Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to a conveyor belt and a power transmission belt. BACKGROUND

[0002] A conveyor belt is used for conveying various articles or cartons or the like containing articles. As such a conveyor belt, a conveyor belt made of a resin such as a thermoplastic elastomer is known, which can avoid scratches on the conveyed articles when conveying various articles or the like (for example, refer to Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3, Patent Document 4). PRIOR ART DOCUMENTS PATENT DOCUMENTS

[0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2021-134038 Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-347054 Patent Document 3: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-347111 Patent Document 4: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2021-104875 SUMMARY PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0004] However, if such a resin-made conveyor belt is used in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, the resin material of the conveyor belt becomes hard, and the softness decreases, so there is a problem that the conveyor belt is broken. In addition, even if the conveyor belt is not broken, the load on the motor or the pulley of the conveying apparatus on which the conveyor belt is stretched increases due to the decrease in softness, and these components can be damaged. Furthermore, in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, the friction coefficient of the conveying surface of the conveyor belt decreases, so there is a problem that the adhesion between the conveyed articles and the conveying surface of the conveyor belt decreases, and it is difficult to stably convey the conveyed articles.

[0005] Therefore, in the conventional low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, it is necessary to use a chain or a steel belt, a metal roller, or the like for conveying, which leads to a tendency of the conveying apparatus to be large and heavy, and it is difficult to achieve efficient conveying.

[0006] In addition, the same problem occurs in a power transmission belt used in a power apparatus for transmitting power to a motor or a pulley: if a resin-made power transmission belt is used in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, the resin material of the power transmission belt becomes hard, and the softness decreases, so there is a problem that the power transmission belt is broken. Furthermore, even if the power transmission belt is not broken, the load on the motor or the pulley of the power apparatus on which the power transmission belt is stretched increases due to the decrease in softness, and there is a problem that these components can be damaged.

[0007] An object of the present application is to provide a conveyor belt which does not harden even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, and which can reduce the possibility of damage to a motor or a pulley of a conveyor device and stably convey a conveyed object.

[0008] Further, an object of the present application is to provide a power transmission belt which does not harden even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, and which can reduce the possibility of damage to a motor or a pulley. Means for solving the problem

[0009] The conveyor belt of the present application is a conveyor belt having electrical conductivity, and has a belt main body composed of a thermoplastic resin having a type A durometer hardness of 85 or less at -30°C according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K7311.

Effects of the invention

[0011] According to the present application, since the belt main body has a type A durometer hardness of 85 or less at -30°C, it is possible to maintain softness without hardening even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, and it is possible to reduce the possibility of damage to a motor or a pulley of a conveyor device and stably convey a conveyed object.

[0012] Further, since the belt main body of the present application has a type A durometer hardness of 85 or less at -30°C, it is possible to maintain softness without hardening even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, and it is possible to reduce the possibility of damage to a motor or a pulley of a power device. [0014] <First Embodiment> Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present application will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same parts as those already described, and the description thereof will be omitted. Figure 1 A conveyor belt 10 according to the present embodiment is shown. The conveyor belt 10 includes a belt body 12 and a conductive resin layer 14. The thickness dimension of the conveyor belt 10 is preferably 0.9 mm or more and 2.0 mm or less. The thickness dimension of the conveyor belt 10 is more preferably 1.0 mm or more and 1.6 mm or less in view of the conveyability of a conveyed object.

[0015] The belt body 12 is formed of a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of -30°C or lower (for example, an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin or the like). The thermoplastic resin of the belt body 12 preferably has a type A durometer hardness of 85 or less at -30°C according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K7311, and more preferably has a type A durometer hardness of 75 or more and 79 or less. The type A durometer hardness is an index indicating the hardness of rubber, thermoplastic elastomers, or the like, and is measured using a type A durometer in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K7311. If the type A durometer hardness of the belt body 12 at -30°C is 85 or less, the belt body 12 does not harden even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C. Therefore, the conveyor belt 10 does not harden even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C, thereby reducing the possibility of damage to a motor or a pulley of a conveying apparatus in which the conveyor belt 10 is wound around the pulley, and enabling stable conveyance of a conveyed object.

