Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of the invention patent application with the application date of April 8, 2020, application number 202080028116.X (PCT / KR2020 / 004747), and invention name “Camera module and camera device including a camera module”. Technical Field

[0002] Embodiments relate to a camera module and a camera apparatus including the camera module. Background Art

[0003] The camera module performs a function of photographing a subject and storing the subject as an image or a moving image, and is mounted on a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a drone, a vehicle, and the like.

[0004] Meanwhile, ultra-small camera modules are built into portable devices such as smartphones, tablet computers, and notebook computers, and such camera modules may perform an auto focus (AF) function that automatically adjusts the distance between an image sensor and a lens to adjust the focal length of the lens.

[0005] In addition, recently, a camera module may perform a zoom function of enlarging or reducing a photographing subject by increasing or decreasing a magnification of a long-distance subject through a zoom lens.

[0006] Furthermore, recently, camera modules employ image stabilization (IS) technology to correct or prevent image shaking caused by camera motion due to an unstable fixture or user motion.

[0007] Such image stabilization (IS) technology includes an optical image stabilizer (OIS) technology and an image stabilization technology using an image sensor.

[0008] The OIS technology is a technology that corrects motion by changing the light path, and the image stabilization technology using an image sensor is a technology that corrects motion by mechanical and electronic methods, but the OIS technology is often used.

[0009] Meanwhile, a zoom actuator is used for a zoom function of a camera module, but friction torque is generated when a lens moves due to mechanical movement of the actuator, and there are technical problems such as reduced driving force, increased power consumption, or deteriorated control characteristics due to the friction torque.

[0010] Specifically, in order to achieve optimal optical characteristics by using multiple zoom lens groups in a camera module, the alignment between the multiple lens groups and the alignment between the multiple lens groups and the image sensor should be well matched, but when eccentricity of the spherical center between the lens groups deviates from the optical axis, tilt as a lens tilt phenomenon, or misalignment of the central axis of the lens group with the image sensor occurs, a change in viewing angle or defocusing occurs, which adversely affects image quality or resolution.

[0011] Meanwhile, when the separation distance in the friction-occurring region is increased in order to reduce the friction torque resistance when the lens is moved in the camera module for a zoom function, there is a contradiction in technical issues in that the lens decentering or the lens tilt deepens when performing a zoom motion or a reverse zoom motion.

[0012] At the same time, in image sensors, as pixels become larger, the resolution increases and the size of the pixels becomes smaller, and when the pixel size becomes smaller, the amount of light received at the same time will decrease. Therefore, in darker environments, in high-pixel cameras, the image shake caused by camera shake due to slower shutter speeds is more serious.

[0013] Therefore, recently, the OIS function is indispensable for taking images without distortion using a high-pixel camera in the dark or in moving images.

[0014] Meanwhile, OIS technology is a method for correcting image quality by changing the optical path by moving the lens or image sensor of the camera. Specifically, in OIS technology, the movement of the camera is sensed by a gyro sensor, and the distance that the lens or image sensor should move is calculated based on the movement.

[0015] For example, OIS correction methods include a lens shift method and a module tilt method. In the lens shift method, only the lens in the camera module is moved to realign the center of the image sensor with the optical axis. On the other hand, the module tilt method is a method in which the entire module including the lens and the image sensor is moved.

[0016] Specifically, the module tilt method has advantages in that a correction range is wider than that of the lens shift method and the focal length between the lens and the image sensor is fixed, and thus image deformation can be minimized.

[0017] Meanwhile, in the case of the lens shift method, a Hall sensor is used to sense the position and movement of the lens. On the other hand, in the module tilt method, a light reflector is used to sense the movement of the module. However, both methods use a gyroscope sensor to sense the movement of the camera user.

[0018] The OIS controller uses data identified by the gyro sensor to predict where the lens or module should move to in order to compensate for the user's motion.

[0019] Recently, according to the technological development trend, an ultra-thin and ultra-small camera module is required, but since the ultra-small camera module has space limitations for OIS driving, there is a problem that it is difficult to realize the OIS function applied to general large cameras, and there is a problem that the ultra-thin and ultra-small camera module cannot be realized when OIS driving is applied.

[0020] In addition, in the conventional OIS technology, an OIS driver is arranged at a side surface of a solid lens assembly within a limited camera module size, and thus there is a problem in that it is difficult to ensure a sufficient amount of light due to the limitation in the size of a lens to be subjected to OIS.

[0021] Specifically, in order to achieve optimal optical characteristics in a camera module, when implementing OIS, the alignment between lens groups should be well matched by the movement of the lens or the tilt of the module, but in conventional OIS technology, when decentering of the spherical center between lens groups from the optical axis or tilting as a lens tilt phenomenon occurs, there is a problem of adversely affecting image quality or resolution.

[0022] In addition, conventional OIS technology can achieve AF or zoom while OIS is driven, but due to the space limitation of the camera module and the position of the driving part of the conventional OIS technology, the magnet of the OIS and the AF or Zoom magnet are arranged close to each other, and cause magnetic field interference, and therefore there is a problem that the OIS drive is not performed normally and causes eccentricity or tilt.

[0023] In addition, in conventional OIS technology, since a mechanical driving device is required to move the lens or tilt the module, there are problems of complex structure and increased power consumption. Meanwhile, the contents described in the items only provide background information about the present disclosure and do not constitute related art. Summary of the invention

[0070] A camera module according to an embodiment may include any one of: a lens assembly; an image sensor unit disposed on one side of the lens assembly; and a camera actuator disposed on the other side of the lens assembly.

[0071] Beneficial effects

[0072] With the camera actuator and the camera module including the same according to the embodiments, there is a technical effect that the problem of friction torque generated during zooming can be solved.

[0073] For example, according to an embodiment, the lens assembly is driven in a state where a first guide part and a second guide part that are precisely numerically controlled in a base are connected to each other, so that the frictional resistance is reduced by reducing the frictional torque, and thus there are technical effects such as increasing the driving force during zooming, reducing power consumption, and improving control characteristics.

[0074] Therefore, according to an embodiment, there is a complex technical effect of significantly improving image quality or resolution by preventing lens decentering, lens tilt, and misalignment of the central axis of the lens group with the image sensor from occurring while minimizing friction torque during zooming.

[0075] In addition, the camera actuator according to the embodiment and the camera module including the camera actuator solve the problem of lens decentering or tilting during zooming, and align multiple lens groups well to prevent viewing angle changes or defocusing, and thus have the technical effect of significantly improving image quality or resolution.

[0076] For example, according to an embodiment, the first guide part includes a first-first track and a first-second track, and the first-first track and the first-second track guide the first lens assembly, and thus there is a technical effect that the accuracy of alignment can be improved.

[0077] In addition, according to an embodiment, the center of the protrusion of the first guide portion and the center of the groove of the third shell do not coincide with each other and are spaced apart from each other and arranged eccentrically so that the accuracy of lens alignment between multiple lens groups is increased, and thus there is the following technical effect: eccentricity and lens tilt can be minimized by increasing the accuracy of alignment between lens groups during zooming.

[0078] In addition, according to an embodiment, the center of the protrusion of the base and the center of the groove of the first guide part and the second guide part do not coincide with each other and are spaced apart from each other and arranged eccentrically so that the accuracy of lens alignment between multiple lens groups is increased, and thus there is the following technical effect: eccentricity and lens tilt can be minimized by increasing the accuracy of alignment between lens groups during zooming.

