is applied to the second water outlet pipe 412, and the first joint unit 421 is moved to one side (by Figure 8 As the 2-1 joint unit 422 and the 2-2 joint unit 423 rotate, the lifting cover 230 can be lowered. At this time, the 2-2 joint unit 423 rotates in the opposite direction to the 1st joint unit 421 (in the counterclockwise direction). Figure 8 The lifting cover 230 is rotated in the clockwise direction based on the reference direction, thereby corresponding to the descending action of the lifting cover 230.
[0269] Thus, even if the lifting cover 230 is lowered, the first water outlet pipe 411 can be kept fixed, and the moving distance and deformation degree of the second water outlet pipe 412 and the third water outlet pipe 413 can be minimized.
[0270] In addition, when the lifting cover 230 is lifted, an upward force is applied to the second water outlet pipe 412, and the first joint unit 412 is moved to the other side (with Figure 7As at least one of the 2-1 joint unit 422 and the 2-2 joint unit 423 rotates, the lifting cover 230 can be lifted. At this time, the 2-2 joint unit 423 rotates in the opposite direction to the 1st joint unit 421 (in the clockwise direction). Figure 7 As a reference, the first water outlet pipe 411 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction to correspond to the ascending movement of the lifting cover 230. As a result, when the lifting cover 230 is ascended, the first water outlet pipe 411 can also be kept fixed, and the moving distance and deformation degree of the second water outlet pipe 412 and the third water outlet pipe 413 can also be minimized.
[0271] Therefore, the lifting cover 230 performs a lifting action to apply force to the first water outlet pipe 411, the second water outlet pipe 412 and the third water outlet pipe 413, thereby solving the deformation problem of the first water outlet pipe 411, the second water outlet pipe 412 and the third water outlet pipe 413 and also solving the noise or interference problem caused thereby.
[0272] In addition to the above-mentioned water outlet pipes 411, 412, 413, and 414, another water outlet pipe may be provided. Also, with the addition of the above-mentioned water outlet pipes, an L-shaped or I-shaped joint unit for rotatably connecting the respective water outlet pipes may be provided.
[0273] As described above, when a plurality of joint units are provided, the plurality of water outlet pipes can be rotatably connected to each other, and the connection direction of the water outlet pipes can be changed to various directions, whereby the water outlet pipes have a multi-joint structure, and can easily cope with the lifting and lowering action of the water outlet nozzle 300. In particular, the first water outlet pipe 411 extending to the inner side of the water purifier body 100 is kept fixed without moving, thereby preventing interference and friction between the first water outlet pipe 411 and the components inside the water purifier body 100.
[0274] Re-reference Figures 9 and 10 A first fixing portion 223 having one side opened is formed on one side of the horizontal portion 212 . The first fixing portion 223 protrudes upward to fix the water outlet pipe 400 and has a fixing hole through which the water outlet pipe 400 passes.
[0275] Here, the first side surface 221 of the fixing bracket 220 may form the bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212. Furthermore, the first fixing portion 223 may be formed on the first side surface 221. As described above, when the first fixing portion 223 is formed, the first water outlet pipe 411 can remain fixed to the first side surface 221 of the fixing bracket 220, and the movement of the water outlet pipe 411 is restricted, thereby solving the problem of deformation of the first water outlet pipe 411 and the noise or interference problem caused thereby.
[0276] The first fixing portion 223 may fix the first water outlet pipe 411 in a hooking manner.
[0277] Furthermore, a second fixing portion 224 with the other side opened is formed on the other side of the horizontal portion 212 . The second fixing portion 224 protrudes upward to fix various pipes or wires and has fixing holes through which the pipes or wires pass.
[0278] Here, the first side surface 221 of the fixing bracket 220 may form the bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212. Furthermore, the second fixing portion 224 may be formed on the first side surface 221. As described above, when the second fixing portion 224 is formed, various pipes or wires can be kept fixed to the first side surface 221 of the fixing bracket 220, and the movement of the pipes and wires is restricted, thereby solving the problem of deformation of the wires and pipes and the noise or interference caused thereby.
[0279] The second fixing portion 224 fixes the electric wires and the pipes in a hooking manner.
[0280] In addition, the fixed cover 210 or the lifting cover 230 includes a guide unit for guiding the lifting cover 230 to move up and down linearly.
[0281] The lifting cover 230 is lifted and lowered in a state of being stored in the fixed cover 210, so the lifting and lowering action of the lifting cover 230 can be guided in a straight line by the fixed cover 210. However, as the lifting cover 230 is exposed to the outside of the fixed cover 210, the lifting and lowering action of the lifting cover 230 may be unstable if the lifting cover 230 slightly shakes to both sides. If such a phenomenon occurs repeatedly, the fixed cover 210 or the lifting cover 230 may be deformed or damaged.
[0282] In the case of the present invention, in order to prevent such a problem, a guide unit is additionally provided.
[0283] The guide unit may realize various embodiments as long as it guides the lift cover 230 to be supported by the fixed cover 210 and to be lifted and lowered in a straight line without shaking in the left-right direction or the front-back direction.
[0284] For example, the guide unit includes a guide groove extending along the length direction of the fixed cover 210 and a guide protrusion formed on the lifting cover 230 and extending along the length direction in a manner of being inserted into the guide groove.
[0285] As another example, the guide unit may further include a guide protrusion extending along the length direction of the fixed cover 210 and a guide groove formed on the lifting cover 230 and extending along the length direction for the guide protrusion to be inserted into.
[0286] In addition, the guide unit includes a first gear portion 241, which is fixed to the fixed cover 210 and has gear teeth formed in the up and down directions; and a second gear portion 242, which is coupled to the lifting cover 230, has gear teeth formed in the circumferential direction, and meshes with the first gear portion 241 to rotate.
[0287] In this case, the second gear portion 242 is composed of a plurality of gears.
[0288] In addition, the first gear portion 241 and the second gear portion 242 are composed of rack-and-pinion gears.
[0289] Furthermore, a first gear portion having gear teeth formed in the up-down direction may be coupled to the lift cover 230 , and a second gear portion having gear teeth formed in the circumferential direction may be coupled to the fixed cover 210 .
[0290] In addition, the second gear portion 242 may be connected to the motor 250. When the motor 250 rotates, the second gear portion 242 rotates together with the motor due to the rotational force of the motor, and the lifting cover 230 may be electrically lifted or lowered.
[0291] In addition, the guide unit includes a guide shaft 261 fixed to the fixed cover 210 and extending in the up-down direction, and a guide ring 262 fixed to the lifting cover 230 and allowing the guide shaft 261 to pass therethrough.
[0292] Furthermore, a guide shaft extending in the up-down direction may be fixed to the fixed cover 210 , and a guide ring through which the guide shaft passes may be formed on the lifting cover 230 .
[0293] In this embodiment, the guiding unit may include the first gear portion 241 and the second gear portion 242 .
[0294] Also, the guide unit may include the guide shaft 261 and the guide ring 262 .
[0295] The guide unit is configured such that the first gear portion 241 and the second gear portion 242 are formed on one side, and the guide shaft 261 and the guide ring 262 are formed on the other side.
[0296] The first gear portion 241 may be coupled to the second side surface 222 of the fixing bracket 220 .
[0297] In addition, the guide shaft 261 may also be coupled to the second side surface 222 of the fixing bracket 220 .
[0298] At this time, the first gear portion 241 may be coupled to one side of the second side surface 222 , and the guide shaft 261 may be coupled to the other side of the second side surface 222 .
[0299] The structure of the guide shaft 261 can improve the phenomenon that play is generated in the horizontal direction when the lifting cover 230 moves up and down.
[0300] The guide shaft 261 may be made of metal.
[0301] In addition, the guide shaft 261 may be formed in a cylindrical shape.
[0302] In addition, the guide shaft 261 may be formed on both sides of the second side surface 222 .
[0303] Therefore, when the lifting cover 230 is lifted, it is supported by contact at both the uppermost end and the lowermost end, and the lifting movement of the lifting cover 230 can be maintained in a straight line.
[0304] That is, by the structure of the guide shaft 261 as described above, when the lifting cover 230 is located at the uppermost end and the lowermost end, the clearance is kept the same, so that the lifting and lowering action of the lifting cover 230 is kept straight without shaking.
[0305] In addition, the lifting cover 230 is formed with a guide ring 262, and a guide shaft through hole is formed in the guide ring 262 for passing the guide shaft 261. Therefore, when the lifting cover 230 is lifted or lowered, the lifting movement of the lifting cover 230 can be guided to be a straight line by the guide shaft 261 when the guide shaft 261 is inserted into the guide shaft through hole.
[0306] In addition, an upper stopper is formed on one side or both sides of the upper end of the fixed cover 210 to limit the maximum lifting height of the lifting cover 230 when the lifting cover 230 is lifted.
[0307] In addition, a lower stopper for limiting the maximum descending height of the lifting cover 230 when the lifting cover 230 is descending may be formed on one side or both sides of the lower end of the fixed cover 210 .
[0308] Referring to the drawings again, the fixing cover 210 may have at least one of an operation unit for operation or a display unit for displaying various states formed on a side surface opposite to the user.
[0309] As an example, the operation unit and the display unit may be formed in one operation panel. The operation panel may be formed on the front surface of the fixed cover 210. That is, the operation panel is formed on the front surface of the fixed cover 210 when the fixed cover 210 is protrudingly disposed in front of the front panel 112.
[0310] As another example, the operation panel may also be formed on the upper surface of the fixing cover 210 .
[0311] The above-mentioned operating part includes a cold water / hot water / purified water selection button, a hot water temperature selection button, a water output capacity selection button, a water output button, a sterilization button, a lock / unlock button, etc.
[0312] In addition, the display unit is integrally formed on one side of the operation unit to display various states selected through the operation unit.
[0313] On the other hand, as described above, in the present invention, the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle 300 can be changed. Specifically, the horizontal positions of the fixed cover 210, the lifting cover 230 and the water outlet nozzle 300 can also be changed.
[0314] For this purpose, an opening 117 is formed on the top cover 111 forming the upper surface of the water purifier body 100 so as to allow at least one of various pipes or wires to pass therethrough.
[0315] Pipes and electric wires connected to the inside of the water purifier body 100 extend toward the fixed cover 210 and the lifting cover 230 through the opening 117 .
[0316] The opening 117 is covered by the fixing cover 210 . Specifically, the opening 117 is covered by the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 .
[0317] In addition, the fixing cover 210 may be detached after being coupled to the housing 110 of the water purifier body 100. Specifically, the fixing cover 210 may be detached when necessary after being coupled to the top cover 111.
[0318] At this time, when the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the housing 110 , the opening 117 is covered, and when the fixing cover 210 is separated from the housing 110 , the opening 117 is exposed to the outside.
[0319] The fixing cover 210 and the housing 110 may be connected by screws or bolts and then separated.
[0320] As an example, the opening 117 may be formed in a circular shape.
[0321] As another example, the opening 117 may be formed in a square shape.