[0016] On the other hand, the belt body 12 preferably has an A-type durometer hardness of 75 or more at 23°C, which is a normal temperature. If the A-type durometer hardness at 23°C is less than 75, the belt body 12 becomes too soft at normal temperature, and the tensile strength of the conveyor belt 10 decreases. The tensile strength of the belt body 12 in a low-temperature environment of -30°C is preferably 50% or less of the tensile strength in a normal-temperature environment of 23°C. The tensile strength can be measured in a tensile tester having a thermostat capable of adjusting the environment at -30°C. As the measurement method, the upper and lower portions of the belt are gripped in the lengthwise direction, and stretched at a specific elongation rate, and the tension is measured after 30 minutes of standing. The elongation rate at the time of the test is preferably the elongation rate in actual use. As a thermoplastic resin capable of producing a belt body 12 satisfying such properties, for example, PANDEX T-8375 (PANDEX is a registered trademark, manufactured by DIC Corporation) can be given as an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin. The color of the resin constituting the belt body 12 is not particularly limited, and can be transparent or colored and opaque.

[0017] One surface of the belt body 12 is a conveying surface 12a on which an article or the like is placed. The surface roughness Rz of the conveying surface 12a according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B0601 is preferably 15 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and further preferably 20 μm or more and 50 μm or less. Here, the surface roughness Rz refers to the ten-point average roughness described in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B0601, and the surface roughness can be measured by, for example, HANDYSURF (trade name, manufactured by Tokyo Denshoku Co., Ltd.). When the surface roughness Rz is greater than 100 μm, the concavities and convexities of the conveying surface 12a become too large, and in a low-temperature environment of -30°C, the belt body 12 easily becomes a starting point of cracking or the like. When the surface roughness Rz is less than 15 μm, the friction coefficient of the conveying surface 12a becomes small, and the conveying efficiency of the conveyed article can decrease.

[0018] The electrically conductive resin layer 14 is layered on the surface 12b of the belt body 12 on the side opposite to the conveying surface 12a, and functions to impart an antistatic effect to the conveyor belt 10. The electrically conductive resin layer 14 is formed to be, for example, black by containing an electrically conductive filler in the resin, and becomes a resin layer to which electrical conductivity is added. In the present embodiment, the electrically conductive resin layer 14 is formed by compounding carbon black in a thermoplastic polyurethane. On the back surface (surface on the side opposite to the belt body 12) 14a of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 that contacts the pulley, small concavities and convexities are formed for increasing the friction with the pulley. The surface roughness Rz of the back surface 14a of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 is the same degree or rougher than that of the conveying surface 12a. In addition, in the present embodiment, the surface roughness Rz of the back surface 14a of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 is rougher than that of the conveying surface 12a. Figure 1 In the present embodiment, an example in which the surface roughness Rz of the back surface 14a of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 is rougher than that of the conveying surface 12a is shown.

[0019] As the resin constituting the electrically conductive resin layer 14, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a resin having wear resistance and elasticity, and for example, polyurethane, vulcanized rubber, polyester elastomer, or the like can be used. In addition, as the resin of the belt main body 12 and the electrically conductive resin layer 14, from the viewpoints of easiness of manufacturing thereof and easiness of joining of the conveying belt 10 at the time of forming the endless belt, a thermoplastic resin is preferably used.

[0020] As the electrically conductive filler, there is no particular limitation as long as it is a filler that can impart conductivity to the resin by being compounded in the resin, and for example, carbon black, carbon nanotube, carbon fiber, graphite, or the like, an oxide of iron, copper, or the like, or the like can be used. In particular, a carbon-based electrically conductive filler is preferable because of high conductivity. The surface resistance value of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 is preferably 10 9 Ω / □ or less.

[0021] The electrically conductive resin layer 14 described above is not limited in color and thickness dimension thereof as long as it has conductivity, and for example, it can be formed to be thinner than the thickness dimension of the belt main body 12. For example, in the case where the thickness of the belt main body 12 is 1.0 mm, the thickness dimension of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 is about 0.05 mm (0.2 mm including the case where there is surface unevenness).