[0079] In addition, two rails are provided for each lens assembly, and therefore there is a technical effect that even if any one of the rails is deformed, accuracy can be ensured by the other rail.

[0080] In addition, according to the embodiment, two tracks are provided for each lens assembly, and thus there is the following technical effect: even if there is a problem of friction of the ball described later at any one of the tracks, the driving force can be ensured because the cloud drive is smoothly performed in the other track.

[0081] In addition, according to an embodiment, since two tracks are provided for each lens assembly, the distance between the balls described later can be widely ensured, and thus there are the following technical effects: the driving force can be improved, interference of the magnetic field can be prevented, and tilting can be prevented when the lens assembly stops or moves.

[0082] In the related art, when the guide rail is arranged on the base itself, a gradient is generated along the injection direction, and thus there is difficulty in dimensional control and there is a technical problem that friction torque increases and driving force decreases when injection cannot be performed normally.

[0083] On the other hand, according to an embodiment, the first guide portion and the second guide portion formed separately from the base are separately applied without arranging the guide rail on the base itself, and thus there is a specific technical effect that a gradient can be prevented from being generated along the injection direction.

[0084] In addition, according to the embodiment, there is a technical effect that an ultra-thin and ultra-small camera actuator and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0085] For example, according to an embodiment, the image shake control unit 220 is arranged to utilize the space under the prism unit 230 and overlap each other, and thus there is a technical effect that an ultra-thin and ultra-small camera actuator and a camera module including the same can be provided.

[0086] In addition, according to the embodiments, there are technical effects in that a camera actuator capable of ensuring a sufficient amount of light by eliminating a lens size limitation of an optical system lens assembly when implementing OIS and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0087] For example, according to an embodiment, the image shake control unit 320 is disposed below the prism unit 330 , and thus there is a technical effect that when OIS is implemented, the lens size limitation of the optical system lens assembly can be eliminated and a sufficient amount of light can be ensured.

[0088] In addition, according to the embodiments, there are technical effects in that a camera actuator capable of achieving optimal optical characteristics by minimizing the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomena when implementing OIS, and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0089] For example, according to an embodiment, an image jitter control unit 220 is provided which is stably arranged on a housing 210 and includes a shaper unit 322 and a first driving part 72M which are described later, and thus there is the following technical effect: a camera actuator which can achieve optimal optical characteristics by minimizing the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomena when implementing OIS with the aid of a lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism 322cp, and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0090] In addition, according to the embodiment, there is a technical effect that a camera actuator capable of preventing magnetic field interference with an AF or Zoom magnet when implementing OIS and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0091] For example, according to an embodiment, when OIS is implemented, the first driving part 72M as a magnet driving part is arranged on the second camera actuator 200 separated from the first camera actuator or the first camera module 100, and thus there is the following technical effect: a camera actuator capable of preventing magnetic field interference with an AF or Zoom magnet and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0092] In addition, according to the embodiments, there are the following technical effects: a camera actuator capable of implementing OIS with low power consumption and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0093] For example, according to an embodiment, unlike the conventional method of moving a plurality of solid lenses, OIS is implemented by driving the shaper unit 222 with the aid of a lens unit 222c including an adjustable prism, a first driving part 72M as a magnet driving part, and a second driving part 72C as a coil driving part, and thus there is the following technical effect: a camera actuator capable of implementing OIS with low power consumption and a camera module including the camera actuator can be provided.

[0094] In addition, according to an embodiment, the prism unit 230 and the lens unit 222c including the adjustable prism can be arranged very close to each other, so there is the following specific technical effect: even if the change in the optical path in the lens unit 222c is slight, the change in the optical path can be largely ensured in the actual image sensor unit.

[0095] The technical effects of the embodiment are not limited to those described in this item, but include those that can be understood from the entire description of the present invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0148] Additionally, embodiments may include a third lens assembly 130 disposed in front of the first lens assembly 110 in the optical axis direction.

[0149] Hereinafter, specific features of the camera device according to the embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0150] <Introduction>

[0151] Reference Figure 2 and Figure 3 , embodiments may include a first side wall 21a adjacent to the base 20 (see Fig.11a ) is arranged on the first guide portion 210, and the second side wall 21b adjacent to the base 20 (refer to Fig.11a ) is arranged in a second guide portion 220.

[0152] The first guide portion 210 may be disposed between the first lens assembly 110 and the first sidewall 21 a of the base 20 .

[0153] The second guide portion 220 may be disposed between the second lens assembly 120 and the second sidewall 21b of the base 20. The first sidewall 21a and the second sidewall 21b of the base may be disposed facing each other.

[0154] According to an embodiment, in a state where the first guide part 210 and the second guide part 220 which are precisely digitally controlled in the base are connected to each other, the lens assembly is driven so that the frictional resistance is reduced by reducing the frictional torque, and thus has technical effects such as improving driving force, reducing power consumption and improving control characteristics during zooming.

[0155] Therefore, according to an embodiment, the following complex technical effect is achieved: image quality or resolution can be significantly improved by preventing lens eccentricity, lens tilt, and misalignment of the central axis of the lens group with the central axis of the image sensor while minimizing friction torque during zooming.

[0156] In the related art, when the guide rail is arranged on the base itself, a gradient is generated along the injection direction, and thus dimensional control is difficult, and there is a technical problem that friction torque increases and driving force decreases when injection is not performed normally.

[0157] On the other hand, according to the embodiment, the first guide part 210 and the second guide part 220 formed separately from the base 20 are separately applied without arranging the guide rail on the base itself, and thus have a special technical effect that a gradient can be prevented from being generated along the injection direction.

[0158] The base 20 may be injected in the Z-axis direction. In the related art, when the rail is formed integrally with the base, there is a problem that the straight line of the rail is deformed due to a gradient generated when the rail is injected in the Z-axis direction.

[0159] According to an embodiment, since the first guide portion 210 and the second guide portion 220 are injected separately from the base 20, it is possible to prevent a gradient from being significantly generated compared to the related art, and thus has a special technical effect that precise injection can be performed and a gradient generated due to injection can be prevented.

[0160] In an embodiment, the first guide portion 210 and the second guide portion 220 may be injected on the X-axis, and the length of the injection may be shorter than the base 20. In this case, when the rails 212 and the rails 222 are arranged on the first guide portion 210 and the second guide portion 220, the generation of the gradient during the injection may be minimized, and there is a technical effect that the possibility of linear deformation of the rails is low.

[0161] Figure 4 and Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view of a first guide portion 210 and a second guide portion 220 of a camera module according to an embodiment.

[0162] Reference Figure 4 In an embodiment, the first guide portion 210 may include a single or a plurality of first rails 212. In addition, the second guide portion 220 may include a single or a plurality of second rails 222.

[0163] For example, the first rail 212 of the first guide portion 210 may include a first-first rail 212a and a first-second rail 212b. The first guide portion 210 may include a first supporting portion 213 between the first-first rail 212a and the first-second rail 212b.

[0164] According to an embodiment, two rails are provided for each lens assembly, and thus there is a technical effect that even if any one of the rails is deformed, accuracy can be ensured by the other rail.

[0165] In addition, according to an embodiment, two tracks are provided for each lens assembly, and thus there is a technical effect that although there is a problem of friction of the ball described later at any one of the tracks, the driving force can still be ensured when the cloud drive is smoothly performed on the other track.

[0166] The first rail 212 may be connected from one surface of the first guide portion 210 to the other surface of the first guide portion 210 .

