Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to an electric plug, and more particularly, to an electric plug capable of maximizing the proximity of furniture or home appliances to a wall surface and improving the space utilization. BACKGROUND
[0002] An electric plug is an electrical wiring device installed at the end of a power cord of an electrical appliance for insertion into a socket for power use. In general, power of a home or factory is delivered through a socket, and after the plug of an electrical appliance is inserted into the socket, the electrical appliance is powered and operated.
[0003] At this time, the connection part of the plug and the socket, i.e., the plug body on which two pins (connection pins) connected to a cord are fixed, is inserted and fixed in the socket hole to supply power to the electrical appliance.
[0004] In other words, the general structure of the above-described plug is composed of a plug body and a pair of connection pins provided at the front of the plug body. Through this structure, the connection pins on the plug body are inserted into the connection holes on the socket, thereby supplying power to the home appliance.
[0005] At this time, the above-described connection pins are connected through a cord connected to the electrical appliance, so that the power obtained from the connection pins can be transmitted to the electrical appliance through the cord.
[0006] On the other hand, the above-described plug can be roughly classified into two types according to its shape: the first type is a "straight type plug" in which the connection pins and the cord are arranged in a straight line, and the second type is a "right angle type plug" in which the connection pins and the cord are arranged at a right angle.
[0007] Figure 1 is a photograph of a conventional right angle type plug.
[0008] Reference Figure 1 The conventional right angle type plug (10) includes a plug body (20), a connection pin portion (30) protruding in a first direction of the plug body (20), and a cord portion (40) provided in a second direction of the plug body (20).
[0009] That is, the above-described connection pin portion (30) is connected to a cord (not shown) located in the above-described cord portion (40), and the power supplied from the above-described connection pin portion (30) can be supplied to the electrical appliance through the cord of the above-described cord portion (40). At this time, as shown in Figure 1 , since the above-described connection pin portion (30) and the above-described cord portion (40) are arranged at a right angle, the plug of Figure 1 can be defined as a right angle type plug.
[0010] However, in the present invention, for convenience of explanation, the above-mentioned plug is defined as a "straight type plug" and a "right angle type plug", but the definition of the "right angle type" is to define the angle formed by the above-mentioned connection pin portion and the above-mentioned wiring portion, and the angle formed by the above-mentioned connection pin portion and the above-mentioned wiring portion can be an acute angle or an obtuse angle, in the present invention, the above-mentioned "right angle type plug" can be defined as a "non-straight type plug".
[0011] That is, assuming that the angle formed by the above-mentioned connection pin portion (30) and the above-mentioned wiring portion (40) in the above-mentioned straight type plug is 0 degrees, the right angle type plug according to the present invention is defined as a non-straight type plug, so that the angle formed by the above-mentioned connection pin portion (30) and the above-mentioned wiring portion (40) can be a right angle, an acute angle or an obtuse angle.
[0012] On the other hand, as shown in Figure 1 The existing right angle type plug (10) can also include a reinforcing rib (50) inserted into the above-mentioned wiring portion (40) and disposed at the other end of the above-mentioned plug body (20), which is well known in the art, so specific description is omitted below, and in the present invention, the presence or absence of the reinforcing rib is not limited.
[0013] However, such an existing right angle type plug has a structure in which the plug body protrudes to the outside of the socket when connected to the socket, so there is a problem that it is not possible to make the home appliance or furniture most closely adhere to the wall.
[0014] That is, since it is necessary to secure a space caused by the protruding portion of the plug body connected to the socket, it is not possible to make the home appliance or furniture most closely adhere to the wall. Therefore, research and development are required to minimize the protruding portion of the plug connected to the socket provided on the wall, so that the planar plug which enables the furniture or home appliance to most closely adhere to the wall and improve the space utilization rate.
[0015] Therefore, the present inventors have proposed a planar electrical plug in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0015540.
[0016] More specifically, in the above-mentioned Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0015540, in realizing the planar electrical plug, the electrical plug includes a first wiring connected to a first connection pin portion, a second wiring connected to a second connection pin portion, and a third wiring connected to a grounding portion, and it is important that the first wiring, the second wiring, and the third wiring are arranged in a straight line with respect to their respective cross sections, for example, in the area of the first handle body portion.
