A device for reducing screen blinding in semi-dry production

Abstract

This invention discloses a device for reducing screen clogging in semi-dry aggregate processing. The device includes a screening box with a screen frame installed inside. A rotating assembly is installed between the screen frame and the inner wall of the screening box. A vibrating motor is installed at the lower left end of the screen frame, and a screening screen is installed at the lower end of the screen frame's inner cavity. A first cylinder is fitted onto the upper right end of the screening box, with a connecting block connected to the output end of the first cylinder. A high-pressure nozzle is connected to the bottom of the connecting block. A water inlet pipe is fitted onto the right end of the screening box near the first cylinder, and a flexible hose is fixedly connected to the inlet end of the water inlet pipe via a connector. A feed hopper is connected to the middle of the top of the screening box. This invention, through the coordinated arrangement of the first cylinder, connecting block, high-pressure nozzle, water inlet pipe, and flexible hose, allows water to flush the screening screen, removing mud, clay, and other debris located within the screen holes, thereby reducing screen clogging and improving material screening efficiency and product quality.
