[0060] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but it is not intended to limit the present invention.

[0061] Please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 . Figure 1 is a perspective view of an electronic device in some embodiments of the present invention. Figure 2 is an assembly schematic diagram of an electronic device in some embodiments of the present invention, where Figure 2 the housing is not shown. Figure 3 is a completed assembly schematic diagram of an electronic device in some embodiments of the present invention, showing the interface card module connected to the main board. As Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3As shown, the electronic device 10 includes a main board 102 and an interface card module 104. The main board 102 includes a first slot 106 and a second slot 108 arranged side by side with each other. The first slot 106 has a first connection side 110. The second slot 108 has a second connection side 112. The interface card module 104 includes an interface card 114, a fixing bracket 116, and at least one interface card support 118. The interface card 114 includes a circuit board 120 and a plug-in portion 122 (seen in Figure 3 ). The plug-in portion 122 is connected to one side of the circuit board 120 and is used to be inserted into the first slot 106. The fixing bracket 116 is assembled to the circuit board 120. The fixing bracket 116 has a mounting surface 124 adjacent to the plug-in portion 122. The interface card support 118 is assembled to the mounting surface 124. The interface card support 118 and the plug-in portion 122 maintain a distance from each other (as shown by the first distance D1 or the second distance D2 in Figure 3 ), and the interface card support 118 has a slot abutting surface 126, and the slot abutting surface 126 is used to abut against a surface of the second slot 108 (the surface may refer to the surface of the second connection side 112).

[0062] The electronic device 10 may be, for example, a server or a host. The electronic device 10 may include a housing 101, and the main board 102 is fixed to any wall surface of the housing 101. Among them, in Figure 3 , the main board 102 is placed in the X-axis direction in the figure and the interface card 114 is inserted into the main board 102 in the Y direction. The first slot 106 and the second slot 108 are arranged on the same surface of the main board 102 for connecting the interface card 114, so that the main board 102 can exchange electronic signals with the interface card 114. In some embodiments, the number of slots on the main board 102 can be increased according to requirements, and the interface card support 118 can abut against the corresponding slot according to the size specification of the interface card module 104 (detailed later). As Figure 2 shown, the head and tail ends of the first slot 106 and the second slot 108 are aligned and arranged side by side in sequence. In addition, the interface specifications of the first slot 106 and the second slot 108 can match the interface specifications of the interface card 114. Again, as Figure 3 shown, when the plug-in portion 122 of the interface card 114 is inserted into the first slot 106 and the insertion is completed, the slot abutting surface 126 can also abut against the second connection side 112 of the second slot 108. The first slot 106 and the second slot 108 are arranged side by side with a distance therebetween, and the distance between the first slot 106 and the second slot 108 is substantially equal to the distance between the interface card support 118 and the plug-in portion 122. Thereby, when the interface card 114 is connected to the first slot 106, the slot abutting surface 126 of the interface card support 118 can simultaneously abut against the second connection side 112. In some embodiments, the first slot 106 and the second slot 108 may be, for example, slots of a PCI-E interface.

[0063] The interface card 114 can be, for example, a display card, a sound card, or a network card, etc. The interface specification of the interface card 114 corresponds to the interface specification of the first slot 106. In some embodiments, the interface card module 104 can include a heat dissipation member 115, and the heat dissipation member 115 is assembled to the interface card 114. Among them, the heat dissipation member 115 can be one of a heat sink fin, a heat pipe, and a fan, or a combination of the foregoing two. As Figure 3 shown, when the interface card module 104 is assembled to the motherboard 102, the interface card 114 is perpendicular to the motherboard 102. The foregoing "the interface card support member 118 is assembled to the mounting surface 124", and the mounting surface 124 can refer to the surface of the heat dissipation member 115 facing the motherboard 102, or can also refer to the surface of the fixing bracket 116 facing the motherboard 102. After the interface card support member 118 is assembled to the mounting surface 124, the interface card support member 118 can be correspondingly disposed in the second slot 108 on the motherboard 102.

