Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a utility vehicle cabin with a seat-reclining device. The invention further relates to a utility vehicle having such a utility vehicle cabin. The commercial vehicle cabin (driver's cab) of a commercial vehicle, preferably trucks, serves the driver, in particular when driving on long distances, not only to control the commercial vehicle, but usually also as a stay area during the idle and pause times. Such cabs of a truck usually comprise a front area and a rear area. In the front region, a driver seat, typically one or more passenger seats and a cockpit region, is arranged for operating the utility vehicle. The rear region of the driver's cab serves as a location space, for example in non-driving operation. There, additional items of equipment for non-travel-specific application are typically arranged, such as a bed, stowage solutions, etc. However, in previous solutions, these non-driving-specific applications are only shown to a manageable extent and in a reduced manner. This results in particular from the limited space available in the driver's cab. The integration of an appropriate sleep region represents a problem here in particular, since a sleep region that is comfortable for the driver occupies a comparatively large amount of space, which can then no longer be used elsewhere. Although there are attempts to solve this problem by, for example, making a mattress of the sleeping area extendable through special inner structures, these are technically complicated and correspondingly expensive to produce, and are complicated and complex to handle. The object of the invention is therefore to provide an improved technique for equipping a commercial vehicle cabin, with which the disadvantages of solutions to date can be prevented or at least reduced. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a sleep possibility for a utility vehicle cabin which is both comfortable in use and cost-effective in production. These objects are achieved by the features of the independent claim. Advantageous refinements are specified in the dependent claims and the description.A first general aspect of the present disclosure relates to a utility vehicle cabin. The commercial vehicle cabin is preferably a driver's cab of a truck. The utility vehicle cabin comprises a seat-reclining device which is arranged in a rear region of the utility vehicle cabin. The rear region is a region of the utility vehicle cabin which is at the rear with respect to the forward direction of travel. The seat-reclining device can also be referred to, for example, as seating furniture or as a bed couch. The seat-reclining device has a first part, referred to below as backrest part, and a horizontally oriented second part, referred to below as reclining part. In this case, the backrest part is movable between a first and a second use position, preferably in order to optionally set a couch configuration (in the first use position) or a bed configuration (in the second use position) of the seat-reclining device. In the first use position (in the couch configuration of the seat-reclining device), the backrest part is preferably arranged substantially vertically and / or at a distance from the reclining part such that the backrest part can be used as a backrest and the reclining part as a seat part for a user of the seat-reclining device. In other words, the backrest part is arranged relative to the reclining part in the first use position (couch configuration) such that the seat reclining device can be used as couch and / or seat for an adult person in the first use position. In this case, substantially vertical means that the backrest part is arranged in an orientation which allows the user to lean against it, thereby assuming an ergonomic seating position and / or that the backrest part encloses an angle between 0° and 20° with a normal to the horizontally oriented reclining part. The backrest part is arranged above the reclining part.In the second use position, the backrest part is arranged horizontally next to the reclining part and at the same height thereto for widening a reclining surface of the reclining part. This means that the backrest part is moved from the substantially vertical position of the first use position above the reclining part into a horizontal position at the same height as the reclining part. The reclining part and the backrest part abut each other in this position, so that a widened reclining surface is produced for the user.A seat-reclining device configured in this way offers the advantage that it occupies little space in the couch configuration (in the first use position of the backrest part) and can also be used as an ergonomic seat surface, for example during short pauses. In the second position of use of the backrest part (bed configuration), it allows the user to adopt a comfortable sleeping position. Because the backrest part performs a dual function, i.e. can be used as a backrest or as a reclining surface as desired, the reclining surface can be widened by simple position changes of the backrest part. Accordingly, a complicated, extendable or fold-out design of the reclining part for widening the reclining surface can be dispensed with, so that a cost-effective seat-reclining device which is simple to use is produced.Preferably, in the first use position, a distance of a lower edge of the backrest part from an upper side of the reclining part is less than 50 cm, further preferably less than 30 cm and / or less than a width of the reclining part. The width of the reclining part is understood to mean its dimension as seen in the direction of