[0167] The camera actuator according to the embodiment and the camera module including the camera actuator solve the problem of lens decentering or tilting occurring during zooming, and align multiple lens groups well to prevent the viewing angle from changing or defocusing, and thus have the technical effect of significantly improving image quality or resolution.

[0168] For example, according to an embodiment, the first guide portion 210 includes a first-first rail 212a and a first-second rail 212b, and the first-first rail 212a and the first-second rail 212b guide the first lens assembly 110, and thus has a technical effect that can improve the accuracy of alignment.

[0169] In addition, according to an embodiment, since two tracks are provided for each lens assembly, the distance between the balls described later can be widely ensured, and therefore, there is a technical effect that the driving force can be improved, interference with the magnetic field can be prevented, and tilting can be prevented when the lens assembly stops or moves.

[0170] In addition, the first guide portion 210 may include a first guide protrusion portion 215 extending in a side surface direction perpendicular to a direction in which the first rail 212 extends.

[0171] The first protrusion 214p may be included on the first guide protrusion portion 215. For example, the first protrusion 214p may include a first-first protrusion 214p1 and a first-second protrusion 214p2.

[0172] Reference Figure 4 In an implementation, the second guide portion 220 may include a single or a plurality of second rails 222 .

[0173] For example, the second rail 222 of the second guide portion 220 may include a second-first rail 222a and a second-second rail 222b. The second guide portion 220 may include a second supporting portion 223 between the second-first rail 222a and the second-second rail 222b.

[0174] The second rail 222 may be connected from one surface of the second guide portion 210 to the other surface of the second guide portion 210 .

[0175] In addition, the second guide portion 220 may include a second guide protrusion portion 225 extending in a side surface direction perpendicular to a direction in which the second rail 222 extends.

[0176] The second protrusion 224 p including the second-first protrusion 224 p 1 and the second-second protrusion 224 p 2 may be included on the second guide protrusion portion 225 .

[0177] The first-first protrusion 214p1 and the first-second protrusion 214p2 of the first guide portion 210 and the second-first protrusion 224p1 and the second-second protrusion 224p2 of the second guide portion 220 may be coupled to the third housing 21 of the third lens assembly 130 described later.

[0178] According to an embodiment, the first guide portion 210 includes the first-first rail 212a and the first-second rail 212b, and the first-first rail 212a and the first-second rail 212b guide the first lens assembly 110, and thus has a technical effect that the accuracy of alignment can be improved.

[0179] In addition, according to an embodiment, the second guide part 220 includes the second-first rail 222a and the second-second rail 222b, and the second-first rail 222a and the second-second rail 222b guide the second lens assembly 120, and thus has a technical effect that the accuracy of alignment can be improved.

[0180] Furthermore, two rails are provided for each lens assembly, and thus there is a technical effect that even if any one of the rails is deformed, accuracy can be ensured by the other rail.

[0181] In addition, according to an embodiment, since two tracks are provided for each lens assembly, the distance between the balls described later can be widely ensured, and therefore, there is a technical effect that the driving force can be improved, interference with the magnetic field can be prevented, and tilting can be prevented when the lens assembly stops or moves.

[0182] In addition, according to an embodiment, two tracks are provided for each lens assembly, and thus there is a technical effect that although there is a problem of friction of the ball described later at any one of the tracks, the driving force can be ensured when the cloud drive is smoothly performed on the other track.

[0183] In addition, according to the embodiment, the first guide part 210 and the second guide part 220 formed separately from the base 20 are separately applied without arranging the guide rail on the base itself, and thus have a special technical effect that a gradient can be prevented from being generated along the injection direction.

[0184] In the related art, when the guide rail is arranged on the base itself, a gradient is generated along the injection direction, and thus dimensional control is difficult, and there is a technical problem that friction torque increases and driving force decreases when injection is not performed normally.

[0185] Next, refer to Figure 5 , the first rail 212 of the first guide portion 210 may include a first-first rail 212a having a first shape R1 and a first-second rail 212b having a second shape R2.

[0186] In addition, the second rail 222 of the second guide portion 220 may include a second-first rail 222a of a first shape R1 and a second-second rail 222b of a second shape R2.

[0187] The first shape R1 of the first guide portion 210 and the second shape R2 of the first guide portion 210 may be different shapes.

[0188] For example, the first shape R1 of the first and second guide portions 210 and 220 may be a V-shape. The second shape R2 of the first and second guide portions 210 and 220 may be an L-shape, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0189] The first-first rail 212a of the first shape R1 and the second-first rail 222a of the first shape R1 may be diagonally positioned.

[0190] The first-second track 212 b of the second shape R2 and the second-second track 222 b of the second shape R2 may be diagonally positioned.

[0191] Then, refer to Figure 5 , the first guide portion 210 may include a single or multiple first guide portion holes 210h, in which the protrusion of the base is coupled to the first guide protrusion 215. For example, the first guide portion hole 210h may include a first regular hole 210ha and a first long hole 210hb in the first guide protrusion 215. In this embodiment, the first regular hole 210ha is firmly coupled to the first guide protrusion 215, and the first long hole 210hb is formed to be larger than the first guide protrusion 215, and thus has the following special technical effects: the generation of a small tolerance of the first guide protrusion 215 generated in the Y-axis direction can be covered, and the rotation in the X-axis direction can be prevented. The regular hole and the long hole described below can also perform the same function.

[0192] In this embodiment, the first-second distance D12 of the multiple first guide portion holes 210h to which the protrusion of the base 20 is connected can be different from the first-first distance D11 between the first protrusions 214p of the multiple first guide portions 210, and therefore, the connecting axis is formed in various ways and a stable connecting force can be ensured, thereby improving mechanical reliability.

[0193] For example, the first-second distance D12 of the multiple first guide part holes 210h to which the protrusion of the base 20 is connected can be formed to be wider than the first-first distance D11 between the first protrusions 214p of the multiple first guide parts 210 connected to the shell, and therefore, a stable connecting force can be ensured and the mechanical reliability can be improved, but the length of the distance is not limited to this.

[0194] The first regular hole 210ha may be a circular hole, and in the first long hole 210hb, the diameter in the first axis direction may be different from the diameter in the second axis direction perpendicular to the first axis direction. For example, in the first long hole 210hb, the diameter in the y-axis direction perpendicular to the x-axis may be greater than the diameter in the x-axis direction horizontal to the ground.

[0195] In addition, the second guide portion 220 may include a single or a plurality of second guide portion holes 220h in the second guide protrusion 225. For example, the second guide portion hole 220h may include a second regular hole 220ha and a second long hole 220hb in the second guide protrusion 225.

[0196] In addition, in this embodiment, the second-second distance D22 of the plurality of second guide portion holes 220h to which the protrusion of the base 20 is coupled may be different from the second-first distance D21 between the second protrusions 224p of the plurality of second guide portions 220, and therefore, the coupling axis is formed in various ways and a stable coupling force can be ensured, thereby improving mechanical reliability. For example, the second-second distance D22 of the plurality of second guide portion holes 220h to which the protrusion of the base 20 is coupled may be formed to be wider than the second-first distance D21 between the second protrusions 224p of the plurality of second guide portions 220 coupled to the housing, and therefore, a stable coupling force can be ensured and mechanical reliability can be improved, but the length of the distance is not limited thereto.

[0197] The second regular hole 220ha may be a circular hole, and in the second long hole 220hb, the diameter in the first axis direction may be different from the diameter in the second axis direction perpendicular to the first axis direction. For example, in the second long hole 220hb, the diameter in the y-axis direction perpendicular to the x-axis may be larger than the diameter in the x-axis direction horizontal to the ground.

