Description

The present invention relates to a separating device for separating a cargo space of a motor vehicle, having at least one roller blind arrangement which has a winding shaft with two lateral ends, a roller blind web which can be wound onto the winding shaft or can be unwound therefrom, a traction element, in particular a tension bow with two tension bow ends, and two bearing means in which the winding shaft is rotatably mounted with its lateral ends, having a drive device which has at least one electric drive, two transmission means connected at its one end to the drive and at its other end to the roller blind arrangement for actuating the roller blind web, and two guide tubes in which the transmission means are displaceably guided, and having at least two mutually opposite guide rails. The invention further relates to a motor vehicle having such a separating device.Separating devices have become known in the prior art in various embodiments, for example in the form of cargo space covers. These usually include a roller blind cassette arranged behind the rear seats and having an extendable roller blind web. The roller blind cartridges can be arranged in the vehicle in a fixed or removable manner. The roller blind web can generally be extended by means of a tension bow which is laterally guided in guide rails installed in the vehicle. In order to increase the operating comfort of the separating devices, electric drives are often provided. DE 103 57 153 A1 shows, for example, such a separating device.DE 20 2008 017 983 U1 likewise shows a separating device having a roller blind arrangement with a winding shaft and having bearing means for the winding shaft, a drive device and two guide rails. A tension bow of the roller blind web is guided in the lateral guide rails and coupled to the drive device via cable pulls in order to convert the drive movement into a movement of the tension bow. In order to compensate for operating-induced elongations of the cable pulls, a length adjusting device is also provided.Regardless of the design of the cargo space cover or partitioning device, however, the installation of the partitioning device into the vehicle is often difficult. For example, the guide rails must be firmly fastened on the one hand to the side panels of the vehicle and on the other hand in the correct position with respect to the winding shaft. The important factor for the function of the separating device is also the guidance of the transmission means, which drive the tension bow on both sides, and the connection of the transmission means to the drive and the tension bow. Finally, the roller blind arrangement must be introduced into the guide rails mounted in the vehicle, wherein tolerance compensation in the transverse direction of the vehicle must be made possible. The correct setting of the separating device and the checking of the functionality can therefore only take place after assembly in the vehicle. Also, the construction of the separators is often complex and requires numerous assembly steps. It is an object of the present invention to propose a separating device which enables simple assembly. The object is achieved with the features of the independent claims. In a severing device of the type mentioned at the beginning, having at least one roller blind arrangement, having at least two mutually opposite guide rails and having a drive device which has at least one electric drive, two transmission means, which are connected at one end to the drive and at the other end to the roller blind arrangement, for actuating the roller blind web, and two guide tubes in which the transmission means are displaceably guided, it is provided according to an advantageous embodiment that the drive device has a duct component having two guide ducts for accommodating temporary excess lengths of the transmission means. Such a channel component makes it possible to absorb and securely guide the excess lengths of the transfer means occurring when the roller blind web is wound onto the winding shaft or is in the resting position. Functional impairment of the separating device due to hooked or poorly guided pitch cables can thereby be avoided. In addition, the overlengths of the transmission means, for example pitch cables, are protected from soiling, which further contributes to a long-term functionality. The handling of the transmission means during the mounting of the separating device into the vehicle and the adjustment of the transmission means with respect to the drive and the roller blind arrangement is also facilitated by the channel component. An advantageous embodiment of the separating device provides that the channel component has a two-shell structure with an upper shell and a lower shell. The guide channels are formed between the two shells. This enables simple production of the channel component. It is also particularly advantageous if the channel component is an injection-molded component, since this can be produced particularly cost-effectively as a result. In particular, in the case of a two-shell construction, the production of the channel component is further simplified, since no cores are required for the channels in the injection-molded piece or subsequent machining operations for producing the guide channels. It is furthermore advantageous if the channel component has a receiving device for receiving the electric drive. This can hereby be connected to the channel component and the transmission means already before the mounting in the vehicle and no longer has to be separately fastened in the vehicle. At the same time, this also enables the setting of the drive with respect to the transmission means already before the installation in the vehicle. It is particularly advantageous here if the receiving device is integrally formed on the channel component, since this eliminates a further assembly step and the drive is automatically placed in the correct position. For a separating device having at least one roller blind arrangement, one