travel. The reclining part can have a width between 55 cm and 65 cm, for example, which corresponds to a typical width of a reclining surface in a utility vehicle cabin. The backrest part can have a width between 25 cm and 35 cm, for example, so that the entire widened reclining surface has a width between 80 cm and 100 cm, which enables a comfortable sleeping position for the user. Preferably, both the backrest part and the reclining part have pads on all surfaces with which the user comes into contact when seated or lying on the seat-reclining device.According to a further embodiment, the backrest part is arranged in the second use position between a driver's seat of the utility vehicle cabin and a passenger-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin. Additionally or alternatively, a width of the utility vehicle cabin minus a width of the driver's seat may be greater than a length of the backrest part. Accordingly, the backrest part has a length which is suitable for the backrest part to be arranged (viewed in a forward direction of travel) next to the driver's seat, i.e. it fits between the passenger-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin and the driver's seat. Furthermore, the backrest part can be movable between the first and second use positions without the driver's seat having to be adjusted. This means that the driver's seat can remain in its normal driving position when the backrest part is moved between the first and second use positions. A simple and rapid conversion of the seat-reclining device between the couch configuration and the bed configuration is advantageously made possible. In a further embodiment, the reclining part extends from a passenger-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin to a region behind a driver's seat, preferably to a driver-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin. This offers the advantage that the user is provided with a lying surface of the greatest possible length. The length of the reclining surface here refers to a horizontal direction perpendicular to the forward travel direction, which corresponds in a (normal) bed to the distance between the head end and the foot end. The reclining part can have a greater length than the backrest part. In this case, the user can position himself on the lying surface, for example, in such a way that his feet rest on the driver-side end of the lying surface and his head on the passenger-side end. Thus, the user advantageously simultaneously has a wide lying surface in the region of the upper body, for example for the comfortable placement of the arms, and a sufficient length of the lying surface for extending the legs.Alternatively, a length of the reclining part may substantially correspond to a length of the backrest part, and the seat-reclining device may optionally comprise a second reclining part which is arranged horizontally behind the driver's seat and at the same height as the reclining part. The entire widened reclining surface in this case consists of at least three elements: the passenger-side reclining part, the passenger-side backrest part and the second reclining part which is arranged behind the driver seat. In the first use position, the two reclining parts form a seat or reclining surface and the backrest part forms a backrest. In the second use position, all three parts form a common reclining surface. In this way, a flexible seat-reclining device which is matched as accurately as possible to the spatial conditions of the commercial vehicle cabin can be created.According to a further advantageous embodiment, the utility vehicle cabin further comprises an adjusting device for moving the backrest part between the first and second use positions. This enables a particularly simple and less error-prone movement of the backrest part between the first and the second use position. The adjusting device can comprise a pivot mechanism and / or manual actuation mechanism for moving the backrest part.According to an advantageous embodiment variant, the adjusting device comprises at least one pivot arm which is fastened at a first end to the backrest part and is fastened at a second end pivotably to the reclining part or a support or support structure of the reclining part. Preferably, the adjusting device comprises two pivot arms, for example one each on different end sides of the backrest part. A pivot arm is particularly uncomplicated and reliable in use and, in addition, cost-effective in production and assembly. The pivot arm(s) can / can preferably be made strong enough that the backrest part is cantilevered in the second use position, i.e. does not have to rest on another structure in order to support the weight of the user. In other words, the adjusting device, preferably the at least one pivot arm, can simultaneously serve as a supporting structure in order to freely support the backrest part in the second use position. In an advantageous development, the pivot arm is designed as a telescopic arm for adjusting the height of the backrest part in the first use position. This enables the height of the backrest to be adapted to a seating position of the user in the first use position (couch configuration) which is as ergonomic as possible. In particular, the height of the backrest can be adapted to the height of the body of different users.According to a further embodiment variant, the adjusting device can comprise a locking device. By means of the locking device, the backrest part can be locked in the first use position and / or in the second use position. In this way, the backrest part can be secured against unintentional movement, which