Description
Technical Field
[0001] This utility model relates to the field of fuel nozzle assembly technology, specifically to a fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine. Background Technology
[0002] In the field of fuel refueling equipment, the fuel nozzle is a key component, and its performance stability and reliability directly affect the safety and efficiency of the fuel refueling process. The valve body, as the core component of the fuel nozzle used to control the fuel flow and on / off state, plays a decisive role in the overall performance of the fuel nozzle due to its assembly quality.
[0003] The valve body of a fuel nozzle mainly consists of three parts: the valve shell, the valve core, and the valve cover. Currently, tools with valve core assembly capabilities are available on the market, enabling automatic installation of the valve core into the valve shell. However, the subsequent assembly of the valve cover and valve shell still requires manual labor, a process with numerous drawbacks.
[0004] First, during the manual installation of the valve cover onto the valve body, precise alignment of the screw holes on the valve cover and valve body is required. Due to the large number of screw holes, manual operation necessitates a significant amount of time to carefully match each hole, making it difficult to guarantee accurate alignment each time. Any misalignment will not only prevent the screws from being screwed in smoothly but may also damage the threads of the valve cover and valve body, affecting the overall sealing performance and structural strength of the valve body. Furthermore, the large number of screw holes makes manually screwing in each one extremely inefficient, and the repetitive nature of the operation over extended periods can easily lead to worker fatigue. This not only further reduces assembly speed but may also result in missed or incorrectly installed screws.
[0005] Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine to improve the assembly efficiency and quality of fuel nozzle valve bodies. Utility Model Content

[0017] The technical solutions of the present utility model will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present utility model, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present utility model, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative effort are within the protection scope of the present utility model.
[0018] This utility model provides a fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine to solve the problem of how to improve assembly efficiency and quality.
[0019] See Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, Figure 1 This is a perspective view of the fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine in the embodiment. Figure 2 The diagram below shows the structure of the fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine after the fixture has been cut in the embodiment. The machine includes a frame 1, a fixture 2, a conveying device 3, a valve core feeding device 4, a valve cover feeding device 5, and a screw assembly device 6.
[0020] The conveying device 3 is mounted on the frame 1 and is connected to the clamp 2 via a drive mechanism. The conveying device 3 is used to convey the clamp 2. The clamp 2 is used to place and position the valve body 71.
[0021] The valve core feeding device 4, the valve cover feeding device 5, and the screw assembly device 6 are all installed on the frame 1 and arranged sequentially along the conveying direction of the conveying device 3.
[0022] The valve core feeding device 4 is used to transfer the valve core 72 and insert it into the valve housing 71 of the fixture 2. The valve cover feeding device 5 is used to transfer the valve cover 73 and cover it onto the valve housing 71 of the fixture 2, so that the positions of the screw holes 711 of the valve cover 73 and the valve housing 71 are aligned one-to-one. The screw assembly device 6 is used to transfer the screws 74 one by one and screw them into the screw holes 711 of the valve cover 73 and the valve housing 71.
[0023] When using the fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine described above, firstly, the valve housing 71 is placed and positioned on the fixture 2. Then, the conveying device 3 transports the fixture 2 containing the valve housing 71 to the valve core loading device 4, which transfers the valve core 72 and inserts it into the valve housing 71 of the fixture 2. Next, the conveying device 3 transports the fixture 2 to the valve cover loading device 5, which transfers the valve cover 73 and places it onto the valve housing 71 of the fixture 2, ensuring that the screw holes 711 of the valve cover 73 and valve housing 71 are aligned one by one. Finally, the conveying device 3 transports the fixture 2 to the screw assembly device 6, which transfers the screws 74 one by one and screws them into the screw holes 711 of the valve cover 73 and valve housing 71, completing the assembly of the fuel nozzle valve body 7. As can be seen, this utility model realizes the automated process of assembling the fuel nozzle valve body 7, replacing the manual assembly of the valve cover 73 and the screw 74, reducing the error caused by manual operation, and effectively improving the assembly efficiency and quality of the fuel nozzle valve body 7.
[0024] See Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, in one embodiment of the clamp 2, the clamp 2 includes a mounting base 21, a first clamping arm 22, a second clamping arm 23, and a locking member 24. The mounting base 21 is mounted on the output end of the conveying device 3 by means of screwing or welding. The first clamping arm 22 is fixed to the mounting base 21 by means of screwing or welding. The second clamping arm 23 is slidably connected to the mounting base 21 in the vertical direction. A clamping space 25 for clamping the valve housing 71 is formed between the first clamping arm 22 and the second clamping arm 23. The locking member 24 is used to fix the second clamping arm 23 and the mounting base 21 to lock the size of the clamping space 25. In this way, by sliding the second clamping arm 23, the size of the clamping space 25 can be adjusted so that the valve housing 71 can be inserted into or removed from the clamping space 25, and then fixed by the locking member 24, the valve housing 71 can be clamped quickly and stably, effectively improving the clamping reliability of the clamp 2.