[0064] Again, as Figure 3 shown, in some embodiments, the first connection side 110 has a first assembly axis L1, and the second connection side 112 has a second assembly axis L2, wherein the first assembly axis L1 is parallel to the second assembly axis L2. When the insertion portion 122 of the interface card 114 is inserted into the first slot 106 along the first assembly axis L1, the interface card support member 118 can support the interface card 114 to prevent the insertion portion 122 of the interface card 114 from deviating from the first assembly axis L1 due to its own weight. In other words, when the insertion portion 122 is located on the first assembly axis L1, the insertion portion 122 can be connected to the first slot 106 at the correct connection angle. Similarly, during the process of inserting the insertion portion 122 of the interface card 114 into the first slot 106 along the first assembly axis L1, the interface card support member 118 abuts against the slot bearing surface 126 of the second connection side 112 along the second assembly axis L2. When the motherboard 102 is perpendicular to a ground (where the ground is in the positive direction of the X-axis in Figure 3 ), the interface card module 104 will be affected by the gravitational force, and a force from the negative direction of the X-axis to the positive direction of the X-axis is applied to the interface card 114 by its own weight. At this moment, the slot bearing surface 126 of the interface card support member 118 abuts against the second connection side 112 of the second slot 108. Thereby, the interface card module 104 can be supported by the interface card support member 118 to avoid tilting, so that the insertion portion 122 can be kept on the first assembly axis L1, preventing the insertion portion 122 and the first slot 106 from being squeezed against each other and being damaged. For example, if the interface card module 104 tilts (i.e., the insertion portion 122 is not kept on the first assembly axis L1), the insertion portion 122 will squeeze the two side walls of the first slot 106. If the squeezing force exceeds the strength that the insertion portion 122 can withstand, the insertion portion 122 will break. Similarly, if the squeezing force exceeds the structural strength of the first slot 106, the first slot 106 will also be damaged.

[0065] For another example Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, in some embodiments, the interface card module 104 further includes a connection bracket 128. The connection bracket 128 is assembled to the mounting surface 124, and the interface card support 118 is assembled to the mounting surface 124 via the connection bracket 128. It should be noted that if the mounting surface 124 is the surface of the heat sink 115 facing the motherboard 102, the connection bracket 128 can be assembled to the heat sink 115 (i.e., as shown in Figure 2 ). If the mounting surface 124 is the surface of the fixing bracket 116 facing the motherboard 102, the connection bracket 128 can be assembled to the fixing bracket 116. In some embodiments, when the interface card module 104 is assembled to the motherboard 102, one end of the connection bracket 128 is adjacent to the first slot 106, and the other end is adjacent to the second slot 108 (which may mean that the distance between the two long sides of the connection bracket 128 is greater than the distance between the interface card support 118 and the insertion portion 122), so that the slot bearing surface 126 of the interface card support 118 can bear against the second assembly side 112 of the second slot 108. In some embodiments, the interface card support 118 can be indirectly assembled to the mounting surface 124 through a screw, a pin, a tenon structure, a magnet or an adhesive (to be described later).

[0066] For another example Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, in some embodiments, the connection bracket 128 is detachably assembled to the mounting surface 124. Among them, the connection bracket 128 can be assembled to the mounting surface 124 by means of screws, tenon structures, track structures, magnetic attraction structures or snap structures. Thus, when adjusting the position of the connection bracket 128 during the process of assembling the interface card module 104 to the motherboard 102, the connection bracket 128 can be disassembled and reassembled to the mounting surface 124 so that the connection bracket 128 can be located between the two ends of the second assembly side 112. The connection bracket 128 is assembled to the mounting surface 124 by a magnetic attraction structure. For example, a magnetic member (such as a magnet) can be disposed on one of the connection bracket 128 and the mounting surface 124, and a ferromagnetic member (such as an iron sheet) can be disposed on the other of the connection bracket 128 and the mounting surface 124. So that the connection bracket 128 can be assembled by the magnetic force of the magnetic member and the ferromagnetic member.