[0017] Accordingly, to achieve this, in the above-mentioned Korean published patent 10-2022-0015540, the lower mold for manufacturing the electrical plug includes: a plug main body portion injection lower mold portion; and a plug auxiliary body portion injection lower mold portion provided in succession to the plug main body portion injection lower mold portion, wherein the plug auxiliary body portion injection lower mold portion includes: a first protruding pin located in a first area; and a second protruding pin located in a second area and provided in length direction apart from the first protruding pin, so that the first, second, and third wires can be aligned in a straight line with respect to each cross section, for example, in the area of the first handle portion body portion.
[0018] However, in the case of the above-mentioned Korean published patent 10-2022-0015540, since the wires are aligned by the first and second protruding pins as described above, the lower mold must include the first and second protruding pins, and due to the presence of the first and second protruding pins, it becomes slightly difficult to design the lower mold. SUMMARY TECHNICAL PROBLEM

[0061] Preferred embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0062] Figure 2 is a perspective view of an electrical plug of the present application, Figure 3 is a bottom view thereof, Figure 4 is a front view thereof.
[0063] Referring to Figures 2 to 4 , the electrical plug (100) of the present application includes a plug main body portion (110), a connection pin portion (120) exposed to a first side direction from the plug main body portion (110), a plug auxiliary body portion (130) extended to a second side direction from the plug main body portion (110), and a wiring portion (140) provided continuously with the plug auxiliary body portion (130).
[0064] On the other hand, the electrical plug of the present application can be defined as a right angle type plug in which the connection pin portion (120) and the wiring portion (140) are provided at right angles to each other. However, the definition of "right angle type" is to indicate the angle formed between the connection pin portion and the wiring portion, and in fact, the angle formed between the connection pin portion and the wiring portion can be an acute angle or an obtuse angle. Accordingly, in the present application, the "right angle type plug" can be more broadly defined as a "non-straight type plug".
[0065] That is, assuming that the angle formed between the connection pin portion (120) and the wiring portion (140) in the straight type plug is 0 degrees, the right angle type plug according to the present application is defined as a non-straight type plug in which the angle formed between the connection pin portion (120) and the wiring portion (140) can be a right angle, an acute angle, or an obtuse angle.
[0066] At this time, the electrical plug (100) according to the present application can be defined to include: a plug main body portion region (A); a connection pin portion region (B) exposed to a first side direction from the plug main body portion region (A); a plug auxiliary body portion region (C) extending to a second side direction from the plug main body portion region (A); and a wiring portion region (D) provided continuously with the plug auxiliary body portion region (C).
[0067] Further, it can be defined that the plug main body portion (110) is located in the plug main body portion region (A), the connection pin portion (120) is located in the connection pin portion region (B), the plug auxiliary body portion (130) is located in the plug auxiliary body portion region (C), and the wiring portion (140) is located in the wiring portion region (D).
[0068] At this time, the present application is characterized in that the upper surface of the plug main body portion (110) and the upper surface of the plug auxiliary body portion (130) are located on the same plane, and thus the electrical plug of this structure can be defined as a planar type electrical plug.
[0069] Continuing to refer to Figures 2 to 4 , the plug auxiliary body portion region (C) includes: a handle portion region (C1) having a first thickness provided continuously with the plug main body portion region (A); and a handle support body portion region (C2) having a second thickness provided continuously with one side of the handle portion region (C1) and the wiring portion region (D) on the other side.
[0070] At this time, the second thickness of the handle support body portion region (C2) is greater than the first thickness of the handle portion region (C1). As Figure 4 indicated, the second thickness of the handle support body portion region (C2) is greater than the first thickness of the handle portion region (C1), and thus the extraction force of the plurality of wirings located in the wiring portion (140) can be improved by the handle support body portion region (C).
[0071] On the other hand, it can be defined that the handle portion (130a) is located in the handle portion region (C1) and the handle support body portion (130b) is located in the handle support body portion region (C2).
[0072] Thus, it can be defined that the plug auxiliary body portion includes: a handle portion having a first thickness provided continuously with the plug main body portion; and a handle support body portion having a second thickness provided continuously with one side of the handle portion and the wiring portion on the other side.
[0073] At this point, as described above, in this invention, the upper surface of the plug main body portion (110) and the upper surface of the plug auxiliary body portion (130) are located on the same plane. Therefore, the upper surface of the plug main body portion (110), the upper surface of the handle portion (130a), and the upper surface of the handle support portion (130b) are located on the same plane. In this invention, the plug with this structure can be defined as a planar plug.
