Abstract
Description
[0001] The disclosure relates to a mobile building, preferably a tent, having a supporting structure comprising a plurality of structural elements which are connected to adjacent structural elements along circumferential sections and which are formed in the manner of a polygon, wherein at least some of the circumferential sections are formed by inflatable edge tubes. State of the art
[0002] The applicant markets tents under the "X GLOO"® brand, such as catering tents, airlock / medical tents, exhibition tents, or other event tents, in which the outer shell is stretched and stabilized by inflatable columns. These columns, for example, are designed with a one-pump system, so that the column can be inflated / filled with air very easily using one or very few valves. The outer shell – also called the roof – is made of a wear-resistant, preferably waterproof, and weather-resistant material that can withstand intensive loads.
[0003] The disadvantage of these well-known mobile structures is that, due to the design with the curved inflatable support columns, the size of the structure is limited to a comparatively small area of just a few square meters.
[0004] A pop-top roof for a camping vehicle is known from the prior art, in which side walls are formed by inflatable hollow-chamber wall sections. In one specific embodiment, these wall sections are formed from a plurality of adjacent column structures, which are covered on the inside and outside with a cover so that the column structure is not visible.
[0005] The columns of the solutions described above are designed like the tubes of a kite and have an airtight inner shell (bladder) covered by a wear-resistant outer shell.
[0006] The columns of the column structure, as well as the inner and outer covering elements, are sewn together, making manufacturing complex. A further disadvantage is that the columns limit the degree of freedom in the design of the spatial structure. This concept, too, is, in principle, only suitable for covering relatively small floor areas.
[0007] In contrast, the document DE 10 2021 109 798 A1, which originates from the applicant, shows a tent with a plurality of polygonal structural elements, the peripheral sections of which are defined by textile, inflatable edge tubes. It is proposed that both the hollow chambers of the edge tubes and the corner areas, which complement each other to form the respective structural element, be formed from a common woven web, for example, as a one-piece woven structure. In this way, the structural element is, in the broadest sense, a single piece and can cover a comparatively large area while remaining simple to manufacture and handle. Brief description of the revelation
[0008] In contrast, the object underlying the disclosure is to create a mobile structure which, while being easy to handle and lightweight, has greater rigidity so that the structure can span a larger area.
[0009] This problem is solved by a mobile structure having the features of patent claim 1.
[0010] Advantageous further developments of the disclosure are the subject of the dependent claims and / or are explained below.
[0011] In the following, the term "mobile structure" refers to a mobile, movable architectural structure that can be assembled and / or dismantled with relatively little assembly effort, making these concepts suitable for short-term deployments. Such structures may also be eligible for approval as "temporary structures," such as a beer tent.
[0012] The mobile structure according to the disclosure is preferably designed as a tent and has a supporting structure with a plurality of structural elements that are connected to adjacent structural elements along peripheral sections and that are shaped like a polygon, wherein at least some of the peripheral sections, preferably all, are formed by inflatable edge tubes. The mobile structure is accordingly brought into its operative position by inflating / pumping the edge tubes and, if necessary, additional bracing. For disassembly, the air is then released accordingly, so that the supporting structure can be easily folded / stored in a small space. According to the disclosure, the edge tubes have an inflatable support element, to whose axial ends end pieces or end caps are attached. The support element preferably extends centrally between the end caps and can extend straight or curved depending on the desired shape of the structure.According to the disclosure, the end pieces are each connected to a connecting component.
[0013] By connecting the end pieces to the connecting component, the force transmission between the pneumatic edge tubes is direct and clearly defined, or at least almost clearly defined, in its direction of action. The corner areas of the respective structural element are therefore rigid or particularly rigid, which allows the structure to span a larger area while being easy to handle by inflating and deflating, while remaining lightweight due to the high volume proportion of inflatable support elements in the supporting structure, especially the empty weight.
[0014] According to a further development, at least one of the connecting components or the end pieces is designed to be elastic, or at least one of the end pieces is connected to the connecting component via an elastic coupling element. The coupling element is preferably designed as a damping piece or rubber buffer element with preferably progressive spring characteristics.
[0015] Additionally or alternatively, at least one of the connecting components or the end pieces is rigidly designed and / or at least one of the end pieces is rigidly connected to the connecting component.
