A multi-station glass flake preparation apparatus

Abstract

The application provides a multi-station glass flake preparation device, which comprises a furnace body, a blowing material cylinder and a blowing head. The furnace body is an annular cylinder which is sleeved on the outer side of the upper part of the blowing material cylinder, and an annular turntable is sleeved on the outer side of the lower part of the blowing material cylinder. A dipping port is formed in the top of the furnace body, and the position of the blowing head corresponds to the dipping port and the height of the blowing head is adjusted by an extension rod. A plurality of support rods are used to fixedly arrange crucibles on the annular turntable, and an annular sliding groove is formed in the bottom of the furnace body to adapt to the support rods. The annular turntable is further provided with a driving device which drives the annular turntable to drive different crucibles to the dipping port. The application has the beneficial effect that the annular turntable carries a plurality of crucibles, and the crucibles are sequentially turned to the dipping port under the action of the driving device, and the movable blowing head is matched, so that a single device can continuously complete the preparation of a plurality of different formula glass flakes, the production mode of traditional equipment which needs to stop and change materials is completely changed, and the production efficiency and multi-variety adaptability are greatly improved.
