This invention provides a method, device, and medium for regulating a multi-source heating system, belonging to the field of energy management technology. The method includes: acquiring operational data of the heating system; wherein the heating system includes at least two heat sources; inputting the operational data into a pre-trained hybrid model to obtain the actual heating capacity of each heat source; acquiring the heat load demand; and determining the optimal load allocation scheme for each heat source based on the heat load demand and the actual heating capacity; by constructing a hybrid model that integrates a mechanistic model and a residual network, based on the calculation of theoretical heat supply based on energy conservation and mass conservation, further compensating for the deviation between the theoretical heat supply output by the mechanistic model and the actual heat supply of each heat source measured on-site, it can achieve accurate output of the actual usable heating capacity of each heat source, thereby solving the technical problem that the calculation results of the pure mechanistic model are distorted and do not match the actual operating conditions due to equipment aging, etc.
