Description

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0002] This application claims the benefit of priority to Korean Patent Application No. 10-2022-0015840, filed on February 7, 2022, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. Technical Field

[0003] The utility model relates to a battery pack, more specifically, to a secondary battery pack. Background Art

[0004] In recent years, as energy prices have risen due to the depletion of fossil fuels and concerns about environmental pollution have intensified, the demand for environmentally friendly alternative energy has become an indispensable factor in future life. Therefore, research on various power generation technologies such as solar energy, wind energy, and tidal energy continues, and power storage devices such as batteries for more efficient use of produced electrical energy have also received great attention.

[0005] In addition, with the increase in technology development and demand for electronic mobile devices and electric vehicles using batteries, the demand for batteries as energy sources has increased dramatically. Therefore, many studies have been conducted on batteries that can meet various requirements.

[0006] Batteries that store electrical energy can generally be divided into primary batteries and secondary batteries. Such primary batteries are disposable batteries. On the other hand, such secondary batteries are rechargeable batteries made by using materials in which oxidation and reduction processes can be repeated between electric current and substances. That is, when the material is subjected to a reduction reaction by electric current, it is charged. When the material is subjected to an oxidation reaction, it is discharged. Such charge-discharge is repeated to generate electricity.

[0007] In addition to being used as an energy storage source, as the demand for large-capacity structures has recently increased, demands for battery packs that integrate a plurality of secondary batteries or battery modules are increasing.

[0008] Since the battery pack is manufactured in a form in which a plurality of secondary batteries are densely packed in a small space, it is important to easily dissipate heat generated in each cell.

[0009] However, the battery pack according to the related art is insufficient to sufficiently dissipate heat due to the provision of one heat sink, and it is difficult to assemble the heat sink on the top surface due to interference with electronic components.

[0010] In order to solve these problems, there is a need for a battery pack capable of easily dissipating heat generated from cells constituting the battery pack and a method of assembling the battery pack. Utility Model Content

[0039] Implementation Method 1

[0040] As embodiment 1, the present invention provides a battery pack.

[0041] Figure 1 1 is a schematic exploded perspective view of the battery pack 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0042] Reference Figure 1 , the battery pack 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention may include a pouch unit 110 , an electronic component 120 , a lower heat sink 130 , an upper heat sink 140 , and a frame 170 .

[0043] The lower radiator 130 may be disposed at the lowermost portion of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1, and the lower radiator 130 may be assembled to be disposed below the frame 170. The pouch unit 110 may be disposed inside the frame 170 with the lower radiator 130 assembled thereunder. The electronic component 120 may be assembled after the pouch unit 110 is disposed inside the frame 170, or the pouch unit 110 may be disposed in a state where the electronic component 120 is assembled. In addition, the upper radiator 140 may be disposed on the top surface of the pouch unit 110 disposed inside the frame 170.

[0044] Figure 2 is a schematic perspective view illustrating the pouch unit 110 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

[0045] The pouch unit 110 may include a battery cell. The pouch unit 110 may be formed in a state where the battery cell is accommodated therein, and a terminal for electrical connection with the outside may be formed in an open form so as to be connected to the outside.

[0046] The pouch cell 110 may include one or more battery cells, and the number of battery cells included in the pouch cell 110 may vary. The number of battery cells included in the pouch cell 110 may vary according to the performance required of the battery pack 100 formed by aggregating the pouch cells 110.

[0047] The pouch unit 110 may contain various forms of battery cells, and the pouch unit 110 of the battery pack 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention may contain battery cells so that a certain number of battery cells are arranged on the left and right sides. In addition, the positive (+) or negative (-) terminal may protrude from the left and right sides toward the center.

[0048] Reference Figure 2 , the bag unit 110 according to Embodiment 1 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape so that a plurality of bag units can be easily disposed in the frame 170, but is not limited thereto.

[0049] The frame 170 may be formed in a form capable of accommodating a plurality of bag units 110. The shape of the frame 170 may be various, but the frame 170 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape without a top surface so as to easily accommodate the bag units 110 in a rectangular parallelepiped shape.