[0016] In this way, the following combination options in the design arise for each connection: The connection of the end piece to the connecting component with an elastic coupling element, in other words the elastic connection, or the connection of the end piece to the connecting component with a rigid coupling element or without a coupling element, in other words the rigid connection; furthermore, the rigid design of the connected end piece and the connecting component; the elastic design of the connected end piece and the connecting component; the rigid design of the connected end piece and the elastic design of the connecting component, and vice versa, the elastic design of the connected end piece and the rigid design of the connecting component.
[0017] Due to the variety of possible combinations mentioned above, which can be individually selected for each connection, the stiffness of the respective connection can be influenced in a targeted and local manner, whereby the properties of the structure, in particular the stiffness, load-bearing capacity, resistance to wind load and load, as well as vibration behavior, can be optimally adjusted.
[0018] According to a preferred development, the respective end piece or connecting component has a progressive spring characteristic in the case of its elastic design.
[0019] If all end pieces are rigidly connected, and the end pieces and connecting components are rigidly designed, the structure achieves maximum stiffness. By selectively designing the connection(s), end piece(s), and / or connecting component(s) with elasticity, a specific characteristic of the structure can be precisely adjusted.
[0020] Fundamentally, this results in a small pack size for the dismantled, disassembled structure, even when the structure is highly or very rigid. The individual edge tubes with their end pieces and the connecting components that connect them enable flexible and therefore faster assembly and disassembly. Furthermore, the inflatable edge tubes and the connecting components represent basic elements for the flexible modularization of the structure.
[0021] The edge tubes can, for example, be pre-assembled as structural elements, either pressureless or with a suitable transport pressure, or they are available as modular basic elements. Due to the high rigidity in the corner areas of the structural elements of the supporting structure, compliance with the standards and static requirements for temporary structures (construction book) is easily achieved, and a covered area of up to approximately 100 m 2 is feasible.
[0022] Depending on the design of the polygonal structural elements, very stable structures with almost any base area can be created, so that this concept can also be applied to large tents, such as exhibition tents, event tents or the like.
[0023] Parameters for the design of the structural elements can be alternative or additional to the above-mentioned rigidity or elasticity and spring characteristics: a length and a diameter of the edge tubes, their filling pressure, a size of the structural elements, a symmetry or asymmetry of the structural elements, a number of corners of the respective polygon, a bracing of the edge tubes by means of a clamping device or an arrangement of the respective structural element with respect to its neighboring structural elements.
[0024] According to a further development, the structural elements are preferably designed such that at least one of the edge tubes is assigned to two adjacent structural elements and thus forms a circumferential section of both structural elements.
[0025] In a preferred embodiment of the disclosure, the structural elements are configured as a square, pentagon, or hexagon. Of course, other geometries and mixed shapes are also feasible.
[0026] Preferably, a corner angle of the associated polygonal structural element is predetermined or set via the connecting component and adjacent end pieces connected to it. It should be noted that the corner angle is predetermined or set with the highest angular accuracy in the case of a rigid connection and design of the end piece and the connecting component. The angular accuracy decreases accordingly with an elastic connection or elastic design of the end piece or connecting component, or both, and the corner angle increasingly adjusts depending on the stress conditions on the structural element.
[0027] Alternatively or additionally, end pieces are connected diametrically to the connecting component, so that the edge tubes radiate diametrically from the connecting component and together form one of the peripheral sections of the associated structural element. In this case, the angle spanned by the edge tubes connected in this way is, for example, 180°. Thus, the connecting component can connect several edge tubes to form a single, preferably straight, peripheral section.
[0028] The peripheral section can of course alternatively be formed by two connecting components and three edge tubes, or generally speaking, by a plurality of alternately arranged connecting components and edge tubes, whereby for a given length of the peripheral section a proportion of non-pneumatic components (end piece, possibly coupling element, connecting component) increases and a proportion of pneumatic components decreases.
[0029] The connecting component can be arranged in a central region of the supporting structure of the building, so that edge tubes are connected to the respective connecting component in a distributed manner over their entire circumference, in particular with predetermined corner angles, or it is arranged in an edge region of the supporting structure on the building, so that the edge tubes are connected to it partially over their circumference, and in particular with predetermined corner angles.
[0030] Preferably, all peripheral sections of the supporting structure are formed by the inflatable edge tubes and all edge tubes are connected to the polygonal structural elements via the said, according to the disclosure, rigid or elastic connecting components.
[0031] Alternatively, at least one of the peripheral sections is formed by a rigid strut.
