Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a detection device for detecting at least one surface parameter describing a surface of a motor vehicle seat, which detection device has at least one exposure unit designed to output an exposure pattern onto the surface of the motor vehicle seat. The production of motor vehicle seats is known from the prior art, wherein a cover or a seat cover is applied, for example drawn, to a substructure of the motor vehicle seat, said cover ultimately defining the visible surface of the motor vehicle seat. Very high requirements are usually placed on this surface of the motor vehicle seat, inter alia with regard to abrasion resistance, visual characteristics and haptics. For example, after the seat cover has been pulled on by at least one employee, the quality of the surface of the motor vehicle seat is determined by visual inspection or manually. In particular, care is taken that the seat covering does not have any irregularities, in particular corrugations, on its surface, but rather the motor vehicle seat is applied tautly on the underlying substructure. However, the visual test carried out here is not uniform over all employees and for all motor vehicle seats on the one hand because of the subjectiveity of the test by the employee and on the other hand subsequent changes in the material, for example a subsequent warping or displacement of the seat cover on the substructure, cannot be ruled out or assessed in a single test. Since only comparatively little time is required for checking a motor vehicle seat in the usual production cycle, detailed checks are often not possible. The invention is based on the object of specifying a detection device for detecting at least one surface parameter describing a surface of a motor vehicle seat, by means of which a determination of the surface quality is improved. The object is achieved by a detection device according to claim 1. The claims dependent thereon relate to possible embodiments. As described, the invention relates to a detection device for detecting at least one surface parameter describing a surface of a motor vehicle seat, which detection device has at least one exposure unit designed to output an exposure pattern onto the surface of the motor vehicle seat. The exposure unit is thus used to output an exposure pattern onto the surface of the motor vehicle seat, i.e. onto the seat cover of the motor vehicle seat. The exposure pattern can in principle be chosen as desired, wherein a structured pattern or a line pattern can be preferred. The invention is based on the realization that the detection device has a detection unit which is designed to detect the exposure pattern output onto the surface, wherein the detection device is designed to determine the at least one surface parameter on the basis of the detected exposure pattern. In other words, the exposure pattern is projected by the exposure unit onto the surface of the motor vehicle seat, i.e. onto the seat cover drawn onto the substructure of the motor vehicle seat, in such a way that the exposure pattern can be detected with the detection unit. Depending on how the exposure pattern has been detected by the detection unit, for example whether the detected exposure pattern corresponds to a desired exposure pattern which has been output by the exposure unit or which is to be formed during the exposure of the surface of the motor vehicle seat, deviations on the surface of the motor vehicle seat or of the seat reference can be determined. These deviations can be evaluated objectively on the basis of the detection by means of the detection unit and therefore identical scales can be applied uniformly for all motor vehicle seats, in particular of the same type. Subjective control by one or more employees is therefore no longer required. In particular, the seat reference of the motor vehicle seat can thus be detected and evaluated by means of the detection device after its application or mounting. The surface parameter describing the surface of the motor vehicle seat can indicate, for example, a quality of the surface or the surface parameter can indicate whether a deviation is present on the surface. In this case, an error message can be issued early during the production of the motor vehicle seat and / or a readjustment of possibly present irregularities can be triggered. In a development of the detection device, it can be provided that the exposure unit is designed to output a line and / or a two-dimensional, in particular alternating, pattern as exposure pattern. As described, the exposure pattern can basically be selected as desired or can be selected as a function of the exposure unit and the detection unit. For example, basically known line scanners or line lasers can be used as the exposure unit, the exposure patterns of which can be scanned over the surface of the motor vehicle seat and can be detected by the detection unit.It is likewise possible to output two-dimensional structured patterns, for example alternating patterns, for example a checkerboard pattern, onto the motor vehicle seat and to record them by means of the recording unit. Merely by way of example, fringe pattern projection, laser scanning, stereo cameras or stereo photography can be used for this purpose. In any case, deviations from an expected exposure pattern to the detected exposure pattern can be identified and these can be evaluated, whether these are within tolerable limits, for