results in a reduced risk of injury to the user. The locking device can comprise, merely by way of example, a catch clamp, a locking bolt, a snap-fit closure or the like in order to secure the backrest part in a desired use position. In a further advantageous embodiment variant, the adjusting device comprises two pivot arms. Furthermore, the backrest part comprises a cushion carrier and a cushion which surrounds the cushion carrier on both sides. The pivot arms are attached to the cushion carrier on opposite sides. The upholstery support can comprise, for example, a frame-shaped, grid-shaped and / or plate-shaped support part, e.g. made of metal, plastic or wood, which is oriented substantially vertically in the first use position. The cushion surrounds the cushion carrier on both sides, i.e. the cushion comprises a first part which faces a user sitting on the seat part (reclining part) as a back cushion and a second part which is located on that side of the cushion carrier which is remote from the sitting user. If the backrest part is moved into the second use position (bed configuration) by means of the adjusting device, the second part is located on the upper side and is thus part of the reclining surface. The two parts of the cushion can be designed identically or can be adapted to the respective use configuration, for example by selection of a mattress material and a back cushion material.Since the pivot arms of the adjusting device are each arranged on the upholstery carrier and the upholstery surrounds the upholstery carrier on both sides, there is always a distance between the pivot arms and the surface of the backrest part with which the user comes into contact. Interference of the user with the pivot arms can be correspondingly avoided.According to a further embodiment, the utility vehicle cabin further comprises a lying surface covering for the lying surfaces of the lying part and backrest part in the second use position. The lying surface covering is fastened on a lying surface of the backrest part, which in the first use position faces a rear side of the utility vehicle cabin. Preferably, the lying surface covering is detachably fastened. The lying surface reference is preferably automatically positioned on the lying surface of the lying part and of the backrest part by moving the backrest part from the first into the second use position. Advantageously, a possibility can thus be provided which is particularly simple for the user to reconfigure the seat-reclining device from a couch configuration into a bed configuration with only a few working steps, preferably only one working step, which is / is automatically referred to with a reference in this case. The lying surface covering can comprise textile material, for example a breathable material, which is typically used as a mattress overlay. In addition, the lying surface covering can comprise additional padding, for example a gel foam, in order to make the lying surface even more comfortable for the user. Since the lying surface covering spans the lying surface only when the backrest part is in the second use position, the lying surface covering is less heavily stressed in the first use position when the user uses the seat surface, for example, for eating during the pauses. If the lying surface covering is detachably fastened, it can easily be removed and washed, for example.According to a further development, an edge of the lying surface cover can be fastened along an upper edge of the lying part facing the rear side of the commercial vehicle cabin. A further edge of the lying surface cover can be fastened along an upper edge of the backrest part, which runs parallel to the rear side of the commercial vehicle cabin in the first use position. This fastening has the effect, by way of example, that, when the backrest part is moved, for example pivoted, from the first into the second use position, the lying surface covering is automatically positioned on the lying surface.According to a further embodiment variant, the shape and area of the lying surface cover can correspond to a shape and area of the widened lying surface. The lying surface covering thus covers as exactly as possible the entire lying surface in the second use position. The entire lying surface is thus advantageously spanned by a continuous lying surface covering without folding, which produces a particularly comfortable lying surface. In the first use position, an unnecessary interference of the user by an excessively large amount of material of the lying surface covering can also be avoided.Preferably, the lying surface covering is fastened at most to regions along the outer edges of the lying surface. The lying surface covering can be fastened, for example, to two opposite edges of the lying surface. In the region between the outer edges, the lying surface covering lies loosely on the lying surface. In this way, it can be ensured that the reclining surface covering does not slip during use, but at the same time enables uncomplicated re-construction of the seat-reclining device between the first and the second use position in as few working steps as possible, preferably one working step.In an advantageous development, the lying surface covering is detachably fastened to the backrest part, preferably by means of a hook and loop fastener. Additionally or alternatively, the lying surface covering is detachably fastened to the lying part, preferably by means of a zipper. In this way, the lying surface covering can be removed and maintained without difficulty, e.g. washed or repaired. At the same time, the lying surface covering is secured against undesired slipping