[0322] As described above, when the opening 117 is formed in the top cover 111 , the installation direction of the fixing cover 210 can be changed at intervals of 90°.
[0323] For example, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a manner such that the horizontal portion 212 is coupled to the top cover 111 and the vertical portion 213 protrudes forward of the front panel 112 .
[0324] As another example, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a manner such that the horizontal portion 212 is coupled to the top cover 111 and the vertical portion 213 protrudes outward from the first side panel 113 .
[0325] As another example, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a manner such that the horizontal portion 212 is coupled to the top cover 111 and the vertical portion 213 protrudes outward from the second side panel 114 .
[0326] Furthermore, the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 , the first side panel 113 , and the second side panel 114 are the same.
[0327] As described above, when the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 and the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 are formed to be the same, the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 can be fixed to the top cover 111 when the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the front panel 112 or when the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114.
[0328] To this end, a connecting protrusion 118 protruding toward the center side of the opening 117 is formed on the edge of the above-mentioned opening 117, and a first connecting hole 119 open in the up and down directions is formed on the above-mentioned connecting protrusion 118. A second connecting hole is formed on the surface of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210 opposite to the upper surface of the above-mentioned water purifier body 210 at a position corresponding to the above-mentioned first connecting hole 119.
[0329] As described above, when the first connecting hole 119 is formed on the upper surface of the water purifier body 100, the water outlet module 200 is protruded toward the front of the water purifier body 100 or toward the side surface of the water purifier body 100. The front surface or side surface of the water purifier body 100 can also be kept clean, which has the advantage of making the water purifier look clean.
[0330] For example, the opening 117 is formed in a square shape, and the coupling protrusion 118 protrudes from the centers of four surfaces defining the opening 117 toward the center of the opening 117 .
[0331] At this time, when the first connection holes 119 are connected to each other, a square shape may be formed.
[0332] In addition, an opening portion 218 communicating with the opening portion 117 is formed on a bottom surface of the fixing cover 210 , that is, on a bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212 .
[0333] Furthermore, the water outlet pipe 400 and the electric wires etc. passing through the opening 117 extend to the inner side of the fixing cover 210 through the opening 218 of the fixing cover 210 and are connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0334] The opening portion 117 is formed on the upper surface of the water purifier body 100. When the length of the water outlet pipe 400 connecting the inner side of the water purifier body 100 and the water outlet nozzle 300 on the outer side of the water purifier body 100 becomes longer, when the water outlet module 200 is separated from the water purifier body 100 in order to change the direction of the water outlet module 200, the water outlet pipe 400 may be twisted or detached from the water outlet module 200.
[0335] According to the present invention, the water outlet pipe 400 is formed into a joint structure, so that the water outlet pipe 400 is prevented from being twisted or separated from the water outlet module 200 when the water outlet module 200 is separated from the water purifier body 100 .
[0336] On the other hand, a second coupling hole is formed on the bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212 along the periphery of the open portion 218 at a position facing the first coupling hole 119 .
[0337] The second connection holes may be formed in four numbers similar to the first connection holes 119. In this case, when the second connection holes are connected to each other, a square shape may be formed.
[0338] Furthermore, when the first connection holes 119 and the second connection holes are respectively provided as four, all four first connection holes 119 and the second connection holes may be connected, or only two or three first connection holes 119 and the second connection holes may be connected to fix the fixing cover 210 to the top cover 111. In addition, only one first connection hole 119 and the second connection hole may be connected to fix the fixing cover 210 to the top cover 111.
[0339] In the above case, when the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the front panel 112 or the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114, the first connection hole 119 and the second connection hole are arranged relative to each other, and the first connection hole 119 and the second connection hole 219 can be connected to each other by a connection unit such as a bolt or a screw. In addition, even if the setting direction of the fixing cover 210 is changed, the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 can be fixed to the top cover 111 of the water purifier body 100.
[0340] Fig.13 It is a perspective view showing a state where the top cover and the fixed cover are combined. Fig.14 yes Fig.13 Bottom stereogram of . Fig.15 It is a longitudinal section view of the fixed cover. Fig.16 It is a bottom perspective view showing a state where the top cover and the fixed cover are separated in the water purifier body. Fig.17 is Fig.16 The top cover and the fixed cover are shown enlarged in the figure. Fig.18 It is a bottom perspective view of the fixed cover.
[0341] Next, the structure for changing the installation direction of the fixing cover 210 will be described in more detail.
[0342] Reference Figures 13 to 18 The horizontal portion 212 of the fixed cover 210 is fixed to the top cover 111 to cover the opening 117 of the top cover 111 .
[0343] In addition, the water outlet nozzle 300 is fixed to the lifting cover 230 , and the lifting cover 230 is liftably coupled to the fixed cover 210 .
[0344] At this time, the lifting cover 230 may be omitted, and the water outlet nozzle 300 may be directly fixed to the lower end of the fixing cover 210 in a manner that the water outlet nozzle 300 is exposed at the lower end of the fixing cover 210 .
[0345] As described above, when the lifting cover 230 is omitted, the height of the water outlet nozzle 300 is not adjusted, and only the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle 300 is changed.
[0346] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the structure in which the water outlet nozzle 300 is raised and lowered, but also includes a structure in which the water outlet nozzle 300 is fixed to the fixing cover 210 and the height of the water outlet nozzle 300 is fixed.
[0347] One side of the water outlet pipe 400 extends toward the inside of the water purifier body 100 , and the other side may be connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 via the fixing cover 210 .
[0348] The water outlet pipe 400 and the electric wires may extend from the inside of the water purifier body 100 to the outside of the water purifier body 100 through the opening 117 formed in the top cover 111 .
[0349] An opening portion 218 is formed on the bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 . The opening portion 218 is opened to communicate with the opening 117 , so that the water outlet pipe 400 and electric wires passing through the opening 117 are introduced into the inner side of the fixing cover 210 .
[0350] The opening portion 117 and the open portion 218 are formed at positions facing each other.
[0351] The centers of the opening portion 117 and the open portion 218 may be formed at the same position.
[0352] At least a part of the opening 117 and the open portion 218 are arranged to overlap with each other in the up-down direction.
[0353] The opening portion 218 may be opened in the vertical direction or in the horizontal direction.
[0354] Furthermore, the water outlet pipe 400 and the electric wires etc. passing through the opening 117 extend to the inner side of the fixing cover 210 through the opening 218 of the fixing cover 210 and are connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0355] In addition, the horizontal portion 212 shields the opening 117 from being exposed to the outside.
[0356] For this purpose, the horizontal portion 212 is formed to have a size larger than the opening 117 .
[0357] In addition, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the front panel 112 in a protruding manner or is coupled to the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114 in a protruding manner.
[0358] Therefore, the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 , the first side panel 113 , and the second side panel 114 are formed to be the same.
[0359] As described above, when the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 and the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 are formed to be the same, no matter in which direction the fixed cover 210 is set, the vertical portion 213 of the fixed cover 210 is adjacent to or in contact with the front panel 112, and is also adjacent to or in contact with the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114.
[0360] In addition, a coupling protrusion 118 protruding toward the center of the opening 117 is formed at the edge of the opening 117, and a first coupling hole 119 is formed in the coupling protrusion 118. The coupling protrusion 118 may extend in the up-down direction. For reference, the coupling protrusion 118 may refer to a boss or the like for screw or helical coupling.
[0361] Furthermore, a second connection hole 219 is formed on a surface of the fixing cover 210 that faces the upper surface of the water purifier body 100 at a position corresponding to the first connection hole 119. The first connection hole 119 and the second connection hole 219 are connected to each other by a connection unit 500 such as a bolt or a screw and then released.
[0362] At this time, as the coupling unit 500 is coupled upwardly at the bottom of the top cover 111 , it first passes through the first coupling hole 119 and then passes through the second coupling hole 219 , thereby fixing the fixing cover 210 to the top cover 111 .
[0363] The coupling unit 500 is coupled to the lower side of the top cover 111 , so that the water purifier body 100 is exposed to the inside of the coupling unit 500 but is not exposed to the outside (upper side) of the water purifier body 100 .
[0364] Furthermore, as described above, the connection unit 500 is not exposed to the outside, and before the top cover 111 is separated, the connection between the fixed cover 210 and the top cover 111 can be maintained by the connection unit 500, so that the overall appearance of the water purifier can be made neat and simple.
[0365] In addition, a plurality of extending protrusions 219a, 219b, 219c extending downward are formed on the surface of the fixing cover 210 facing the top cover 111, and the second connecting hole 219 is formed recessed upward from the lower ends of the extending protrusions 219a, 219b, 219c.
[0366] Through the structure of the above-mentioned extending protrusions 219a, 219b, and 219c, a separated space is formed between the upper surface of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210 and the above-mentioned top cover 111. Through the separated space between the upper surface of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210 and the above-mentioned top cover 111, the piping and wires exposed from the above-mentioned opening 117 can extend to the inner side of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210.
[0367] In addition, the above-mentioned extension protrusions 219a, 219b, and 219c include: a first extension protrusion 219a, which extends from one side of the bottom surface of the upper surface portion 217 forming the upper surface of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210; a second extension protrusion 219b, which is arranged on a straight line in a manner opposite to the above-mentioned first extension protrusion 219a and extends from the other side of the bottom surface of the upper surface portion 217; and a third extension protrusion 219c, which is formed at a position separated by the same distance from the above-mentioned first extension protrusion 219a and the second extension protrusion 219b.
[0368] The third extension protrusion 219c is located on a virtual line in the front-to-rear direction passing through the centers of the first and second extension protrusions 219a and 219b, and is located further forward (closer to the water outlet nozzle) than the first and second extension protrusions 219a and 219b.
[0369] Here, the front indicates a direction in which the water discharge nozzle 300 is provided, and the rear indicates a direction in which the opening portion 218 is provided.
[0370] In addition, a first virtual line connecting the center of the first extension protrusion 219a and the center of the third extension protrusion 219c and a second virtual line connecting the center of the second extension protrusion 219b and the center of the third extension protrusion 219c are orthogonal to each other.
[0371] As a result, a virtual line connecting the center of the first extension protrusion 219a, the center of the second extension protrusion 219b, and the center of the third extension protrusion 219c forms a right isosceles triangle.
[0372] As another example, the number of the extending protrusions may be four in total, and a virtual line connecting the extending protrusions may form a square.
[0373] As another example, two of the above-mentioned extending protrusions may be formed on both sides.
[0374] In addition, the connecting protrusion 118 has an inwardly recessed mounting groove 119a formed on at least one of the upper surface or the bottom surface, and the lower ends of the extending protrusions 219a, 219b, 219c or at least a portion of the connecting unit 500 are received in the mounting groove 119a.
[0375] As an example, the coupling protrusion 118 may have a mounting groove formed on an upper surface thereof so as to be recessed downward, and lower ends of the extending protrusions 219 a , 219 b , and 219 c may be received in the mounting groove.