[0032] Preferably, a peripheral section of the rigid strut is formed on an edge side of the structure, in particular in a region of a foundation or support of the structure, which can, for example, facilitate a first construction step during the erection of the structure, in particular a connection of the supporting structure to the foundation or support.
[0033] The rigid connecting components according to the disclosure can of course have an identical or a different design, which depends in particular on a number and an intended corner angle of the respective connected end pieces / edge tubes.
[0034] The building, or more precisely its supporting structure, preferably consists of structural elements that are designed as a square, pentagon, hexagon or other polygon, whereby the supporting structure can also be designed from mixed forms of these geometries.
[0035] The respective structural element, more specifically the connecting components and the edge tubes connected to them via the end pieces and optional coupling elements, can span a flat surface or a curved surface. The structure can be composed solely of flat structural elements, solely of curved structural elements, or of both types of structural elements.
[0036] At positions in the supporting structure where the structural elements meet at their corners, the edge tubes of these structural elements are preferably connected to a common connecting component located there. This component accordingly has a sufficient number of connecting sections of the end pieces and a sufficiently narrow angular distribution of the connecting sections.
[0037] According to a further development, a plurality of the connecting components, preferably all connecting components, are identical - and thus designed as identical parts.
[0038] If the supporting structure consists of dissimilar structural elements that differ, for example, in the number of their corners, the common parts / connecting components are oversized in terms of the number of their connection sections and angular distribution to such an extent that not every connection section has an end piece connected, and some end pieces are connected at a greater angular distance than theoretically possible. In other words, some connection sections remain free or are unoccupied. This allows the use of identical connecting components as common parts, largely independent of the shape of the structural elements.
[0039] The structural elements are preferably arranged such that at least one of the edge tubes is assigned to two structural elements, so that the structural elements extend on both sides of this edge tube.
[0040] Preferably, the set of structural elements, in particular a roof or a dome formed by them, is connected to a foundation or a support of the building via several of the connecting components.
[0041] Preferably, the structure has several foundations or supports distributed around the circumference.
[0042] According to a further development, such a foundation or support is preferably designed as a container or sack that can be filled with water, for example, to add weight to it.
[0043] Preferably, the container or bag in the unfilled state, in particular when the structure is not erected, is provided as a transport volume in which the components of the structure, for example the edge tubes, the connecting components, the support elements, the end pieces, the coupling elements, the cover layers, fastening means, clamping means and the like, can be stowed.
[0044] To increase the rigidity of the respective structural element, according to a further development, at least one, preferably flexible, tensioning device is provided on the structural element. The tensioning device preferably has several tensioning elements, preferably tensioning straps, that radiate from the connecting component.
[0045] In a preferred embodiment, a connecting component of the structural element is connected via the tensioning means to at least one other connecting component of the structural element, which is arranged, for example, opposite one another on the structural element, with a tensile force. Preferably, the connecting component is connected to all connecting components arranged opposite one another on the structural element via the radiating tensioning elements or straps.
[0046] In the case of a flat or planar structural element, the clamping device extends in a plane spanned by the edge tubes, stabilizes the force triangles formed by the edge tubes and thus increases the static resistance of the structural element against torsion and deflection.
[0047] Apart from external forces, such as gravity or wind forces, the clamping effect of the clamping device means that the edge tubes preferably act on the connecting component with compressive forces and the connected clamping device with tensile force.
[0048] Preferably, the clamping device is adjustable in length and / or adjustable, so that the preload of the structural element is adjustable and / or adjustable. The preload is preferably set high enough so that, under expected / specified external forces, the structural element remains as rigid and torsion-free as possible, and / or bearing forces at the connecting sections of the edge tubes and the clamping device to the connecting component are within their specifications.
[0049] The adjustment or adjustment of the tensioning device can be implemented in such a way that the tensioning strap(s) is / are adjustable in length, and / or that the tensioning device is connected to the connecting component by means of a tensioning device and can be tensioned. Such a tensioning device can be designed, for example, as a tension rod that passes through a through-hole in the connecting component, for example, a threaded bolt with a lockable tensioning nut.
[0050] To minimize the adjustment or adjustment travel of the clamping device, it preferably has a high modulus of elasticity. Suitable flexible materials with high strength and a high modulus of elasticity include belts or ropes made of polyethylene fibers, preferably with an (ultra)high molecular weight.