example, or whether a reworking is required. For example, it is therefore possible to determine a curvature or a corrugation of the seat cover on its surface and therefore to determine whether it meets or has to be changed in accordance with the requirements set. In addition to the surface shape or topography, it is also possible to determine individual other irregularities, for example thread protrusions or irregularities in seams of the seat cover. The detection device can furthermore be designed to determine a deviation of an actual surface determined on the basis of the at least one surface parameter from a defined desired surface. As described, the desired surface can basically be predefined, i.e. it can be established which desired surface has or is to have an ideal fit. By outputting the exposure pattern onto the surface of the motor vehicle seat and detecting the exposure pattern actually imaged there by means of the detection unit, the actual surface can be determined, such that deviations between the actual surface and the desired surface can be determined. In this case, it can be provided in particular that the detection device for detecting an abnormality is designed to be greater than a defined limit value as a function of a specific deviation. For this purpose, at least one defined limit value or limit range can be defined for at least one region of the motor vehicle seat or its seat cover. For example, it is possible to define in which region of the seat cover of the motor vehicle seat which deviations are permissible or from when a deviation from the ideal setpoint surface is evaluated as an irregularity. As a limit value, for example, a height deviation from a desired profile, a defined angle of curvature or a defined corrugation or a thread protrusion can be defined, which cannot be exceeded by the deviation, so that this still lies within the given tolerances.According to a further development, the detection device can be configured to determine a first irregularity for a first seat region as a function of a specific deviation greater than a defined first limit value and to determine a second irregularity for a second seat region different from the first seat region as a function of a specific deviation greater than a defined second limit value. As already described, different requirements can apply for the seat cover in different seat regions of the motor vehicle seat. A deviation in a first seat region can be evaluated or tolerated differently, for example, than in a second seat region. The detection device can be designed to define different limit values in different seat areas, so that an identification or detection or determination of irregularities for the individual seat areas can be carried out individually. For this purpose, it can be checked whether or not the limit value defined for this seat range is exceeded by a specific deviation in an individual seat range. The detection device can further be developed to the effect that a first irregularity for a first seat type and / or a first reference type can be determined by means of the detection device as a function of a specific deviation greater than a defined first limit value, and a second irregularity for a second seat type and / or second reference type different from the first seat type and / or the first reference type can be determined as a function of a specific deviation greater than a defined second limit value. The described embodiment thus also makes it possible, alternatively or in addition to the previously described different assessment of the surface of the motor vehicle seat in different seat regions, to take account of a seat type and / or a reference type. For example, the evaluation of the surface of the motor vehicle seat is dependent on the seat type, in particular whether it is a comfort seat, a sport seat or the like. Furthermore, irregularities can be evaluated differently depending on which type of cover, for example fabric, leather, in particular which type of leather, is used for the seat covering. This results in corresponding combinations, according to which different reference types can be used in different seat areas, so that different limit values can be defined for this. This allows a comparatively differentiated test in which the surface evaluation can be jointly included in the seat type, material type and seat region. The detection device can furthermore be configured to determine the at least one surface parameter in at least two seating states, in particular different seating settings, and / or in at least two production states. As has been described in the introduction, it is possible that the material of the motor vehicle seat or of the seat cover still "works" after application of the seat cover, so that changes to the surface or the surface parameter can still be set. In the described embodiment, the seat can be detected by the detection device in at least two seat states and the surface parameter can thus be determined.Seat states can be understood to mean, for example, different seat settings. A seat setting comprises, for example, an alignment between the seat surface and the backrest surface or on the motor vehicle seat further available adjustment possibilities, in particular a seat width adjustment, backrest width adjustment, lordosis setting, thigh support setting and the like. The at least one seat setting can be changed to at least a first state and a second seat