Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of clothing production, in particular to a cutting device for producing sportswear. Background Art
[0002] In the current sportswear production field, the cutting process is one of the key links in the manufacturing process, which directly affects the final quality and production efficiency of the product. Traditional cutting devices mostly rely on continuous or intermittent cutting operations on the material on the conveyor belt. However, this production method faces a series of challenges in practical applications, especially in terms of cutting accuracy and material stability.
[0003] When materials (such as cloth, synthetic fibers, etc.) are cut on the conveyor belt, they are easily affected by a variety of external factors, such as changes in the speed of the conveyor belt, differences in the physical properties of the materials (such as thickness, elasticity), and vibrations generated during the cutting process. These factors often cause the material to deviate or deform slightly at the moment of cutting, which in turn causes the cut to be uneven, with burrs, jagged edges, or incomplete cutting. This not only affects the appearance quality of the sportswear, but may also have an adverse effect on the comfort and durability of the wearer. If the contact between the conveyor belt and the cutting device is improper, such as being too tight or too loose, the conveyor belt may be subjected to unnecessary wear or damage during the cutting process.
[0004] Chinese patent publication number CN117301161A discloses a cutting device for outdoor clothing production, which operates through the cooperation of a rotating plate, a card plate, a slider, an inclined plate 1, and an inclined plate 2. The rotating plate drives the card plate to rotate and straighten the fabric outward to prevent the fabric from wrinkling on the conveyor table and affecting the cutting effect.
[0005] However, in actual use, when the above structure is transmitted on the conveyor belt, irregular wrinkles or distortions may be formed in the cutting area due to factors such as slight vibrations of the conveyor belt, the elastic recovery force of the material itself, or the extrusion of the front and rear materials. When the cutting knife 3 acts directly on the surface of such a material, it is difficult to keep the cutting path straight and stable due to the failure to fully stretch, straighten and smooth the material in advance, which ultimately leads to problems such as uneven incision edges and severe burrs. The guiding mechanism 6 is provided on the base 1 with a mounting frame for mounting the conveyor belt 2, the mounting frame is provided with a limiting block for limiting the smooth movement of materials on the conveyor belt 2, the mounting frame is provided with a rotating driver 21 for driving the conveyor belt 2 to rotate and transport, the rotating driver 21 is preferably a servo motor, the mounting frame is provided with a controller 22 and a signal receiving transmitter 23 for controlling the start and stop of the rotating driver 21, the mounting frame is also provided with a displacement sensor 24 for controlling the telescopic cylinder 41 to lower and rise the cutting knife 3, the displacement sensor 24 is connected to the controller 22, and the inclined plate 51 is provided with a cutting knife groove 511 for the cutting knife 3 to cut the material, and the cutting knife groove 511 is used to support the material.
[0041] When the cloth needs to be cut, the material is first placed on the conveyor belt 2, and then the rotary driver 21 is started. At this time, the material placed on the conveyor belt 2 can be transported to the right under the action of the conveyor belt 2 until the material on the conveyor belt 2 falls onto the inclined plate 51. When it falls onto the inclined plate 51, the displacement sensor 24 sends a signal to the controller 22, and the controller 22 controls the rotary driver 21 to stop rotating. At this time, the conveyor belt 2 stops conveying. In this state, the material stays directly below the cutting knife 3, and then the displacement controller 22 controls the telescopic cylinder 41 to start, thereby driving the cutting knife 3 to move downward in the vertical direction. During the descent of the cutting knife 3, the material stops moving downward. During the process, the connecting rod can be used to drive the traction mechanism 6 to drive the inclined plate 51 to rotate and swing to the right until the inclined plate 51 is inclined to be on the same horizontal plane as the conveyor belt 2, and in this process, the smoothing block 52 can press the material into the cutting groove 511 and slide in a relatively far horizontal straight direction, so that when cutting the material, there is no need to cut the material directly on the conveyor belt 2, and when cutting the material, the cutting part of the material can be pressed and stretched and straightened by the smoothing block 52, so as to prevent the cutting angle and incision from being uneven due to the tilt and looseness of the material when the cutting knife 3 cuts the material, and prevent damage to the conveyor belt 2.
[0042] See also Figure 4-Figure 9As shown, the connecting rod driving traction mechanism 6 includes a first contact block 61, a second sliding contact block 62 and a first return spring 63; the first contact block 61 is arranged on the cutting knife 3 and has a pair; the second sliding contact block 62 is vertically slidably arranged on the base 1 and is used to contact the first contact block 61; the first return spring 63 is arranged on the base 1 and is fixed to the end of the second sliding contact block 62; the first positioning rod 64 is rotatably arranged on the base 1 and is used to limit the tilting swing of the tilting plate 51, and a circular guide auxiliary rod is arranged on the base 1 to limit the second sliding contact block 62 to slide stably in the vertical direction.