[0198] The first regular hole 210ha and the second regular hole 220ha may be positioned diagonally. In addition, the first long hole 210hb and the second long hole 220hb may be positioned diagonally. However, the embodiment is not limited thereto, and the first regular hole 210ha and the second regular hole 220ha may be positioned at the upper portion, and the first long hole 210hb may be arranged below the first regular hole 210ha. In addition, the first long hole 210hb and the second long hole 220hb may be positioned at parallel positions, and the second long hole 220hb may be arranged below the second regular hole 220ha. The first long hole 210hb may be arranged above the first regular hole 210ha, and the second long hole 220hb may be arranged above the second regular hole 220ha.

[0199] Next, Figure 6a yes Figure 5 A perspective view of the first guide portion 210 of the embodiment shown in FIG. Figure 6b yes Figure 6a 2 is a perspective view of the first guide portion 210 of the embodiment shown in FIG.

[0200] In this embodiment, the circular first-first recess 214r1 may be arranged around the first-first protrusion 214p1 of the first guide portion 210. Also, in this embodiment, the circular first-second recess 214r2 may be arranged around the first-second protrusion 214p2 of the first guide portion 210.

[0201] In addition, a second-first recess (not shown) having a circular shape may be arranged around the second-first protrusion 224p1 of the second guide portion 220. In addition, a second-second recess (not shown) having a circular shape may be arranged around the second-second protrusion 224p2 of the second guide portion 220.

[0202] According to this embodiment, there is a technical effect that when the first-first protrusion 214p1 and the first-second protrusion 214p2 are formed, by arranging the first-first recess 214r1 and the first-second recess 214r2 around the first-first protrusion 214p1 and the first-second protrusion 214p2 of the first guide portion 210, respectively, burrs can be prevented from being generated around them.

[0203] Therefore, there is a technical effect that the first-first protrusion 214 p 1 and the first-second protrusion 214 p 2 of the first guide portion 210 can be firmly and tightly coupled to the third housing 21 .

[0204] Next, refer to Figure 6a , a single or a plurality of first ribs 217 may be disposed between the first supporting portion 213 and the first-second rail 212 b.

[0205] In the related art, as the amount of injected material increases or as the thickness of the injected material increases, shrinkage occurs, which makes it difficult to control the size, but on the other hand, when the amount of injected material decreases, a contradiction occurs in that the strength decreases.

[0206] According to this embodiment, the first rib 217 is disposed between the first supporting portion 213 and the first-second rail 212 b , and thus there are complex technical effects in that the accuracy of dimensional control can be improved by reducing the amount of injected material, and strength can be ensured.

[0207] Next, refer to Figure 6b, the first rail 212 of the first guide portion 210 may include a rail portion recess 212rb. In addition, the first support portion 213 of the first guide portion 210 may include a support portion recess 213r.

[0208] According to this embodiment, the rail portion recess 212rb and the support portion recess 213r are provided in the first guide portion 210, and thus have the following complex technical effects: shrinkage can be prevented by reducing the amount of injected material, thereby improving the accuracy of dimensional control and ensuring strength.

[0209] In addition, refer to Figure 6b , the first guide portion 210 may include a first-third protrusion 214p3 disposed in a region opposite to the first-first protrusion 214p1, and a first-fourth protrusion 214p4 disposed in a region opposite to the first-second protrusion 214p2.

[0210] The first-third protrusion 214p3 and the first-fourth protrusion 214p4 may be coupled to a base hole of a third side wall 21c of the base 20 described later.

[0211] <First lens assembly, second lens assembly and ball bearing>

[0212] Next, Figure 7a is based on Figure 3 , and Figure 7b Among them Figure 7a The configuration of the first lens assembly 110 shown in FIG. 1 is a perspective view with a portion removed.

[0213] Briefly refer to Figure 3 , this embodiment may include a first lens assembly 110 that moves along a first guide portion 210 and a second lens assembly 120 that moves along a second guide portion 220 .

[0214] Refer again Figure 7a , the first lens assembly 110 may include a first lens barrel 112a and a first driving part housing 112b, the first lens 113 is arranged on the first lens barrel 112a, and the first driving part 116 is arranged on the first driving part housing 112b. The first lens barrel 112a and the first driving part housing 112b may be a first housing, and the first housing may be in a barrel shape or a lens barrel shape. The first driving part 116 may be a magnet driving part, but the embodiment is not limited thereto, and in some cases, a coil may be arranged therein.

[0215] In addition, the second lens assembly 120 may include a second lens barrel (not shown) and a second driving part housing (not shown), the second lens (not shown) is arranged on the second lens barrel, and the second driving part (not shown) is arranged on the second driving part housing. The second lens barrel (not shown) and the second driving part housing (not shown) may be a second housing, and the second housing may be in the shape of a barrel or a lens barrel. The second driving part may be a magnet driving part, but the embodiment is not limited thereto, and in some cases, the coil may be arranged therein.

[0216] The first driving portion 116 may correspond to the two first rails 212 , and the second driving portion may correspond to the two second rails 222 .

[0217] In embodiments, a single or multiple balls may be used for driving. For example, embodiments may include a first ball 117 disposed between the first guide portion 210 and the first lens assembly 110 and a second ball (not shown) disposed between the second guide portion 220 and the second lens assembly 120 .

[0218] For example, in an embodiment, the first ball 117 may include a single or multiple first-first ball 117a disposed above the first driving portion housing 112b and a single or multiple first-second ball 117b disposed below the first driving portion housing 112b.

[0219] In an embodiment, the first-first ball 117a of the first ball 117 can move along the first-first track 212a which is one track in the first track 212, and the first-second ball 117b of the first ball 117 can move along the first-second track 212b which is another track in the first track 212.

[0220] The camera actuator according to the embodiment and the camera module including the camera actuator solve the problem of lens decentering or tilting occurring during zooming, and align multiple lens groups well to prevent the viewing angle from changing or defocusing, and thus have the technical effect of significantly improving image quality or resolution.

[0221] For example, according to an embodiment, the first guide portion includes a first-first track and a first-second track, and the first-first track and the first-second track guide the first lens assembly 110 and thus have accuracy that can improve alignment between the second lens assembly 120 and the optical axis when the first lens assembly 110 moves.

[0222] Reference Figure 7bIn an embodiment, the first lens assembly 110 may include a first assembly groove 112b1 in which a first rolling ball 117 is arranged. The second lens assembly 120 may include a second assembly groove (not shown) in which a second rolling ball is arranged.

[0223] The first lens assembly 110 may include a plurality of first assembly grooves 112b1. In this case, a distance between two first assembly grooves 112b1 of the plurality of first assembly grooves 112b1 with respect to the optical axis direction may be longer than a thickness of the first lens barrel 112a.

[0224] In an embodiment, the first component groove 112b1 of the first lens assembly 110 may be V-shaped. In addition, the second component groove (not shown) of the second lens assembly 120 may be V-shaped. The first component groove 112b1 of the first lens assembly 110 may be U-shaped in addition to the V-shape, or a shape that contacts the first rolling ball 117 at two points or three points. In addition, the second component groove (not shown) of the second lens assembly 120 may be U-shaped in addition to the V-shape, or a shape that contacts the first rolling ball 117 at two points or three points.

[0225] Reference Figure 2 and Figure 7a In an embodiment, the first guide portion 210, the first rolling ball 117 and the first assembly groove 112b1 may be arranged on a virtual straight line from the first side wall 21a toward the second side wall 21b. The first guide portion 210, the first rolling ball 117 and the first assembly groove 112b1 may be arranged between the first side wall 21a and the second side wall 21b.