[0074] As mentioned above, because existing right-angle plugs have a structure in which the plug body protrudes outside the socket when connected to the socket, there is a problem that household appliances or furniture cannot be fitted against the wall as closely as possible.
[0075] In other words, because space needs to be made for the protruding part of the plug body that connects to the socket, household appliances or furniture cannot be flush against the wall as closely as possible.
[0076] More specifically, existing right-angle plugs use the plug body as a handle, and to function as a handle, the plug body protrudes significantly beyond the socket. Therefore, because space needs to be made for the protruding part of the plug body, household appliances or furniture cannot be placed flush against the wall.
[0077] However, in this invention, the handle portion (130a), which functions as a handle, extends from the main plug body portion (110) towards the second side, and the upper surface of the plug auxiliary body portion (130), including the handle portion (130a), is disposed on the same plane as the upper surface of the main plug body portion (110). This minimizes the thickness of the main plug body portion (110) and minimizes the protruding portion of the plug connected to a socket installed on the wall. This provides a flat plug that allows furniture or household appliances to fit snugly against the wall and improves space utilization.
[0078] On the other hand, it can be defined that the handle portion (220) has a first thickness and the handle support portion (230) has a second thickness, wherein the second thickness is greater than the first thickness.
[0079] In addition, such as Figure 4 As shown, the upper surface of the handle portion (130a) and the upper surface of the handle support portion (130b) are located on the same plane. That is, the upper surfaces of the handle portion (130a) and the handle support portion (130b) are flat, while the lower surface of the handle support portion (130b) protrudes further downward than the lower surface of the handle portion (130a), thereby making the second thickness of the handle support portion (130b) greater than the first thickness of the handle portion (130a).
[0080] Continue to refer to Figure 2The connector pin portion (120) includes: a first connector pin portion (120a) exposed from the plug main body portion (110) in a first-side direction; and a second connector pin portion (120b) exposed from the plug main body portion (110) in a first-side direction and disposed at a certain interval from the first connector pin portion (120a). Although the number of connector pin portions is shown as two in the drawings, the present invention does not limit the number of connector pin portions.
[0081] On the other hand, although not shown in the accompanying drawings, the interior of the plug main body may include a grounding portion. In the case of a typical electrical plug, it includes: a first wiring (121a) connected to a first connecting pin (120a); a second wiring (121b) connected to a second connecting pin (120b); and a third wiring (121c) connected to the grounding portion. These first to third wirings extend to the wiring portion (140), thereby allowing power to be supplied to electronic devices connected to the electrical plug through multiple wirings.
[0082] At this time, the first wiring (121a), the second wiring (121b) and the third wiring (121c) are electrically connected to the first connecting pin (120a), the second connecting pin (120b) and the grounding part respectively in the plug main body part (110), and after being set along the handle part (220) and the handle support part (230), they are extended to the wiring part (140).
[0083] Figure 5 This is a schematic diagram showing a mold for manufacturing an electrical plug according to the present invention. In addition to the following, reference can be made to the mold in Korean Patent Publication 10-2022-0015540 for manufacturing the electrical plug according to the present invention.
[0084] on the other hand, Figure 5 The mold in the figure is an injection mold; only the lower mold is shown in the attached figure, and the upper mold is omitted.
[0085] refer to Figure 5 The lower mold (400) for manufacturing the electrical plug according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "lower mold") includes: a lower mold part (410) for injection molding the main body of the plug; and a lower mold part (420) for injection molding the auxiliary body of the plug, which is continuously disposed with the lower mold part (410) for injection molding the main body of the plug.
[0086] In other words, the main body of the plug can be injection molded by the lower mold (410) for injection molding of the main body of the plug, and the auxiliary body of the plug can be injection molded by the lower mold (420) for injection molding of the auxiliary body of the plug.
[0087] At this time, as Figure 5As shown, the first connection pin portion and the second connection pin portion are inserted into the lower mold portion (410) for injection molding of the plug main body portion. The first wire (not shown) connected to the first connection pin portion (121a), the second wire (not shown) connected to the second connection pin portion (not shown), and the third wire (not shown) connected to the ground portion are aligned in the lower mold portion (420) for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion, and the first wire to the third wire can be provided to extend to the wire portion (140).

Hereinafter, the guide pad portion according to the first modification of the second embodiment of the present application can refer to the above-described guide pad portion according to the second embodiment of the present application except for the following.