[0043] When the telescopic cylinder 41 is started and drives the cutting knife 3 to move downward in the vertical direction, the first contact block 61 fixedly connected thereto can be driven to move downward synchronously in the process until the first contact block 61 contacts the second sliding contact block 62, and until the second sliding contact block 62 moves downward in contact along the circular guide auxiliary rod. During the descent of the second sliding contact block 62, the first return spring 63 can be compressed. When the cutting knife 3 rises, the first return spring 63 is released and drives the second sliding contact to always contact the first contact block 61 until the second sliding contact block 62 stops moving, thereby achieving the contact-type descent and automatic ascent reset action of the second sliding contact block 62 and the first contact block 61.
[0044] See also Figure 4-Figure 6 As shown, the connecting rod driven traction mechanism 6 also includes a first positioning rod 64, a mounting plate 65, a first limiting groove 66 and a second positioning rod 67; the first positioning rod 64 is rotatably set on the frame 4 and is used to limit the tilting swing of the tilting plate 51; the second positioning rod 67 is slidably set on the mounting plate 65 in the vertical direction; the mounting plate 65 is set on the second sliding contact block 62; the first limiting groove 66 is opened on the mounting plate 65; the second positioning rod 67 is slidably set in the first limiting groove 66 and is located below the second sliding contact block 62.
[0045] When it is necessary to cut the material on the inclined plate 51 and swing the inclined plate 51 at an inclined angle, when the first contact block 61 contacts the second sliding contact block 62 and causes the second sliding contact block 62 to move downward in the vertical direction, during this process, the mounting plate 65 can be caused to move downward synchronously. When the mounting plate 65 moves downward, the second positioning rod 67 can slide in the first limiting groove 66 opened on the mounting plate 65.
[0046] See also Figure 4-Figure 6As shown, the connecting rod driven traction mechanism 6 also includes a third positioning rod, a first connecting rod 68 and a second limiting groove 69; the third positioning rod is arranged on the inclined plate 51 and has a pair; the first connecting rod 68 is rotatably arranged on the first positioning rod 64 and the second positioning rod 67 respectively, and the first connecting rod 68 is used to drive the inclined plate 51 to swing at an inclined angle; the second limiting groove 69 is opened on the first connecting rod 68 and slidably cooperates with the second positioning rod 67.
[0047] When the second positioning rod 67 slides in the first limiting groove 66 provided on the mounting plate 65, during this process, the second positioning rod 67 can cause the first connecting rod 68 to tilt and swing to the left. During the tilting and swinging process of the first connecting rod 68, the first connecting rod 68 can drive the inclined plate 51 to swing to the right and tilt up to the first positioning rod 64 rotatably connected at the other end until the inclined plate 51 and the conveyor belt 2 are on the same horizontal plane, thereby achieving the automatic tilting and rising of the inclined plate 51 during the vertical descent of the cutting knife 3 until the inclined plate 51 contacts the cutting knife 3, thereby achieving the automatic cutting of the material without cutting on the conveyor belt 2, thereby avoiding damage to the conveyor belt 2. See also Figure 7-10 As shown, the connecting rod driven traction mechanism 6 also includes a connecting plate 691, a traction rope 692, a limiting guide block 693 and a displacement block 694; the connecting plate 691 is arranged on the base 1 and has a pair of and respectively close to the bottom of the second sliding contact block 62; the traction rope 692 is arranged on the connecting plate 691 and connected to the smoothing block 52; the limiting guide block 693 is arranged on the inclined plate 51; the displacement block 694 is slidably arranged on the limiting guide block 693 in the horizontal straight direction and is slidably connected to the smoothing block 52, and the displacement block 694 is used to limit the smoothing block 52 from rising or falling in the vertical direction.
[0048] When the inclined plate 51 is in the ascending state and the material is in the cutting groove 511, the first telescopic spring 695 is not pressed against the displacement block 694 and the smoothing block 52 which are sliding in the horizontal straight line direction along the limiting guide block 693 and is released, and in this state the smoothing block 52 moves relatively away, and in this process, the traction rope 692 arranged on the connecting plate 691 can be pulled by the sliding smoothing block 52 until the displacement block 694 and the smoothing block 52 stop moving, and in the process that the displacement block 694 and the smoothing block 52 gradually approach each other, the distance between the traction rope 692 and the smoothing block 52 becomes longer and closer. In a stretched state, since the traction rope 692 is in a stretched state, the smoothing block 52 connected to the other end of the traction rope 692 can be vertically lowered along the displacement block 694, and the second telescopic spring 6951 is in a compressed state. At this time, the smoothing block 52 can contact and press the material on the cutting groove 511, so that during the process of the inclined plate 51 tilting and rising, the smoothing block 52 can press and expand the material on the cutting groove 511, so that when the cutting knife 3 contacts and cuts the cutting groove 511, the flatness of the material can be guaranteed, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the cutting of the material.