during use.According to a further advantageous embodiment, the utility vehicle cabin comprises a plate-shaped and / or strip-shaped extension which is arranged at the lower region of a reclining surface of the backrest part. The plate-shaped and / or strip-shaped extension covers a gap between the reclining part and the backrest part in the second position of use of the backrest part. In the second position of use, the reclining surface consists of at least two parts (reclining part and backrest part) between which a small gap can be produced, depending on the configuration of the edges of the reclining part and of the backrest part, for example of the edges of the upholstery. The extension is arranged on the backrest part in such a way that, like the backrest part, it is arranged in the first use position substantially vertically and above the reclining part. That is, the user can sit on the reclining part and lean against the backrest part without being disturbed by the extension. By moving the backrest part into the second use position, the extension is brought into a horizontal orientation together with the backrest part. The extension is arranged on the backrest part in such a way that in this position it covers the possible gap between the reclining part and the backrest part. The extension can be plate-shaped and / or strip-shaped. The extension may comprise, for example, a solid core, e.g. made of plastic, and a padded sheathing, e.g. made of a foam material. In this way, the user is provided with a uniform lying surface. In a further advantageous embodiment, the utility vehicle cabin further comprises a passenger seat, the backrest of which can be brought forwards into a substantially horizontal stowage position, wherein the backrest part of the seat-reclining device is arranged in the second use position above and preferably at a distance from the backrest of the passenger seat in the stowage position. In this way, the space available in the commercial vehicle cabin can be used as efficiently as possible. If the backrest is designed such that, in the second use position, it is arranged at a distance from the backrest of the passenger seat, i.e. is cantilevered, the passenger seat can be of any desired design as long as it comprises a backrest which can be brought forwards, for example folded over, which further increases the flexibility for configuring the utility vehicle cabin.According to another general aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a utility vehicle comprising a utility vehicle cabin as described herein. In other words, the features described in this document in connection with the utility vehicle cabin per se are also to be disclosed and claimable in connection with the utility vehicle. In this context, a commercial vehicle can generally be understood to mean a vehicle which, by virtue of its design and device, is designed specifically for transporting persons, for transporting goods or for towing trailer vehicles. The commercial vehicle is preferably a truck. Users typically spend a great deal of time in a commercial vehicle, so that a commercial vehicle cabin comprising a seat-reclining device as described above is particularly advantageous. The above-described preferred embodiments and features of the invention can be combined with one another as desired. Further details and advantages of the invention are described below with reference to the attached drawings. The following are shown: FIGS. 1 a- 1 d show a schematic illustration of a utility vehicle cabin with a seat-reclining device according to one embodiment; FIGS. 2 a- 2 c show a schematic illustration of a seat-reclining device with a reclining surface covering according to a further embodiment; and FIG. 3 shows a schematic illustration of a motor vehicle having a utility vehicle cabin according to a further embodiment of the invention. The embodiments shown in the figures correspond at least partially, so that similar or identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals and for their explanation reference is also made to the description of the other embodiments or figures in order to avoid repetitions.FIG. 1 ashows a schematic representation of a utility vehicle cabin 1. drivers of a utility vehicle spend a great amount of time in the utility vehicle cabin 1 of the utility vehicle, in particular when driving on long distances. In order to support the driver optimally while he is in the commercial vehicle cabin 1, additional devices can be arranged in the commercial vehicle cabin 1, which devices do not serve primarily for controlling the commercial vehicle, but rather, for example, for relieving tension during the pauses of the driver. For this purpose, in the commercial vehicle cabin 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 a, a seat-reclining device 3 is arranged behind a driver seat 9 and an (optional) passenger seat 22. The seat-reclining device 3 is characterized in that it can be used both in a couch configuration and in a bed configuration. In FIG. 1 a, the seat-reclining device 3 is shown in the couch configuration. The following FIGS. 1 bto 1 c illustrate the conversion of the seat-reclining device into the bed configuration. In FIG. 1 d, the seat-reclining device 3 can finally be seen in the bed configuration. It can be seen in FIG. 1 a that the seat-reclining device 3 comprises a backrest part 4 and a horizontally oriented reclining part 5. The reclining part 5 can also be referred to as a seat part. The reclining part 5 is arranged in the rear region of the utility vehicle cabin 1 and preferably extends along a rear side 19 of the utility vehicle cabin 