[0067] For another example Figure 3As shown, in some embodiments, the insertion portion 122 has a side surface 130 facing the interface card support 118. The aforementioned "the interface card support 118 and the insertion portion 122 are spaced apart from each other" may mean that when the interface card support 118 is assembled to a first position P1 of the connection bracket 128, there is a first spacing D1 between the interface card support 118 and the side surface 130. It may also mean that when the interface card support 118 is assembled to a second position P2 of the connection bracket 128, there is a second spacing D2 between the interface card support 118 and the side surface 130, and the first spacing D1 is different from the second spacing D2. In some embodiments, the first position P1 is located between the side surface 130 and the second position P2. Specifically, the first position P1 may be the position of the second assembly side 112 on the second assembly axis L2. The second position P2 may be the position of a third assembly side 134 of a third slot 132 on the second assembly axis L2. Among them, the first spacing D1 is less than the second spacing D2. In some embodiments, a short side of the interface card 114 has a length D3 (the short side of the interface card 114 may start from the side surface 130 of the insertion portion 122). If the length D3 of the short side of the interface card 114 is less than the first spacing D1, the interface card support 118 may be disposed at the position of the connection bracket 128 corresponding to the first position P1. If the length D3 of the short side of the interface card 114 is greater than the first spacing D1 and less than the second spacing D2, the interface card support 118 may be disposed at the position of the connection bracket 128 corresponding to the second position P2. Thereby, the interface card support 118 can be arranged according to the length D3 of the short side of the interface card, so that the interface card support 118 can more stably support the interface card 114 and maintain the insertion portion 122 on the first assembly axis L1.

[0068] Again, Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, in some embodiments, the interface card support 118 can be selectively assembled to different positions (such as the first position P1 or the second position P2) of the connection bracket 128. Specifically, when the interface card module 104 is assembled to the main board 102, the position (the first position P1 and / or the second position P2) of the interface card support 118 assembled to the connection bracket 128 can be adjusted so that the interface card support 118 can be accurately inserted into the second slot 108 and / or the third slot 132. In some embodiments, the connection bracket 128 has two fixing holes (such as Figure 2A first fixing hole 136 and a second fixing hole 138) and a fixing member 140, the fixing member 140 is assembled to the interface card support member 118 via the first fixing hole 136 (or the second fixing hole 138). Among them, the first fixing hole 136 can be set at the first position P1, and the second fixing hole 138 can be set at the second position P2. Thereby, the interface card support member 118 can adaptively adjust the setting position of the interface card support member 118 according to the position of the second slot 108, so that the interface card support member 118 can face the position of the second connection side 112. For example, when the interface card module 104 is assembled to the motherboard 102 and the first fixing hole 136 corresponds to the position of the second connection side 112, the fixing member 140 can fix the interface card support member 118 to the first fixing hole 136, so that the interface card support member 118 abuts against the second connection side 112 along the second assembly axis L2. Another example is that when the second fixing hole 138 corresponds to the position of the second connection side 112, the fixing member 140 can fix the interface card support member 118 to the second fixing hole 138, so that the interface card support member 118 abuts against the third connection side 134 along the second assembly axis L2. The fixing member 140 can be, for example, a plug, a screw, a buckle or a magnetic attraction element.

[0069] In some embodiments, a spacing distance between the first fixing hole 136 and the second fixing hole 138 is substantially equal to a spacing distance between the second slot 108 and the third slot 132. When the interface card support member 118 is assembled to the first fixing hole 136 or the second fixing hole 138, it can correspond to the second connection side 112 or the third connection side 134.

[0070] Please refer to Figure 3 and Figure 4 . Figure 4 In some embodiments of the present invention, it is a schematic assembly diagram of an interface card module in an electronic device, showing that the interface card support member is assembled to the chute. In some embodiments, the connection bracket 128 has a fixing member 140 and a chute 142. The fixing member 140 can move along the chute 142 and is used to assemble to the interface card support member 118. Among them, the first position P1 and the second position P2 are located between opposite ends of the chute 142, so that the interface card support member 118 can be aligned with the second connection side 112 or the third connection side 134 along the chute 142. Thereby, when the first slot 106, the second slot 108 and the third slot 132 are not equidistantly arranged, the interface card support member 118 can adjust the setting position through the chute 142 to accurately correspond to the second connection side 112 or the third connection side 134.