[0226] 8, in the first lens assembly 110, the assembly protrusion 112b2 may be arranged at a position opposite to the first assembly groove 112b1. In an embodiment, the strength according to the arrangement of the assembly groove 112b1 is maintained by the assembly protrusion 112b2, and a recessed area is provided at the upper end of the assembly protrusion 112b2 to reduce the amount of injected material, thereby increasing the accuracy of size control by preventing shrinkage.

[0227] Next, Figure 8a is along the basis Figure 2 A cross-sectional view taken along line B1 - B2 in the camera module of the illustrated embodiment.

[0228] According to an embodiment, the first guide portion 210 and the second guide portion 220 may be respectively arranged and inserted into the base 20 , the first lens assembly 110 may be arranged corresponding to the first guide portion 210 , and the second lens assembly 120 may be arranged corresponding to the second guide portion 220 .

[0229] Meanwhile, according to the embodiment, there is a technical effect that the first lens assembly 110 and the second lens assembly 120 can be prevented from being reversely inserted into the base 20 .

[0230] For example, refer to Figure 8a , the first upper portion and the first lower portion of the base 20 may be spaced apart by a first distance A20 , and the first driving portion housing 112 b of the first lens assembly 110 is disposed on the base 20 .

[0231] In addition, the second upper portion and the second lower portion of the base 20 on which the first driving portion housing 122 b of the second lens assembly 120 is disposed may be spaced apart by a second distance A20 .

[0232] In this case, the vertical width of the first driving part housing 112b may include a first width A110, and the vertical width of the second driving part housing 122b may include a second width B120.

[0233] In this case, with Figure 8a The distance and width shown are different. When the size control is designed so that the second width B120 which is the vertical width of the second driving part housing 122b is greater than the first distance A20 between the first upper part and the first lower part of the base 20, the second lens assembly 120 is not inserted into the base area where the first lens assembly 110 is installed, and thus has a technical effect of preventing reverse insertion.

[0234] In addition, Figure 8a The distance and width shown are different. When the size control is designed so that the first width A110 which is the vertical width of the first driving part housing 112b is greater than the second distance B20 between the second upper part and the second lower part of the base 20, the first lens assembly 110 is not inserted into the base area where the second lens assembly 120 is installed, and thus has a technical effect of preventing reverse insertion.

[0235] Next, Figure 8b is a diagram showing an example of driving a camera module according to an embodiment.

[0236] Will refer to Figure 8b The interaction of the electromagnetic force DEM generated between the first magnet 116 and the first coil part 141 b in the camera module according to the embodiment is described.

[0237] like Figure 8bAs shown in , the magnetization method of the first magnet 116 of the camera module according to the embodiment may be a vertical magnetization method. For example, in the embodiment, all the N poles 116N and S poles 116S of the first magnet 116 may be magnetized to face the first coil portion 141b. Therefore, the N poles 116N and S poles 116S of the first magnet 116 may be arranged to correspond to the region where the current flows in the y-axis direction perpendicular to the ground at the first coil portion 141b, respectively.

[0238] Reference Figure 8b In an embodiment, a magnetic force DM is applied at the N pole 116N of the first magnet 116 in a direction opposite to the x-axis, and when the current DE flows in the y-axis direction in the region of the first coil portion 141b corresponding to the N pole 116N, the electromagnetic force DEM acts in the z-axis direction based on Fleming's left-hand rule.

[0239] In addition, in an embodiment, a magnetic force DM is applied along the x-axis direction at the S pole 116S of the first magnet 116, and when the current DE flows in the first coil portion 141b corresponding to the S pole 116S in a direction opposite to the y-axis perpendicular to the ground, the electromagnetic force DEM acts along the z-axis direction based on Fleming's left-hand rule.

[0240] At this time, since the third driving part 141 including the first coil part 141b is in a fixed state, the first lens assembly 110, which is a moving member on which the first magnet 116 is arranged, can move back and forth along the track of the first guide part 210 in a direction parallel to the z-axis direction by the electromagnetic force DEM according to the current direction. The electromagnetic force DEM can be controlled in a manner proportional to the current DE applied to the first coil part 141b.

[0241] Likewise, an electromagnetic force DEM is also generated between the second magnet (not shown) of the camera module according to the embodiment and the second coil portion 142 b , and thus the second lens assembly 120 can move horizontally relative to the optical axis along the track of the second guide portion 220 .

[0242] <Third Lens Assembly>

[0243] Next, Fig. 9 is based on Figure 3 A perspective view of the third lens assembly 130 in the camera module of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 along a first direction, and Fig.10 yes Fig. 9 1 is a perspective view of the third lens assembly 130 along the second direction, and is a perspective view with the third lens 133 removed.

[0312] <Camera module coupled to OIS actuator>

[0313] Next, Fig.19 is a perspective view showing a camera module 1000A coupled to an OIS actuator 300 .

[0314] The camera module 1000A according to the embodiment may include a single or a plurality of camera actuators. For example, the camera module 1000A according to the embodiment may include a first camera actuator 100 and a second camera actuator 300 .

[0315] The first camera actuator 100 supports one or more lenses and can perform an auto focus function or a zoom function by vertically moving the lenses according to a control signal of a predetermined control unit. In addition, the second camera actuator 300 may be an optical image stabilizer (OIS) actuator, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0316] Hereinafter, the OIS actuator as the second camera actuator 300 will be mainly described.

[0317] Next, Fig.20a yes Fig.19 A perspective view of the second camera actuator 300 in the camera module 1000A according to the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 along a first direction, and Fig.20b yes Fig.19 1 is a perspective view of the second camera actuator 300 along the second direction in the camera module 1000A of the embodiment shown in FIG.

[0318] Reference Fig.20a and Fig.20b The second camera actuator 300 of the embodiment may include a housing 310, an image shake control unit 320 disposed on the housing 310, a prism unit 330 disposed on the image shake control unit 320, and a second driving part 72C electrically connected to the second circuit board 350 (see Fig.21a ).

[0319] Therefore, according to the embodiment, the image shake control unit 320 disposed on the housing 310 is provided, and thus there is a technical effect that an ultra-thin and ultra-small camera actuator and a camera module including the same can be provided.

[0320] In addition, according to the embodiment, the image shake control unit 320 is disposed below the prism unit 330, thus having the following technical effects: when OIS is implemented, the lens size limitation of the optical system lens assembly can be eliminated, and a sufficient amount of light can be ensured.

[0321] In addition, according to the embodiment, there is provided an image shake control unit 320 which is stably arranged on the housing 310 and includes the image shake control unit 320 described later. Fig.22a The shaper unit 322 and the first driving part 72M, and therefore have the following technical effects: when OIS is implemented by the lens unit 322c including the adjustable prism 322cp, the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomenon can be minimized to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0322] In addition, according to an embodiment, when OIS is implemented, the first driving part 72M as a magnet driving part is arranged on the second camera actuator 300 separated from the first camera actuator 100, and thus has a technical effect of preventing the magnetic field from interfering with the AF or zoom magnet of the first camera actuator 100.

[0323] In addition, according to the embodiment, unlike the conventional method of moving multiple solid lenses, OIS is implemented by including a lens unit 322c having an adjustable prism 322cp, a shaper unit 322 and a first driving part 72M, and therefore has a technical effect that OIS can be implemented with low power consumption.