[0022] The conveying belt 10 of the above-described structure is set to be a belt that is joined at both ends to be endless, and for example, is used by being stretched between a driving pulley and a driven pulley. At this time, the conveying belt 10 is stretched so that the back surface 14a of the electrically conductive resin layer 14 abuts against the pulley, and the conveying surface 12a of the belt main body 12 is disposed on the radially outer side of the pulley. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, a force in the compression direction (compression force) acts on the back surface 14a of the electrically conductive resin layer 14, and a force in the stretching direction (stretching force) acts on the conveying surface 12a of the belt main body 12. Figure 2 The conveying belt 10, for example, is operated in a state where a conveyed object is placed on the conveying surface 12a, thereby conveying the conveyed object in the direction of operation thereof. In addition, for example, the conveying belt 10 can be operated in a state where a conveyed object is sandwiched between the conveying surfaces of other conveying belts that are operated in parallel with the conveying belt 10, thereby conveying the conveyed object.

[0023] The conveying belt 10 can be manufactured by any method as long as the belt main body 12 and the conductive resin layer 14 are not peeled off. For example, in the case of manufacturing by an extrusion lamination method, a material obtained by compounding a conductive filler in a resin after melting is extended on a cloth (or release paper, etc.) subjected to surface peeling treatment, for example, to form the conductive resin layer 14. A raw material of the belt main body 12 is melted and extruded from an extruder as a film, and is provided to the surface of the conductive resin layer 14 on the cloth, and they are fed into a cooling roll to be laminated. The belt main body 12 and the conductive resin layer 14 thus formed integrally are peeled off from the cloth to become the conveying belt 10.

[0024] In the present embodiment, as a method of imparting conductivity to the conveying belt 10, a method of laminating the conductive resin layer 14 on the belt main body 12 is adopted, but the present application is not limited to this. For example, a knit (woven cloth) using a conductive yarn can be embedded in the inside of the belt main body 12 or laminated on the surface of the belt main body 12, and used as a conveying belt having conductivity. Also, a thermoplastic resin of the belt main body 12 can be mixed with an ion conductive material and used as a conveying belt having conductivity, and even with such a structure, the antistatic effect can be imparted to the conveying belt.

[0025] According to the present embodiment, since the A-type durometer hardness of the belt main body 12 at -30°C is 85 or less, the softness can be maintained without hardening even in a low-temperature environment of -30°C or less, the possibility of damage to the motor or the pulley of the conveying apparatus can be reduced, and the conveying object can be stably conveyed. In the case of the conveying belt 10 of the present embodiment obtained by using the above-described PANDEX T-8375 for the belt main body 12, the belt was stretched on a pulley having a diameter φ of 25 mm, and a running test was performed in an environment of -30°C or less, and it was confirmed that even if the belt was run for 10 million times or more, the belt did not harden or break, and the motor or the pulley of the conveying apparatus did not break. Further, it was confirmed that by setting the conveying surface 12a of the belt main body 12 to 15 μm or more and 100 μm or less, even if the conveying object was placed on the conveying surface 12a, the conveying object could be correctly conveyed by being gripped on the conveying surface 12a.

[0026] <Second Embodiment> In the above-described embodiment, the case where the surface roughness Rz of the conveying surface 12a of the belt body 12 is 15 μm or more and 100 μm or less according to the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601 is described, but the present application is not limited to this. The surface roughness Rz of the conveying surface of the belt body 12 according to the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601 can also be more than 100 μm and 1000 μm or less. In this way, by increasing the surface roughness Rz of the conveying surface of the belt body 12 to more than 100 μm (high μ), for example, even if it is a tilt conveying conveying apparatus that conveys a conveyed object by tilting the conveyed object, or a conveying apparatus that repeatedly starts and stops the motor, even in a case where an external force is applied to the conveyed object at the time of tilt conveying, at the time of start, or at the time of stop, the conveyed object can be held on the conveying surface without moving on the conveying surface.

