Abstract

The invention discloses a boxing clamp, which relates to the field of packaging devices, and comprises a mounting bracket fixedly arranged at the upper end of a base, a clamping mechanism used for clamping a plurality of stacked blister trays is arranged at the lower end of the base; the clamping mechanism comprises upper clamping plates slidably arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the base, racks are fixed to one sides of the upper ends of the two upper clamping plates, side clamping plates are fixedly arranged at the ends, away from each other, of the two upper clamping plates, and stop plates longitudinally slide in the middles of the outer sides of the two side clamping plates. Locking air cylinders used for driving the locking plates to move longitudinally are fixedly arranged at the positions, corresponding to the locking plates, of the two sides of the upper end of the base, and bottom supporting plates used for supporting the blister trays are hinged to the lower ends of the two side clamping plates; a movable notch for one end of each stop plate to be inserted is formed in the middle of the supporting bottom plate, and when the stop plates are inserted into the movable notches, the two stop plates are opposite to each other and are in a horizontal state. A gap between the goods and the inner cavity of the box body is small, and use is very convenient.