[0050] The bag units 110 may be arranged parallel to each other inside a rectangular parallelepiped frame 170 without a top surface. The bag unit 110 may be placed on one surface of the frame 170 and in contact with the side surface. However, since one surface of the frame 170 of the battery pack 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present utility model is coated with the lower resin 150a, the bottom surface of the bag unit 110 and one surface of the frame 170 may not be in contact with each other. A detailed description of the lower resin 150a will be given later. Here, one surface may refer to a surface facing the bottom surface of the frame 170, and the bottom surface is in contact with the lower radiator 130 disposed below the frame 170.

[0051] The number of pouch units 110 disposed inside the frame 170 may vary depending on the performance required of the battery pack 100 formed by aggregating the pouch units 110. The size of the frame 170 may also vary depending on the number of pouch units 110 disposed therein. For example, 22 pouch units 110 may be disposed side by side in a state parallel to each other inside the frame 170.

[0052] The lower heat sink 130 may be disposed under the frame 170. The lower heat sink 130 may be disposed at an opposite side of the bag unit 110 accommodated inside the frame 170 with reference to the frame 170. The lower heat sink 130 disposed under the frame 170 may be assembled to contact the bottom surface of the frame 170.

[0053] The lower heat sink 130 may generally have a thin plate shape, but is not limited thereto.

[0054] The upper heat sink 140 may be disposed above the pouch unit 110 disposed inside the frame 170. That is, the upper heat sink 140 may be disposed on the opposite side of the lower heat sink 130 with the pouch unit 110 as a reference.

[0055] The upper heat sink 140 may be placed on the top surface of the bag unit 110. However, since the top surface of the bag unit 110 is coated with the upper resin 150b, the top surface of the bag unit 110 and the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 may not contact each other. A detailed description of the upper resin 150b will be given later. Here, the top surface of the bag unit 110 may refer to a surface that is not covered by the frame 170 and is open among the surfaces of the bag unit 110 disposed inside the frame 170.

[0056] The upper heat sink 140 may generally have a thin plate shape, but is not limited thereto.

[0057] The lower heat sink 130 and the upper heat sink 140 may serve to absorb and dissipate heat generated from the pouch unit 110 .

[0058] Figure 3 1 is a schematic enlarged view illustrating the groove 111 of the pouch unit 110 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

[0059] As an example of a configuration in which the upper heat sink 140 is easily disposed, the pouch unit 110 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention may have a groove 111 formed in a top surface thereof.

[0060] Reference Figure 3 , the groove 111 formed in the pouch unit 110 may be formed at the center of the top surface of the pouch unit 110 in the left and right length direction. That is, the pouch unit 110 may have a form in which a certain number of battery cells are disposed on both left and right sides of the groove 111.

[0061] The groove 111 may be formed in a shape recessed from the top surface to the bottom surface of the pouch unit 110. The recessed depth of the groove 111 may vary, and terminals of a battery cell included in the pouch unit 110 may protrude from both left and right sides of the groove 111.

[0062] The groove 111 of the pouch unit 110 may be formed as a rectangular space in order to facilitate placement of the electronic component 120 described later. However, the shape of the groove 111 is not limited thereto.

[0063] Figure 4 is a schematic enlarged view illustrating a state in which an electronic component 120 is provided in a groove 111 of a battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, Figure 5 is a schematic enlarged view illustrating a state in which the electronic component 120 is disposed when the groove 111 is not provided in the pouch unit 110 .

[0064] The electronic component 120 may be assembled while in contact with the pouch unit 110 to connect the plurality of pouch units 110 to each other. In addition, the electronic component 120 may be used to connect the positive (+) or negative (-) terminals of the battery cells contained in the pouch unit 110 protruding to the outside to each other, and may provide a space for installing additional devices such as a thermometer.

