Description

[0001] The invention relates to a holding device for a dispensing container with at least two plates which can be plugged into one another and which form a support plane and a standing plane spaced therefrom, and to an arrangement comprising a dispensing container and a holding device.

[0002] Tap containers either have a dispensing device on the top, and the contents are forced upwards from the tap container using overpressure. Often, however, the tap container has a spigot on the bottom; in this case, it is advisable to place the tap container on a support device so that the contents of the tap container flow through the spigot into a glass. For such tap containers, DE 201 20 443 and DE 20 2006 002 780 propose a wooden frame in which two wooden elements are inserted into one another.

[0003] However, this frame has the disadvantage that the wood swells when it gets wet, and then the wooden elements no longer fit together.

[0004] There are many other racks that have been presented specifically for tapping beer, which are expensive to manufacture and require a lot of space for storage.

[0005] The invention therefore aims to provide a holding device that can be folded into a particularly small size for easy packing and storage. At the same time, the holding device should be uncomplicated to use and easy to clean.

[0006] This object is achieved with a holding device having the features of patent claim 1 and an arrangement having the features of patent claim 10.

[0007] Advantageous further developments are the subject of the dependent claims. Manufacturing the panels from metal allows for the design of a particularly delicate frame that requires little material and can also feature perforations. This significantly reduces weight, making the frame durable and sustainable. It is particularly advantageous if the panels are made from a lightweight metal, such as aluminum. This allows for easy processing, high precision, and the engraving of company logos or lettering during the panel production process. Manufacturing from materials such as aluminum also allows the panels to be anodized, allowing them to be produced in any desired color. Color selection, brand integration, and shape thus enable a simple, customized design for specific companies, particularly breweries.

[0008] It is also advantageous if the plates form a support surface with star-shaped supports and open spaces between them. The resulting supports allow for the keg or dispensing container to be securely positioned, and the open spaces between them allow a glass to be partially positioned underneath the dispensing container. This facilitates dispensing and provides plenty of space underneath the dispensing container.

[0009] To ensure the dispenser can be emptied as completely as possible in the simplest way possible, we recommend that the supports together form a plane inclined to the base. This allows the dispenser to be safely positioned and completely emptied without having to mechanically tilt the dispenser relative to the support.

[0010] In a similar way to the formation of a support level with supports arranged in a star shape, a standing level can also be formed by the plates forming standing areas arranged in a star shape and free spaces in between.

[0011] For optimal positioning of a drinking container, we recommend that the smallest distance between the support surface and the standing surface be within a clear space. This makes it easier, especially when pouring the last remaining liquid from the dispenser into a drinking container.

[0012] Particularly for use in the catering industry, it is advantageous if the storage area is perforated. The storage area can have recesses into which the panels extend. This ensures stable positioning of the storage area and the panels. The panels should fit snugly into the recesses in the storage area.

[0013] It is advantageous if the storage area is located between the support surface and a drip tray. The drip tray can be positioned so that dripping liquid from the dispenser flows into the drip tray if there is no glass in between.

[0014] The object underlying the invention is also achieved with an arrangement comprising a dispensing container and such a holding device.

[0015] A particularly advantageous embodiment is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below. It shows Fig. 1 a view of the arrangement, Fig. 2 a plan view of one of the plates and Fig. 3 a top view of the other plate.

[0016] The Fig. The device 1 shown in Figure 1 for a dispensing container (not shown) comprises two nestable plates 2 and 3, which form a slightly indented support surface for the dispensing container at the top, and the other side of the plates 2 and 3 forms the standing surface. These plates are made of metal and have openings and recesses to maintain functionality and, on the other hand, to use as little material as possible to save weight and material.

[0017] By inserting the plates 2 and 3 into each other, the support level 4 is created from star-shaped supports 6 and 7. In between there are free spaces 8 and 9, which make it possible to position a drinking container under the tap container (not shown).

[0018] Supports 6 and 7 together form a support plane 4, which is inclined relative to the stand plane and whose lowest point lies in the area of a free space 8 and 9 between star-shaped standing surfaces 10 and 11. Thus, the smallest distance between support plane 4 and stand plane 5 lies in the free space 9.

[0019] The Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show the standing plane 5 and the support plane 4 arranged at an angle to it on the individual panels. A storage surface 12, only indicated, can be arranged parallel to the standing plane 5, so that feet 13 and 14 of the panel 2 and feet 15 and 16 of the panel 3 can extend into this storage surface 12. This makes it possible to form the storage surface with recesses (not shown) into which the panels 2 and 3 extend. Such a storage surface 12 is preferably perforated, and a drip tray (not shown) can then be arranged under this perforated storage surface 12.

[0020] Notches 17 and 18 allow panels 2 and 3 to be inserted into each other precisely and securely. Cutouts 19 to 22 are provided in panels 2 and 3 to reduce weight. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