[0376] In this case, the lower ends of the extension protrusions 219a, 219b, and 219c are received in the above-mentioned installation grooves, and as a result, the coupling force between the fixed cover 210 and the top cover 111 can be improved. In addition, the lower ends of the extension protrusions 219a, 219b, and 219c are received in the above-mentioned installation grooves, and the first coupling hole 119 and the second coupling hole 219 can also be automatically aligned.
[0377] As another example, the coupling protrusion 118 may have a mounting groove formed on a bottom surface thereof so as to be recessed upward, and the coupling unit 500 may be received in the mounting groove.
[0378] In this case, the connection unit 500 is received in the installation groove, and as a result, the connection unit is received in the installation groove without protruding to the outside, so that the connection unit 500 can maintain the connected state.
[0379] In addition, the number of the first connection holes 119 is four, and a virtual line connecting the centers of the four connection holes 119 may be formed into a square.
[0380] In addition, an extension wall 1115 extending downward along the periphery of the opening 117 is formed on the bottom surface of the top cover 111 .
[0381] When the extension wall 1115 is formed as described above, the pipes, wires, and the like passing through the opening 117 are contacted and supported by the extension wall 1115 , and can pass through the opening 117 .
[0382] In addition, when the extension wall 1115 is formed, the strength of the opening portion 117 can be improved.
[0383] Furthermore, when the extension wall 1115 is formed, the pipes, wires, etc. do not contact the corners defining the opening 117, and it is possible to prevent the pipes, wires, etc. from being worn through the corners.
[0384] In addition, the first connection hole 119 and the second connection hole 219 are provided in at least three locations, and the connection unit 500 connects the first connection hole 119 and the second connection hole 219 arranged to face each other at least at three locations.
[0385] As an example, the number of the first connection holes 119 may be four, and the number of the second connection holes 219 may be three.
[0386] Furthermore, the opening 117 may be formed in a square shape.
[0387] The above-mentioned first connecting hole 119 can be respectively formed at the center of the connecting protrusion 118 that protrudes inward from the center of the front surface (the surface adjacent to the front panel) and the back surface (the surface adjacent to the back panel) and the two side surfaces (the surfaces adjacent to the first side panel and the second side panel) that define the opening portion 117.
[0388] Furthermore, the second connecting hole 219 may be formed at the center of the first extension protrusion 219a, the second extension protrusion 219b and the third extension protrusion 219c, respectively. The first extension protrusion 219a and the second extension protrusion 219b protrude downward from the rear of both sides of the fixed cover 210, respectively, and the third extension protrusion 219c is located in front of the center of the first extension protrusion 219a and the second extension protrusion 219b.
[0389] Furthermore, when the fixed cover 210 is arranged to protrude in front of the front panel 112, the second connecting hole of the third extending protrusion 219c is connected to the first connecting hole 119 of the connecting protrusion 118 formed on the front surface defining the opening portion 117, and the second connecting holes 219 of the first extending protrusion 219a and the second extending protrusion 219b are respectively connected to the first connecting hole 119 of the connecting protrusion 118 formed on the two side surfaces defining the opening portion.
[0390] In addition, when the above-mentioned fixed cover 210 is arranged to protrude to the outside of the first side panel 113, the second connecting hole 219 of the above-mentioned third extension protrusion 219c is connected to the first connecting hole 119 of the connecting protrusion 118 formed on the first side surface defining the above-mentioned opening portion, and the second connecting holes 219 of the first extension protrusion 219a and the second extension protrusion 219b are respectively connected to the first connecting hole 119 of the connecting protrusion 118 formed on the back and front surfaces defining the above-mentioned opening portion.
[0391] In addition, when the above-mentioned fixed cover 210 is arranged to protrude to the outside of the second side panel 114, the second connecting hole 219 of the above-mentioned third extending protrusion 219c is connected to the first connecting hole 119 of the connecting protrusion 118 formed on the second side surface defining the above-mentioned opening portion, and the second connecting holes 219 formed on the first extending protrusion 219a and the second extending protrusion 219b are respectively connected to the first connecting holes 119 of the connecting protrusions 118 formed on the front surface and the back surface defining the above-mentioned opening portion.
[0392] In addition, the top cover 111 is assembled to be detachable from the water purifier body 100 , and the fixing cover 210 may be detachable from or coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a state of being assembled to the top cover 111 .
[0393] That is, the fixing cover 210 can be separated when the top cover 111 is fixed to the water purifier body 100 , but the fixing cover 210 and the top cover 111 can be separated together when the fixing cover 210 is fixed to the top cover 111 .
[0394] In the above case, the coupling structure for fixing the fixing cover 210 and the top cover 111 is not exposed to the outside, but is formed to be exposed to the inside of the water purifier body.
[0395] For example, the front end of the top cover 111 is bent downward to form a bent portion 111 a , and the bent portion 111 a may form an upper portion of the front surface of the water purifier body 100 .
[0396] The lowermost end of the fixing cover 210 may be formed at the same height as the lowermost end of the bent portion 111 a of the top cover 111 .
[0397] That is, the lower end of the vertical portion 213 and the bent portion 111 a may be located on the same horizontal line.
[0398] Furthermore, the vertical portion 213 of the fixing cover 210 may be configured to protrude toward the outside of the bent portion 111 a .
[0399] In this case, the water outlet nozzle is set toward the front of the water purifier body, and then the water outlet nozzle is rotated ±90° according to the user's usage conditions or personal expectations. Specifically, after the top cover 111 is separated from the water purifier body, the connection unit 500 such as a screw or a bolt is unfastened and the fixing cover 210 is rotated 90° to the right or 90° to the left, and then the connection unit 500 such as a screw or a bolt is connected to change the position of the fixing cover 210, and then the fixing cover 210 is re-fixed to the top cover 111.
[0400] At this time, the front surface or two side surfaces of the water purifier body can be exposed to the outside along the setting direction of the water outlet nozzle, so that the opening 117 through which the pipes and wires pass is formed on the top cover 111 forming the upper surface of the water purifier body, and the above-mentioned opening 117 is covered by the horizontal part 212 of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210.
[0401] In addition, the water purifier of the present invention includes: a water purifier body 100, which has a filter storage space formed inside by a top cover 111, a front panel 112 and side panels 113 and 114, wherein the top cover 111 is integrally formed with a first cover portion 111a forming a part of the front surface and a second cover portion 111b having an opening portion 117, the front panel 112 forms a part of the front surface, and the side panels 113 and 114 form two side surfaces; and a water outlet module 200, which can be detachably arranged on the above-mentioned top cover 111 to cover the above-mentioned opening portion 117.
[0402] In addition, the water outlet module 200 includes: a fixed cover 210, which is integrally formed with a vertical portion 213 that is arranged opposite to the first cover portion 111a to form a vertical space and a horizontal portion 212 that is arranged opposite to the second cover portion 111b to form a horizontal space; a water outlet pipe 400 that is connected to the filter 120 and extends to the vertical space through the opening portion 117 and through the horizontal space; and a water outlet nozzle 300 that is connected to the water outlet pipe 400 and exposed to the outside of the fixed bracket 220.
[0403] In addition, a first connecting hole 119 is formed in the second cover portion 111b, and a second connecting hole 219 is formed in the surface of the horizontal portion 212 opposite to the second cover portion 111b. When the top cover 111 is separated from the water purifier body 100, the first connecting hole 119 and the second connecting hole 219 are connected to each other through the connecting unit 500.
[0404] Below, refer to Figures 19 to 27 Another embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0405] Fig.19 1 is a perspective view showing a state where the fixed cover and the top cover are separated in a water purifier according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 20 It is shown in Fig.19 A three-dimensional view of the fixed cover in the state of rotating to one side. And, Fig.21 It is shown in Fig.19 A three-dimensional view of the state in which the fixed cover is rotated to the other side. Fig. 22 is Fig.21 A bottom perspective view showing the fixed cover and the top cover being pulled out.
[0406] In the present invention, the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle 300 can be changed. Specifically, the horizontal position of the fixed cover 210, the lifting cover 230 and the water outlet nozzle 300 can also be changed.
[0407] For this purpose, an opening 117 is formed in the top cover 111 forming the upper surface of the water purifier body 100, and the opening 117 is opened to allow at least one of various pipes or wires to pass therethrough.
[0408] Pipes and electric wires connected to the inside of the water purifier body 100 extend toward the fixed cover 210 and the lifting cover 230 through the opening 117 .
[0409] The opening 117 is covered by the fixing cover 210 . Specifically, the opening 117 is covered by the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 .
[0410] In addition, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the housing 110 of the water purifier body 100 and then separated. Specifically, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the top cover 111 and then separated when necessary.
[0411] At this time, when the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the housing 110 , the opening 117 is covered, and when the fixing cover 210 is separated from the housing 110 , the opening 117 is exposed to the outside.
[0412] The fixing cover 210 and the housing 110 may be connected by screws or bolts and then separated.
[0413] As an example, the opening 117 may be formed in a circular shape.
[0414] As another example, the opening 117 may be formed in a square shape.
[0415] As described above, when the opening 117 is formed in the top cover 111 , the installation direction of the fixing cover 210 can be changed at intervals of 90°.
[0416] For example, the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the top cover 111 , and the vertical portion 213 is coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a manner of protruding forward of the front panel 112 .
[0417] As another example, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a manner such that the horizontal portion 212 is coupled to the top cover 111 and the vertical portion 213 protrudes outward from the first side panel 113 .
[0418] As another example, the fixing cover 210 is coupled to the water purifier body 100 in a manner such that the horizontal portion 212 is coupled to the top cover 111 and the vertical portion 213 protrudes outward from the second side panel 114 .
[0419] Furthermore, the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 , the first side panel 113 , and the second side panel 114 may be the same.
[0420] As described above, when the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 and the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 are formed to be the same, the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 can be fixed to the top cover 111 when the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the front panel 112 or the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114.
[0421] Reference Figures 19 to 22 A plurality of third connection holes 1111 penetrating in the up-down direction are formed around the opening 117 of the top cover 111 .
[0422] As described above, when the third connection hole 1111 is formed on the upper surface of the water purifier body 100, the water outlet module 200 protrudes toward the front of the water purifier body 100 or toward the side surface of the water purifier body 100. In this way, the front surface or the side surface of the water purifier body 100 can be kept clean, making the water purifier look clean.
[0423] Furthermore, a fourth connection hole 2111 is formed on a surface of the fixing cover 210 opposite to the top cover 111 at a position corresponding to the third connection hole 1111 , and the third connection hole 1111 and the fourth connection hole 2111 can be connected to each other through the connection unit 500 .
[0424] As an example, the opening 117 may be formed in a square shape, and the third coupling hole 1111 may be formed on a virtual line extending from the center of the opening 117 through a corner of the opening 117 .
[0425] Furthermore, the distances between the centers of the third connection holes 1111 and the opening 117 are formed to be the same.
[0426] At this time, when the third connection holes 1111 are connected to each other, a square shape larger than the size of the opening 117 may be formed.