[0065] The electronic component 120 may have a width less than or equal to that of the groove 111 so as to be assembled into the groove 111 formed in the pouch unit 110. The shape of the electronic component 120 is not limited, and the electronic component 120 may have a shape in which a space for disposing a positive (+) or negative (-) terminal is formed.

[0066] As an example of a configuration for preventing the upper heat sink 140 from interfering with the electronic component 120 , the electronic component 120 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention may be disposed in a groove 111 formed in the pouch unit 110 .

[0067] Reference Figure 4 , the electronic component 120 may be disposed in a space formed between the pouch unit 110 and the upper heat sink 140 in the form of being inserted into a groove 111 formed in the pouch unit 110 .

[0068] When the electronic component 120 is inserted into the groove 111 and disposed in the space formed between the pouch unit 110 and the upper heat sink 140 , the upper heat sink 140 may be disposed without interfering with the electronic component 120 when the upper heat sink 140 is disposed above the pouch unit 110 .

[0069] Reference Figure 5, unlike the present invention, when the bag unit 110 does not have the groove 111, the electronic component 120 is provided on the top surface of the bag unit 110 in a protruding form, and when the upper heat sink 240 is provided on the top surface of the bag unit 110, interference with the electronic component 120 occurs. Therefore, it is not possible to provide an integrated upper heat sink 140 on the top surface of the bag unit 110, but a method of separately providing an upper heat sink 240 with a smaller size on the left and right sides of the electronic component 120 may be required, for example.

[0070] like Figure 5 As shown in , if the groove 111 is not formed in the bag unit 110, a plurality of separate upper heat sinks 240 must be provided due to interference with the electronic component 120, so the process of manufacturing the battery pack 100 and the shape of the battery pack 100 will become complicated, and the cooling effect of the electronic component 120 will be insufficient.

[0071] However, in the bag unit 110 according to the embodiment 1 of the present invention, since the groove 111 is formed and the electronic component 120 is inserted into the groove 111, the double cooling performed by the upper radiator 140 together with the lower radiator 130 can be efficient, and the upper radiator 140 can be provided on the top surface of the electronic component 120 to further achieve the effect of cooling the electronic component. In addition, the process of manufacturing the battery pack 100 and the shape of the battery pack 100 can be simplified to achieve high efficiency.

[0072] Figure 6 It is a schematic enlarged front view illustrating a disposition state of the upper heat sink 140 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

[0073] As an example of a configuration for effectively dissipating heat from the electronic component 120 , in the pouch unit 110 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the depth of the groove 111 may be formed to be the same as the height of the electronic component 120 .

[0074] Reference Figure 6 , if the depth of the groove 111 is formed to be the same as the height of the electronic component 120, when the electronic component 120 is inserted into the groove 111, the electronic component 120 may be disposed to contact a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140. Here, the portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 that contacts the top surface of the electronic component 120 may refer to a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 that is disposed above the electronic component 120.

[0075] Although a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 that is not in contact with the top surface of the electronic component 120 may be in contact with the top surface of the pouch unit 110, since the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention further includes the upper resin 150b, a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 that is not in contact with the top surface of the electronic component 120 may be in contact with the upper resin 150b. A detailed description of the upper resin 150b will be given later.

[0076] When the depth of the groove 111 is formed to be the same as the height of the electronic component 120, the empty space between the upper heat sink 140 and the electronic component 120 can be minimized, thereby being structurally stable, and the electronic component 120 can directly contact the upper heat sink 140, thereby effectively dissipating the heat of the electronic component 120.

[0077] As an example of a configuration for effectively dissipating heat generated from the pouch unit 110 , each of the lower heat sink 130 and the upper heat sink 140 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention may be provided with a cooling water flow path 141 .

[0078] Each of the lower heat sink 130 and the upper heat sink 140 of the battery pack 100 may be provided with a cooling water flow path 141 through which cooling water flows, and the cooling water may flow through the cooling water flow path 141 to cool the pouch unit 110 .

[0079] The cooling water flow path 141 may be formed inside the lower radiator 130 and the upper radiator 140, and the portion where the cooling water flow path 141 is formed may have a bulging surface than other portions due to the space formed therein. That is, the portion where the cooling water flow path 141 is formed may be thicker than other portions.

