Abstract

The application discloses a fruit pulp crushing device with pretreatment and a method thereof, relates to the technical field of fruit pulp crushing processing, and comprises a main box body, a distribution roller is arranged to rotate in a transfer pipe, a plurality of distribution grooves are arranged on the distribution roller, a pretreatment mechanism is arranged in each of the distribution grooves, a screening box is arranged in communication with one end of a transmission pipe, a spiral plate is arranged on a fixed shaft, a crushing assembly is arranged on the inner side of a scraping frame, and a sorting mechanism is arranged on the screening box. The application sets a plurality of distribution grooves on the distribution roller, sets a pretreatment mechanism in each of the distribution grooves, so that the distribution roller can uniformly take materials, and the fruit pulp can be pretreated and crushed during the discharging process. The transmission pipe and the spiral plate are arranged, the screening box is arranged at one end of the transmission pipe, the crushing box is arranged in communication with the screening box, the uniformity of the fruit pulp crushing is increased, and the scraping plates are arranged on the connecting rods, so that the fruit pulp with a large volume is prevented from accumulating at the bottom end of the main box body.