state and the detection can be carried out by means of the detection device. In this case, it can be determined in particular whether the change in the seat state also results in a change in the surface parameter which may require reworking. The changes of the at least one seat setting from one seat state to the other seat state can be carried out, for example, with a control device which, for example automatically, sets the individual seat states. It is likewise possible for an employee to set the corresponding seat states, for example by operating the operating elements present on the motor vehicle seat. The description can accordingly also be transferred to production states, wherein the detection device can be used to detect a motor vehicle seat in different production states, for example before mounting a headrest, before mounting the backrest on the associated seat surface and the like, such that, on the one hand, irregularities can be identified early and, furthermore, effects of the production on the surface parameter can be determined. As described, the detection device can basically be used to detect whether the surface parameter describing the surface of the motor vehicle seat corresponds to a desired surface parameter or indicates whether the surface of the motor vehicle seat, in particular of the seat cover, is within tolerable limits or whether deviations are produced which require reworking. The detection device can be designed, in particular, to output at least one machining command and / or an error message as a function of the detected surface parameter. For example, it can be provided that, if the detected surface parameter indicates a deviation that exceeds a defined limit value, an error message is output, so that, for example, an employee is alerted to the deviation. In this case, the error message can be specific in particular in such a way that the deviation is identified, for example it is specified in which seat region the deviation, i.e. where the identified irregularity occurs. Furthermore, a machining command can be issued by means of the detection device, which command instructs, for example, a device or an employee to perform a specific reworking on the motor vehicle seat in order to compensate for an irregularity in the surface.According to one embodiment, the detection device can be designed to detect the at least one surface parameter below a defined cycle time, in particular below 120 s. In this case, it can be provided in particular that the detection of the surface parameter is less than 60 s. Advantageously, it can thereby be ensured that each produced or obtained motor vehicle seat, in particular each applied seat cover, can be detected by means of the detection device or a detection device and thus the associated surface parameter can be determined. The determined surface parameter may basically be a single parameter indicating, for example, whether the surface of the motor vehicle seat is okay or not okay. Likewise, the surface parameter can be a surface parameter set that comprises different individual parameters, for example for different seat areas. In addition to the detection device, the invention relates to a method for detecting at least one surface parameter describing a surface of a motor vehicle seat, wherein an exposure pattern is output onto the surface of the motor vehicle seat, wherein the exposure pattern output onto the surface is detected, wherein the at least one surface parameter is determined based on the detected exposure pattern. All advantages, details, implementations and / or features described with respect to the detection device can be completely transferred to the method. The invention is explained on the basis of exemplary embodiments with reference to the figures. The figures are schematic representations and show: FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a detection device for detecting at least one surface parameter describing a surface of a motor vehicle seat according to an exemplary embodiment; and FIG. 2 shows a schematic illustration of a surface profile of an exemplary motor vehicle seat according to an exemplary embodiment.FIG. 1 shows purely schematically a detection device 1 for detecting at least one surface parameter describing a surface 2 of a motor vehicle seat 3. The surface 2 relates in particular to the surface of a seat cover of the motor vehicle seat 3, which is applied, for example, to a substructure of the motor vehicle seat 3. The detection device 1 has an exposure unit 4 which is designed to output an exposure pattern 5 onto the surface 2, for example a line laser or a two-dimensional exposure pattern, in particular a checkerboard pattern. In other words, the exposure pattern 5 is projected onto the surface 2, so that the exposure pattern 5 can be detected by means of a detection unit 6 of the detection apparatus 1. The exposure unit 4 and the detection unit 6 can be integrated into the same assembly or form different separate units, which can also be arranged differently in space.Based on the exposure pattern acquired by the acquisition unit 6, for example a sensor, a camera, a detector or the like, the surface parameter described above describing the surface 2 of the motor vehicle seat 3 can be determined by means of the acquisition device 1, for example a control device 7. For example, the control device 7 can perform a comparison of a desired surface with the actual surface, which is