[0049] See also Figure 5-Figure 7 As shown, the connecting rod driven traction mechanism 6 also includes a first telescopic spring 695 and a swinging groove 696; the first telescopic spring 695 is arranged on the displacement block 694 and is fixedly connected to the smoothing block 52; the swinging groove 696 is opened on the inclined plate 51 and is used to limit the traction rope 692 to swing in the swinging groove 696, and the limiting guide block 693 is provided with a second telescopic spring 6951 for driving the displacement block 694 to slide in the horizontal straight direction on the right.
[0050] When the inclined plate 51 continues to perform the inclined upward movement, during this process, the traction rope 692 is in a taut state and moves to the left along the swing groove 696. At this time, the first telescopic spring 695 is compressed and the displacement block 694 and the smoothing block 52 move relatively away from each other, and drive the smoothing block 52 that is pressed against the material to move synchronously. During the downward movement of the inclined plate 51, the traction rope 692 can swing to the right along the swing groove 696. During this process, the distance between the traction rope 692 and the smoothing block 52 and the displacement block 694 is gradually reduced, and the elastic force of the first telescopic spring 695 is released until the first telescopic spring 695 causes the displacement block 694 and the smoothing block 52 to move relatively close to each other, and due to The traction rope 692 loses the pulling force on the smoothing block 52. At this time, the second telescopic spring 6951 can lift the descending smoothing block 52 in the vertical direction, so that when the inclined plate 51 descends and the material is on the inclined plate 51, the descending smoothing block 52 is prevented from affecting the contact between the material and the cutting groove 511, so that during the inclined rising process of the inclined plate 51, the smoothing block 52 can automatically press down and tighten the material through the traction rope 692 and move relatively away from the material after pressing, so that during the inclined rising process of the inclined plate 51, the smoothing block 52 can press down and expand the material on the cutting groove 511, so that the flatness of the material can be guaranteed when the cutting knife 3 contacts and cuts the cutting groove 511, thereby ensuring the flatness of the material cutting.

[0052] When the inclined plate 51 is inclined downward, the waste falls into the collecting groove 71 provided on the base 1, and the waste can be directly collected, thereby preventing the waste from falling directly to the outside of the collecting groove 71 after cutting, causing workers to perform additional cleaning and labor.
[0053] See also Fig.11 As shown, the linkage scraping mechanism 7 also includes a fourth connecting rod 74 and a push plate 75; the fourth connecting rod 74 is rotatably set on the inclined plate 51 and the travel block 73 respectively; the push plate 75 is slidably set in the collecting groove 71 in a horizontal straight line direction, and the push plate 75 is fixedly connected to the travel block 73.
[0054] When the waste falls into the collecting groove 71 provided on the base 1, the fourth connecting rod 74 can be driven to drive the travel block 73 to slide to the right in the horizontal straight line direction along the displacement groove 72 provided on the base 1, and then the push plate 75 can be driven to slide to the right along the collecting groove 71. When the fourth connecting rod 74 drives the travel block 73 to slide, the push plate 75 can be driven to push the waste dropped into the collecting groove 71, thereby preventing the waste from accumulating in the collecting groove 71 due to long-term unattended cleaning, thereby reducing the fatigue of manual labor.
[0055] See also Fig.11 As shown, the linkage scraping mechanism 7 also includes a circular limiting rod 751 and a linear groove 752; the circular limiting rod 751 is arranged in the collecting groove 71 and is gap-matched with the pushing plate 75; the linear groove 752 is opened in the collecting groove 71 and is used to limit the sliding of the pushing plate 75 in the horizontal linear direction.
[0056] When the push plate 75 slides in the horizontal straight direction through the fourth connecting rod 74 , it can slide stably under the restriction of the circular limiting rod 751 that is clearance-matched with the push plate 755 and the straight groove 752 provided on the collecting groove 71 .

[0058] When the pushing plate 75 pushes the waste in the collecting groove 71 , the pushing plate 75 can push the waste into the rejecting groove 76 , and then the waste falls into the collecting box 77 through the rejecting groove 76 , thereby achieving automatic collection of the waste.