[0051] Preferably, the connecting sections of the end pieces on the connecting component are formed by, preferably planar, end faces that are positioned relative to each other according to a corner angle of the structural element. An end piece of an edge tube is then connected to each of the end faces. In this way, the corner angle is predetermined by the connecting component.
[0052] As already explained above, the actual corner angle is determined depending on the corner angle predetermined on the connecting component, the rigid or elastic design of the end pieces and the connecting component and the stress conditions on the structural element, in particular due to the at least one clamping device.
[0053] It should be noted that the corner angle actually achieved has the highest angular accuracy - i.e. the smallest angular deviation - from the corner angle predetermined by the connection sections of the connecting component if the connections, the end pieces and the connecting component are each designed rigidly.
[0054] As soon as one of the end pieces, its connection or the connecting component is not rigid but elastic, the angular accuracy decreases accordingly and the actual corner angle increasingly depends on the stress conditions on the structural element.
[0055] Preferably, the clamping means is connected between the end faces, preferably in a region of an angle bisector of the corner angle.
[0056] According to a preferred development, the end faces have a respective receptacle, preferably a through-hole, into which a bearing section, preferably a centering section, of the end piece is inserted or through which a bearing section, preferably a centering section, of the end piece passes.
[0057] According to a possible variant, the elastic or rigid coupling element is arranged in a region of the receptacle, into which a bearing section, preferably a centering section, of the end piece is inserted, or through which a bearing section, preferably a centering section, of the end piece passes.
[0058] Preferably, the end piece is secured to the end face by means of fastening means, for example, by forming at least three through-holes evenly distributed around the circumference of the receptacle, through which screws are threaded into threaded holes formed on the end face of the end piece. Alternative fastening means are, of course, possible.
[0059] The supporting structure preferably has a single- or multi-segmented deck layer that is braced to protect the interior of the structure from the elements. Due to the disclosed connection of the edge tubes via the connecting components, the structure proves to be wind-stable even with this deck layer.
[0060] The cover layer can extend over several, for example, all, structural elements, or it can be composed of several cover layer segments whose respective geometry corresponds to that of the polygon of the respective structural element. In this case, the set of cover layer segments forms the cover layer. The structural elements are preferably tightly connected to one another across their entire circumference.
[0061] In the case of the design of the cover layer by cover layer segments, the above-mentioned tensioning device supports the resistance of the respective cover layer segment against deflection, which can result, for example, from a wind load.
[0062] The cover layer segments can be designed, for example, as a cover tarpaulin or cover layer or cover membrane.
[0063] The connection of the cover layer segments to the edge tubes is preferably implemented in such a way that essentially cylindrical sleeves or quivers extend along the edge sides of the cover layer segment, each of which accommodates one of the edge tubes. This provides a simple and compact connection of the cover layer segments to the supporting structure, including possible walls and tunnels. A particular advantage is that the cover layer segment is connected to the respective edge tube in a linear fashion rather than at a point, thus advantageously eliminating point-like transverse loading of the edge tube.
[0064] The covers or quivers are preferably designed so that the edge tubes are easy to insert and remove.
[0065] To enable a change or replacement of the cover layer segment with the supporting structure in place, especially with inflated edge tubes and without having to disassemble the supporting structure, a further development has proven advantageous in which the sleeves or quivers have a closable access point along their axial extension, through which the respective edge tube can be inserted laterally. The access point is preferably designed as a zipper. In this way, the standing structure can be quickly converted to a different design, a different logo, or a different advertising message without having to disassemble the underlying supporting structure.
[0066] In order to enable axial insertion and removal of the edge tube, the sleeve or the quiver, according to a further development, has on at least one of its axial end sections an opening facing the connecting component there, with at least the diameter or cross section of the respectively received carrier element or edge tube.
[0067] In order to form an axial stop in the sleeve or quiver to which the edge tube is axially secured, the sleeve or quiver, according to a further development, has an opening at at least one of its axial end sections facing the connecting component there, which opening is narrowed relative to the diameter or cross-section of the respective support element accommodated. The shape of the narrowed opening is preferably adapted to the shape of an outer circumferential surface of the end piece. In particular, it is formed by a conical taper of the sleeve or quiver, for example, as a collar.
[0068] Preferably, at least one of the end pieces of a respective edge tube has a compressed air connection which is in compressed air connection with the support element of the edge tube.