[0080] The cooling water flow path 141 may be formed in various shapes. The cooling water flow path 141 according to Embodiment 1 may be formed as a curved and extended space so that cooling water flows in each portion inside the lower radiator 130 and the upper radiator 140 . Figure 1 Schematically shows the shape of the cooling water flow path 141.

[0081] A cooling water flow path 141 may be formed in the lower heat sink 130 and the upper heat sink 140 of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention to effectively dissipate heat generated by the pouch unit 110 .

[0082] As an example of a configuration for improving the cooling efficiency of the pouch unit 110 , the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention may further include a lower resin 150 a and an upper resin 150 b .

[0083] The lower resin 150a may be applied on one surface of the frame 170 on which the bag unit 110 is to be disposed and may be disposed between the frame 170 and the bag unit 110. That is, when the bag unit 110 is disposed on the frame 170, the lower resin 150a may be disposed between one surface of the frame 170 and the bottom surface of the bag unit 110.

[0084] The upper resin 150b may be applied on the top surface of the bag unit 110 except the groove 111 and may be disposed between the bag unit 110 and the upper heat sink 140. That is, when the upper heat sink 140 is disposed above the bag unit 110, the upper resin 150b may be disposed between the top surface of the bag unit 110 except the portion where the electronic component 120 is disposed and the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 except the portion in contact with the electronic component 120.

[0085] The lower resin 150 a and the upper resin 150 b may be applied in a thin plate shape and may be applied to all areas to be coated with a constant thickness.

[0086] Each of the lower resin 150 a and the upper resin 150 b may be made of a material having adhesive strength and may be made of a material having a high heat transfer rate.

[0087] The lower resin 150a and the upper resin 150b may assist in stable assembly by bonding the plurality of bag units 110 and the frame 170 or bonding the plurality of bag units 110 to the upper heat sink 140. In addition, heat generated from the bag units 110 may be effectively transferred, thereby assisting cooling of the bag units 110.

[0088] As an example of a configuration for protecting components included in the battery pack 100 , the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention may further include a lip portion 160 .

[0089] The lip 160 may be disposed to cover the top surface of the upper heat sink 140. In addition, the bottom surface of the assembled lip 160 may be in contact with the top surface of the upper heat sink 140. This is merely an example, and the lip 160 may be assembled and disposed such that the lip 160 covers the top surface of the upper heat sink 140 but does not contact the upper heat sink 140.

[0090] The lip 160 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape without a bottom surface. That is, the lip 160 may have a lid shape with an open bottom surface. However, the lip 160 is not limited thereto and may have various shapes.

[0091] The lip 160 may be provided to cover the side surface of the frame 170 while covering the entire top surface of the upper heat sink 140 disposed above the pouch unit 110. Here, the side surface of the frame 170 may be entirely or partially covered.

[0092] The lip 160 may protect components received in the frame 170 , such as the pouch unit 110 or the upper heat sink 140 , from external physical factors.

[0093] In the battery pack 100 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, the shape of the bag unit 110 can be changed to form the groove 111 so that the electronic component 120 and the upper heat sink 140 do not interfere with each other, thereby being structurally stable. In addition, the heat generated from the bag unit 110 can be effectively dissipated, and the heat generated from the electronic component can also be effectively dissipated.

[0094] Implementation Method 2

[0095] As a second embodiment, the present invention provides a method for assembling a battery pack.

[0096] Hereinafter, detailed description of the same components as those of the battery pack 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be omitted.

[0097] The method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention includes: assembling a lower heat sink ( S1 ), providing a pouch unit ( S3 ), assembling electronic components ( S4 ), and assembling an upper heat sink ( S6 ).