described by the determined surface parameter. From this, at least one deviation can be determined in which the actual surface deviates from the desired surface. For the evaluation of the surface 2, a limit value can be stored, for example, in the control device 7. If a determined deviation is greater than the defined limit value, an irregularity can be determined by the detection device 1, which may trigger an error message or make a reworking necessary. The control device 7 can output the error message, for example on a display device assigned to the control device 7. It is likewise possible for a work command to be issued by means of the control device 7, which command, for example, causes a device or an employee to carry out a reworking on the motor vehicle seat 3.Purely schematically, a first seat region 8 and a second seat region 9 are shown, which are assigned merely by way of example to a seat surface and a backrest of the motor vehicle seat 3. In this case, the assignment or definition of different other seat areas 8, 9 is possible as desired. The detection device 1 is configured in particular to determine a first irregularity in the first seat region 8 depending on a specific deviation between the setpoint surface and the actual surface from a first limit value and to determine a second irregularity in the second seat region 9 depending on a specific deviation between the setpoint surface and the actual surface from a second limit value. In this way, it can be taken into account in particular that different requirements are placed on the surface 2 in the different seat regions 8, 9 or different deviations are tolerated, so that a deviation in a first seat region 8 can possibly represent an irregularity, wherein the same deviation in a second seat region 9 can possibly be tolerated. The detection device 1 can also correspondingly adapt the limit value or provide different limit values depending on the type of seat or the type of reference of the motor vehicle seat 3, so that a first limit value applies to a first type of seat or a first type of reference and a second limit value applies to a second type of seat or second type of reference. It is thereby possible to take into account which material or which surface is predetermined by the reference type and to what extent these deviations from a desired surface make it tolerable. Furthermore, the type of seat can be included, in particular whether the motor vehicle seat 3 is a comfort seat or a sport seat, since different requirements apply to the different seat types. The reference type or seat type can be stored in the control device 7 or can be called up when the motor vehicle seat 3 is detected, for example via its identification number in the production process. The detection device 1 can, for example, also be designed to detect the motor vehicle seat 3 or its surface 2 in different seating states. For example, a first seat setting is implemented in a first seat state and a second seat setting is implemented in a second seat state. As the seat setting, any seat parameter, for example, the reclining inclination, the seat surface inclination, the backrest width, the seat width, a lordosis setting, or any other seat parameter, can be set. In the second seating state, at least one of the described parameters is changed compared to the first seating state, it being possible to determine by means of the detection device 1 whether the determined surface parameter thereby changes and an irregularity is optionally generated. Alternatively or additionally, it is also possible to detect the motor vehicle seat in different production states by means of the detection device 1, for example before the mounting of a headrest or before the mounting of the seat surface on the backrest. The detection device 1 can be designed in particular to detect the surface parameter within a cycle time, for example shorter than 120 s or shorter than 60 s.FIG. 2 shows, purely by way of example, a section of a schematic surface 2 of a motor vehicle seat 3, which is described by a surface parameter. For example, the diagram in FIG. 2 may also correspond to the detected exposure pattern detected by the detection unit 6. The representation can be the absolute values of the detected surface 2 or the already corrected deviations, i.e. the difference between the desired surface and the actual surface, so that only the deviations are represented.Merely by way of example, a first deviation 10 is shown in a first sub-region of the surface 2, which deviation lies, for example, below the limit value applicable for this sub-region and thus a surface parameter is determined which describes an adequate surface quality for this sub-region. In a second sub-range, a second deviation 11 is present, which exceeds the limit values applicable for this sub-range, for example. In this case, the control device 7 can output an error message which, for example, indicates that the deviation 11 exceeds the limit value and that it is present in the second sub-region, so that a device or an employee can carry out a corresponding reworking. The deviations 10, 11 can relate to a corrugation of the surface 2 or its curvature or individual regions protruding beyond the surface 2, for example a thread protrusion. The advantages, details and features shown in the individual exemplary embodiments can be combined with one another as desired, transferred to one another and interchanged with one another.