[0025] The locking member 24 can be a screw or threaded member. In this embodiment, the mounting base 21 and the second clamping arm 23 are both provided with a first threaded hole 231. The locking member 24 is screwed into the first threaded hole 231 of the mounting base 21 and the second clamping arm 23 to achieve a fixed connection between the second clamping arm 23 and the mounting base 21.
[0026] See Figure 2As shown, based on the above embodiment, the valve housing 71 includes a first stepped portion 712 and a second stepped portion 713. Both the first stepped portion 712 and the second stepped portion 713 extend along the width direction of the valve housing 71. The first stepped portion 712 has a first side surface 7121 and a first plane 7122 that are perpendicular to each other, and the second stepped portion 713 has a second side surface 7131 and a second plane 7132 that are perpendicular to each other. The first clamping arm 22 has a first limiting groove 221 on the side facing the second clamping arm 23, and the groove wall of the first limiting groove 221 is used to abut against the bottom surface of the valve housing 71, the two sides in the width direction, and the first side surface 7121, respectively. The second clamping arm 23 has a second limiting groove 232 on the side facing the first clamping arm 22, and the bottom surface of the second limiting groove 232 is used to abut against the second side surface 7131. The bottom of the second clamping arm 23 has a third limiting groove 233, and the bottom surface of the third limiting groove 233 is used to abut against the second plane 7132. Thus, the groove wall of the first limiting groove 221 abuts against the two sides of the valve housing 71 in the width direction, effectively restricting the movement of the valve housing 71 in the width direction. The groove wall of the first limiting groove 221 abuts against the bottom surface of the valve housing 71, and combined with the bottom surface of the second clamping arm 23 abutting against the second plane 7132, effectively restricting the movement of the valve housing 71 in the height direction. The groove wall of the first limiting groove 221 abuts against the first side 7121, and combined with the groove wall of the second limiting groove 232 abutting against the second side 7131, effectively restricting the movement of the valve housing 71 in the length direction. In summary, the first clamping arm 22 and the second clamping arm 23, together with the limiting grooves of specific shapes provided thereon, can accurately position the valve housing 71, effectively preventing the valve housing 71 from shifting or shaking during assembly, and ensuring the accuracy of assembly.
[0027] See Figure 2 As shown, based on the above embodiment, one wall of the first limiting groove 221 is connected to the top surface of the first clamping arm 22 via a first arc surface 222, forming a structure that matches the first step portion 712. The bottom surfaces of the second limiting groove 232 and the third limiting groove 233 are connected via a second arc surface 234, forming a structure that matches the second step portion 713. Thus, by providing limiting grooves and arc surfaces on the clamping arm to form a structure that matches the step portion structure of the valve housing 71, the valve housing 71 can be positioned more accurately and stably, further improving assembly accuracy. Furthermore, the arc surface design increases the contact area between the clamping arm and the valve housing 71, and makes the contact between the limiting groove and the step portion of the valve housing 71 smoother, effectively avoiding damage to the valve housing 71 and the clamp 2 caused by stress concentration, and extending the service life of the equipment.
[0028] The width of both the second limiting groove 232 and the third limiting groove 233 is slightly larger than the width of the valve housing 71. This ensures effective limiting of the valve housing 71 while reducing the dimensional accuracy requirements of the valve housing 71 and improving the assembly tolerance.
[0029] In one embodiment of the mounting base 21, the mounting base 21 is detachably connected to the output end of the conveying device 3. This detachable design of the mounting base 21 makes the replacement of the clamp 2 more convenient and quick, enabling rapid adaptation to the assembly requirements of different types of valve housings 71, improving the versatility and flexibility of this invention, and reducing the time and cost of equipment modification due to product replacement.
[0030] See Figure 2 As shown, in one detachable embodiment of the output end of the conveying device 3 and the mounting base 21, the mounting base 21 includes an elongated insertion protrusion 211. The output end of the conveying device 3 has a through hole (not shown in the figure) for insertion and engagement with the insertion protrusion 211, and a second threaded hole (not shown in the figure) communicating with the through hole. The insertion protrusion 211 also has a third threaded hole 212 that is opposite to and communicates with the second threaded hole. Thus, by inserting the insertion protrusion 211 of the mounting base 21 into the through hole, and then sequentially screwing screws or other threaded fasteners into the second threaded hole and the third threaded hole 212, the mounting base 21 can be detachably connected to the output end of the conveying device 3.
