Continuous vacuum sugar boiling machine

Abstract

The application provides a continuous vacuum sugar boiling machine, which comprises a rack, a boiling device and a vacuumizing device. The boiling device comprises a tank body, a rotor and a driving device. The tank body is installed at the top end of the rack and is placed horizontally. The tank body is provided with an inlet and an outlet which are communicated with the inside of the tank body. The inlet and the outlet are respectively located at the two sides of the tank body, the inlet is close to the upper part of the tank body, and the outlet is located at the bottom of the tank body. The side wall of the tank body is provided with a first interlayer which is communicated with a steam pipeline. The rotor is arranged in the inside of the tank body, and the two ends of the rotor are respectively provided with rotating shafts which are rotatably arranged in the opposite sides of the tank body. The surface of the rotor is provided with a plurality of scrapers which are spirally arranged along the length direction of the rotor and have a gap between the scrapers and the inner wall of the tank body. The driving device is connected with the rotating shaft at one end of the rotor. The vacuumizing device is communicated with the outlet on the tank body.