[0027] Figure 3 is a sectional view showing the structure of the conveying belt 20 of the second embodiment, in which the surface roughness Rz of the conveying surface 22a of the belt body 12 according to the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601 is more than 100 μm. In this case, the concavo-convex having a surface roughness Rz according to the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601 of more than 100 μm and 1000 μm or less is formed on the conveying surface 22a of the belt body 12. For example, the concavo-convex of the belt body 12 can be formed by transferring the concavo-convex having a prescribed surface roughness Rz onto the conveying surface 22a using a texture processing canvas having a prescribed concavo-convex, or a roller.

[0028] With the conveying belt 20, by setting the surface roughness Rz of the conveying surface 22a of the belt body 12 according to the Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601 to be more than 100 μm, the coefficient of friction can be increased, and the conveyed object can be held on the conveying surface 22a without easily slipping on the conveying surface 22a even during tilt conveying, or during conveying in which starting and stopping are repeated.

[0029] Due to the above structure, even the conveyor belt 20 of the second embodiment can, similar to the first embodiment described above, maintain its flexibility and not harden even in low-temperature environments of -30°C or below, reducing the possibility of damage to the conveyor equipment's motor or pulleys, thereby stably conveying the conveyed items. Furthermore, by setting the conveyor surface 22a of the belt body 12 to have a surface roughness Rz greater than 100 μm and less than 1000 μm, the conveyor belt 20 can increase the coefficient of friction and further impart grip. Therefore, even during inclined conveying at low temperatures of -30°C or below, or during conveying such as repeated starting and stopping at low temperatures of -30°C or below, the conveyor belt 20 can prevent the conveyed items from slipping on the conveyor surface 22a, thereby reliably conveying the conveyed items.

[0030] <Third embodiment> In the second embodiment, the surface 22a of the belt body 12 exposed to the outside is set to have a surface roughness Rz greater than 100 μm and less than 1000 μm according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B0601, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Figure 4 As shown, a conveyor belt 30 may be used in which a surface layer 32 is provided separately from the belt body 12. The surface layer 32 has a conveying surface 32a having a surface roughness Rz of greater than 100 μm and less than 1000 μm as specified in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B0601. The surface layer 32 provided as an upper layer of the belt body 12 is preferably formed of the same material as the belt body 12 (e.g., an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin, a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of -30°C or less).

[0031] In this case, a conductive resin layer 14 ( Figure 1 ) The conductive resin layer 25 is formed of the same conductive resin as the conductive resin layer 12, and a surface layer 32 is provided on the conductive resin layer 25. In the conveyor belt 30, the back surface 12b of the belt body 12 is exposed to the outside, and this back surface 12b abuts the pulley. Furthermore, the conductive resin layer 25 is a resin layer with added conductivity, for example, by incorporating a conductive filler into the resin. The resin constituting the conductive resin layer 25 is not particularly limited as long as it is wear-resistant and elastic. For example, polyurethane, vulcanized rubber, polyester elastomer, etc. can also be used.

[0032] With the above configuration, the conveyor belt 30 of the third embodiment can also achieve the same effects as the first embodiment. Furthermore, by setting the conveyor surface 32a of the surface layer 32 to have a surface roughness Rz greater than 100 μm and less than 1000 μm, the friction coefficient of the conveyor belt 30 can be increased, further enhancing grip.

[0033] <Fourth embodiment> Figure 5 This is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a conveyor belt 40 according to a fourth embodiment, which includes a belt body 12, a woven fabric (knit) 43, and a conductive resin layer 14. The conveyor belt 40 according to the fourth embodiment is characterized by being provided with a woven fabric 43. In this case, the woven fabric 43 has the belt body 12 provided on its surface 43a, and the conductive resin layer 14 provided on its back surface 43b. The woven fabric 43 is a stretchable material, unlike canvas, which is not stretchable. Therefore, the conveyor belt 40 obtained by providing the woven fabric 43 on the back surface 12b of the belt body 12 is different from a conveyor belt using canvas. It can be an elastic belt having the stretchability imparted by the woven fabric 43 and the elasticity imparted by the belt body 12, and can be used as an endless belt without using a tensioning mechanism.