[0427] Furthermore, an opening portion 218 communicating with the opening portion 117 is formed on a bottom surface of the fixing cover 210 , that is, a bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212 .
[0428] Furthermore, a fourth coupling hole 2111 is formed at a position of the bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212 that is opposite to the third coupling hole 1111 .
[0429] The fourth connection holes 2111 may be formed in four pieces similarly to the third connection holes 1111. In this case, when the fourth connection holes 2111 are connected to each other, a square shape may be formed.
[0430] Furthermore, when the third connection hole 1111 and the fourth connection hole 2111 are formed into four, respectively, all four third connection holes 1111 and the fourth connection holes 2111 may be connected, or only two or three third connection holes 1111 and the fourth connection holes 2111 may be connected, and the fixing cover 210 may be fixed to the top cover 111. In addition, only one third connection hole 1111 and the fourth connection hole 2111 may be connected, and the fixing cover 210 may be fixed to the top cover 111.
[0431] In the above case, when the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the front panel 112 or the fixing cover 210 is arranged in the direction of the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114, the third connection hole 1111 and the fourth connection hole 2111 are arranged opposite to each other, and the third connection hole 1111 and the fourth connection hole 2111 are connected to each other by a connection unit 500 such as a bolt or a screw. In addition, even if the setting direction of the fixing cover 210 is changed, the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 can be fixed to the top cover 111 of the water purifier body 100.
[0432] In addition, a plurality of second extension protrusions 2112 extending downward are formed on a surface of the fixing cover 210 facing the top cover 111 , and the fourth connection hole 2111 is formed recessed upward from the lower end of the second extension protrusion 2112 .
[0433] For reference, the second extension protrusion 2112 refers to a boss or the like for screw or helical connection.
[0434] In addition, a mounting protrusion 1112 extending upward along the periphery of the third connecting hole 1111 is formed on the upper surface of the top cover 111, and the lower end of the second extending protrusion 2112 is received in a second mounting groove 1113 formed concave downward on the center side of the mounting protrusion 1112.
[0435] In this case, the lower end of the second extension protrusion 2112 is received in the second mounting groove 1113, and as a result, the coupling force between the fixed cover 210 and the top cover 111 can be improved. In addition, the lower end of the second extension protrusion 2112 is received in the second mounting groove 1113, and the third coupling hole 1111 and the fourth coupling hole 2111 can also be automatically aligned.
[0436] In addition, the third connecting hole 1111, the fourth connecting hole 2111, and the second extending protrusion 2112 are respectively formed in four numbers, and a virtual line connecting the centers of the four third connecting holes 1111 or the four fourth connecting holes 2111 or the four second extending protrusions 2112 can form a square.
[0437] In addition, the third coupling hole 1111 and the fourth coupling hole 2111 are formed in at least two numbers, and the coupling unit 500 couples the third coupling hole 1111 and the fourth coupling hole 2111 that are arranged opposite to each other at at least two locations.
[0438] Next, the structure for changing the installation direction of the fixing cover 210 will be described in more detail.
[0439] In addition, the water outlet nozzle 300 is fixed to the lifting cover 230 , and the lifting cover 230 is liftably coupled to the fixed cover 210 .
[0440] At this time, the lifting cover 230 may be omitted and the water outlet nozzle 300 may be directly fixed to the lower end of the fixing cover 210 so that the water outlet nozzle 300 is exposed at the lower end of the fixing cover 210 .
[0441] As described above, when the lifting cover 230 is omitted, the height of the water outlet nozzle 300 is not adjusted, and only the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle 300 is changed.
[0442] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the structure of lifting and lowering the water outlet nozzle 300 , but also includes a structure of fixing the water outlet nozzle 300 to the fixing cover 210 and fixing the height of the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0443] One side of the water outlet pipe 400 extends toward the inside of the water purifier body 100 , and the other side is connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 via the fixing cover 210 .
[0444] The water outlet pipe 400 and the electric wires extend from the inside of the water purifier body 100 to the outside of the water purifier body 100 through the opening 117 formed in the top cover 111 .
[0445] An opening portion 218 is formed on the bottom surface of the horizontal portion 212 of the fixing cover 210 . The opening portion 218 is opened to communicate with the opening 117 and allows the water outlet pipe 400 and electric wires passing through the opening 117 to be introduced into the inside of the fixing cover 210 .
[0446] The opening portion 117 and the open portion 218 may be formed at positions facing each other.
[0447] At least a portion of the opening 117 and the open portion 218 may be arranged to overlap with each other based on the up-down direction.
[0448] The opening portion 218 may be opened in the vertical direction or in the horizontal direction.
[0449] Furthermore, the water outlet pipe 400 and the electric wires etc. passing through the opening 117 extend to the inner side of the fixing cover 210 through the opening 218 of the fixing cover 210 and are connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0450] In addition, the horizontal portion 212 covers the opening 117 to prevent it from being exposed to the outside.
[0451] To this end, the horizontal portion 212 may be larger than the opening 117 .
[0452] In addition, the fixing cover 210 may be coupled to the front panel 112 in a protruding manner or may be coupled to the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114 in a protruding manner.
[0453] Therefore, the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 , the first side panel 113 , and the second side panel 114 may be formed to be the same.
[0454] As described above, when the shortest distances from the center of the opening 117 to the front panel 112 and the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 are formed to be the same, no matter in which direction the fixed cover 210 is arranged, the vertical portion 213 of the fixed cover 210 can be adjacent to or in contact with the front panel 112, and similarly can be adjacent to or in contact with the first side panel 113 or the second side panel 114.
[0455] A plurality of third coupling holes 1111 penetrating in the up-down direction may be formed around the opening 117 of the top cover 111 .
[0456] Furthermore, a fourth coupling hole 2111 is formed on a surface of the fixing cover 210 opposite to the top cover 111 at a position corresponding to the third coupling hole 1111 , and the third coupling hole 1111 and the fourth coupling hole 2111 may be coupled to each other via a coupling unit 500 .
[0457] The third coupling hole 1111 and the fourth coupling hole 2111 may be disconnected after being coupled to each other by a coupling unit 500 such as a bolt or a screw.
[0458] At this time, as the coupling unit 500 is coupled upwardly from the bottom of the top cover 111 , the fixing cover 210 may be fixed to the top cover 111 through the third coupling hole 1111 and then through the fourth coupling hole 2111 .
[0459] The connection unit 500 is connected to the lower side of the top cover 111 , so the connection unit 500 is exposed inside the water purifier body 100 but not outside (upper side) of the water purifier body 100 .
[0460] Furthermore, as described above, the connection unit 500 is prevented from being exposed to the outside and before the top cover 111 is separated, the connection between the fixed cover 210 and the top cover 111 can be maintained by the connection unit 500, so that the appearance of the water purifier is neat and simple as a whole.
[0461] In addition, a plurality of second extension protrusions 2112 extending downward are formed on a surface of the fixing cover 210 facing the top cover 111 , and the fourth connection hole 2111 is formed recessed upward from the lower end of the second extension protrusion 2112 .
[0462] Through the structure of the second extending protrusion 2112, a separated space can be formed between the upper surface of the fixed cover 210 and the top cover 111. Through the separated space between the upper surface of the fixed cover 210 and the top cover 111, the pipes and wires exposed from the opening 117 can extend toward the inner side of the fixed cover 210.
[0463] A total of four second extension protrusions 2112 are formed, and a virtual line connecting the second extension protrusions 2112 may form a square.
[0464] In addition, the top cover 111 is assembled to be detachable from the water purifier body 100 , and the fixing cover 210 may be detachable from or coupled to the water purifier body 100 while being coupled to the top cover 111 .
[0465] That is, the fixing cover 210 may be separated while the top cover 111 is fixed to the water purifier body 100 , or the fixing cover 210 and the top cover 111 may be separated together while the fixing cover 210 is fixed to the top cover 111 .
[0466] In the above case, the coupling structure for fixing the fixing cover 210 and the top cover 111 is not exposed to the outside, but is formed to be exposed to the inside of the water purifier body.
[0467] For example, the front end of the top cover 111 may be bent downward to form a bent portion 111 a , and the bent portion 111 a may form an upper portion of the front surface of the water purifier body 100 .
[0468] The lowermost end of the fixing cover 210 and the lowermost end of the bent portion 111 a of the top cover 111 may be formed at the same height.
[0469] That is, the lower end of the vertical portion 213 and the bent portion 111 a may be located on the same horizontal line.
[0470] Furthermore, the vertical portion 213 of the fixing cover 210 may be configured to protrude outward from the bent portion 111 a .
[0471] In this case, the water outlet nozzle can be arranged in a manner facing the front of the water purifier body, and then the water outlet nozzle can be rotated ±90° based on the vertical axis according to the user's usage conditions or personal wishes. Specifically, after the top cover 111 is separated from the water purifier body, the connecting unit 500 such as a screw or a bolt is untied, and the fixed cover 210 is rotated 90° to the right or 90° to the left, and then the connecting unit 500 such as a screw or a bolt is connected to change the position of the fixed cover 210, and then the fixed cover 210 is re-fixed to the top cover 111.
[0472] At this time, the front surface or two side surfaces of the water purifier body can be exposed to the outside along the setting direction of the water outlet nozzle, so that the opening 117 through which the pipes and wires pass is formed on the top cover 111 forming the upper surface of the water purifier body, and the above-mentioned opening 117 is covered by the horizontal part 212 of the above-mentioned fixed cover 210.
[0473] Fig.23 is from Fig. 22 A three-dimensional view showing the top cover being pulled out. Fig.24 is Fig.19 A three-dimensional view showing the filter holder being pulled out. Fig.25 is Fig.19 A three-dimensional view showing only the filter holder and the top cover being pulled out. Fig.26 yes Fig.25 AA line cross-section diagram. Fig. 27 is Fig.26 An enlarged view of the combined structure of the filter bracket and the top cover.
[0474] Reference Figure 23 to Figure 27 An extension wall 1115 extending downward along the periphery of the opening 117 is formed on the bottom surface of the top cover 1111 .
[0475] As described above, when the extension wall 1115 is formed, the pipes, wires, and the like passing through the opening 117 are contacted and supported by the extension wall 1115 , and can pass through the opening 117 .
[0476] In addition, when the extension wall 1115 is formed, the strength of the opening portion 117 can be improved.
[0477] Furthermore, when the extension wall 1115 is formed, the pipes, wires, etc. do not contact the corners defining the opening 117, and it is possible to prevent the pipes, wires, etc. from passing through the corners and being worn.
[0478] Furthermore, the extending wall 1115 may form a fixing hole 1114 opened in the front-rear direction on a surface opposite to the front panel 112 .
[0479] Also, a fixing protrusion 132 extending rearward and inserted into the fixing hole 1114 may be formed at an upper end of the filter bracket 130 to which the filter 120 is mounted.