[0134] Referring to Figure 17 and Figure 18 , the guide pad portion (600') according to the first modification of the second embodiment of the present application includes: an upper flat pad portion (610a) located at an upper portion in a height direction of the guide pad portion and disposed in a length direction of the guide pad portion; a lower flat pad portion (610b) disposed opposite to the upper flat pad portion (610a), located at a lower portion in the height direction of the guide pad portion, and disposed in the length direction of the guide pad portion; a first side semicircular pad portion (610c) having a semicircular cross section, located at one side in a width direction of the guide pad portion, continuously disposed with one side of the upper flat pad portion (610a) and the other side of the lower flat pad portion (610b), and disposed in the length direction of the guide pad portion; and a second side semicircular pad portion (610d) having a semicircular cross section, disposed opposite to the first side semicircular pad portion (610c), located at the other side in the width direction of the guide pad portion, continuously disposed with the other side of the upper flat pad portion (610a) and the other side of the lower flat pad portion (610b), and disposed in the length direction of the guide pad portion.
[0135] Further, the guide pad portion (600) according to the first modification of the second embodiment of the present application includes a first space portion (611) formed by the upper flat pad portion (610a), the first side semicircular pad portion (610c), the lower flat pad portion (610b), and the second side semicircular pad portion (610d) being continuously disposed.
[0136] Referring to Figure 17 and Figure 18 , the guide pad portion (600') according to the first modification of the second embodiment of the present application further includes: a first through-hole (611a) disposed in a specific region of the upper flat pad portion (610a) between a region where the first wiring is disposed and a region where the third wiring is disposed; and a second through-hole (611b) disposed in a specific region of the upper flat pad portion (610a) between a region where the second wiring is disposed and a region where the third wiring is disposed.
[0137] Further, although not shown in the drawings, the guide pad portion (600') of the first modified example of the second embodiment according to the present application further includes: a third through-hole (not shown) provided in a certain area of the lower flat pad portion (610b) between the area where the first wiring is provided and the area where the third wiring is provided; and a fourth through-hole (not shown) provided in a certain area of the lower flat pad portion (610b) between the area where the second wiring is provided and the area where the third wiring is provided.
[0138] At this time, although the number of the first through-hole and the second through-hole is one each as shown in the drawings, the number of the first through-hole and the second through-hole can be plural each.
[0139] Likewise, the number of the third through-hole and the fourth through-hole can also be plural each.
[0140] As described above, in the present application, resin can be injected into a mold in a state where the wiring is provided in the guide pad portion to form the plug auxiliary body portion.
[0141] At this time, in the present application, the adhesion of the first resin layer and the guide pad portion can be improved by injecting resin into the inside of the first through-hole to the fourth through-hole.
[0142] Further, in the guide pad portion of the first modified example of the second embodiment according to the present application, the above-described resin can be injected into the inside of the first space portion (611) through the first through-hole to the fourth through-hole, whereby not only the adhesion of the first resin layer and the guide pad portion can be improved, but also the positions of the first wiring to the third wiring can be fixed by the resin injected into the inside of the first space portion (611).
[0143] As described above, in the case of the above-described Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0015540, since the wiring is aligned by the first protruding pin and the second protruding pin, the lower mold must include the first protruding pin and the second protruding pin, and it is somewhat difficult to design the lower mold due to the first protruding pin and the second protruding pin.
[0144] However, in the present application, the wiring is aligned by the guide pad portion, and even in a structure in which the protruding pin is not included in the lower mold, a planar type electric plug capable of easily aligning the first wiring to the third wiring can be provided. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0145] Figure 19 is a perspective view showing an electric plug according to another embodiment of the present application, Figure 20 is a plan view showing an electric plug according to another embodiment of the present application, Figure 21 is a bottom view showing an electric plug according to another embodiment of the present application.
[0146] REFERENCEFigures 19 to 21 The electric plug (1000) according to another embodiment of the present application can be defined as a right angle type plug in which the connection pin portion (1120) and the wiring portion (1140) are disposed at right angles to each other, but the definition of "right angle type" is intended to indicate the angle formed between the connection pin portion and the wiring portion, and the angle formed between the connection pin portion and the wiring portion can be an acute angle or an obtuse angle, and thus, in the present application, the "right angle type plug" can be more broadly defined as a "non-straight type plug".