[0069] According to a further development, the compressed air connections of the end pieces connected thereto are connected to a permanently open compressed air hose—open, in the sense of a permanent compressed air connection—or a lockable compressed air hose on at least one of the connecting components, so that they are either permanently connected to the compressed air connection or can be connected to the compressed air connection as needed, or their compressed air connection can be interrupted. In this way, the compressed air-connected edge tubes, preferably all edge tubes of one or more structural elements, can be filled with compressed air via a common connection, and the compressed air can be released accordingly.
[0070] Preferably, the compressed air connection at the end piece is coaxial with the support element. Alternatively, it can be arranged with a radial component projecting from the end piece to improve its accessibility.
[0071] Preferably, the compressed air connections are arranged within a space occupied by the connecting component. This protects the compressed air connections, and preferably also the compressed air hose, against external damage, particularly against impact damage.
[0072] The connecting component is particularly cost-effective and simple to assemble from sections, preferably sheet metal sections. The sheet metal sections can be punched or cut, for example, laser-cut. Preferably, the sheet metal sections are bent. Alternatively, the connecting component can, of course, be a cast part, a milled part, or an additively manufactured component. The aforementioned end faces are formed by one of the sheet metal sections, and at least one other of the sheet metal sections forms a stiffening section.
[0073] The connecting component can be cup-shaped, with a cup base and a peripheral cup wall. The cup base then preferably forms the stiffening section, and the cup wall forms the end faces. Such a configuration is preferably found in those connecting components that are arranged in the central region of the building's supporting structure and / or to which the end pieces are connected in a distributed manner.
[0074] The connecting components arranged in the edge region of the supporting structure and / or the connecting components to which the end pieces are connected in a partially distributed manner are preferably designed approximately in the shape of a U-profile. The end faces to which the end pieces are connected are then preferably formed by legs or leg sections of the U-profile, whereas the stiffening sections are preferably formed by struts or cover plates via which the legs are connected.
[0075] The support elements are preferably two-layered, with a radially outer layer and a radially inner layer. The two-layer design allows for optimal adjustment of the respective functions of the support elements, such as abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and airtightness, and thus the respective load-bearing capacity of the edge tubes, the structural elements, the supporting structure, and thus the structure itself.
[0076] The outer layer preferably fulfils the function of a shape-retaining jacket.
[0077] Preferably, the radially outer layer is formed from a material, particularly a textile material, whose primary property is high dimensional stability of the support element, particularly against pneumatic internal pressure. An alternative or additional property of the outer layer is high abrasion resistance, so that the support elements are protected against abrasion and damage, particularly during the assembly process of the support structure, in which the support elements must be handled close to the ground.
[0078] The inner layer preferably fulfils the function of an airtight, elastic hose or hose element.
[0079] Preferably, the end pieces are attached to the support element in that the radially outer and the radially inner of the two layers are fixed or fastened to the end pieces independently of one another.
[0080] To secure the end pieces to the support element, the end pieces preferably each have at least two axially spaced circumferential grooves. The radially inner, particularly airtight, layer (hose element) is secured to the axially inner of the two circumferential grooves, and the radially outer, particularly shape-retaining, abrasion-resistant, layer is secured to the axially outer of the two circumferential grooves. In this way, the radially outer layer, which is particularly shape-retaining and abrasion-resistant, completely covers the radially inner layer, which is particularly more sensitive and airtight, in both the axial and circumferential directions, protecting it from damage and defining its shape.
[0081] The two layers are preferably secured in their respective circumferential grooves by a winding of a rope or wire. This winding technique represents a simple and secure way to attach the end pieces to the support element, whereby the strength of the connection can be influenced by the wrap angle and pretension of the rope or wire. A sealant between the axially inner circumferential groove and the radially inner layer secured to it preferably increases airtightness.
[0082] The structure according to the disclosure preferably has a plurality of identical edge tubes. This allows the edge tubes to be standardized as a common part and thus manufactured and maintained cost-effectively.
[0083] As an alternative to the two-layer structure of the support element described above, it can of course be made of a textile-coated one-piece woven structure. In this case, only one of the circumferential grooves described above is required for fastening at the respective end piece.
[0084] In a preferred further development, which builds on the further development with edge-side sleeves or quivers of the cover layer segments, at least one of the end pieces of the respective edge tube has a, in particular third, outermost circumferential groove in the axial direction, to which the sleeve or quiver, preferably a tensioned edge of the sleeve or quiver, is fixed.