drive device and two guide rails as described at the beginning, it is additionally proposed that the drive device and the roller blind arrangement form a premountable assembly. This in turn facilitates the mounting of the separating device into the vehicle, since the preassembled module as a whole has to be fastened in the vehicle with only a few fastening points. At the same time, the individual components of the separating device are already preassembled in the correct position with respect to one another, so that during assembly into the vehicle only the guide rails need to be adjusted with respect to the separating device.According to an advantageous further development of the separating device, the roller blind arrangement is designed without a cassette, i.e. the lateral bearing means of the winding shaft are not formed by a cassette surrounding the winding shaft, but the winding shaft is mounted with its lateral ends directly in another component of the separating device, preferably the guide rails. The construction of the separating device is further simplified by such a cassetteless roller blind arrangement. In addition, the separating device requires only a small amount of space. It is particularly advantageous here if the winding shaft is guided with its lateral ends displaceably in the guide rails. The winding shaft can thereby be moved back and forth between two or more positions, for example a working position and a stowage position or also a further working position, in the case of correspondingly shaped guide rails. In addition, it is also possible to use the winding shaft, which is guided displaceably in the guide rails, at the same time for pulling out or winding up the roller blind web. In this case, the separating device has as a tension element only a holder or the like which fixes the end of the roller blind web facing away from the winding shaft. When displacing the winding shaft, the roller blind web is thus also automatically unwound, or wound onto, the winding shaft, while rotating it.In the separating device, it is further provided that the bearing means of the winding shaft form releasable end pieces for the guide rails. The releasable end pieces are likewise a component of the premountable assembly, so that the threading of the tension bow and / or of the winding shaft into the guide rails after mounting of the guide rails is dispensed with. This is advantageous in particular in the case of a cassette-less embodiment of the roller blind arrangement.Preferably, in the separating device, the tension bow with its two tension bow ends and the winding shaft with its lateral ends are guided displaceably in the guide rails, since the roller blind can be operated particularly comfortably as a result and allows different positions of the winding shaft as described above. However, it is also conceivable to guide only the tension bow displaceably in the guide rails in order to enable a comfortable extension and winding of the roller blind web. The end pieces in this case comprise a separate bearing region in which the lateral ends of the winding shaft are rotatably mounted but are stationary with respect to the longitudinal direction of the guide rails. The mounting of the separating device into the vehicle is facilitated if the premountable assembly, in particular the winding shaft and / or the tension bow, contains a device for compensating tolerances in the transverse direction of the vehicle. This does not require the separating device or the premountable assembly to be taught into the vehicle. The lateral ends of the winding shaft and / or the tension bow ends can be designed for this purpose, for example, as separate components which are telescopically and resiliently connected to the winding shaft and / or the tension bow. However, it would likewise also be possible to provide the device for compensating tolerances in the vehicle transverse direction within the end pieces. In order to facilitate the mounting of the guide rails after the premountable assembly has been mounted, it is advantageous if the end pieces contain a guide element, in particular a dovetail guide or the like, for positioning and fastening the guide rails. The guide rails can hereby be connected to the pre-assembled assembly without further adjustment work, wherein the guide grooves of the guide rails are automatically correctly positioned with respect to the guide grooves of the end pieces. If, as described above, a device for compensating tolerances is provided within the premountable assembly, the guide rails can be fastened in the vehicle after their connection to the end pieces without further adjustment work, since the severing device is automatically centered. It is furthermore advantageous if each of the two guide tubes is fastened with its one end to one of the two end pieces and is fastened with its other end to the channel component. The premountable assembly thus already has a high stability during transport and handling during assembly. For this reason, it is also particularly advantageous if each guide tube is designed in one piece with the end piece assigned to it. In addition, this makes it possible to save on a further assembly step. Such a guide tube, which is embodied in one piece with an end piece, can be produced, for example, cost-effectively as an injection-molded part.A particularly advantageous further development of the separating device provides that the guide tubes are formed in two parts from two half shells, wherein the half shells are preferably connected to one another by clip connections. When produced as an injection-molded piece, the clip connections can advantageously be injected directly onto the half shells. It is in turn particularly advantageous if the end piece is formed in one piece with one of the half shells of the guide tube assigned to it.According to another advantageous development of the separating device, the guide tubes are pivotably fastened to the channel component. The guide tubes are thus