[0147] That is, assuming that the angle formed between the connection pin portion (1120) and the wiring portion (1140) in a straight type plug is 0 degrees, the right angle type plug according to the present application is defined as a non-straight type plug, so that the angle formed between the connection pin portion (1120) and the wiring portion (1140) can be a right angle, an acute angle, or an obtuse angle.
[0148] At this time, the electric plug (1000) according to another embodiment of the present application can be defined as including a plug main body portion region (A), a connection pin portion region (B) exposed to a first side direction from the plug main body portion region (A), a plug auxiliary body portion region (C) extending to a second side direction from the plug main body portion region (A), and a wiring portion region (D) disposed continuously with the plug auxiliary body portion region (C).
[0149] In addition, it can be defined that the plug main body portion (1110) is located in the plug main body portion region (A), the connection pin portion (120) is located in the connection pin portion region (B), the plug auxiliary body portion (130) is located in the plug auxiliary body portion region (C), and the wiring portion (1140) is located in the wiring portion region (D).
[0150] At this time, the electric plug (1000) according to another embodiment of the present application can be defined as including a plug main body portion region (A), a connection pin portion region (B) exposed to a first side direction from the plug main body portion region (A), a plug auxiliary body portion region (C) extending to a second side direction from the plug main body portion region (A), and a wiring portion region (D) disposed continuously with the plug auxiliary body portion region (C).
[0151] At this time, the electric plug (1000) according to another embodiment of the present application can be defined as including a plug main body portion region (A), a connection pin portion region (B) exposed to a first side direction from the plug main body portion region (A), a plug auxiliary body portion region (C) extending to a second side direction from the plug main body portion region (A), and a wiring portion region (D) disposed continuously with the plug auxiliary body portion region (C).
[0152] Continuing with reference to Figures 19 to 21The plug auxiliary body portion region (C) includes a handle portion region (C1) having a first thickness, which is continuously provided from the plug main body portion region (A), and a handle support body portion region (C2) having a second thickness, which is continuously provided on one side from the handle portion region (C1) and continuously provided on the other side from the wiring portion region (D).
[0153] At this time, the second thickness of the handle support body portion region (C2) is greater than the first thickness of the handle portion region (C1). As shown in Figure 21 the second thickness of the handle support body portion region (C2) is greater than the first thickness of the handle portion region (C1), so that the extraction force of the plurality of wirings positioned in the wiring portion (140) can be increased by the handle support body portion region (C).
[0154] On the other hand, it can be defined that the handle portion (1130a) is positioned in the handle portion region (C1) and the handle support body portion (1130b) is positioned in the handle support body portion region (C2).
[0155] Therefore, it can be defined that the plug auxiliary body portion includes a handle portion having a first thickness, which is continuously provided from the plug main body portion, and a handle support body portion having a second thickness, which is continuously provided on one side from the handle portion and continuously provided on the other side from the wiring portion.
[0156] At this time, as described above, in the present application, the upper surface of the plug main body portion (1110) and the upper surface of the plug auxiliary body portion (1130) are positioned on the same plane. Therefore, the upper surface of the plug main body portion (1110) and the upper surfaces of the handle portion (1130a) and the handle support body portion (1130b) are positioned on the same plane. In the present application, the electric plug having such a structure can be defined as a flat-type electric plug.
[0157] As described above, since the existing right-angle type plug adopts a structure in which the plug body protrudes to the outside of the outlet when connected to the outlet, there is a problem that the home appliance or furniture cannot be maximally close to the wall.
[0158] That is, since a space needs to be left for the protruding portion of the plug body connected to the outlet, the home appliance or furniture cannot be maximally close to the wall.
[0159] More specifically, the existing right-angle type plug adopts a structure in which the plug body serves as a handle, and in order to function as a handle, the plug body protrudes to the outside of the outlet with a considerable thickness. Therefore, since a space needs to be left for the protruding portion of the plug body, the home appliance or furniture cannot be maximally close to the wall.
[0160] However, in the present invention, the handle portion (1130a) that functions as a handle is extended from the plug main body portion (1110) toward the second side direction, and the upper surface of the plug auxiliary body portion (1130) including the handle portion (1130a) is disposed on the same plane as the upper surface of the plug main body portion (1110). This can minimize the thickness of the plug main body portion (1110) and the protruding portion of the plug connected to the outlet provided on the wall. Thus, a flat plug can be provided, enabling the furniture or the home appliance to be maximally close to the wall and improving the space utilization.