[0085] The appearance of the connecting component is preferably of high quality so that it can serve as a design element of the building. Short description of the characters

Detailed description of the characters
[0087] Fig. Figure 1 shows an exemplary embodiment of a mobile structure 1 designed as a trade fair or event tent. It has a basic cross-section in the shape of a heptagon, on which mobile, ballastable supports 2 are arranged evenly distributed around the circumference. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the box-shaped supports 2, when the structure 1 is dismantled, provide space for storing and transporting components of the structure, thus fulfilling an efficient dual function.
[0088] A dome-like, partially pneumatically constructed support structure 4 of the building 1 is connected to the box-shaped supports 2. In the illustrated embodiment, the support structure 4 comprises three identical, frame-shaped structural elements 6a, 6b, 6c, each in the form of a planar pentagon. Each pentagon has peripheral sections, each formed by an inflatable edge tube 8. Edge-side edge tubes 8a are assigned to only one of the structural elements 6a, 6b, 6c, whereas edge tubes 8b arranged in a central region of the building 1 are each assigned to two adjacent structural elements 6a, 6b, 6c.
[0089] The edge tubes 8 are according to Fig. 2, as disclosed, is formed from an inflatable, cylindrical support element 12, to each of whose two end sections a rigid end piece 18 is sealingly attached. The end pieces 18 are, as disclosed, rigidly connected to the rigid connecting components 10, which will be explained in more detail later.
[0090] It should be emphasized here that, as an alternative to the rigid design of the connections, end pieces 18 and connecting components 10 shown in the exemplary embodiments, their respective elastic design is possible. Naturally, all combinations of rigid / elastic end pieces / connecting components are possible, for example, to adjust a characteristic of the structure: rigid end piece, rigid connecting component; elastic end piece, rigid connecting component; elastic end piece, elastic connecting component; rigid end piece, elastic connecting component.
[0091] In addition, the connection of the respective end piece to the connecting component can be designed either rigidly or elastically. According to the disclosure, the rigid connection is implemented such that the end piece is connected to the connecting component with fastening means that can be considered rigid – this also includes expansion bolts within the scope of the disclosure – with or without an intermediate, rigid coupling element. In contrast, the elastic connection can be implemented according to the disclosure by an elastic coupling piece that is provided between the end piece and the connecting component. Depending on the design with / without an elastic / rigid coupling element, a multitude of additional combinations arise in addition to the combinations mentioned above, which will not be explained explicitly here in order not to unnecessarily lengthen the description.
[0092] The Fig. The spherical shape of the connecting components 10 shown in Figure 10 is one possible design. Different, lighter designs of the connecting components 10 are shown in the Fig. 5 ff. explained in more detail.
[0093] According to Fig. 1 extends in a plane spanned by the edge tubes 8 of the respective structural element 6, each of which comprises a cover layer segment 14a, 14b, 14c formed as a single-layer membrane, which is connected at the edges to the edge tubes 8 of the respective structural element 6a, 6b, 6c. The cover layer segments 14a, 14b, 14c can be made, for example, of PVC or another weather-resistant and waterproof material.
[0094] In the illustrated embodiment according to Fig. 1, a tensioning means radiates from each of the connecting components 10 of a respective structural element 6a, 6b, 6c to the connecting component(s) 10 arranged opposite one another in the same structural element 6a, 6b, 6c, and thus, together with the edge tubes 8 of the same structural element 6a, 6b, 6c, spans a plane. Specifically, the tensioning means is formed by two tensioning straps 16, each of which radiates to a different one of the connecting components 10 arranged opposite one another in the same structural element 6a, 6b, 6c. The respective tensioning strap 16 is preferably adjustable in length and, while being lightweight, preferably has high strength and a high modulus of elasticity. A length-adjustable Dyneema flat band, for example, is suitable here. Fig. 1, for reasons of clarity, only the tensioning belts 16 of a tensioning device of the structural element 6b are provided with reference numerals.
[0095] According to Fig. 1, the support structure 4 is thus formed, as disclosed, by a three-dimensional grid, the grid nodes of which, in the illustrated embodiment, are formed by the rigid connecting components 10, to which the grid sections formed by inflatable edge tubes 8 are rigidly connected via their end pieces. The support structure 4 is also attached to the mobile supports 2 via the rigid connecting components 10.
[0096] In the case of high possible wind loads, the mobile structure 1 can also be stabilized in the manner of a conventional tent with additional tensioning and position fixing to the ground.