1.In the couch configuration, the backrest part 4 is arranged in a first use position 6. The user can take place on a reclining surface 8 or seat surface of the reclining part 5 and lean comfortably against the backrest part 4. For this purpose, the backrest part 4 is oriented in the first use position 6 substantially vertically and at a distance from the reclining part 5. In this case, substantially vertical means that the user can lean against the backrest part 4 in an ergonomic seating position. In other words, substantially vertically means that the backrest part 4 encloses an angle between 0° and 20° with a normal to the horizontally oriented reclining surface 8 of the reclining part 5. In other words, the backrest part 4 can assume an angle of between 90° and 110° with respect to the lying surface 8 of the lying part 5. The distance between the lower edge of the backrest part 4 and the upper side of the reclining part 5 is preferably less than 50 cm, particularly preferably less than 30 cm and / or less than a width of the reclining part 5.In order to move the backrest part 4 into a second use position which corresponds to the bed configuration of the seat-reclining device 3, the seat-reclining device 3 can have, for example, an adjusting device 15. In the example shown in FIG. 1 a, the adjusting device 15 comprises, by way of example, two pivot arms 16, which are each fastened at a first end, here the upper end, to the backrest part 4 and at a second end, here the lower end, to the reclining part 5. The adjusting device 15 can comprise a locking device 17 so that the backrest part 4 can be locked in the first use position 6 and thus secured against accidental adjustment. The locking device 17 can be formed, for example, by a clamping device or by a securing pin. The pivot arms can preferably be designed as telescopic arms, so that the backrest part 4 can be adjusted in height and can thus be adapted to the height of the body of different users. Between the pivot arms 16, the backrest part 4 can comprise a (not shown), for example plate-shaped cushion carrier, for example made of metal, plastic or wood, to which the two pivot arms 16 are fastened on the right and left. A cushion can surround the cushion carrier on both sides, so that the user can rest against it in the couch configuration and lie on it in the bed configuration. An embodiment (not shown) in which the adjusting device 15 has only one pivot arm 16 or more than two pivot arms 16 is likewise possible. Likewise, the pivot arms could be fastened to a support or a supporting structure of the reclining part 5, or the adjusting device 15 could be formed by other adjusting mechanisms, for example by a rail or cable arrangement. In the first use position 6, the seat-reclining device 3 serves the user predominantly to sit thereon, for example during eating during a short pause. In order to be able to lie on it in an ergonomically comfortable manner, the seat-reclining device 3 can be converted into a bed configuration by moving the backrest part 4 into a second use configuration, which is illustrated in the following FIGS. 1 bto 1 c.In FIG. 1 b, for this purpose, in an optional step, a backrest of the passenger seat 22 is first brought forward into a substantially horizontal stowage position. Such passenger seats 22 are available in various embodiments in the prior art and are therefore to be assumed herein to be known. In the next step, in FIG. 1 c, the backrest part 4 is moved forwards, for example by means of the adjusting device 15. The movement can be effected, for example, by muscle power, motorized or by means of a hydraulic support. In FIG. 1 d, the backrest part 4 is finally in a second use position 7, in which the backrest part 4 is arranged horizontally next to the reclining part 5 and at the same height thereto for widening the reclining surface 8 of the reclining part. The backrest part 5 and the reclining part 4 form a common reclining surface 8. On the lower region of the reclining surface 8 of the backrest part 4 in the first use position, a plate-shaped and / or strip-shaped extension (not shown) can be arranged, which in the second use position 7 of the backrest part 4 covers a possible gap between the reclining part 5 and the backrest part 4. In this way, the reclining surface can be made even more uniform. In the resulting bed configuration of the seat-reclining device 3, the user is provided with a wide bed for commercial vehicle cabin conditions, for example for night rest. In the example shown in FIG. 1 d, the backrest part 4 is located in the second use position 7 above the passenger seat 22 folded forward beforehand, and preferably at a distance therefrom, such that the backrest part 4 is cantilevered and requires no contact with the passenger seat 22. By means of the (optional) locking device 17, the backrest part 4 can be secured against unintentional movement in the second use position 7.In the second use position 7, the backrest part 4 can be arranged, for example, between the driver's seat 9 and a passenger-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin 1. A width 10 of the commercial vehicle cabin 1 minus a width 11 of the driver's seat 9 can be greater than the length 12 of the backrest part 4. This offers the advantage, on the one hand, that the user can change the seat-reclining device 3 between a couch configuration and a bed configuration in a particularly uncomplicated manner, preferably in only one step. In addition, the driver seat 9 remains accessible and usable all the time, so that the driver can immediately place on the driver seat, for example due to a hazardous situation, without