movable between a transport position folded onto the channel component and a use position folded away from the channel component. This allows a space-saving transport and a space-saving storage despite the pre-assembly of the roller blind arrangement with the drive device. The mounting of the premountable assembly in the vehicle is further facilitated if the guide tubes can be locked at least in the use position. The pivotable fastening of the guide tube to the channel component contains a latching device for this purpose. In order to preposition the premountable assembly during its mounting in the motor vehicle, the separating device has at least two, preferably at least four, positioning aids, in particular positioning pins. The positioning pins are preferably designed in such a way that they fix the premountable assembly in the vehicle at the same time until it is finally fastened. It is furthermore advantageous if the separating device has a centering device for centering the drive with respect to the transmission means.Preferably, the premountable assembly includes a receiving device for receiving the electric drive. In order to form a centering device within the receiving device, the electric drive is fastened to the receiving device such that it can be moved about a central position, in particular can be displaced or rotated about the central position. Thus, the drive, which is always in engagement with the two transmission means, can rotate or shift out of the central position when the end position of the first transmission means is reached, until finally the second transmission means also reaches its end position. Consequently, no complicated centering and fixing of the drive with respect to the transmission means is required during the assembly of the separating device. It is particularly advantageous here if the electric drive is fastened to the receiving device by means of at least one spring element, preferably by means of two spring elements arranged on both sides of the central position. The spring element or elements hold the drive in the central position during the travel movement of the roller blind web and prevent tilting of the tension bow. Only when the end position of the first transmission means or of the first end of the tension bow is reached is the spring force that holds the drive in the central position exceeded, so that the drive is finally displaced or rotated out of its central position. The centering can thus take place automatically during the entire operation. In this case, the receiving device is again advantageously formed integrally with the channel component.Since the separating device develops its advantages not only during assembly, but also during operation, a motor vehicle having a cargo space and having a separating device as described above is furthermore claimed.Further advantages of the invention will be described with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown below. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a severing device in an overview illustration, FIG. 2 shows a perspective detailed illustration of a channel component of the separating device, FIG. 3 shows a perspective detailed illustration of an end piece with an integrally formed guide tube, FIG. 4 shows a perspective, broken-off detailed illustration of a guide rail, FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a two-part guide tube, FIG. 6 shows a premountable assembly of a separating device in a transport position, FIG. 7 shows the premountable assembly of FIG. 6 in a use position, FIG. 8 shows a centering device for the drive in a perspective top view, and FIG. 9 shows a bottom view of the centering device in a perspective illustration.FIG. 1 shows a separating device 1 for a cargo space of a motor vehicle in an overview. The separating device 1 has a roller blind arrangement and a drive device in the usual manner. The roller blind arrangement is designed without a cassette in the present case and includes a winding shaft 4 having two lateral ends 4', a roller blind web 5 which can be wound onto the winding shaft 4 or can be unwound therefrom and which is shown in the present case in a position wound onto the winding shaft 4, and, according to the present illustration, a tension bow 6 for winding up or unwinding the roller blind web 5. The winding shaft 4 is rotatably mounted, according to the present illustration, with its two lateral ends 4' in end pieces 17 which are described in greater detail below, such that the roller blind web 5 can be unwound from the winding shaft 4 and wound onto the latter. For actuating the roller blind arrangement, the drive device has an electric drive 9, two transmission means 10 (see FIG. 3 ) connected at one end to the drive 9 and at the other end to the tension bow 6. The transmission means 10 (not visible here), for example pitch cables, other pressure-resistant cables or drive shafts, are guided displaceably in guide tubes 11 for driving the tension bow 6.Furthermore, the separating device 1 has at least two mutually opposite guide rails 7, in which in the present case the tension bow 6 is displaceably guided with its two tension bow ends 6' during the actuation of the roller blind web 5. In addition, according to the present illustration, the winding shaft 4 is also guided with its lateral ends 4' displaceably in the guide rails 7. The winding shaft 4 can hereby be transferred by means of the drive 9 for example from a stowage position shown here in the region of the vehicle floor (not shown) into a use position (shown by dashed lines). For this purpose, the guide rails 7 have a first guide rail section 7 awhich can extend, for example, substantially perpendicularly behind the rear seats of a motor vehicle in order to move the winding shaft 4, and a second guide rail section 7 bwhich extends substantially parallel to a vehicle floor in order to pull out the roller blind web 5. However, in contrast to the illustration shown, the separating device 1 can also have