[0097] The Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show exemplary embodiments of similar pentagonal structural elements 6, each with the connecting components 10, the tensioning belts 16, and the edge tubes 8, wherein, for reasons of clarity, only a minority of the mentioned elements are provided with reference numerals. The illustrated exemplary embodiments of the structural elements 6 have in common their pentagonal basic shape with the same angularity, a number and type of their connecting components 10, as well as the tensioning means formed by tensioning belts 16, as already described with reference to Fig. 1 were explained.
[0098] For structural element 6 according to Fig. 3, two of the five circumferential sections are formed by rigid struts 20 instead of inflatable edge tubes. In addition, the Fig. The structural element 6 shown in Figure 3 does not have a membrane. This exposes the tensioning straps 16. It can be clearly seen that the tensioning straps 16 are connected to the respective connecting component 10 by means of a tie rod 22. Two tensioning straps 16 extend from each tie rod 22 to the oppositely arranged connecting components 10.
[0099] In both embodiments according to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, all inflatable edge tubes 8 are pneumatically connected to each other by means of a connecting hose 24 at the respective connecting components 10. This is shown in the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 can only be identified by the connecting component 10 located at the bottom right.
[0100] Basically, both show Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 each show a structural element 6 which is under construction and not yet integrated into the building, in which a compressed air supply 26 is connected to an end piece of one of the edge tubes 8, so that with the help of the connecting hoses 24 connecting the edge tubes 8, all edge tubes 8 can be filled with compressed air simultaneously. On the structural element according to Fig. 3, two of the five circumferential sections are not formed by inflatable edge tubes, but by rigid struts 20. The structural element 6 according to Fig. 4 is formed with the cover layer segment 14
[0101] Fig. Figure 5 shows an embodiment of a connecting component 10 to which connecting or end pieces 18 are fully connected. Specifically, this is the connecting component 10 which is positioned directly above the person P according to Fig. 1, to which the three edge tubes 8a and 8b are connected. For this purpose, the connecting component 10 is essentially pot-shaped and has a pot base 28, around whose essentially hexagonal periphery a pot wall 30 is arranged, which is formed by six mutually aligned end faces 32, 34. One of the three end pieces 18 is connected to each of the three end faces 32. A tension rod 22 of the tensioning straps 16 is connected to each of the two end faces 34.
[0102] Fig. Figure 6 shows an embodiment of a connecting component 10 to which connecting pieces 18 are only partially connected. Specifically, this is the connecting component 10 which is located immediately to the right of the person P according to Fig. 1, to which only the two edge tubes 8a are connected.
[0103] Accordingly, the connecting component 10 has Fig. 6 only two end faces 32 positioned at the corner angle of the structural element 6b. Unlike the cup-shaped connecting component according to Fig. 5 is the one according to Fig. 6 is designed in the manner of a U-profile. The end faces 32 form the legs, and the intermediate end face 34 forms a base of the U-profile. The tension rod 22 is connected to the end face 34, the threaded rod of which extends through a through-hole in the end face 34 and is secured and tensioned on the connecting component 10 beyond a nut. To increase strength, the U-profile has two cover surfaces 36, which are bordered at the edges by the end faces 32, 34. Both the end faces 32, 34 and the cover surfaces 36 are provided with recesses for the purpose of lightweight construction.
[0104] The Fig. 7 shows a perspective top view of sheet metal sections of five different sheets, which are presented for joining and are attached to the edge of the structure 1 according to Fig. 1 connecting components 10 which essentially have the same basic structure as was last shown in Fig. 6. They each have an end plate with the two end faces 32 for connecting the end pieces 18 and the intermediate end face 34 for connecting the tension rod 22. In addition, they each have the two cover surfaces 36.
[0105] Fig. Figure 8 shows the five different connecting components 10, which are made from the submitted sections according to Fig. 7 were added.
[0106] Fig. 9 shows a perspective side view of the end piece 18 of the edge tube 8 according to Fig. 2 with an inflatable tube section 38 of the inflatable support element 12 secured to the end piece 18. The end piece 18 has two axially spaced circumferential grooves 42, 44, with the tube section 38 only overlapping the axially inner circumferential groove 42. The tube section 38 is secured in the circumferential groove 42 by a thread 46 wound multiple times therein. A sealant to increase airtightness is provided on edge webs 40 of the inner circumferential groove 42 between the tube section 38 and the end piece 18.