[0098] Figure 7 : is a schematic perspective view illustrating the step (S1) of assembling a lower heat sink in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0099] Reference Figure 7 In the step (S1) of assembling the lower radiator, the frame 170 may be set in a lying state. In addition, the lower radiator 130 may be assembled to the lower portion of the frame 170 set in a lying state. Here, the lying state may refer to that the bottom surface of the frame 170 assembled with the lower radiator 130 faces the lower side.

[0100] In the step (S1) of assembling the lower heat sink, the lower heat sink 130 may be assembled so that its top surface contacts the bottom surface of the frame 170, and the assembling method may be various. Here, the lower heat sink 130 may be assembled using additional parts such as bolts.

[0101] Figure 8 : is a schematic perspective view illustrating the step (S3) of providing the pouch unit in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0102] As an example of a configuration for improving the cooling efficiency of the pouch unit 110 , the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention may further include a step of applying a lower resin ( S2 ).

[0103] Therefore, after the step (S1) of assembling the lower heat sink, the step (S2) of applying the lower resin may be performed. Since the bag unit 110 is disposed on the top surface of the lower resin 150a, the step (S2) of applying the lower resin may be performed before the step (S3) of disposing the bag unit.

[0104] Reference Figure 8 In the step of applying the lower resin (S2), the lower resin 150a may be applied to one surface of the frame 170 on which the bag unit 110 is to be disposed. Thereafter, when the step of disposing the bag unit (S3) is completed, the lower resin 150a may be disposed between one surface of the frame 170 and the bottom surface of the bag unit 110.

[0105] Since the lower resin 150a may be made of a material having high adhesive strength and high heat transfer rate, through the step of applying the lower resin (S2), the pouch unit 110 may be stably disposed thereafter, and the cooling efficiency of the completed battery pack 100 is excellent.

[0106] After the step (S2) of applying the lower resin, the step (S3) of providing the bag unit may be performed. In the step (S3) of providing the bag unit, a plurality of bag units 110 may be provided inside the frame 170 assembled with the lower heat sink 130. Here, the bag unit 110 may be in contact with the lower resin 150a and may be provided on the top surface of the lower resin 150a.

[0107] Reference Figure 8 , a plurality of bag units 110 may be arranged in parallel with each other inside the frame 170. Here, the bag units 110 may be configured to be fitted into the inner space of the frame 170 in such a manner that the bag units 110 do not move inside the frame 170.

[0108] Fig. 9 It is a schematic perspective view illustrating the step ( S4 ) of assembling electronic components in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0109] After the step (S3) of providing the bag unit, the step (S4) of assembling the electronic components may be performed. Fig. 9 In the step ( S4 ) of assembling the electronic component, the electronic component 120 may be assembled into the groove 111 depressed downward from the top surface of each of the plurality of pouch units 110 .

[0110] The electronic component 120 may have a width less than or equal to that of the groove 111 so as to be assembled into the groove 111. The method of assembling the electronic component 120 may be various, and the assembly may use additional components such as bolts.

[0111] In embodiment 2 of the present invention, the step (S4) of assembling electronic components is performed after the step (S3) of setting the bag units, but the step (S3) of setting the bag units may be performed after the step (S4) of assembling the electronic components, so that a plurality of bag units 110 connected to each other by electronic components 120 are set inside the frame 170.

[0112] In the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, since the electronic component 120 is assembled in the groove 111 formed in the pouch unit 110, it is easy to assemble the upper heat sink 140, and the battery pack 100 completed by the method of assembling a battery pack can be structurally stable.

[0113] Fig.10 : is a schematic perspective view illustrating the step (S5) of applying an upper resin in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0114] As an example of a configuration for improving the cooling efficiency of the pouch unit 110 , the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention may further include a step of applying an upper resin ( S5 ).

[0115] Since it is difficult to assemble the electronic component 120 in the groove 111 formed in the bag unit 110 after applying the upper resin 150b, the step of applying the upper resin (S5) may be performed after the step of assembling the electronic component (S4). In addition, since the upper heat sink 140 is provided on the top surface of the upper resin 150b, the step of applying the upper resin (S5) may be performed before the step of assembling the upper heat sink (S6).