only a single guide rail section or two guide rail sections 7 a, 7 barranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction. In order to facilitate the mounting of the separating device 1 in the vehicle and at the same time to accommodate the excess lengths that are produced during the displacement of the transmission means 10 (see FIG. 3 ) in the guide tubes 11, a channel component 12 is furthermore provided, which is described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2.The channel component 12 has two guide channels 13 for accommodating the temporary excess lengths of the transfer means 10 (see FIG. 3 ). The guide channels 13 are arranged spirally within the channel component 12, so that the excess lengths of the transmission means 10 can be accommodated in a space-saving manner and the channel component 12 has only comparatively small dimensions. In the present case, the channel component 12 is composed of an upper shell 14 and a lower shell 15, in each of which a semicircular, groove-like depression is arranged. After the upper shell 14 and the lower shell 15 have been put together, the guide channels 13 are thus arranged between the two shells. In the present case, a further shell 8 is provided as an upper shell 14, which can facilitate assembly or enables the connection of further components of the separating device 1 to the duct component 12.In addition, the channel component 12 has a receiving device 16 for receiving the drive 9. The receiving device 16 is designed in the present case in the form of a receiving plate in one piece with the upper shell 14 and has fastening bores for fastening the drive 9. The drive 9 can thus be inserted into the fastening bores in a simple manner by means of fastening pins 2 arranged on it. In addition, fastening clips 3 can be arranged on the drive 9, which can be clipped onto the channel component 12, in particular onto one of the guide channels 13. The drive 9 can thus be pre-assembled together with the duct component 12 and no longer has to be separately fastened in the vehicle. The channel component 12 can be produced cost-effectively as an injection-molded part.In order to obtain a premountable assembly which contains the roller blind arrangement and the drive device and which contains a complete premounting of the separating device 1 with the exception of the guide rails 7, the bearing means of the winding shaft 4 are furthermore designed as end pieces 17 for the guide rails 7.FIG. 3 shows such an end piece 17 in a perspective illustration. The end piece 17 contains a guide groove 20 which can be connected directly to the guide groove 20 of the guide rails 7, so that the roller blind arrangement can be completely preassembled with the drive device and the winding shaft 4 or the tension bow 6 no longer has to be inserted into the guide rails 7. In order to enable the subsequent correctly positioned mounting of the guide rails 7, the end piece 17 has a guide element 18, which is designed in the present case in the form of a dovetail guide. As can also be seen from FIG. 3, the guide tube 11 for the transmission means 10 is integrally formed on the end piece 17. The transmission means 10 is only schematically indicated in the present case. The end pieces 17 with the guide tubes 11 can thus likewise be produced cost-effectively as injection molded pieces. Adjustment and assembly work for fastening the guide tubes 11 can be omitted, which further contributes to the simplification of the assembly. In addition, the guide tubes 11 are already fastened in a stable and captive manner during the pre-assembly of the separating device 1, which facilitates the handling of the separating device 1 during the assembly.FIG. 4 shows a perspective, broken-off detailed illustration of a guide rail 7, which is shown in the present case from the rear side, such that the guide groove 20 is concealed. The guide rail 7 likewise has a guide element 18' which is embodied in the present case in the form of a dovetail guide, with the result that the guide rail 7 is automatically positioned correctly in position with respect to the end piece and the drive device and the roller blind arrangement when the two guide elements 18, 18' engage in one another. In order to facilitate the production of the guide tubes 11 as injection molded pieces, these can likewise be formed in multiple parts, preferably in two parts, from two half shells 21, 21'. FIG. 5 shows a sectional view of such a two-part guide tube. The two half shells 21, 21' can be connected by molded-on or directly injection-molded clip connections 22, so that the guide tubes can be mounted particularly easily and without tools. The construction and the mounting of a separating device 1, in which the drive device and the roller blind arrangement form a premountable assembly, is described below with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7. FIG. 6 shows the premountable assembly in a transport position, while FIG. 7 shows the premountable assembly in the use position. For the preassembly of the assembly, the winding shaft 4 is inserted together with the tension bow 6 into the end pieces 17. In order to prevent the winding shaft 4 and the tension bow 6 from slipping out of the end pieces 17, the end piece 17 can be temporarily closed with a lid or the like. Depending on the embodiment of the separating device 1, the transmission means 10 (FIG. 3 ) which are already introduced into the guide tubes 11 and into the channel component 12 are also connected to the winding shaft 4 and / or the tension bow 6. Likewise, the drive 9 is mounted on the receiving device 16 on the channel component 12 and connected to the transmission means. Since the individual components of the preassembled structural unit are now already connected to one another in the correct position, the drive 9, if necessary, can already now be centered with respect to the transmission means 10. Since the separating device 1 contains a device for compensating tolerances in the transverse