[0161] On the other hand, the handle portion (1220) can be defined to have a first thickness, and the handle support body portion (1230) can be defined to have a second thickness, wherein the second thickness is greater than the first thickness.
[0162] In addition, as shown in Figure 21 , the upper surface of the handle portion (1130a) and the upper surface of the handle support body portion (1130b) are on the same plane. That is, the upper surface of the handle portion (1130a) and the upper surface of the handle support body portion (1130b) are flat, and the lower surface of the handle support body portion (1130b) is more protruded downward than the lower surface of the handle portion (1130a), so that the second thickness of the handle support body portion (1130b) is greater than the first thickness of the handle portion (1130a).
[0163] Continuing to refer to Figure 19 , the connection pin portion (1120) includes a first connection pin portion (1120a) exposed from the plug main body portion (1110) toward the first side direction, and a second connection pin portion (1120b) exposed from the plug main body portion (1110) toward the first side direction and disposed apart from the first connection pin portion (1120a) by a certain interval. Although the number of the connection pin portions is shown as two in the drawings, the number of the connection pin portions is not limited in the present invention.
[0164] On the other hand, although not shown in the drawings, the inside of the plug main body portion can include a grounding portion. In the case of a general electric plug, there are included a first wiring (not shown) connected to the first connection pin portion (1120a), a second wiring (not shown) connected to the second connection pin portion (1120b), and a third wiring (not shown) connected to the grounding portion. These first to third wirings extend to the wiring portion (1140), so that power supply or the like can be provided to an electronic device to which the electric plug is connected through the plurality of wirings.
[0165] At this time, the first wire, the second wire, and the third wire are electrically connected to the first connection pin portion (1120a), the second connection pin portion (1120b), and the ground portion, respectively, in the plug main body portion (1110), and are disposed along the handle portion (1220) and the handle support body portion (1230) and then are extended and disposed to the wire portion (1140).
[0166] Figure 22 is a schematic view showing a lower mold for manufacturing an electrical plug according to another embodiment of the present application, Figure 23 is a side view showing a lower mold for manufacturing an electrical plug according to another embodiment of the present application. At this time, the mold for manufacturing an electrical plug according to another embodiment of the present application can refer to the mold in the above Korean Patent Publication 10-2022-0015540, except for the following.
[0167] On the other hand, Figure 22 and Figure 23 the mold in Figure 23 is shown below.
[0168] Referring to Figure 22 and Figure 23 , a lower mold (4000) for manufacturing an electrical plug according to another embodiment of the present application (hereinafter referred to as "lower mold") includes a plug main body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4410), and a plug auxiliary body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4420) disposed continuously with the plug main body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4410).
[0169] That is, the above-mentioned plug main body portion can be injection-molded by the plug main body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4410), and the above-mentioned plug auxiliary body portion can be injection-molded by the plug auxiliary body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4420).
[0170] At this time, as shown in Figure 22 , the first connection pin portion and the second connection pin portion are inserted into the plug main body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4410). The first wire (not shown) connected to the first connection pin portion (1120a), the second wire (not shown) connected to the second connection pin portion (not shown), and the third wire (not shown) connected to the ground portion are aligned in the plug auxiliary body portion injection-molding lower mold portion (4420), and the first wire to the third wire can be extended and disposed to the wire portion (4140).
[0171] After that, although not shown in the drawing, resin can be injected into the mold inside in a state in which the lower mold (4000) and the not-shown upper mold are clamped, thereby manufacturing an electrical plug according to another embodiment of the present application.
[0172] Continuing to refer to Figure 23 The lower mold (4000) according to the other embodiment of the present application includes a guide holding portion (5000) provided on the upper portion of the lower mold portion for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion (4420).
[0173] At this time, the guide holding portion (5000) functions to guide the first to third wirings toward one direction as described above, and the material of the guide holding portion is preferably a resin material such as PVC resin, ABS resin, or PC resin.
[0174] On the other hand, the guide holding portion (5000) guiding the first to third wirings toward one direction as described above means that the first to third wirings are arranged in straight lines with reference to respective cross sections in the region of the first handle portion body portion, and the same applies to the following.
[0175] As described above, the resin can be injected into the mold interior in the state that the lower mold (4000) and an upper mold not shown are in a mold clamped state, thereby manufacturing the electric plug according to the other embodiment of the present application. In order to improve the adhesion of the guide holding portion to the resin injected into the mold interior when the resin is injected into the mold interior to manufacture the electric plug, the material of the guide holding portion is preferably a resin material such as PVC resin, ABS resin, or PC resin.
