Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application relates to the field of catalysts, and in particular, to a polychlorinated benzene selective hydrodechlorination catalyst and a preparation method thereof. Background Art
[0002] Polychlorinated aromatic compounds are extremely harmful to the environment due to their inherent difficulty in degradation and harmfulness. In addition, the value and market demand of polychlorinated aromatic compounds are often low, and most of the industrial treatment methods for these polychlorinated aromatic compounds are solid waste treatment. If polychlorinated aromatic compounds with no industrial use can be removed by appropriate means to turn them into useful low-chlorinated compounds, it will help solid waste treatment, save corporate costs, and achieve the concept of green production.
[0003] At present, the common hydrodechlorination catalysts are mainly Pd, Pt, Rh and Ni catalysts. Compared with Ni-based catalysts, precious metal catalysts have higher activity and stability under mild conditions, among which Pd catalysts have better hydrodechlorination performance.
[0004] CN110407663A discloses a method for synthesizing dichlorobenzene, using Pd / C as a catalyst and trichlorobenzene as a substrate, and successfully preparing dichlorobenzene by hydrodechlorination in a kettle reactor. However, the kettle technology used requires the use of a large amount of alkali, which is not conducive to safe production and the reduction of equipment costs. CN111233621B discloses a method for treating dichlorobenzene distillation residue, wherein the Pd catalyst can selectively hydrodechlorinate polychlorobenzenes to benzene through a fixed bed reactor, which has a low added value and still has room for further selectivity improvement.
[0005] On the other hand, in the hydrodechlorination process of the tubular reactor, due to the lack of absorption of alkali, the generated HCl makes the stability of the catalyst problematic. In addition, different catalysts also have problems of metal loss and sintering due to their own structures. The Pt / spinel catalyst used in US4827057A has a stable operation time of 2000h for the hydrogenation of polychlorinated benzenes, but its dechlorination product composition is relatively complex, which is not conducive to further application.
[0006] As can be seen from the above, the currently described catalysts still have problems with selectivity and stability for the selective hydrogenation of polychlorinated benzene compounds. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an efficient and stable catalyst to hydrodechlorinate polychlorinated benzene compounds to designated products (such as m-dichlorobenzene and p-dichlorobenzene with higher added value) with a long service life, thereby reducing costs for enterprises and achieving green production. Summary of the invention