[0480] The fixing protrusion 132 may extend in the horizontal direction. As described above, when the fixing hole 1114 is formed in the extension wall 1115, the top cover 111 can be fixed to the filter holder 130 only by inserting the fixing protrusion 132 into the fixing hole 1114 from the front to the rear. In addition, when the top cover 111 is pushed from the front to the rear, the fixing protrusion 132 is separated from the fixing hole 1114, so that the top cover 111 can also be separated from the filter holder 130. In addition, as described above, when the fixing protrusion 132 is inserted into the fixing hole 1114, the top cover 111 is fixed without moving in the up and down direction.
[0481] In addition, a mounting groove 133 is formed on the surface of the upper end of the filter holder 130 facing the front panel 112 to be recessed rearward, and a speaker 600 for outputting various sounds such as guide sound can be installed in the mounting groove 133 .
[0482] In addition, as described above, when the fixing cover 210 is provided in a protruding manner on the front surface or any one of the two side surfaces, the direction of exposing the water nozzle can be changed according to the space, thereby effectively using the narrow space.
[0483] In addition, the user can change the position of the water outlet nozzle to a desired position, thereby improving the user's satisfaction.
[0484] In addition, when the water outlet nozzle is formed in a manner that rotates in the horizontal direction, there has been a problem of the water outlet nozzle moving when it is used without fixing the position of the water outlet nozzle. However, in the case of the present invention that rotates at 90° intervals, once the position of the water outlet nozzle is set, its position can be fixed, thereby improving convenience.
[0485] In addition, when setting up the water purifier, the position of the water outlet module of the water purifier can be set in consideration of the direction in which the user can conveniently approach. In general, the direction in which the user approaches the water purifier has an inertia, so when the user sets the position of the water outlet module and fixes the water outlet module to the water purifier body, the user can conveniently approach the water outlet module at any time.
[0486] In addition, since the water outlet module is raised and lowered in a state where it is fixed to the water purifier body, even if a horizontal force is applied to the water outlet module, the water outlet module can be raised and lowered stably.
[0487] In addition, the horizontal position of the water outlet nozzle is fixed in one direction, and the vertical position can be changed according to the height of the container.
[0488] The water purifier of the present invention includes: a housing 110, which forms an outer shape; a filter 120, which is arranged inside the housing 110, receives water introduced from the outside and filters it into purified water; and a filter bracket 130, which is arranged on the inner side of the housing 110, and a filter receiving groove 131 for receiving the filter 120 is formed to be recessed toward the rear.
[0489] Furthermore, the top cover 111 constituting the upper surface of the housing 110 includes an extension wall 1115 extending toward the lower side of the top cover 111 and forming a fixing hole 1114 opened in the front-to-rear direction, and a fixing protrusion 132 extending rearward and inserted into the fixing hole 1114 is formed at the upper end of the filter bracket 130.
[0490] Next, the structures of the housing and the filter holder of the water purifier of the present invention will be described in more detail.
[0491] Fig.28 It is shown in Figure 1 The front panel is separated from the previous figure. Fig.29 It is shown in Fig.28 A diagram showing the state of removing the filter. And, Fig.30 This is a diagram showing the housing and filter holder disassembled from the front. Fig.31 This is a diagram showing the housing and filter holder disassembled from the rear. Fig.32 is a three-dimensional view of the bottom of the top cover. And, Fig.33This is a view of the filter holder from the rear with the front panel separated. Fig.34 This is a view of the filter holder from the rear with the front panel installed.
[0492] Reference Figures 28 to 34 The water purifier of the present invention is provided with a filter holder 130 inside the water purifier body 100. On the filter holder 130, a filter receiving groove 131 for receiving the filter 120 is formed to be recessed rearward.
[0493] A mounting groove 133 that is recessed rearward is formed at an upper end of the front surface of the filter holder 130 , and a speaker or the like may be mounted in the mounting groove 133 .
[0494] The filter housing groove 131 is disposed below the mounting groove 133 .
[0495] Also, when the front panel 112 is separated from the water purifier body 100 , the filter receiving groove 131 and the filter 120 received in the filter receiving groove 131 are exposed to the outside in the front.
[0496] Therefore, when replacing the filter 120 , the front panel 112 is opened to separate or install the filter 120 .
[0497] At this time, the front panel 112 may be detachably coupled to the filter holder 130. That is, the front panel 112 may be detachably provided to the filter holder 130.
[0498] For example, the filter holder 130 may include open fixing holes 136 formed on both sides of the upper surface of the filter receiving tank 131 .
[0499] The fixing hole 136 is formed to have a wide width in the left-right direction.
[0500] Furthermore, fixing protrusions 1121 extending upwardly so as to be inserted from the lower side to the upper side of the fixing hole 136 are formed at upper ends of both sides of the front panel 112 .
[0501] The fixing protrusion 1121 extends upward from an upper end of the rear surface of the front panel 112 .
[0502] Therefore, when the fixing protrusion 1121 is inserted into the fixing hole 136 , the front panel 112 is fixed to the filter holder 130 .
[0503] In addition, when the fixing protrusion 1121 is separated from the fixing hole 136 , the front panel 112 may be separated from the filter holder 130 .
[0504] The lower end of the front panel 112 is spaced apart from the bottom surface on which the water purifier body 100 is placed. The front panel 112 can be separated by reaching a hand into the space between the front panel 112 and the bottom surface.
[0505] In addition, the front panel 112 forms a first coupling portion 1122 at the lower ends of both sides of the back side opposite to the filter 120 , and the filter holder 130 forms a second coupling portion 150 fixed to the first coupling portion 1122 at a position opposite to the first coupling portion 1122 .
[0506] The first coupling portion 1122 and the second coupling portion 150 fix the front panel 112 to the filter holder 130 , and various embodiments can be implemented as long as the fixing can be released at any time.
[0507] As an example, the first coupling portion is formed by a protrusion extending rearward from the lower end of the front panel 112, and the second coupling portion is formed by a groove formed at the lower end of the filter holder 130 and into which the protrusion of the front panel is inserted or a boss for mounting the protrusion.
[0508] As another example, the second coupling portion is formed by a protrusion formed at the lower end of the filter holder 130 and extending toward the front panel, and the first coupling portion is formed by a groove into which the protrusion of the filter holder 130 is inserted or a boss for mounting the protrusion.
[0509] As another example, one of the first coupling part 1122 and the second coupling part 150 is formed of a magnet, and the other is formed of a magnetic body of a material that is attracted to the magnet.
[0510] First, the first coupling part 1122 may be formed of a magnet, and the second coupling part 150 may be formed of a magnetic body.
[0511] In addition, the first coupling part 1122 is made of a magnetic body, and the second coupling part 150 is made of a magnet.
[0512] In addition, the first coupling part 1122 and the second coupling part 150 may both be formed of magnets or magnetic bodies.
[0513] As described above, when the first coupling portion 1122 and the second coupling portion 150 are formed of magnets or magnetic bodies, the lower end of the front panel 112 contacts the lower end of the filter holder 130 and is fixed.
[0514] In addition, when the lower end of the front panel 112 is pulled forward, the lower end of the front panel 112 falls off the filter holder 130 , so that the front panel 112 can be separated from the filter holder 130 .
[0515] In addition, the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 have contact protrusions 1131 and 1141 formed at their lower ends, respectively, to contact both side ends of the filter holder 130 .
[0516] The first side panel 113 has a contact protrusion 1131 formed at a lower end thereof and extending toward the second side panel 114 , and the second side panel 113 has a contact protrusion 1141 formed at a lower end thereof and extending toward the first side panel 113 .
[0517] That is, the contact protrusions 1131 and 1141 extend in directions opposite to each other.
[0518] In addition, the contact protrusions 1131 and 1141 are in contact with the lower end of the front surface of the filter holder 130 , and at least a portion thereof overlaps with the lower end of the front surface of the filter holder 130 .
[0519] Furthermore, the second coupling portion 150 is a spiral connected from the front to the rear of the contact protrusions 1131 and 1141 .
[0520] The second coupling portion 150 is coupled from the front to the rear of the contact protrusions 1131 and 1141 , thereby fixing the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 to the filter holder 130 .
[0521] In addition, a first protrusion 1161 protruding upward is formed at a position of the bottom 116 where the filter holder 130 is arranged, and a first groove 135 recessed upward so that the first protrusion 1161 can be inserted is formed in the filter holder 130 .
[0522] The first protrusion 1161 may be formed at both upper ends of the bottom portion 116. The first protrusion 1161 is formed such that its width gradually narrows from the lower end to the upper end, thereby forming an inclined surface on the outer side surface.
[0523] In addition, the first groove 135 is formed at both lower ends of the filter holder 130 similarly to the first protrusion 1161. Also, the first groove 135 is formed such that its width gradually narrows from the lower end to the upper end, thereby forming an inclined surface on the inner side surface.
[0524] As described above, when the first protrusion 1161 and the first groove 135 are formed, the filter holder 130 can be placed on the bottom 116 and the first protrusion 1161 can be inserted into the first groove 135 to fix the filter holder 130 to the bottom 116. In addition, the filter holder 130 can be arranged in a normal position.
[0525] In addition, a filter groove portion 163 recessed downward may be formed at the bottom portion 116 at a position closer to the front end than the first protrusion 1161 to accommodate the lower end of the filter 120 .
[0526] The upper end of the front surface of the water purifier body 100 is covered by a first cover portion 111 a extending downward from the front end of the top cover 111 , and the front panel 112 covers a space between the lower end of the first cover portion 111 a and the front end of the bottom 116 .
[0527] In addition, the filter receiving groove 131 may be formed at a position opposite to the front panel 112. Therefore, when the front panel 112 is separated, the filter 120 provided in the filter receiving groove 131 is exposed to the outside, and the filter 120 can be separated or replaced.
[0528] In addition, a second protrusion 1162 protruding upward is formed at a position of the bottom 116 where the back plate 115 is arranged, and a second groove 1151 recessed upward so that the second protrusion 1162 can be inserted is formed in the back plate 115 .
[0529] The second protrusions 1162 are formed at both upper ends of the bottom portion 116. The second protrusions 1162 are formed such that the width thereof gradually narrows from the lower end toward the upper end, thereby forming an inclined surface on the outer side surface.
[0530] In addition, the second grooves 1151 are formed at both lower ends of the front surface of the back plate 115, similarly to the sixth protrusions 1162. The second grooves 1151 are formed such that their width gradually narrows from the lower end to the upper end, thereby forming an inclined surface on the inner side surface.
[0531] As described above, when second protrusion 1162 and second groove 1151 are formed, back plate 115 is placed on bottom 116 and second protrusion 1162 is inserted into second groove 1151, so that back plate 115 can be fixed to bottom 116. Also, back plate 115 can be arranged in a normal position.
[0532] In addition, the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 may respectively form horizontal extension parts 1133 and 1143 extending toward each other at their upper ends. The horizontal extension parts 1133 and 1143 are respectively formed by bending the upper ends of the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114.
[0533] Furthermore, a plurality of coupling holes 1134 , 1144 are formed in the horizontal extension portions 1133 , 1143 .