[0034] The woven fabric 43 of this embodiment can also be conductive by using conductive yarn. However, in this embodiment, since the conductive resin layer 14 is provided separately, the woven fabric 43 can also be non-conductive by using non-conductive yarn. Furthermore, the warp yarns of the woven fabric 43 are preferably multifilament yarns. The weft yarns of the woven fabric 43 are preferably monofilament yarns or multifilament yarns. The warp yarns of the woven fabric 43 are preferably arranged along the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 40, i.e., the longitudinal direction, and the weft yarns are preferably arranged along the width direction of the belt, which is perpendicular to this longitudinal direction.

[0035] In addition, Figure 5 In the figure, regarding the conveying surface 22a of the belt body 12 exposed to the outside, the surface roughness Rz specified in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B0601 is greater than 100μm and less than 1000μm, but the present invention is not limited to this. The surface roughness Rz specified in Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B0601 can also be less than 100μm.

[0036] The conveyor belt 40 can be manufactured by any method as long as it does not cause separation between the belt body 12, the woven fabric 43, and the conductive resin layer 14. For example, the conveyor belt 40 can be manufactured by placing the woven fabric 43 on a conductively treated fabric, extruding the resin that will become the belt body 12 onto the woven fabric 43, and fixing the resin under heat and pressure. The conveying surface 22a of the belt body 12 is formed with a predetermined surface roughness Rz using a textured canvas or roller having predetermined surface roughness.

[0037] With the above configuration, the conveyor belt 40 of the fourth embodiment can also achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment, and can further provide stretchability by the woven fabric 43 .

[0038] <Fifth embodiment> Then, if Figure 6 As shown, a conveyor belt 50 according to a fifth embodiment is described in which no conductive resin layer is provided on the back surface 43b of the woven fabric 43. In the conveyor belt 50, the belt body 12 is provided on the surface 43a of the woven fabric 43, and the surface layer 32 is provided on the surface 12b of the belt body 12 via the conductive resin layer 25.

[0039] The woven fabric 43 may be woven with conductive yarn to have conductive properties, or may be woven with non-conductive yarn to have non-conductive properties. In the conveyor belt 50, the back surface 43b of the woven fabric 43 is exposed to the outside, and the back surface 43b contacts the pulley.

[0040] According to the above configuration, the conveyor belt 50 of the fifth embodiment can achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment and can also provide stretchability by the woven fabric 43 .

[0041] As other implementations of the fifth implementation, Figure 7 As shown, a conveyor belt 60 may be used in which a back layer 63 is further provided on the back surface 43b of the woven fabric 43. In this case, the conveyor belt 60 includes a surface layer 32, a conductive resin layer 25, a belt body 12, the woven fabric 43, and a back layer 63.

[0042] In the back layer 63, the woven fabric 43 is provided on the surface 63a of the back layer 63. In addition, in the back layer 63, the back 63b of the back layer 63 is exposed to the outside, and the pulley abuts against the back 63b. The back layer 63 is preferably formed of the same material as that of the belt body 12 (e.g., an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin or the like, a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of -30°C or less). However, the back layer 63 can be formed of a material different from that of the belt body 12 by containing an ion conductive material or an electrically conductive filler or the like in a thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of -30°C or less, like an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin or the like. The woven fabric 43 of the conveyance belt 60 can have electrical conductivity.

[0043] The conveyance belt 60 can be manufactured by any method as long as the method does not cause the surface layer 32, the electrically conductive resin layer 25, the belt body 12, the woven fabric 43, and the back layer 63 to be peeled. As described above, the conveyance belt 60 can be manufactured by fixing the electrically conductive resin layer 25, the belt body 12, the woven fabric 43, and the back layer 63 under a heated and pressurized condition, extruding a resin that becomes the surface layer 32 on the electrically conductive resin layer 25, and performing press bonding using a texture processing roll.