direction of the vehicle, however, such centering should generally not be necessary. The device for compensating tolerances provides, for example, that the lateral ends 4' of the winding shaft 4 and the tension bow ends 6' of the tension bow 6 are mounted resiliently and telescopically in the winding shaft 4 or the tension bow 6. In the guide tubes 11, tolerance compensation can be achieved by connecting these with the channel component 12 with a certain clearance in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The roller blind arrangement is now completely pre-assembled, pre-tensioned and connected to the drive and therefore already functional apart from the guide rails 7.Due to the rotatable or pivotable connection between the channel component 12 and the guide tubes 11, it is now possible to fold the guide tubes 11 together with the end pieces 17 and the winding shaft 4 received between them and the tension bow 6 onto the channel component 12, as shown in FIG. 6. The assembly thus has only a small space requirement and can be transported, shipped and stored without problems, wherein, owing to the compact dimensions, the individual components of the assembly provide each other with protection against damage. For installation in the vehicle (FIG. 7 ), the guide tubes 11 with the end pieces 17, the winding shaft 4 and the tension bow 6 are now folded off from the channel component 12, so that they are now substantially perpendicular to the channel component. In order to fix the assembly in this installation position, a latching device (not shown) can also be provided in the pivotable connection between the channel component 12 and the guide tubes 11.The separating device can be lifted into the vehicle from above for assembly and is prepositioned and fixed there by means of positioning pins 19 in the vehicle until it is finally assembled. In the present case, only positioning pins 19 are required in order to insert the entire assembly into corresponding fastening points of the vehicle. For final fastening, the two end pieces 17 and the duct component 12 are then fastened in the vehicle using two screws in each case, so that altogether only six screw connections are required. Within the preassembled module, on the other hand, the individual components are connected either by being combined into one component, such as the guide tubes 11 with the end pieces 17, or already connected during the preassembly. After the preassembled module is positioned in the vehicle by means of the positioning pins 19 and fastened by means of the screws, the guide rails 7 can be slid on both sides over the guide elements 18, 18', here over the dovetail guide, onto the end pieces 17. The guide rails 7 are thereby automatically correctly positioned with respect to the roller blind arrangement and the drive device and can then be screwed in the usual manner to the side panels and optionally also to the end pieces 17.Finally, FIGS. 8 and 9 show a centering device for the drive 9 in a perspective view, wherein the centering device is shown in a perspective top view in FIG. 8 and in a perspective bottom view in FIG. 9. In order to form the centering device, the drive 9 is not rigidly fastened to the separating device 1, but is fastened to the separating device 1 so as to be displaceable relative to the separating device 1, in particular relative to the premountable assembly.According to the present example, the drive 9 is arranged on its receiving device 16 so as to be displaceable in the transverse direction of the vehicle. For this purpose, the drive 9 is provided with guide shoes 24 (FIG. 9 ), by means of which it is mounted in a sliding manner in a corresponding guide 25 of the receiving device 16. In the present case, the drive 9 is shown in its central position, from which it can be displaced substantially by the same distance towards both sides. Otherwise, the drive 9 is in engagement with the two transmission means 10 in the usual manner, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 9. In this central position, the drive 9 is held by two spring elements 23 arranged on both sides of the central position, which spring elements are in turn fixed to the receiving device 19 with their end facing away from the drive 9. If the roller blind web 5, not shown here, is now drawn out or wound up by means of the drive 9, the two transmission means 10 can first be evenly acted upon by the drive 9, so that the drive 9 remains held in the central position by the two spring elements 23.However, as soon as one of the transmission means 10 or the tension bow end 6' driven by it reaches its end position, the drive movement can only still be delivered to the other transmission means 10. However, since the drive 9 is in engagement with both transmission means 10, the drive 9 now moves out of the central position until finally the second transmission means 10 or the tension bow end 6' driven by it also reaches its end position. Thus, when the end position is reached, the drive 9 is automatically centered with respect to the transmission means 10. Vehicle and assembly tolerances can thus be compensated automatically during operation within the separating device 1.In contrast to the illustration shown, in which the drive 9 is mounted on the receiving device 19 in a linearly displaceable manner, it would of course also be possible to mount the drive on the receiving device 19 rotatably via its motor axis. In this case, too, the drive 9 can be held in its central position by spring elements 23 and can rotate in one direction from the central position when the end position of one of the transmission elements is reached.Overall, in the case of the described separating device 1, the assembly effort can be reduced in that all required functions can be integrated into the pre-assembled module by specially developed injection-molded parts. In particular, the overlengths of the pitch cables can be located in the channel component 12, which simultaneously accommodates the drive 9.