[0534] Furthermore, coupling protrusions 1116 extending downward and inserted into the coupling holes 1134 and 1144 for fixing may be formed on both sides of the bottom surface of the top cover 111 .
[0535] As described above, when the coupling holes 1134 and 1144 are formed on the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 and the coupling protrusion 1116 is formed on the bottom surface of the top cover 111, the top cover 111 is fixed to the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 by inserting the coupling protrusion 1116 into the above-mentioned coupling holes 1134 and 1144.
[0536] In addition, the coupling holes 1134 and 1144 may have an enlarged portion 1135 at the front end thereof. The enlarged portion 1135 may be formed to be larger than the coupling protrusion 1116 .
[0537] Therefore, the coupling protrusion 1116 may be more easily inserted into the coupling holes 1134 and 1144 through the enlarged portion 1135 .
[0538] As an example, when the top cover 111 is installed on the upper side of the horizontal extension parts 1133 and 1143, the coupling protrusion 1116 is inserted into the expansion part 1135, and when the top cover 111 is pushed backward, the coupling protrusion 1116 is inserted into the coupling holes 1134 and 1144 and fixed.
[0539] In addition, the coupling protrusion 1116 is formed in a shape that extends downward once from the bottom surface of the top cover and then extends rearward twice.
[0540] That is, the coupling protrusion 1116 has a shape bent backward.
[0541] In the above case, the top cover 111 is installed to the upper side of the above-mentioned horizontal extension parts 1133, 1143, and when the above-mentioned coupling protrusion 1116 is inserted into the expansion part 1135 and then the top cover 111 is pushed rearward, the coupling protrusion 1116 is inserted into the coupling holes 1134, 1144, and the part extending rearward of the coupling protrusion 1116 contacts the bottom surface of the horizontal extension parts 1133, 1143, resulting in the horizontal extension parts 1133, 1143 being inserted between the parts extending rearward of the top cover 111 and the coupling protrusion 1116, thereby being able to reliably fix the top cover 111 and the first side panel 113, 114.
[0542] At this time, the top cover 111 is pulled forward, and then the top cover 111 is lifted to the upper side while the coupling protrusion 1116 is located at the enlarged portion 1135 , so that the top cover 111 can be separated from the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 .
[0543] In addition, the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 form at least one extension protrusion 1142 extending toward the filter holder 130 at a position opposite to the side surface of the filter holder 130, and an open fixing hole 134 is formed on the side surface of the filter holder 130 to allow the extension protrusion 1142 to be inserted.
[0544] The fixing holes 134 may be formed at both side surfaces of the filter holder 130 .
[0545] In addition, the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 are formed symmetrically with respect to the virtual line in the front-rear direction. That is, the extension protrusion 1142, the horizontal extension parts 1133, 1143, the coupling holes 1134, 1144, and the enlarged part 1135 are formed symmetrically on the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 with respect to the virtual line in the front-rear direction.
[0546] As described above, when the extending protrusions 1142 are formed on the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114 and the fixing holes 134 are formed on the filter holder 130 , the first side panel 113 , the second side panel 114 and the filter holder 130 can be coupled to each other.
[0547] In addition, a first connecting hole 1147 is formed at the rear ends of the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114, and a first connecting protrusion 1152 inserted into the first connecting hole 1147 is formed at both side ends of the back panel 115, so that the first side panel 113, the second side panel 114 and the back panel 115 can be combined.
[0548] In addition, a second connecting hole 1146 is formed at the front end of the first side panel 113 and the second side panel 114, and a second connecting protrusion 1117 inserted into the second connecting hole 1146 is formed at the two side ends of the first cover portion 111a, so that the first side panel 113, the second side panel 114 and the first cover portion 111a can also be combined.
[0549] Furthermore, at the rear end of the first cover portion 111 a , auxiliary grooves 1118 may be additionally formed at the upper ends of both sides of the back panel 115 , into which protrusions protruding upward may be inserted.
[0550] Fig.35 It is a water piping diagram of the water purifier of the present invention.
[0551] Reference Fig.35 The water purifier of the present invention provides hot water and purified water, and the hot water and purified water are discharged through a flow path.
[0552] First, water supplied from a water supply source is guided to the filter 120 through the water supply flow path 710 .
[0553] Then, the purified water having passed through the filter 120 flows through the intermediate flow path 720 .
[0554] One side of the intermediate flow path 720 is connected to the outlet side of the filter 120 , and the other side is connected to the inlet side of the hot water module 170 , thereby guiding the water passing through the filter 120 to the hot water module 170 .
[0555] Then, the purified water or hot water having passed through the hot water module 170 is supplied to the water outlet nozzle 300 through the hot water flow path 740 .
[0556] The hot water flow path 740 is connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 through the water outlet flow path 760 . Therefore, water passing through the hot water module 170 and the hot water flow path 740 is discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300 through the water outlet flow path 760 .
[0557] At this time, power is supplied to the hot water module 170 , and when purified water is heated in the hot water module 170 , the hot water is discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0558] In addition, when the power supply to the hot water module 170 is cut off, the purified water passing through the hot water module 170 is not heated and is discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300 in a state of purified water.
[0559] That is, in the case of the present invention, hot water and purified water are discharged through one flow path.
[0560] In the case of hot water and purified water, both are discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300 through the water supply flow path 710 , the filter 120 , the intermediate flow path 720 , the hot water module 170 , the hot water flow path 740 , and the water outlet flow path 760 .
[0561] The difference lies in whether the hot water module 170 is in operation or not. When the purified water is discharged, the control unit switches the hot water module 170 to the off state, whereby the hot water module 170 does not operate, and the purified water that has passed through the hot water module 170 flows in the water outlet flow path 760 as purified water. On the contrary, when the hot water is discharged, the control unit switches the hot water module 170 to the on state, whereby the hot water module 170 operates, and the purified water that has passed through the hot water module 170 is heated to hot water.
[0562] The hot water module 170 includes a hot water tank. A heating flow path 171 is formed in the hot water tank. The purified water that has passed through the filter 120 passes through the heating flow path 171. When the hot water is discharged, the purified water passing through the heating flow path 171 is heated to hot water. On the contrary, when the purified water is discharged, the purified water that has passed through the heating flow path 171 does not change in temperature and remains in the state of purified water.
[0563] Reference Fig.35 , including a hot water flow path 740 and a water outlet flow path 760 for guiding the purified water or hot water passing through the hot water module 170 to the water outlet nozzle 300. That is, the purified water or hot water discharged from the hot water module 170 passes through the hot water flow path 740 and the water outlet flow path 760 and is discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300.
[0564] The control unit controls the operation of the hot water module 170 .
[0565] When the purified water is discharged, the control unit turns off the heating source of the hot water module 170, and the purified water discharged from the hot water module 170 passes through the hot water flow path 740 and the water outlet flow path 760 and is discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300. That is, when the purified water is discharged, the heating source of the hot water module 170 is turned off, and the purified water is not heated when passing through the heating flow path 171 of the hot water module 170, and is discharged in the state of purified water. In addition, the purified water passes through the hot water flow path 740 and the water outlet flow path 760 and is supplied to the water outlet nozzle 300.
[0566] In addition, when discharging hot water, the control unit turns on the heating source of the hot water module 170, and the hot water discharged from the hot water module 170 passes through the hot water flow path 740 and the water outlet flow path 760 and is discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300. That is, when the heating source of the hot water module 170 is turned on, the purified water is heated when passing through the heating flow path 171 of the hot water module 170, and is discharged in the state of hot water. In addition, the hot water discharged from the hot water module 170 passes through the hot water flow path 740 and the water outlet flow path 760 and is supplied to the water outlet nozzle 300.
[0567] The water purifier of the present invention further includes an auxiliary flow path 730, which merges with a second point P2 of the water supply flow path 710 further rearward than the first point P1 based on the flow direction of water after being branched at the first point P1 of the water supply flow path 710. In addition, a flow regulating valve 640 is provided in the auxiliary flow path 730. The flow regulating valve 640 can adjust the flow rate of water passing through the auxiliary flow path 730.
[0568] As an example, the flow control valve 640 may reduce the flow rate of water passing through the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0569] The control unit is connected to the flow regulating valve 640 to control the flow regulating valve 640. Specifically, the control unit opens or cuts off the flow regulating valve 640. In addition, the control unit adjusts the degree of opening of the flow regulating valve 640, and as a result, the flow rate of water passing through the auxiliary flow path 730 can be adjusted.
[0570] In addition, the auxiliary flow path 730 is provided with a temperature sensor for sensing the temperature of water passing through the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0571] The temperature sensor may also be integrally provided in the flow control valve 640 .
[0572] For reference, the temperature sensor may be provided in at least one of the water supply flow path 710, the intermediate flow path 720, the hot water flow path 740, and the water outlet flow path 760. In addition, the temperature sensor may be provided in the hot water module 170 or in the water outlet valve 670 described later.
[0573] In addition, the control unit is connected to a temperature sensor to receive temperature information of water sensed by the temperature sensor, and controls the output of the hot water module 170 or an auxiliary heater 650 described later using the received temperature information.
[0574] In addition, a water supply valve 630 is provided at the first point P1.
[0575] The water supply valve 630 may restrict the flow of water from the water supply flow path 710 to the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0576] In addition, the control unit may control the operation of the water supply valve 630 .
[0577] As an example, the water supply valve 630 may include one inlet and two outlets. The inlet of the water supply valve 630 is connected to the water supply flow path 710 , one of the two outlets is reconnected to the water supply flow path 710 , and the other outlet is connected to the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0578] The control unit may open and close the inlet of the water supply valve 630, and may open and close the outlet of the water supply valve 630. The control unit may select only one of the outlets of the water supply valve 630 to open, and cut off the other. The control unit may open all the outlets of the water supply valve 630, or cut off all the outlets of the water supply valve 630.
[0579] Therefore, water introduced into the water supply valve 630 is transferred to the water supply flow path 710 or to the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0580] The water supply passage 710 includes a first water supply passage 711 for guiding water to the water supply valve 630 with reference to the water supply valve 630 and a second water supply passage 712 for guiding water discharged from the water supply valve 630 to the filter 120 .
[0581] As an example, the water introduced into the water supply valve 630 through the first water supply flow path 711 may not flow toward the auxiliary flow path 730 but only flow toward the second water supply flow path 712 .
[0582] As another example, the water introduced into the water supply valve 630 through the first water supply flow path 711 may flow only toward the auxiliary flow path 730 , but may not flow toward the second water supply flow path 712 .
[0583] As another example, a portion of the water introduced into the water supply valve 630 flows toward the auxiliary flow path 730 through the first water supply flow path 711 , and a portion of the water also flows toward the second water supply flow path 712 .
[0584] When discharging hot water, the controller controls the water supply valve 630 so that the water introduced through the first water supply flow path 711 passes through the auxiliary flow path 730. At this time, the water introduced into the water supply valve 630 is not discharged to the second water supply flow path 712 but only to the auxiliary flow path 730.