[0176] On the other hand, although the guide holding portion is shown as being provided in the entire region with reference to the length direction of the lower mold portion for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion (4420) in the drawings, since the guide holding portion functions to guide the first to third wirings toward one direction, the guide holding portion can also be provided in a part of the region of the lower mold portion for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion (4420).
[0177] Continuing to refer to Figure 22 and Figure 23 As described above, the lower mold (4000) (hereinafter referred to as "lower mold") for manufacturing the electric plug according to the other embodiment of the present application includes a lower mold portion for injection molding of a plug main body portion (4410), and a lower mold portion for injection molding of a plug auxiliary body portion (4420) provided continuously with the lower mold portion for injection molding of the plug main body portion (4410).
[0178] At this time, as shown in the drawing, the lower mold portion for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion (4420) includes a first protruding pin (4421) located in a first region, and a second protruding pin (4422) located in a second region and provided apart from the first protruding pin (4422) in the length direction.
[0179] Furthermore, the first protruding pin (4421) includes a first-1 protruding pin (4421a); and a first-2 protruding pin (4421b) spaced apart from the first-1 protruding pin (4421a) in the width direction. The second protruding pin (4422) includes a second-1 protruding pin (4422a); and a second-2 protruding pin (4422b) spaced apart from the second-1 protruding pin (4422a) in the width direction.
[0180] On the other hand, as shown in the figure, the protruding pin may also include a third protruding pin (4423) located between the first protruding pin and the second protruding pin. In this case, the third protruding pin (4423) may also include a third-first protruding pin (4423a) and a third-second protruding pin (4423b) disposed spaced apart from the third-first protruding pin (4423a) in the width direction. However, in the present invention, the protruding pin may include at least two protruding pins (i.e., the first protruding pin and the second protruding pin).
[0181] On the other hand, the length and width directions can be defined according to the lower mold part for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body.
[0182] In addition, such as Figure 23 As shown, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the lower mold (4000) includes a guide retaining portion (5000) disposed on the upper part of the lower mold portion (4420) for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion, wherein the lower surface of the guide retaining portion (5000) can be supported by a protruding pin.
[0183] For example, one side of the guide retainer (5000) in the length direction can be supported by a first protruding pin (4421, 4421a), the other side of the guide retainer (5000) in the length direction can be supported by a second protruding pin (4422, 4422a), and the central region of the guide retainer (5000) in the length direction can be supported by a third protruding pin (4423, 4423a).
[0184] At this time, when the first wiring, the second wiring and the third wiring are inserted into the guide retainer (5000), the lower surface of the guide retainer is supported by the protruding pin. Therefore, the lower surface of the guide retainer can be set at a certain distance from the inner surface of the lower mold part (4420) for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body part.
[0185] In other words, the lower surface of the guide retainer can be separated from the inner surface of the lower mold part (4420) for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body part by the height of the protruding pin.
[0186] Continue to refer to Figure 22 and Figure 23As shown in the drawing, the lower mold portion (4420) for injection molding of the plug auxiliary body portion includes a first guide pin (4431) located in the third region, and a second guide pin (4432) located in the fourth region and disposed apart from the first guide pin (4431) in the length direction.
[0187] Further, the first guide pin (4431) includes a first-1 guide pin (4431a) and a first-2 guide pin (4431b) disposed apart from the first-1 guide pin (4431a) in the width direction, and the second guide pin (4432) includes a second-1 guide pin (4432a) and a second-2 guide pin (4432b) disposed apart from the second-1 guide pin (4432a) in the width direction.
[0188] At this time, the interval between the first-1 guide pin (4431a) and the first-2 guide pin (4431b) and the interval between the second-1 guide pin (4432a) and the second-2 guide pin (4432b) can be greater than the interval between the first-1 protruding pin (4421a) and the first-2 protruding pin (4421b), but the present application does not limit the values of these intervals.
[0189] Further, in the present application, as described below, in order to support the width direction side surfaces of the guide holding portion by the guide pins, the height of the guide pins is preferably greater than the height of the protruding pins.
[0190] On the other hand, although the first guide pin and the second guide pin are shown in the drawing as being disposed in the region between the first protruding pin and the second protruding pin, the present application does not limit the disposition relationship of the guide pins and the protruding pins.