[0116] Reference Fig.10 In the step of applying the upper resin (S5), the upper resin 150b may be applied to the top surface of the bag unit 110 except the groove 111. Subsequently, when the step of assembling the upper heat sink (S6) is completed, the upper resin 150b may be disposed between the top surface of the bag unit 110 and the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140.

[0117] Similar to the lower resin 150a, since the upper resin 150b can be made of a material having high bonding strength and high heat transfer rate, through the step of applying the upper resin (S5), the bag unit 110 can be stably arranged thereafter, and the cooling efficiency of the completed battery pack 100 is excellent.

[0118] Fig.11 : is a schematic perspective view illustrating the step (S6) of assembling an upper heat sink in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0119] After the step of applying the upper resin (S5), the step of assembling the upper heat sink (S6) may be performed. Fig.11 In the step (S6) of assembling the upper heat sink, the upper heat sink 140 may be assembled on the plurality of bag units 110. Here, the upper heat sink 140 may be disposed to be in contact with the upper resin 150b.

[0120] When the step ( S6 ) of assembling the upper heat sink is completed, the upper heat sink 140 may be disposed to cover both the top surface of the pouch unit 110 and the top surface of the electronic component 120 .

[0121] The method of assembling the upper heat sink 140 may be varied, and the assembly may use additional components such as bolts.

[0122] As an example of a configuration for effectively cooling the electronic component 120, in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention, in the step (S6) of assembling the upper heat sink, the upper heat sink 140 may be disposed so that a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 is in contact with the top surface of the electronic component 120. Here, a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 that is not in contact with the top surface of the electronic component 120 may be in contact with the upper resin 150b.

[0123] In order to dispose the upper heat sink 140 such that a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 contacts the top surface of the electronic component 120 , the groove 111 of the pouch unit 110 is formed at the same height as the electronic component 120 .

[0124] When the upper heat sink 140 is disposed so that a portion of the bottom surface of the upper heat sink 140 contacts the top surface of the electronic component 120, an empty space between the electronic component 120 and the upper heat sink 140 can be minimized, and thus the step of assembling the upper heat sink (S6) can be effectively performed.

[0125] Fig.12 : is a schematic perspective view illustrating the step (S7) of assembling the lip portion in the method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0126] After the step (S6) of assembling the upper heat sink, the step (S7) of assembling the lip may be performed. Fig.12 In the step ( S7 ) of assembling the lip, the lip 160 may be provided to cover the top surface of the upper heat sink 140 .

[0127] Thus, when the step ( S7 ) of assembling the lip is completed, a portion of the side surface of the frame 170 and the top surface of the upper heat sink 140 may be in a state of being covered by the lip 160 .

[0128] The method of assembling the lip 160 may vary, and the assembly may use additional components such as bolts.

[0129] Due to the step of assembling the lip ( S7 ), in the battery pack 100 completed by the method of assembling the battery pack, components such as the pouch unit 110 or the upper heat sink 140 accommodated in the frame 170 may be protected from external physical factors.

[0130] Fig.13 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a method of assembling a battery pack according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.

[0131] Reference Fig.13 , a method of assembling a battery pack will be briefly described in order.

[0132] The step (S1) of setting the frame 170 in a lying state and assembling the lower radiator may be performed. After assembling the lower radiator 130, the step (S2) of applying the lower resin may be performed. After applying the lower resin 150a to one surface of the frame 170, the step (S3) of setting the bag unit may be performed. After arranging a plurality of bag units 110 on the top surface of the lower resin 150a, the step (S4) of assembling the electronic components may be performed. After assembling the electronic components 120 in the groove 111 of the bag unit 110, the step (S5) of applying the upper resin may be performed. After applying the upper resin 150b to the top surface of the bag unit 110, the step (S6) of assembling the upper radiator may be performed. After assembling the upper radiator 140 on the top surface of the upper resin 150b, the step (S7) of assembling the lip may be performed. After assembling the lip 160 to cover the top surface of the upper radiator 140, the method of assembling the battery pack may be ended.