[0044] According to the above structure, even if the conveyance belt 60 is used in a state in which the belt body 12 is stretched, the surface layer 32, the electrically conductive resin layer 25, the woven fabric 43, and the back layer 63 are not peeled. Figure 7 The conveyance belt 60 illustrated in FIG. 8, in addition to being able to achieve the same effects as the first embodiment described above, can impart stretchability based on the woven fabric 43.

[0045] In addition, the surface roughness Rz of the conveyance surface 32a of the surface layer 32 exposed to the outside according to Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601 can be greater than 100 μm and 1000 μm or less, or can be 100 μm or less.

[0046] <Sixth Embodiment> Figure 8 is a cross-sectional view of the structure of the conveyance belt 80 of the sixth embodiment in which a plurality of longitudinal grooves 83c are provided on the conveyance surface 83a of the surface layer 83 in the length direction. The conveyance belt 80 has a surface layer 83, an electrically conductive resin layer 25, a belt body 12, a woven fabric 43, and a back layer 63. In this case, on the surface layer 83, the longitudinal grooves 83c that are concave in the length direction (conveyance direction) of the conveyance belt 80 are formed on the conveyance surface 83a. The plurality of longitudinal grooves 83c are formed at a predetermined interval in the width direction orthogonal to the length direction.

[0047] The conveying belt 80 can be manufactured, for example, by integrally joining the conductive resin layer 25, the belt body 12, the woven fabric 43, and the back layer 63 in a manner that does not cause the conductive resin layer 25, the belt body 12, the woven fabric 43, and the back layer 63 to peel off, extruding resin that becomes the surface layer 83 on the conductive resin layer 25, and pressing the resin on the conductive resin layer 25 with a texturing roll. On the surface 83a, the surface layer 83 having a plurality of longitudinal grooves 83c can be formed with a texturing roll.

[0048] According to the above structure, the conveying belt 80 of the sixth embodiment can also achieve the same effects as the first embodiment described above, and can impart stretchability based on the woven fabric 43. In addition, in the conveying belt 80, since the plurality of longitudinal grooves 83c are formed on the conveying surface 83a of the surface layer 83, the concave-convex formed by the longitudinal grooves 83c is on the conveying surface 83a, and the gripping property of the conveyed object can be further improved accordingly. In the conveying belt 80, by forming the plurality of longitudinal grooves 83c in the length direction on the conveying surface 83a, the conveyed object is less likely to move in the width direction of the conveying belt 80, and the gripping property in the width direction can be further improved accordingly.

[0049] In addition, the longitudinal grooves 83c described above can be provided on the conveying surface of the surface layer 32 of the conveying belt 30, 50 described above. Figure 4 and Figure 6 In addition, the longitudinal grooves 83c described above can be provided on the conveying surface of the surface layer 32 of the conveying belt 30, 50 described above. Figure 8 In addition, the longitudinal grooves 83c described above can be provided on the conveying surface of the surface layer 32 of the conveying belt 30, 50 described above. Figure 3 and Figure 5 In addition, the longitudinal grooves 83c described above can be provided on the conveying surface of the surface layer 32 of the conveying belt 30, 50 described above.

[0050] <Seventh Embodiment> Figure 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the conveying belt 70 of the seventh embodiment having the woven fabric 43, the belt body 12, and the conductive resin layer 14. In the conveying belt 70, the woven fabric 43 is provided on the surface 12a of the belt body 12, and the conductive resin layer 14 is provided on the back surface 12b of the belt body 12. In this case, the surface of the woven fabric 43 of the conveying belt 70 becomes the conveying surface 43a. In the conveying belt 70 of the present embodiment, since the surface of the woven fabric 43 having a low friction coefficient (μ) becomes the conveying surface 43a, the conveying surface 43a can be made low μ. In addition, the woven fabric 43 is the same as the woven fabric 43 of the fourth embodiment described above, but can be a woven fabric 43 using either of the conductive yarn or the non-conductive yarn.