[0324] Hereinafter, the second camera actuator 300 of the embodiments will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0325] Fig.21a yes Fig.20b The embodiment shown is a perspective view of the second circuit board 350 and the second driving portion 72C of the second camera actuator 300, and Figure 21b yes Fig.20b A partially exploded perspective view of the second camera actuator 300 of the illustrated embodiment, and Fig.21c The second circuit board 350 is Fig.20b A perspective view of the illustrated embodiment with the second camera actuator 300 removed.

[0326] First, refer to Fig.21a , the second circuit board 350 may be connected to a predetermined power source (not shown) to apply power to the second driving portion 72C. The second circuit board 350 may include a circuit board having a wiring pattern that may be electrically connected, such as a rigid printed circuit board (rigid PCB), a flexible printed circuit board (flexible PCB), and a rigid flexible printed circuit board (rigid flexible PCB).

[0327] The second driving part 72C may include a single or multiple unit driving parts, and may include multiple coils. For example, the second driving part 72C may include a fifth unit driving part 72C1, a sixth unit driving part 72C2, a seventh unit driving part 72C3, and an eighth unit driving part (not shown).

[0328] In addition, the second driving portion 72C may further include a Hall sensor (not shown) to identify the first driving portion 72M (see Figure 21b For example, the fifth unit driving portion 72C1 may further include a first Hall sensor (not shown), and the seventh unit driving portion 72C3 may further include a second Hall sensor (not shown).

[0329] According to an embodiment, an image jitter control unit 320 stably arranged on a housing 310 is provided, and OIS is implemented by a second driving part 72C as a coil driving part, a first driving part 72M as a magnet driving part, and a lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism, and thus the occurrence of eccentricity or tilt phenomenon can be minimized to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0330] In addition, according to the embodiment, unlike the conventional method of moving a plurality of solid lenses, OIS is implemented by driving the shaper unit 322 with the aid of a lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism, a first driving part 72M as a magnet driving part, and a second driving part 72C as a coil driving part, and therefore, there is a technical effect that OIS can be implemented with low power consumption.

[0331] Next, refer to Figure 21b and Fig.21c , the second camera actuator 300 of the embodiment may include: a housing 310; an image jitter control unit 320 including a shaper unit 322 and a first driving part 72M and arranged on the housing 310; a second driving part 72C arranged on the housing 310; and a prism unit 3230 arranged on the image jitter control unit 320 and including a fixed prism 332.

[0332] Reference Figure 21b The housing 310 may include a predetermined opening 312H, and may include a housing side portion 314P, through which light may pass at the housing body 312, the housing side portion 314P extending above the housing body 312 and including a driving portion hole 314H in which the second driving portion 72C is arranged.

[0333] For example, the shell 310 may include a first shell side portion 314P1 and a second shell side portion 314P2, wherein the first shell side portion 314P1 extends above the shell body 312 and includes a first drive part hole 314H1 in which the second drive part 72C is arranged; the second shell side portion 314P2 includes a second drive part hole 314H2 in which the second drive part 72C is arranged.

[0334] According to an embodiment, the second driving part 72C is arranged on the housing side part 314P, and OIS is implemented by driving the shaper unit 322 and the lens unit 322c including the adjustable prism with the help of the first driving part 72M as the magnet driving part and the electromagnetic force, and therefore, OIS can be implemented with low power consumption.

[0335] In addition, according to an embodiment, OIS is implemented by controlling the lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism with the aid of a second driving part 72C stably fixed to the shell side part 314P and a first driving part 72M as a magnet driving part, and thus, the occurrence of eccentricity or tilt can be minimized to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0336] Next, the fixed prism 332 may be a right angle prism and may be disposed in the first driving portion 72M of the image shake control unit 320. In addition, in an embodiment, a predetermined prism cover 334 is disposed above the fixed prism 332, so that the fixed prism 332 may be tightly coupled to the housing 310, and thus there is a technical effect that the prism at the second camera actuator 300 may be prevented from being tilted and decentered.

[0337] In addition, according to an embodiment, the image shake control unit 320 is arranged to utilize the space under the prism unit 330 and overlap each other, and thus there is a technical effect that an ultra-thin and ultra-small camera actuator and a camera module including the same can be provided.

[0338] Specifically, according to an embodiment, the prism unit 330 and the lens unit 322c including the adjustable prism can be arranged very close to each other, and thus there is the following specific technical effect: even if the change in the optical path in the lens unit 322c is slight, the change in the optical path can be largely ensured in the actual image sensor unit.

[0339] For example, briefly refer to Fig.25b , the second moving path L1a of the light beam changed by the fixed prism 332 can be changed by the adjustable prism 322cp to be changed into the third moving path L1b.

[0340] At this time, according to an embodiment, the fixed prism 332 and the lens unit 322c including the adjustable prism can be arranged very close to each other, and it can be ensured that the distance between the lens unit 322c and the image plane 190P of the first lens assembly (not shown) is relatively long.

[0341] Therefore, the first distance D1δ reflected on the image plane 190P can be largely ensured according to the change in the inclination of the predetermined angle Θ in the adjustable prism 322cp, and thus there is the following specific technical effect: even if the change in the optical path in the lens unit 322c is tiny, the change in the optical path can be largely ensured in the actual image sensor unit.

[0342] Next, Fig.22a yes Figure 21bThe embodiment shown is an exploded perspective view of the image shake control unit 320 of the second camera actuator 300, and Figure 22b yes Fig.22a A combined perspective view of an image shake control unit 320 of a second camera actuator of the embodiment shown, and Fig.22c yes Fig.22a FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the first driving portion 72M of the image shake control unit 320.

[0343] Reference Fig.22a and Figure 22b In an embodiment, the image jitter control unit 320 may include a shaper unit 322 and a first driving part 72M.

[0344] The shaper unit 322 may include a shaper body 322a including a hole through which light may pass, and a protrusion 322b extending from the shaper body 322a to a side surface of the shaper body 322a and coupled to the first driving part 72M in a first vertical direction.

[0345] In addition, the shaper unit 322 may include a lens unit 322 c that is arranged on the shaper body 322 a in a second vertical direction opposite to the first vertical direction and includes an adjustable prism.

[0346] Therefore, according to the embodiment, OIS is implemented by the image shake control unit 320 including the shaper unit 322 and the first driving part 72M and the lens unit 322c including the adjustable prism, and thus there is a technical effect that the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomenon can be minimized to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0347] Specifically, refer to Fig.22a and Figure 22b The first driving portion 72M may include a single or multiple magnet frames 72MH1 and 72MH2 coupled to the protruding portion 322 b and a unit driving portion disposed on the magnet frames 72MH1 and 72MH2 .

[0348] For example, the first driving part 72M may include first and second magnet frames 72MH1 and 72MH2, and the first and second unit driving parts 72M1 and 72M2 may be disposed on the first magnet frame 72MH1, and the third and fourth unit driving parts 72M3 and 72M4 may be disposed on the second magnet frame 72MH2.

[0349] Each of the first to fourth unit driving portions 72M1 , 72M2 , 72M3 , and 72M4 may include first to fourth magnets.

[0350] Fig.22c yes Fig.22a FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the first driving portion 72M of the image shake control unit 320.

[0351] In an embodiment, the first driving part 72M may block interference of a magnetic field by further including a yoke 72MY disposed on the first and second magnet frames 72MH1 and 72MH2 .

