The method comprises steps that a combination navigation model based on a GPS and an inertial navigation module is constructed, a Kalman filter is designed to filter combination navigation data of the combination navigation model, and navigation error data of the inertial navigation module is outputted; in a normal GPS signal state, inertial navigation data is taken as input data of a training sample of a neural network model, output data of the navigation data after filtered by the Kalman filter is taken as output data of a training sample of a neural network module, and the neural network model is trained; in a GPS signal loss state, the trained neural network model is utilized to predict an output error of the inertial navigation module, and the predicted output error is further utilized to compensate and correct inertial navigation. The method is advantaged in that the GPSINS combination navigation model is compensated and corrected through utilizing the neural network algorithm, and the inertial navigation system is assisted by the neural network algorithm to output the accurate navigation data in the GPS signal loss state.

High-precision time interval measurement device

The invention discloses a high-precision time interval measurement device, which is used for reshaping signals generated by blocking devices by means of a signal conditioning module based on a phase-modulated high-precision time interval measurement method into square wave signals recognizable by an FPGA (field programmable gate array). In the FPGA, the square wave signals standing for start and stop are integrated into a pulse signal with a certain pulse width by a trigger. A phase-locked loop is constructed in the FPGA, multichannel clock signals with fixed phase differences are obtained after frequency multiplication, debounce and phase shift of an external clock, and the clock signals are used for driving an FPGA interior counter to perform pulse counting so as to obtain a group of count values. The count values are transmitted to a single chip microcomputer for computation by the FPGA, and computed results are transmitted to a display module to complete display of the time interval measurement values. The high-precision time interval measurement device realizes precise measurement and real-time display of time interval, principle errors are eliminated, monolithic integration and flexible extension in the FPGA are easy, and the device is used for speed measurement of high-speed movement.

The method comprises obtaining geographical coordinates of each video monitor device, establishing a space coordinate system of the video monitor network, with the video monitor device being as the center and according to the monitoring range; selecting a feature point to perform surveying and mapping, and obtaining geographical coordinate of the feature point and corresponding pixel values of the feature point in imaging matrix of the video monitor device; with the feature point being as a control point, carrying out projection conversion and coordinate transformation so as to enable other ground pixel points in the imaging matrix to have corresponding geographical coordinates; when a target appears in the monitoring range, calculating geographical coordinates of the target by obtaining the coordinate of the pixel point where the target lies and combining environment circumference relation; and forming the movement track of the target by taking the geographical coordinates of different frames of the target in the video monitor network. According to the method, the movement track of the target can be positioned and tracked quickly; existing resources of a city is effectively utilized; and more accurate movement route of the target is output.
