Abstract

The present application relates to a kind of fuel pump support assembly liquid level sensor test equipment, including liquid level sensor, lifting testing machine, resistance detector and oscilloscope, liquid level sensor includes potentiometer, float and float rod, potentiometer has shell, resistance body, movable contact and contact support, resistance body is installed in shell, movable contact is arranged in contact support, contact support can be rotatably installed in shell, drive movable contact to slide along the surface of resistance body periphery, float rod one end is connected with float, the other end is transmission connection with contact support, lifting testing machine drives float to move up and down, liquid level sensor exports resistance signal corresponding with the real-time position of float, resistance detector is electrically connected with liquid level sensor, resistance value is collected and displayed in real time, oscilloscope is signal connected with resistance detector, resistance signal is converted into waveform chart and test data is presented and stored in real time visualization.This equipment can simulate oil level change automatically, synchronous acquisition resistance and waveform signal, contact fault is quickly identified.