[0107] Fig. 10 shows a perspective side view of the end piece 18 according to Fig. 9, wherein the hose section is (hidden) overlapped by a dimensionally stable and abrasion-resistant layer 48 of the support element 12, which is secured in the axially outer circumferential groove 44. The dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant layer 48 is also secured in its groove 44 by a thread 50 wound multiple times therein.
[0108] Fig. 11 shows a longitudinal section of an end piece 18. In addition to the two in the Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 shown circumferential grooves 42, 44, in which the hose section 38 and the shape-retaining, abrasion-resistant layer 48 are each fixed by means of the thread 46, 50, the end piece 18 has according to Fig. 11 a third circumferential groove 52 arranged even further outwards in the axial direction. In this groove an edge 54 of an edge-side quiver 56 of a cover layer segment (reference number 14, cf. Fig. 1, Fig. 4, Fig. 12 and Fig. 13). The rim tube 8 is almost completely accommodated in the quiver 56, except for the conical end sections of its two end pieces 18.
[0109] Fig. 12 shows a plan view of a portion of the connecting component 10 according to Fig. 6 with the cover layer segment 14 connected to the edge tubes 8a via the quivers 56. The quivers 56 are predominantly cylindrical shells into which the respective edge tube 8a is inserted. The respective quiver 56 encloses the support element 12 (hose section 38 and shape-retaining, abrasion-resistant layer 48) of the edge tube 8a and overlaps its end pieces 18 in sections with a radially tapered collar 58. Only a centering section of the end piece 18 protrudes through the collar 58, which is inserted into a receptacle in the end face 32 (not shown).
[0110] The function of the quiver 56 is illustrated Fig. 13. The quiver 56 has a lateral zipper 60 along its entire length, providing closable access for the lateral insertion of the edge tube 8a. This allows the cover layer segment 14 to be attached to the edge tube(s) 8 by opening the zipper 60, slipping the quiver 56 laterally over the edge tube 8, and then closing the zipper 60 again.
[0111] The cover layer segment 14 is also axially fixed to the edge tube 8 via the collar(s) 58. Alternatively or additionally, the third circumferential groove can be provided on one of the end pieces (see Fig. 11). The quiver with zipper 60 allows the cover layer segment 14 to be attached to the edge tube(s) 8 without the structural element 6 having to be disassembled or relaxed.
[0112] Fig. 14 shows a longitudinal section of the edge tube in an area of its connection to the connecting component 10 according to Fig. 5, in perspective view. The end piece 18 is constructed as a cap-shaped, conical hollow body, which is penetrated in the axial direction from the interior of the carrier element 12 to a compressed air connection 62 by a compressed air channel 64. A hose adapter 66 is attached to the compressed air connection 62, to which the connecting hose 24 shown in the previous figures or the compressed air supply 26 (cf. e.g. Fig. 3) can be connected. The compressed air connection 62 passes through a through-recess 72 formed in the end face 32, which is penetrated by the compressed air connection 62 and together with the latter enables a type of pre-centering of the end piece 18 on the connecting component 10. On the inside, the end piece has reinforcing struts that make it more pressure-resistant. At the base of the compressed air connection 62, the end piece 18 is radially expanded and forms a concentric contact surface that is in contact with the end face 32 of the connecting component 10. In the contact surface, concentric to the compressed air connection 62, six blind holes 68 with internal threads are formed. The end face 32 thus has aligned through-holes 70 through which screws (not shown) pass and engage in the blind holes 68.Thus, the respective end piece 18 is prestressed into its predetermined position on the end face 32, and the corner angle assumed by the edge tubes 8 is also predetermined. According to the disclosure, this type of connection is referred to as a rigid connection, since no elastic coupling element is interposed; rather, the connection is made directly, using only the screws. In the opposite case, when an elastic coupling element is interposed, the connection is referred to as an elastic connection, according to the disclosure. Fig. 15 shows a perspective top view of the end piece 18 according to Fig. 14.
[0113] The mobile structure according to the disclosure may have a supporting structure formed from other polygons or from mixed forms of different polygons.
[0114] Disclosed is a mobile structure comprising a plurality of polygonal structural elements delimited by textile, inflatable edge tubes, which are connected by their end sections to connecting components, so that the connecting components and the edge tubes form a three-dimensional grid as a supporting structure, which is formed from light pneumatic and sufficiently rigid grid struts - the edge tubes - and from sufficiently rigid nodes - the connecting components - whereby the structure has a low weight and yet a high load-bearing capacity and high rigidity.