[0071] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 . Figure 5In some embodiments of the present invention, a bottom view of an interface card module in an electronic device, showing a single interface card support member assembled to a first fixing hole of two connection brackets. Figure 6 is Figure 5 a side view of, showing the interface card module connected to a second slot of the main board. In some embodiments of the present invention, an assembly schematic diagram of an interface card module in an electronic device, showing a single interface card support member assembled to a first position of two connection brackets. As Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 shown, in some embodiments, the long side of the slot abutment surface 126 has a length D4, and the long side of the second assembly side 112 (or the third assembly side 134) has a length D5, wherein the length D4 is less than or equal to the length D5. Specifically, the long side of the slot abutment surface 126 is less than or equal to the long side of the second assembly side 112 (or the third assembly side 134). When the insertion portion 122 is inserted into the first slot 106, the long interface card support member 118 can increase the contact area on the second assembly side 112 (or the third assembly side 134), improve the support effect of the interface card support member 118, and keep the interface card 114 on the first assembly axis L1.

[0072] Again, as Figure 3 shown, in some embodiments, the slot abutment surface 126 of the interface card support member 118 has an insertion portion 144 for inserting into the second slot 108 (or the third slot 132). When the insertion portion 144 is inserted into the second slot 108 (or the third slot 132) and completed, the slot abutment surface 126 abuts against the second assembly side 112. At this time, the interface card 114 can be supported by the interface card support member 118, so that the insertion portion 122 can be kept on the first assembly axis L1. When the interface card 114 is subjected to a force in the X-axis direction in the figure, since both sides of the insertion portion 144 abut against the two side walls of the second slot 108, the insertion portion 144 is limited by the two side walls of the second slot 108, so that the insertion portion 144 can resist the force in the X-axis direction in the figure to keep the insertion portion 122 on the first assembly axis L1.

[0073] Again, as Figure 3 shown, in some embodiments, the interface card support member 118 includes two clamping arms 146 located on opposite sides of the slot abutment surface 126, and the two clamping arms 146 are used for clamping opposite sides of the second slot 108. Among them, the two clamping arms 146 clamping opposite sides of the second slot 108 can share the force in the X-axis direction in the figure received by the insertion portion 144 together, so as to increase the structural strength of the interface card support member 118 to resist the force in the Y-axis direction in the figure. For example, if the main board 102 is placed with the fixing bracket 116 facing the ground (for example, the ground is located at Figure 3In the negative direction of the X-axis of the motherboard 102, the two clamping arms 146 can clamp the opposite sides of the second slot 108, so that the slot abutting surface 126 can remain in contact with the second mating side 112, ensuring that the plugging portion 122 can be maintained on the first assembly axis L1. Conversely, if the motherboard 102 is placed with the heat sink 115 facing the ground (for example, the ground is located in Figure 3 the positive direction of the X-axis of the motherboard 102), the two clamping arms 146 can also clamp the opposite sides of the second slot 108, keeping the plugging portion 122 on the first assembly axis L1.

[0074] Please refer to Figure 3 and Figure 7 . Figure 7 In some embodiments of the present invention, it is a bottom view of the interface card module in the electronic device, showing that two interface card supports are respectively connected to the first fixing holes of the two connecting brackets. Again, as Figure 7 shown, in some embodiments, the number of the interface card supports 118 is two (such as Figure 7 a first interface card support 118a and a second interface card support 118b in the motherboard 102). The first interface card support 118a and the second interface card support 118b are respectively adjacent to the opposite ends of the plugging portion 122. When the plugging portion 122 is inserted into the first slot 106 of the motherboard 102 and the first interface card support 118a and the second interface card support 118b respectively abut against the second mating side 112 (or the third mating side 134) of the second slot 108, the positions of the first interface card support 118a and the second interface card support 118b on the second mating side 112 (or the third mating side 134) can form a three-point support with the plugging portion 122, keeping the plugging portion 122 on the first assembly axis L1.

[0075] In summary, in some embodiments, the interface card module 104 includes an interface card 114 and an interface card support 118. When the plugging portion 122 of the interface card 114 is inserted into the first slot 106 of the motherboard 102, the interface card support 118 can abut against the surface of the second slot 108 of the motherboard 102 (i.e., the second mating side 112), so that the interface card module 104 can be free from the influence of its own volume and always keep the plugging portion 122 inserted into the first slot 106 at the correct angle (i.e., the plugging portion 122 is located on the first assembly axis L1), avoiding the plugging portion 122 squeezing the first slot 106 and causing damage to at least one of the plugging portion 122 and the first slot 106.

It should not be used to limit the patent scope of the present case. That is, all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit disclosed in the present case should still be covered within the scope of the patent application of the present case.
