Abstract

This utility model relates to the technical field of heat exchange devices and discloses a heat exchanger comprising: a first housing, a second housing, a heat exchange tube, and a flow-turbulence assembly. The two ends of the heat exchange tube are respectively connected to the first housing and the second housing, and the flow-turbulence assembly is disposed inside the heat exchange tube. The flow-turbulence assembly includes: a connecting shaft and turbulence wires. The connecting shaft extends from one end of the heat exchange tube to the other end, and the turbulence wires are coiled into a hollow streamline shape, with multiple turbulence wires spaced apart on the connecting shaft. The flow-turbulence assembly can disturb the flow of the medium inside the heat exchange tube, enhancing the turbulence degree of the medium flow by changing the flow direction, causing the medium to change from laminar flow to turbulent flow. During turbulence, the various parts of the fluid mix violently, accelerating heat transfer and improving the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange tube. Furthermore, by setting the flow-turbulence assembly inside the heat exchange tube, the additional space occupied by the turbulence assembly is avoided, making the structure of the heat exchanger more compact and optimizing the structural layout.
