The pipe inserting operation of the water-cooling plates with different lengths is met by adjusting the positions of the water-cooling plates or moving the positions of the pipe inserting assemblies, and the water-cooling plate containing table meets the supporting and positioning requirements of the water-cooling plates with different sizes by adjusting the positions of the second end plates. The insertion device has the advantages that manual tube insertion is replaced, the pressure value in the tube insertion process can be automatically uploaded to an MES system, data can be traced, and efficiency is high; insertion of water cooling pipes of different diameters and sizes and insertion of water cooling pipes of water cooling plates of different sizes are met, and the device can be immediately started on the premise that an automatic assembly line breaks down.