[0585] Also, the water passing through the auxiliary flow path 730 merges with the second water supply flow path 712 at the second point P2 and is then supplied to the filter 120 .
[0586] In addition, when discharging purified water, the controller controls the water supply valve 630 so that the water introduced through the first water supply flow path 711 flows only through the second water supply flow path 712 .
[0587] At this time, the water introduced into the water supply valve 630 is not discharged to the auxiliary flow path 730 side, but is discharged only to the second water supply flow path 712 side.
[0588] Then, the water discharged to the second water supply flow path 712 is supplied to the filter 120 .
[0589] Generally, in the case of purified water, it passes through the filter 120 and then through the flow path to be supplied to the water outlet nozzle 300. Therefore, there is no need to adjust the flow rate of water passing through the flow path, and the larger the flow rate, the better.
[0590] However, in the case of hot water, after passing through the filter 120, it is heated into hot water and then supplied to the water outlet nozzle 300. Therefore, in order to increase the temperature of the hot water, it is necessary to adjust the flow rate of water introduced into the hot water module 170 to be smaller than the flow rate of purified water.
[0591] In this case, when a flow rate regulating valve is provided in the water supply flow path 710 for supplying water to the filter 120 and the flow rate supplied to the filter 120 is reduced, the hot water temperature becomes higher and the hot water condition can be satisfied. However, when the purified water is discharged, the purified water flow rate decreases due to the reduced flow rate.
[0592] In order to solve this problem, the present invention supplies the water introduced through the first water supply flow path 711 to the filter 120 through the second water supply flow path 712 when the purified water is discharged. The second water supply flow path 712 is not provided with a flow regulating valve, thereby preventing the purified water flow from being reduced and satisfying the purified water flow condition.
[0593] On the contrary, when hot water is discharged, water introduced through the first water supply flow path 711 is supplied to the filter 120 through the auxiliary flow path 730. The auxiliary flow path 730 is provided with a flow regulating valve 640, and the flow rate regulated downward by the flow regulating valve 640 is introduced into the filter 120, thereby reducing the flow rate supplied to the hot water module 170, increasing the temperature of the hot water, and satisfying the hot water temperature condition.
[0594] That is, in the case of the present invention, the path of water flowing from the water supply path 710 to the filter 120 is divided into two paths. When discharging purified water, the water is allowed to flow only to the water supply path 710, thereby not reducing the flow rate. When discharging hot water, the water in the water supply path 710 is allowed to flow to the auxiliary path 730 to reduce the flow rate, thereby meeting the temperature conditions of the hot water.
[0595] On the other hand, as described above, the purified water discharged from the filter 120 flows toward the hot water module 170 through the intermediate flow path 720 .
[0596] The water introduced into the hot water module 170 is heated and discharged in the state of hot water, or is discharged in the state of purified water without being heated, and flows in the hot water flow path 740 .
[0597] The hot water or purified water flowing in the hot water flow path 740 flows through the water outlet flow path 760 and is then supplied to the outside of the water purifier through the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0598] One side of the water outlet passage 760 is connected to the hot water passage 740 , and the other side is connected to the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0599] In addition, the water outlet flow path 760 is provided with a water outlet valve 670 for controlling the flow of water toward the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0600] The control unit may control the operation of the water outlet valve 670 .
[0601] Specifically, when purified water, hot water or cold water is discharged, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 to be opened, and in a waiting state where no water is discharged, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 to be cut off.
[0602] On the other hand, after the hot water is discharged, the hot water module 170 is heated, and the hot water flow path 740, the hot water module 170, and the water outlet flow path 760 are filled with hot water.
[0603] In this case, when the user discharges purified water, a problem may occur in which the hot water in the hot water flow path 740 or the hot water module 170 is discharged through the water outlet nozzle 300 before the purified water is discharged.
[0604] Therefore, after the hot water is discharged and before the purified water is discharged, the hot water (residual water) remaining in the hot water flow path 740, the hot water module 170, and the water outlet flow path 760 needs to be discharged.
[0605] To this end, the water purifier of the present invention includes a discharge flow path 770 .
[0606] In addition, the water outlet valve 670 is configured as a three-way valve, and the water outlet valve 670 is connected to the discharge flow path 770 .
[0607] In addition, the water outlet valve 670 may allow the introduced water to flow toward the water outlet nozzle 300 , or may allow the introduced water to flow toward the discharge flow path 770 .
[0608] The water outlet valve 670 has one inlet and two outlets. The inlet of the water outlet valve 670 is connected to the water outlet flow path 760 extending toward the hot water flow path 740. One of the two outlets is reconnected to the water outlet flow path 760 extending toward the water outlet nozzle 300, and the other outlet is connected to the discharge flow path 770.
[0609] The control unit may open and close the inlet of the water outlet valve 670, and may open and close the outlet of the water outlet valve 670. The control unit may select only one of the outlets of the water outlet valve 670 to open and cut off the other. The control unit may open all the outlets of the water outlet valve 670, or may cut off all the outlets of the water outlet valve 670.
[0610] Therefore, the water introduced into the water outlet valve 670 is discharged to the water outlet passage 760 extending toward the water outlet nozzle 300 and discharged toward the water outlet nozzle 300 or the discharge passage 770 .
[0611] For example, when hot water is discharged, the water outlet valve 670 is opened to discharge water to the water outlet passage 760 extending toward the water outlet nozzle 300 .
[0612] As another example, when the hot water is discharged, the water outlet valve 670 opens the outlet connected to the discharge flow path 770, so that the residual water in the hot water flow path 740, the water outlet flow path 760 or the hot water module 170 is discharged.
[0613] As described above, after the hot water is discharged, when the discharge is performed, the hot water flow path 740, the water outlet flow path 760, or the hot water module 170 is filled with purified water or is empty.
[0614] Therefore, after the hot water is discharged, when the purified water is discharged, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the purified water from rising due to the high-temperature residual water.
[0615] If purified water is discharged without being discharged after the hot water is discharged, even if the hot water module 170 is in a closed state, since there is high-temperature residual water remaining in the hot water flow path 740, the water outlet flow path 760 or the hot water module 170, a problem of high-temperature water being discharged through the water outlet nozzle 300 may occur.
[0616] For reference, the above-mentioned discharge is performed until the residual water in the hot water tank is discharged.
[0617] In the case of the present invention, when the discharge of hot water is finished, the discharge can be performed regardless of whether the purified water is discharged or not.
[0618] That is, when hot water is discharged, the hot water module 170 is operated and the outlet of the water outlet valve 670 on the water outlet nozzle 300 side is opened.
[0619] When the hot water is discharged, the hot water module 170 stops operating and the outlet of the water outlet valve 670 on the discharge flow path 770 is opened, whereby the hot water in the hot water flow path 740 or the hot water module 170 is discharged through the discharge flow path 770 .
[0620] Furthermore, when a preset discharge time has passed, the outlet of the water outlet valve 670 on the discharge flow path 770 side is cut off.
[0621] In the present invention, when the hot water is discharged after discharge, the purified water may be discharged by checking the elapsed time after the hot water is discharged and selectively discharging the purified water according to the elapsed time.
[0622] In addition, in the case of the present invention, when the discharge of hot water is completed and purified water is discharged, the residual water temperature of the hot water flow path 740, the water outlet flow path 760, the hot water module 170 or the water outlet valve 670 can also be confirmed, and selective discharge can be performed according to the confirmed temperature.
[0623] In addition, the water purifier of the present invention may have a cold water drainage function.
[0624] To this end, it also includes: a cold water flow path 750, one side of which branches in the above-mentioned middle flow path 720 and merges into the above-mentioned water outlet flow path 760 on the other side; and a cold water module 150, which is arranged in the above-mentioned cold water flow path 750 to cool the purified water passing through the above-mentioned cold water flow path 750 into cold water.
[0625] Furthermore, in the intermediate flow path 720 , a hot and cold water valve 660 may be provided at a branch point of the cold water flow path 750 .
[0626] The control unit controls the operation of the hot and cold water valve 660 .
[0627] For example, when hot water or purified water is discharged, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 to be opened toward the hot water module 170 .
[0628] As another example, when cold water is discharged, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 to be opened toward the cold water flow path 750 .
[0629] The hot and cold water valve 660 has one inlet and two outlets. The inlet of the hot and cold water valve 660 is connected to the intermediate flow path 720 extending toward the filter 120. One of the two outlets is reconnected to the intermediate flow path 720 extending toward the hot water module 170, and the other outlet is connected to the cold water flow path 750.
[0630] The control unit can open and close the inlet of the hot and cold water valve 660, and can open and close the outlet of the hot and cold water valve 660. The control unit can select only one of the outlets of the hot and cold water valve 660 to open, and cut off the other outlet. The control unit can open all the outlets of the hot and cold water valve 660, and can also cut off all the outlets of the water outlet valve 670.
[0631] Therefore, the water introduced into the hot and cold water valve 660 is discharged to the intermediate flow path 720 extending toward the hot water module 170 and supplied to the hot water module 170 or discharged to the cold water flow path 750 .
[0632] As a modified example, the hot water may be in a heated state after being discharged, and the hot water flow path 740 , the hot water module 170 , and the water outlet flow path 760 may also be filled with hot water.
[0633] In this case, when the user discharges purified water, a problem may occur in which the hot water in the hot water flow path 740 or the hot water module 170 is discharged through the water outlet nozzle 300 before the purified water is discharged.
[0634] The control unit may control the water discharged to the water outlet nozzle 300 to be lowered in temperature by using cold water.
[0635] In this embodiment, after the hot water is discharged, if the purified water is discharged within the specified reference time, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 to open the outlet on the intermediate flow path 720 side connected to the hot water module 170, and also opens the outlet on the cold water flow path 750 side.
[0636] Here, the 'reference time' can be set to various times. For example, the 'reference time' can be set to 60 minutes.
[0637] In addition, after the hot water is discharged, when the purified water is discharged before the reference time has passed, the control unit controls the outlets on both sides of the hot and cold water valves 660 to be opened simultaneously, and the outlet on the cold water flow path 750 side is cut off after being opened for the first time period, and the outlet on the intermediate flow path 720 side connected to the hot water module 170 is opened for a second time longer than the first time.
[0638] Here, the 'first time' and the 'second time' can be set to various times. For example, the 'first time' can be set to 3 seconds.
[0639] In addition, the water discharged through the cold water flow path 750 and the hot water flow path 740 merges into the water discharge flow path 760 and is discharged through the water discharge nozzle 300 .
[0640] In addition, in the present invention, when the hot water is discharged and the purified water is discharged, the elapsed time after the hot water is discharged can be checked, and a part of the cold water can be selectively merged with the residual water according to the elapsed time.
[0641] In addition, in the case of the present invention, when the discharge of hot water and purified water is completed, the residual water temperature of the hot water flow path 740 or the water outlet flow path 760 or the hot water module 170 or the water outlet valve 670 can be confirmed, and a portion of the cold water can be selectively merged with the residual water based on the confirmed temperature.