first having to carry out a modification of the seat-reclining device 3.The reclining part 5 can extend (in contrast to the illustration of FIG. 1 d ) from a passenger-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin 1 as far as a region behind the driver's seat 9, preferably as far as a driver-side side wall of the utility vehicle cabin. Alternatively, (corresponding to the illustration of FIG. 1 d) a length 13 of the reclining part 5 can substantially correspond to the length 12 of the backrest part 4. In this case, the seat-reclining device 3 can comprise a second reclining part 14 which is arranged horizontally behind the driver seat 9 and at the same height as the reclining part 5. The second reclining part 14 adjoins the reclining part 5, such that the reclining part 5, the backrest part and the second reclining part 14 form a common reclining surface 8 in the second use position 7.In the preferred mode of use, the user is lying on the reclining surface 8 in such a way that his feet are positioned on the driver side, here on the second reclining part 14, and his head is positioned on the passenger side. The length of the reclining surface corresponds substantially to the width 10 of the utility vehicle cabin 1 and is sufficiently large for the user to be able to extend thereon. In the region of the upper body, the reclining surface 8 is widened, so that the user has sufficient space to be able to move thereon and to be able to place his arms comfortably.FIGS. 2 ato 2 c show a further illustration of a seat-reclining device 3 according to a further embodiment of the invention, this time without a commercial vehicle cabin. As before, it can be seen in FIG. 2 a that the seat-reclining device 3 comprises a reclining part 5 and a backrest part 4. The backrest part 4 is in the first use position 6 and the seat-reclining device 3 is thus in the couch configuration, in which the user can, for example, place himself on the reclining surface 8 of the reclining part 5 and can thereby lean against the backrest of the backrest part 4. Merely by way of example, the seat-reclining device 3 comprises a second reclining part 14 and an adjusting device 15 comprising two pivot arms 16 and a locking device 17.In contrast to FIGS. 1 ato 1 d, the seat-reclining device 3 in FIGS. 2 ato 2 cfurther comprises a reclining surface covering 18 for the reclining surfaces 8 of the reclining part 5 and of the backrest part 4 in the second use position. The lying surface covering 18 is fastened, preferably detachably fastened, to the backrest part 4 and the lying part 5 in such a way that the lying surface covering 18 is automatically positioned on the lying surface 8 of the lying part 5 and the backrest part 4 as soon as the backrest part 4 is moved from the first use position 6 into the second use position (illustrated in FIG. 2 c ).It can be seen in FIG. 2 b that the lying surface covering 18 is fastened to an upper side of the backrest part 4 facing the rear wall of the commercial vehicle cabin in the first use position 6. By way of example, an edge of the lying surface covering 18 is fastened along an upper edge of the backrest part, which edge runs parallel to the rear side of the commercial vehicle cabin in the first use position 6, for example by means of a hook and loop fastener 20. Both the connection by means of hook and loop fastener 20 and the connection by means of slide fastener 21 can be released in an uncomplicated manner, so that the lying surface covering 18 can be removed and washed, for example.By fastening the lying surface covering 18 to the edges of the lying part 5 and the backrest part 4, which in the first use position 6 are each facing the rear side of the commercial vehicle cabin, the lying surface covering 18 is automatically positioned on the lying surface 8 as soon as the backrest part 4 is moved into the second use position.Accordingly, FIG. 2 cshows the seat-reclining device 3 with the backrest part 4 in the second use position 7. The shape and area of the lying surface covering 18 preferably corresponds precisely to the shape and area of the widened lying surface 8 formed by the backrest part 4 and the lying part 5.FIG. 3 shows a schematic illustration of a commercial vehicle 2 with a commercial vehicle cabin 1, comprising a seat-reclining device 3 according to one embodiment of the invention. It is understood that the techniques and features described with reference to FIG. 3 can be combined with the techniques and features described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, individually or in any combination. The commercial vehicle 2 can be designed as a truck, as illustrated by way of example.Although the invention has been described with reference to certain embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not intended to be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but is intended to include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims. In particular, the invention also claims protection for the subject matter and the features of the subclaims independently of the related claims.List of reference characters1 Commercial vehicle cabin 2 Truck / commercial vehicle 3 Seat-reclining device 4 Backrest part 5 Reclining part 6 First use position 7 Second use position 8 Reclining surface 9 Driver's seat 10 Width of the commercial vehicle cabin 11 Width of the driver's seat 12 Length of the backrest part 13 Length of the reclining part 14 Second reclining part 15 Adjusting device 16 Pivot arm 17 Locking device 18 Reclining surface covering 19 Rear side of the commercial vehicle cabin 20 Velcro fastener 21 Zipper 22 Passenger seat