[0352] For example, the first magnet frame 72MH1 of the first driving part 72M may include a frame groove 72MR, and the yoke 72MY may be disposed on the frame groove 72MR. Thereafter, the first unit driving part 72M1 and the second unit driving part 72M2 may be disposed on the yoke 72MY, respectively.

[0353] At this time, the yoke 72MY may include a yoke protrusion portion 72MYP to be firmly coupled to the protrusion portion 322 b of the shaper unit 322 .

[0354] Next, Fig.23 yes Fig.22a A perspective view of the shaper unit 322 of the second camera actuator of the illustrated embodiment.

[0355] Reference Fig.23 The shaper unit 322 may include: a shaper body 322a, which includes an opening through which light can pass; a protrusion 322b, which extends from the shaper body 322a to a side surface of the shaper body 322a and is connected to the first driving part 72M along a first vertical direction; and a lens unit 322c, which is arranged on the shaper body 322a along a second vertical direction opposite to the first vertical direction and includes an adjustable prism 322cp.

[0356] Specifically, in an embodiment, the shaper unit 322 may include a plurality of magnet support portions extending from the shaper body 322a to both sides thereof, respectively. For example, the shaper unit 322 may include a first protruding portion 322b1 and a second protruding portion 322b2 branching from the shaper body 322a and extending to a first side thereof, and a third protruding portion 322b3 and a fourth protruding portion 322b4 branching and extending to a second side thereof.

[0357] The first driving portion 72M may include first to fourth unit driving portions 72M1 , 72M2 , 72M3 , and 72M4 respectively coupled to the first to fourth protruding portions 322b1 , 322b2 , 322b3 , and 322b4 .

[0358] Reference Fig.23 In an embodiment, the shaper unit 322 may include a coupling groove 322bh in the magnet support portion to couple to the magnet frame. Figure 22b The image jitter control unit 320 shown may be coupled to a shaper unit 322 .

[0359] According to an embodiment, in a state where the first driving part 72M is firmly coupled to the shaper unit 322, OIS is implemented by optical path control of the lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism, and thus there is a specific technical effect that can minimize the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomena to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0360] Next, Fig.24 The lens unit 322c is along Fig.23 A cross-sectional view of the shaper unit 322 taken along line A1 - A1 ′ is shown.

[0361] Reference Fig.24 In an embodiment, the lens unit 322c may include: a translucent support 322c2, a bracket 322cb having a predetermined accommodation space arranged on the translucent support 322c2, an adjustable prism 322cp or a liquid lens (not shown) arranged in the accommodation space of the bracket 322cb, a flexible plate 322cm arranged on the adjustable prism 322cp or the liquid lens, and a second translucent support (not shown) arranged on the flexible plate 322cm. The flexible plate 322cm may be formed of a translucent material.

[0362] The translucent support 322c2 and the second translucent support (not shown) may be formed of a translucent material. For example, the translucent support 322c2 and the second translucent support may be formed of glass, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0363] The translucent support 322c2 and the second translucent support may have a hollow circular ring shape or a square ring shape.

[0364] The size of the second translucent support (not shown) may be formed to be smaller than the size of the accommodation space of the bracket 322cb.

[0365] The adjustable prism 322cp may include an optical liquid disposed in a space formed by the translucent support 322c2, the support bracket 322cb, and the flexible plate 322cm. Alternatively, the adjustable prism 322cp may include a wedge-shaped prism.

[0366] In an embodiment, the adjustable prism 322cp may be a lens made of fluid, and the fluid lens may have a shape in which liquid is surrounded by a fluid film, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0367] In an embodiment, the optical liquid used by the adjustable prism 322cp may be a transparent, low-fluorescence, non-toxic material. For example, the optical liquid of the embodiment may use a chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) component, etc., but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0368] The bracket 322cb may be formed of a stretchable material or a non-stretchable material. For example, the bracket 322cb may be formed of an elastic film material or a metal material, but the embodiment is not limited thereto.

[0369] like Fig.25b As shown in FIG. 3 , when the flexible plate 322cm receives a predetermined force of the shaper body 322a according to the movement of the first driving part 72M, a portion of the flexible plate 322cm moves upward or downward due to the characteristics of the flexible elastic material, and the form of the adjustable prism 322cp can be variable.

[0370] For example, the flexible plate 322cm may be a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane, a nanofiltration (NF) membrane, an ultrafiltration (UF) membrane, a microfiltration (MF) membrane, etc., but the embodiment is not limited thereto. Here, the RO membrane may be a membrane having a pore size of about 1 angstrom to 15 angstroms, the NF membrane may be a membrane having a pore size of about 10 angstroms, the UF membrane may be a membrane having a pore size of about 15 angstroms to 200 angstroms, and the MF membrane may be a membrane having a pore size of about 200 angstroms to 1000 angstroms.

[0371] According to an embodiment, an image jitter control unit 320 is provided which is stably arranged on a housing 310 and includes a shaper unit 322 and a first driving part 72M, and thus there is the following technical effect: when OIS is implemented by a lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism 322cp, the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomena can be minimized to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0372] Next, Figure 25a to Figure 25b is an exemplary diagram illustrating the operation of the second camera actuator 300 according to the embodiment.

[0373] For example, Fig.25a is an exemplary diagram before the operation of the OIS actuator of the embodiment, and Fig.25b is a schematic diagram after the operation of the OIS actuator according to the embodiment.

[0374] In a broad sense, the prism in the embodiment may include a fixed prism 332 that changes a path of a predetermined light beam, and an adjustable prism 322 cp that is disposed below the fixed prism 332 and changes a path of the light beam emitted from the fixed prism 332 .

[0375] Reference Fig.25a and Fig.25b , the second camera actuator 300 of the embodiment can change the form of the adjustable prism 322cp through the first driving part 72M and the second driving part 72C to control the path of the light beam.

[0376] For example, in an embodiment, the second camera actuator 300 may control the path of the light beam by changing the vertex angle θ of the adjustable prism 322cp by means of the first driving part 72M as the magnet driving part.

[0377] For example, refer to Fig.25a , the incident light L1 is changed into the second moving path L1a by the fixed prism 332, but the light path is not changed by the adjustable prism 322cp.

[0378] On the other hand, referring to Fig.25b , the second moving path L1a of the light beam changed by the fixed prism 332 may be changed in the adjustable prism 322cp to be changed into the third moving path L1b.

[0379] For example, when the flexible plate 322cm receives a predetermined force of the shaper body 322a according to the movement of the first driving part 72M, the second translucent support (not shown) receives the force, and the force is transmitted to the flexible plate 322cm, and a part of the flexible plate 322cm moves upward or downward due to the characteristics of the flexible elastic material, and the form of the adjustable prism 322cp can be variable.

[0380] For example, when the upper left end portion of the shaper body 322a receives a force F2 in the second direction through the first unit driving part 72M1 and the upper right end portion of the shaper body 322a receives a force F1 in the first direction through the second unit driving part 72M2, the flexible plate 322cm may be changed. The second translucent support (not shown) receives a force according to the movement of the shaper body 322a, and the flexible plate 322cm may be changed by the force at an inclination of a predetermined angle θ.

[0381] In the following, reference is made to Fig.25bIn an embodiment, the image stabilizing apparatus for controlling the path of the light beam by deforming the shape of the adjustable prism 322cp by means of the first driving part 72M will be described in more detail.

[0382] First, according to an embodiment, since camera shake occurs, an image needs to be moved to a side surface by a first distance D1δ on an image plane (not shown) of a lens assembly provided in the first camera actuator 100.