[0051] Here, for example, in a gravity conveyor in which the conveyed articles are allowed to slide on the conveying belt 70, or an inclined conveyor in which the conveyed articles are aligned near the end portion of the conveyor, the conveying surface 43a needs to be made to slide on the conveyed articles, and it is preferable that the conveying surface 43a has a low coefficient of friction. Therefore, the conveying belt 70 in which the woven fabric 43 is used to reduce the coefficient of friction of the conveying surface 43a becomes a preferable belt for the gravity conveyor or the inclined conveyor. In addition, the conveying belt 70 can be manufactured by any method as long as the woven fabric 43, the belt main body 12, and the conductive resin layer 14 are not peeled off, like the above-described embodiments.

[0052] According to the above structure, even the conveying belt 70 of the seventh embodiment can maintain flexibility without hardening even in a low temperature environment of -30°C or less, like the first embodiment, and can reduce the possibility of damage to the motor or the pulley of the conveying apparatus, and can stably convey the conveyed articles. In addition, the woven fabric 43 is used as the conveying surface 43a in the conveying belt 70, and the coefficient of friction of the conveying surface 43a can be reduced, and therefore, the gravity conveyor or the inclined conveyor in a low temperature environment of -30°C or less can also be used.

[0053] <Seventh Embodiment> In the above-described first to seventh embodiments, the conveying belts 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80 are described, but the present application is not limited thereto, and can be applied to a power transmission belt having conductivity. The power transmission belt is not used to convey the conveyed articles, but is a belt that is rotated and driven by a power apparatus to transmit power to a pulley or the like. In this case, the power transmission belt has the belt main body 12 composed of a thermoplastic resin having a hardness of 85 or less according to the A-type durometer hardness at -30°C according to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K7311. Thereby, even in the power transmission belt, since the belt main body 12 has a hardness of 85 or less according to the A-type durometer hardness at -30°C, flexibility can be maintained without hardening even in a low temperature environment of -30°C or less, and the possibility of damage to the motor or the pulley of the power apparatus can be reduced.

[0054] The conveyance belts 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 according to the first to seventh embodiments can be used as power transmission belts, and the detailed structure and the like of the power transmission belts corresponding to the respective embodiments can be obtained by simply replacing the term "conveyance belt 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80" in the above-described first to seventh embodiments with the term "power transmission belt". Here, the description thereof is omitted to avoid repetition, and is outlined as follows.

[0055] The belt main body 12 of the power transmission belt has a hardness of 75 or more according to the A-type hardness gauge specified in Japanese Industrial Standards JIS K7311 at 23°C. In addition, the power transmission belt has the electrically conductive resin layer 14 laminated with the belt main body 12. In addition, the surface 12a of the belt main body 12 of the power transmission belt is preferably 15 μm or more and 100 μm or less according to the surface roughness Rz specified in Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601. However, the surface roughness Rz of the conveyance surface 12a of the belt main body 12 of the power transmission belt, or the conveyance surface 32a of the surface layer 32 provided on the surface 12a of the belt main body 12, can also be more than 100 μm and 1000 μm or less according to the surface roughness Rz specified in Japanese Industrial Standards JIS B0601.

[0056] In addition, as shown in Figure 5 to Figure 9 , the power transmission belt can have the woven fabric 43 laminated with the belt main body 12. In addition, as shown in Figure 5 , the power transmission belt can have the woven fabric 43 on the back surface 12b of the belt main body 12, and the electrically conductive resin layer 14 on the back surface 43b of the woven fabric 43. In addition, as shown in Figure 7 and Figure 8 , the power transmission belt can have the woven fabric 43 on the back surface 12b of the belt main body 12, and the back surface layer 63 composed of a thermoplastic resin having a hardness of 85 or less according to the A-type hardness gauge specified in Japanese Industrial Standards JIS K7311 at -30°C on the back surface 43b of the woven fabric 43. In addition, as shown in Figure 9 , the power transmission belt can be provided with the woven fabric 43 on the surface 12a of the belt main body 12. In addition, the power transmission belt can be provided with the longitudinal groove 83c provided in the length direction on the conveyance surface 22a of the belt main body 12 or the conveyance surface 32a of the surface layer 32 formed on the surface 12a of the belt main body 12.