[0031] See Figure 1 As shown, in one embodiment of the conveying device 3, the conveying device 3 is a divider. At least three clamps 2 are provided, each clamp 2 arranged in a ring at intervals on the divider. Three of these clamps are respectively positioned opposite to the valve core feeding device 4, the valve cover feeding device 5, and the screw assembly device 6. Thus, using the divider as the conveying device 3 enables intermittent and precise conveying of the clamps 2, ensuring accurate connection of each assembly process. Furthermore, by setting multiple clamps 2 and arranging them in a ring at intervals, multiple valve bodies 7 can be assembled simultaneously. The valve core 72 feeding process, the valve cover 73 feeding process, and the screw 74 assembly process can be performed concurrently, further improving production efficiency and achieving continuous assembly line operation.
[0032] See Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, based on the above embodiment, the fuel nozzle valve body assembly machine also includes three material racks 8. The material racks 8 are mounted on the frame 1 by means of screwing or welding. The three material racks 8 are respectively positioned opposite to the valve core feeding device 4, the valve cover feeding device 5, and the screw assembly device 6, and are used to place and limit the valve core 72, valve cover 73, and screw 74, respectively. The valve core feeding device 4, the valve cover feeding device 5, and the screw assembly device 6 each include a horizontal drive mechanism 41, a lifting drive mechanism 42, and a gripping mechanism 43. The horizontal drive mechanism 41 is mounted on the frame 1 by means of screwing or welding. The lifting drive mechanism 42 is mounted on the output end of the horizontal drive mechanism 41 by means of screwing or welding. The gripping mechanism 43 is mounted on the output end of the lifting drive mechanism 42 by means of screwing or welding. The gripping mechanism 43 is used to grip or release the valve core 72, valve cover 73, or screw 74; the lifting drive mechanism 42 is used to drive the gripping mechanism 43 to move up and down; and the horizontal drive mechanism 41 is used to drive the lifting drive mechanism 42 and the gripping mechanism 43 to reciprocate between the corresponding material rack 8 and the corresponding fixture 2. Thus, the material rack 8 allows for the orderly storage and positioning of the valve core 72, valve cover 73, and screw 74, facilitating gripping by the corresponding feeding device. The feeding device, employing a combination of the horizontal drive mechanism 41, the lifting drive mechanism 42, and the gripping mechanism 43, can automatically complete the feeding and assembly operations of the valve core 72, valve cover 73, and screw 74, further improving the automation level and production efficiency of the assembly process.
[0033] The aforementioned horizontal drive mechanism 41 can be driven by three or any two of the following: the transverse drive component 61, the longitudinal drive component 62, and the rotary drive component 63, or by using only one of them. The transverse drive component 61 and the longitudinal drive component 62 can both be existing linear drive mechanisms such as telescopic cylinders or telescopic poles, while the rotary drive component 63 can be a rotary drive mechanism such as a rotary cylinder or a rotary motor. The aforementioned lifting drive mechanism 42 can also be an existing linear drive mechanism such as a telescopic cylinder or a telescopic pole. The gripping mechanism 43 of the aforementioned valve core feeding device 4 and valve cover feeding device 5 can use existing gripper cylinders to grip the valve core 72 and valve cover 73 by clamping. The gripping mechanism 43 of the aforementioned screw assembly device 6 can use existing electric screwdrivers to grip the screws 74 by suction, and in conjunction with the horizontal drive mechanism 41 and the lifting drive mechanism 42, can automatically transfer the suctioned screws 74 and screw them into the screw holes 711 of the valve cover 73 and the valve housing 71.
[0034] like Figure 1As shown, in this embodiment, the horizontal drive mechanism 41 of the valve core feeding device 4 uses a transverse drive component 61 to drive the gripping mechanism 43 to reciprocate between the valve core material rack 8 and the corresponding clamp 2; the horizontal drive mechanism 41 of the valve cover feeding device 5 uses a combination of a longitudinal drive component 62 and a rotary drive component 63 to drive the gripping mechanism 43 to reciprocate between the valve cover material rack 8 and the corresponding clamp 2; the horizontal drive mechanism 41 of the screw assembly device 6 uses a combination of a transverse drive component 61, a longitudinal drive component 62, and a rotary drive component 63 to drive the gripping mechanism 43 to reciprocate between the screw material rack 8 and the corresponding clamp 2. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the transverse drive component 61, the longitudinal drive component 62, and the rotary drive component 63 of the horizontal drive mechanism 41, the lifting drive mechanism 42, and the gripping mechanism 43 are all pneumatically driven. Pneumatic systems have a fast response speed and flexible operation, enabling many complex operations to be completed in a short time. They are also relatively simple to control, easy to use, can achieve precise control, and have environmental advantages.