[0642] Thus, when the purified water is discharged through the hot water flow path, it is possible to solve the problem of hot water or slightly hot water being discharged at the early stage of the purified water discharge due to the residual hot water.
[0643] The water supply flow path 710 is provided with at least one of a pressure reducing valve 610 for adjusting the water pressure of water introduced from a water supply source and a flow sensor 620 for checking the flow rate of water passing through the water supply flow path 710 .
[0644] As an example, a pressure reducing valve 610 and a flow sensor 620 are provided in the first water supply flow path 711 in this order based on the flow direction of water.
[0645] Furthermore, the control unit is connected to the flow sensor 620 to receive flow information sensed by the flow sensor 620 and controls the output of the hot water module 170 or the auxiliary heater 650 described later using the received flow information.
[0646] The water purifier of the present invention has a hot water sterilization function.
[0647] The auxiliary flow path 730 may be provided with an auxiliary heater 650 for heating water flowing in the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0648] The auxiliary heater 650 is disposed at a rearward position of the flow regulating valve 640 based on the flow direction of water.
[0649] In addition, the control unit controls the overall operation of the auxiliary heater 650 .
[0650] When hot water sterilization is performed, the control unit operates the auxiliary heater 650 and stops the hot water module 170 and the cold water module 150 .
[0651] Also, the hot water heated by the auxiliary heater 650 flows toward the water outlet nozzle 300 after passing through the filter 120 .
[0652] As described above, when the auxiliary heater 650 is operated, the auxiliary flow path 730, the filter 120, the intermediate flow path 720, the hot water flow path 740, the cold water flow path 750, and the outlet water flow path 760 provided with the auxiliary heater 650 are sterilized by hot water.
[0653] In addition, the control unit controls the water supply valve 630 during hot water sterilization so that the water in the first water supply flow path 711 flows to the auxiliary flow path 730 .
[0654] In addition, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 so that the water flowing through the intermediate flow path 720 after being discharged from the filter 120 flows to the cold water flow path 750 or the hot water flow path 740 side.
[0655] As an example, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 so that the water flowing through the intermediate flow path 720 after being discharged from the filter 120 flows toward the cold water flow path 750 side.
[0656] As another example, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 so that the water discharged from the filter 120 and flowing in the intermediate flow path 720 flows toward the hot water module 170 and the hot water flow path 740 .
[0657] As another example, the control unit controls the hot and cold water valve 660 so that the water flowing through the intermediate flow path 720 after being discharged from the filter 120 flows toward the cold water flow path 750 and the hot water flow path 740 .
[0658] At this time, the water discharged from the filter 120 and flowing in the intermediate flow path 720 may flow to the cold water flow path 750 and the hot water flow path 740 at the same time.
[0659] In addition, the water flowing in the intermediate flow path 720 after being discharged from the filter 120 flows first to the cold water flow path 750 side and then to the hot water flow path 740 side, or first to the hot water flow path 740 side and then to the cold water flow path 750 side.
[0660] In addition, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 so that the water in the water outlet flow path 760 flows to the water outlet nozzle 300 or the discharge flow path 770 side during hot water sterilization.
[0661] As an example, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 so that the water flowing toward the water outlet valve 670 through the water outlet flow path 760 flows toward the water outlet nozzle 300 side.
[0662] As another example, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 so that the water introduced into the water outlet valve 670 through the water outlet flow path 760 flows toward the discharge flow path 770 side.
[0663] As another example, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 so that the water introduced into the water outlet valve 670 through the water outlet flow path 760 flows toward the water outlet nozzle 300 side and also flows toward the discharge flow path 770 side.
[0664] At this time, the water introduced into the water outlet valve 670 through the water outlet flow path 760 may flow toward the water outlet nozzle 300 side and the discharge flow path 770 side at the same time.
[0665] In addition, water introduced into the water outlet valve 670 through the water outlet flow path 760 first flows toward the water outlet nozzle 300 side and then flows toward the discharge flow path 770 side, or first flows toward the discharge flow path 770 side and then flows toward the water outlet nozzle 300 side.
[0666] In addition, the water purifier 10 of the present invention further includes a steam flow path 780 and a safety valve 190 for discharging steam generated when heating hot water in the hot water module 170. Thus, it is possible to prevent the pressure inside the hot water tank included in the hot water module 170 from being excessively increased by steam. The safety valve 190 is configured to be opened at a set pressure, and may have various structures within the range in which the steam inside the hot water tank can be smoothly discharged.
[0667] On the other hand, the steam flow path 780 may be connected to the exhaust flow path 770 . Therefore, the steam exhausted from the hot water tank may be exhausted to the outside of the water purifier 10 through the exhaust flow path 770 .
[0668] According to the present invention as described above, hot water sterilization is performed while continuously discharging water, so there is also an advantage that foreign matter can be removed while sterilizing the flow path and valve by increasing the flow rate.
[0669] According to the present invention, a portion of the hot water generated by hot water sterilization and warm water cleaning of the entire flow path included in the water purifier can be discharged to the water outlet nozzle, and the remaining water can be discharged to the outside of the water purifier. This also has the following advantages: it prevents safety accidents such as scalding caused by discharging a large amount of hot water into the water outlet nozzle, and avoids the trouble of users having to handle a large amount of hot water.
[0670] On the other hand, referring to Figure 33 to Figure 34 A sensing sensor 140 is installed on the filter bracket 130 to sense whether the fixing protrusion 1121 is inserted into the fixing hole 136 .
[0671] The water purifier of the present invention includes: a water purifier body 100, which includes a top cover 111 and side panels 113 and 114; a first panel 112, which can be detachably coupled to the above-mentioned water purifier body 100 and has a fixing protrusion 1121 formed at one end; and a filter bracket 130, which forms a space for installing the filter 120 and has a fixing hole 136 for inserting the above-mentioned fixing protrusion 1121.
[0672] In addition, a first coupling portion 1122 including a magnet or a magnetic body is formed on the rear side of the first panel 112, and a second coupling portion 150 including a magnet or a magnetic body is formed on the front surface of the filter bracket 130. When the fixing protrusion 1121 of the first panel 112 is inserted into the fixing hole 136 of the filter bracket 130, the first coupling portion 1122 of the first panel 112 and the second coupling portion 150 of the filter bracket 130 are connected to each other.
[0673] At this time, the first coupling portion 1122 of the first panel 112 and the second coupling portion 150 of the filter holder 130 may be adhered to each other by magnetic force.
[0674] The sensing sensor 140 described above may implement various embodiments.
[0675] As an example, the sensing sensor 140 has a descending first terminal portion. As the fixing protrusion 1121 is inserted into the fixing hole 136, when the fixing protrusion 1121 pushes the first terminal portion, the first terminal portion rises and contacts the second terminal portion to sense the installation status of the front panel 112.
[0676] On the contrary, as the front panel 112 is separated, when the force pressing the first terminal portion disappears, the first terminal portion descends and the first terminal portion is separated from the second terminal portion, and the sensing sensor 140 can sense that the front panel 112 is separated.
[0677] Furthermore, when the sensing sensor 140 senses that the front panel 112 is installed, the control unit opens the water supply valve 630 , and when the sensing sensor 140 senses that the front panel 112 is separated, the control unit cuts off the water supply valve 630 .
[0678] The water purifier of the present invention includes: a water purifier body 100, which includes a top cover 111 and side panels 113 and 114; a first panel 112, which can be detachably connected to the above-mentioned water purifier body 100; a filter bracket 130, which forms a space for installing a filter 120; a sensing sensor 140, which is arranged on the above-mentioned filter bracket 130 to sense whether the above-mentioned first panel 112 is installed; a water supply flow path 710, which guides water supplied from a water supply source to the above-mentioned filter 120 side; a water supply valve 630, which is arranged on the above-mentioned water supply flow path 710 to regulate the flow of water flowing to the above-mentioned filter 120; and a control unit, which controls the operation of the above-mentioned water supply valve 630.
[0679] Furthermore, the control unit controls to open the water supply valve 630 when the sensing sensor 140 senses the attachment of the first panel 112 , and to cut off the water supply valve 630 when the sensing sensor 140 senses the separation of the first panel 112 .
[0680] In addition, a fixing protrusion 1121 is formed at one end of the first panel 112 , and a fixing hole 136 for inserting the fixing protrusion 1121 is formed in the filter holder 130 , and the sensing sensor 140 senses whether the fixing protrusion 1121 is inserted into the fixing hole 136 .
[0681] In general, the front panel 112 is detached when the filter 120 is replaced.
[0682] Furthermore, while the filter 120 is being separated or replaced, it is necessary to cut off the source water introduced into the filter 120 side.
[0683] In the case of the present invention, the installation of the filter 120 is not directly sensed, but the installation of the front panel 112 is sensed, thereby cutting off the water supply valve 630 to prevent the source water from being introduced into the filter 120 side during the replacement of the filter 120, thereby preventing problems such as water leakage.
[0684] On the other hand, when the filter 120 is replaced, the filter 120 needs to be cleaned. And, the water used to clean the filter 120 needs to be drained.
[0685] To this end, the control unit controls the water outlet valve 670 so that when the sensing sensor 140 senses the installation of the front panel 112 , the water in the water outlet flow path 760 does not flow to the water outlet nozzle 300 side, but is discharged to the outside through the discharge flow path 770 .
[0686] That is, when the front panel 112 is separated in order to replace the filter, the sensing sensor 140 senses the separation of the front panel 112 , and the control unit senses the separation of the front panel 112 through the sensing sensor 140 .
[0687] Also, the water supply valve 630 is turned off to cut off the introduction of source water introduced into the filter 120 side.
[0688] Furthermore, the filter 120 is replaced in a state where the introduction of source water is cut off.
[0689] Thereafter, when the replacement of the filter 120 is completed and the front panel 112 is installed, the sensing sensor 140 senses the installation of the front panel 112 , and the control unit senses the installation of the front panel 112 through the sensing sensor 140 .
[0690] Then, the water supply valve 630 is opened to introduce source water into the filter 120 side.
[0691] Also, the filter 120 is cleaned.
[0692] At this time, the water outlet valve 670 is controlled to prevent the water used to clean the filter 120 from being supplied to the water outlet nozzle 300 side.
[0693] Under the control of the control unit, the water outlet valve 670 blocks the outlet on the water outlet nozzle 300 side and opens the outlet on the discharge flow path 770 side.
[0694] Thereafter, when the set time has elapsed or the discharge at the set flow rate is completed, the discharge is terminated.
[0695] In addition, the filter 120 can be cleaned during a set time or at a set flow rate. In addition, the filter 120 can be cleaned to the extent desired by the user, and the filter cleaning can be terminated when the user inputs the end of the filter cleaning through the operation unit or the like.
[0696] When the cleaning of the filter 120 is completed, the control unit turns off the water outlet valve 670 to end the discharge.