[0383] At this time, D1 is the distance from the adjustable prism 322cp to the image plane of the lens assembly, δ is the chromatic aberration of the adjustable prism 322cp, and θ is the vertex angle of the adjustable prism 322cp.

[0384] That is, according to an embodiment, after calculating the changed vertex angle θ of the adjustable prism 322cp, the path of the light beam may be controlled to the third moving path L1b by changing the vertex angle θ of the adjustable prism 322cp by means of the first driving part 72M.

[0385] At this time, a relationship of δ=n-1XΘ (where n is the refractive index of the adjustable prism 322cp relative to the center wavelength of the frequency band of interest) can be established between the chromatic aberration δ of the adjustable prism 322cp and the vertex angle Θ of the adjustable prism 322cp.

[0386] According to an embodiment, the prism unit 330 and the lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism can be arranged very close to each other, and thus there is the following specific technical effect: even if the change in the optical path in the lens unit 322c is slight, the change in the optical path can be largely ensured in the actual image sensor unit.

[0387] For example, according to an embodiment, the fixed prism 332 and the lens unit 322c including the adjustable prism can be arranged very close to each other, and the distance between the lens unit 322c and the image plane 190P of the first lens assembly (not shown) can be ensured to be relatively long. Therefore, the first distance D1δ reflected on the image plane 190P can be largely ensured according to the change in the inclination of the predetermined angle θ in the adjustable prism 322cp, and thus there is the following specific technical effect: even if the change in the optical path in the lens unit 322c is slight, the change in the optical path can be largely ensured in the actual image sensor unit.

[0388] Next, Fig.26 is a first operational schematic diagram of the second camera actuator according to an embodiment.

[0389] For example, Fig.26 It is based on Fig.20bThe illustrated embodiment is a first operation example diagram of the second camera actuator 300 viewed in the z-axis direction.

[0390] Reference Fig.26 , power is applied to the second driving part 72C through the second circuit board 350, and current flows through each coil, and therefore, an electromagnetic force can be generated between the second driving part 72C and the first driving part 72M along the first direction F1 or the second direction F2, and the flexible plate 322cm can be tilted at a predetermined angle by the moved first driving part 72M, thereby controlling the vertex angle θ of the adjustable prism 322cp.

[0391] For example, refer to Fig.26 , the first unit driving part 72M1 and the second unit driving part 72M2 can be arranged so that the direction of the magnetic force can be generated in the direction of the fifth unit driving part 72C1 and the sixth unit driving part 72C2, and the third unit driving part 72M3 and the fourth unit driving part 72M4 can be arranged so that the direction of the magnetic force can be generated in the direction of the seventh unit driving part 72C3 and the eighth unit driving part 72C4.

[0392] At this time, when the current C1 in the first direction flows in the fifth unit driving part 72C1 and the sixth unit driving part 72C2, a force F2 may be applied in the second direction. On the other hand, when the current C1 in the first direction flows in the seventh unit driving part 72C3 and the eighth unit driving part 72C4, a force F1 may be applied in the first direction opposite to the second direction.

[0393] Therefore, in the first unit driving part 72M1 and the second unit driving part 72M2, force F2 can be applied to the flexible plate 322cm along the second direction, and in the third unit driving part 72M3 and the fourth unit driving part 72M4, force F1 can be applied to the flexible plate 322cm along the first direction, and therefore, the vertex angle θ of the adjustable prism 322cp can be deformed at the first angle θ1 to change and control the optical path.

[0394] Next, Fig. 27 2 is a diagram showing a second operation example of the second camera actuator 300 according to the embodiment.

[0395] For example, Fig. 27 It is based on Fig.20b The second operation example diagram of the second camera actuator 300 of the illustrated embodiment is viewed in the z-axis direction.

[0396] For example, power is applied to the second driving part 72C and current flows through each coil, and thus, electromagnetic force can be generated between the second driving part 72C and the first driving part 72M in the first direction F1 or the second direction F2, and the flexible board 322cm can be tilted at a predetermined angle.

[0397] For example, refer to Fig. 27 , the first unit driving part 72M1 and the second unit driving part 72M2 can be arranged so that the direction of the magnetic force can be generated in the direction of the fifth unit driving part 72C1 and the sixth unit driving part 72C2, and the third unit driving part 72M3 and the fourth unit driving part 72M4 can be arranged so that the direction of the magnetic force can be generated in the direction of the seventh unit driving part 72C3 and the eighth unit driving part 72C4.

[0398] At this time, a current C1 in the first direction may flow in the fifth and seventh cell driving portions 72C1 and 72C3 , and a current C2 in the second direction may flow in the sixth and eighth cell driving portions 72C2 and 72C4 .

[0399] Therefore, a force F2 may be applied in the first unit driving portion 72M1 and the fourth unit driving portion 72M4 in the second direction, and a force F1 may be applied in the second unit driving portion 72M2 and the third unit driving portion 72M3 in the first direction.

[0400] Therefore, in the first unit driving part 72M1 and the fourth unit driving part 72M4, a force F2 can be applied to the flexible plate 322cm of the variable prism 322cp along the second direction, and in the second unit driving part 72M2 and the third unit driving part 72M3, a force F1 can be applied to the flexible plate 322cm of the variable prism 322cp along the first direction, and therefore, the vertex angle θ of the adjustable prism 322cp can be deformed at the second angle θ2 to change and control the optical path.

[0401] According to an embodiment, the image shake control unit 320 is arranged to utilize the space under the prism unit 330 and overlap each other, and thus there is a technical effect that an ultra-thin and ultra-small camera actuator and a camera module including the same can be provided.

[0402] In addition, according to the embodiment, the image shake control unit 320 is disposed below the prism unit 330, and therefore, there is a technical effect that when OIS is implemented, the lens size limitation of the optical system lens assembly can be eliminated and a sufficient amount of light can be ensured.

[0403] In addition, according to an embodiment, an image jitter control unit 320 is provided which is stably arranged on the housing 310 and includes a shaper unit 322 and a first driving part 72M, and therefore, there is the following technical effect: when OIS is implemented by a lens unit 322c including an adjustable prism 322cp, the occurrence of decentering or tilting phenomena can be minimized to achieve optimal optical characteristics.

[0404] In addition, according to an embodiment, when OIS is implemented, the first driving part 72M as the magnet driving part is arranged in the second camera actuator 300 separated from the first camera actuator 100, and thus there is a technical effect that can prevent magnetic field interference with the magnet used for AF or zoom of the first camera actuator 100.

[0405] Next, Fig.28 is another perspective view of a camera module 1000 according to another embodiment.

[0406] The camera module 1000 according to another embodiment may further include a second camera module 1000B in addition to the above-mentioned camera module 1000A. The second camera module 1000B may be a camera module having a fixed focal length lens. The fixed focal length lens may be referred to as a "single focal length lens" or a "single lens". The second camera module 1000B may be electrically connected to the third group circuit board 430. The second camera actuator 300 included in the camera module 1000A may be electrically connected to the second group circuit board 420.

The processed image frames can be displayed on a predetermined display unit and can be stored in a memory. A camera (not shown) can be arranged on the front surface of the body of the mobile terminal.

[0411] For example, the camera module 1000 may include a first camera module 1000A and a second camera module 1000B, and OIS may be implemented together with an AF or zoom function through the first camera module 1000A.

[0412] The flash module 1530 may include a light emitting device emitting light therein. The flash module 1530 may be operated by a camera operation of the mobile terminal or by user control.

[0413] The auto focusing device 1510 may include one of the packages of a surface emitting laser element as a light emitting unit.