[0191] At this time, as shown in the drawing, the width direction side surfaces of the guide holding portion (5000) can be supported by the first guide pin and the second guide pin.
[0192] More specifically, the width direction one side surface of the length direction front portion of the guide holding portion can be supported by the first-1 guide pin (4431a), the width direction other side surface of the length direction front portion of the guide holding portion can be supported by the first-2 guide pin (4431b), the width direction one side surface of the length direction rear portion of the guide holding portion can be supported by the second-1 guide pin (4432a), and the width direction other side surface of the length direction rear portion of the guide holding portion can be supported by the second-2 guide pin (4432b).
[0193] That is, in the present application, in the case where the first wiring, the second wiring, and the third wiring are inserted into the guide holding portion (5000), the lower surface of the guide holding portion is supported by the protruding pins, and the side surfaces of the guide holding portion are supported by the first guide pin and the second guide pin, whereby it is possible to prevent the guide holding portion from being detached in the width direction from the lower mold.
[0194] On the other hand, as described above, the resin can be injected into the inside of the mold in a state where the lower mold (4000) and an upper mold not shown are closed, thereby manufacturing the electrical plug according to the present application, wherein the resin is not injected into a region where the first protruding pin (4421), the second protruding pin (4422), and the third protruding pin (4423) are located, and thus, as described below, a lower first groove portion as described below is formed in an electrical plug region corresponding to the region where the first protruding pin (4421), the second protruding pin (4422), and the third protruding pin (4423) are located, which will be described below.
[0195] Further, the resin can be injected into the inside of the mold in a state where the lower mold (4000) and an upper mold not shown are closed, thereby manufacturing the electrical plug according to the present application, wherein the resin is not injected into a region where the first guide pin (4431) and the second guide pin (4432) are located, and thus, as described below, a lower second groove portion as described below is formed in an electrical plug region corresponding to the region where the first guide pin (4431) and the second guide pin (4432) are located, which will be described below.
[0196] On the other hand, although not shown in the drawings, the upper mold can also include protruding pins for supporting the upper surface of the guide holding portion, similar to the lower mold, in which case the protruding pins included in the lower mold can be defined as a lower first protruding pin, a lower second protruding pin, and a lower third protruding pin, and the protruding pins included in the upper mold can be defined as an upper first protruding pin, an upper second protruding pin, and an upper third protruding pin.
[0197] At this time, the resin can be injected into the inside of the mold in a state where the lower mold (4000) and an upper mold not shown are closed, thereby manufacturing the electrical plug according to the present application, wherein the resin is not injected into a region where the upper first protruding pin (not shown), the upper second protruding pin (not shown), and the upper third protruding pin (not shown) are located, and thus, as described below, an upper first groove portion as described below is formed in an electrical plug region corresponding to the region where the upper first protruding pin (not shown), the upper second protruding pin (not shown), and the upper third protruding pin (not shown) are located, which will be described below.
[0198] On the other hand, in the present application, in the case where the protruding pins are included in the upper mold, it can be understood that the upper first protruding pin is disposed in a region corresponding to the lower first protruding pin, the upper second protruding pin is disposed in a region corresponding to the lower second protruding pin, and the upper third protruding pin is disposed in a region corresponding to the lower third protruding pin.
[0199] The guide holding portion according to another embodiment of the present application will be described in more detail below.
[0200] Figure 24is a schematic view showing a guide holder according to another embodiment of the present application, Figure 25 is a front view showing a guide holder according to another embodiment of the present application, Figure 26 is a schematic view showing a state in which a first wiring, a second wiring, and a third wiring are inserted in a space portion of a guide holder according to another embodiment of the present application.
[0201] First, referring to Figure 24 and Figure 25 , a guide holder (5000) according to another embodiment of the present application includes an upper support plate (5510) disposed to extend in a length direction, a lower support plate (5520) disposed to extend in the length direction at a certain interval apart from the upper support plate (5510) in a height direction, in a region corresponding to the upper support plate, and a side support plate (5530) connecting a width direction one end of the upper support plate and a width direction one end of the lower support plate, and disposed to extend in the length direction.
[0202] More specifically, the width direction one end of the side support plate is disposed continuously with the width direction one end of the upper support plate, and the width direction other end of the side support plate is disposed continuously with the width direction one end of the lower support plate, and the upper support plate, the lower support plate, and the side support plate are disposed to extend in the length direction, so that it can be understood that the guide holder according to the present application has a substantially "shaped cross-sectional structure.
