Abstract

To safely lift and move concrete and steel plates, as well as doors and windows, using a crane, lifting elements are inserted into their corners in a form-fitting manner. The load hooks of a crane harness are then attached to these elements in such a way that the tensile stresses of the ropes, chains, or lifting straps are directed towards a common center of gravity within the force field, thus directing the holding forces in such a way that the lifting elements cannot slip outwards.

Description

Background of the invention

[0001] A large number of construction elements in buildings are panel-shaped, such as wall, ceiling and facade elements, but also prefabricated doors and windows.

[0002] In multi-story buildings, these are usually transported to the upper floors by an external crane, depending on the construction progress.

[0003] This is often done with mesh pallets, which must be available in an appropriate size. Occasionally, however, this is not the case, especially in the case of very large structural elements.

[0004] In some cases, eyelets are embedded in the structural elements themselves to enable safe transport on crane hooks.

[0005] However, in many cases there is no other choice than to hang the panels in the slings of lifting equipment.

[0006] In any case, a second horizontal loop would be necessary for safety reasons. However, this is sometimes omitted because subsequently untying two intertwined chains or straps is difficult, time-consuming, and also dangerous. Task

[0007] The object of the invention is therefore to provide a quick and safe suspension of plate-like components for crane lifting. Solution

[0008] According to the invention, this is achieved by inserting form-fitting crane shoes into the corners of the panel elements. These have threads for lifting eyes, whose pilot holes are aligned with the direction of pull of the panel weight so that their center axis is aligned with the center of gravity of the entire element.

[0009] This ensures that there is always sufficient tension on the crane shoe towards the center of the slab and therefore there is no danger of a slab corner slipping out of the crane shoe. State of the art

[0010] Several lifting devices for securing lifting loads are already known: DE202008009877U1 describes a device for a lifting device. The device is used to align the position of a lifting item using a connecting element that connects the device to a lifting element. A rope or chain serves as the sling device, the length of which is adjustable via a winch and is operatively connected to the device during operation.

[0011] Furthermore, the device has a base frame on which the connecting element, lifting means and winch are arranged.

[0012] DE202010001122U1 describes a load-handling device. A chain sling comprises a lifting device with a first shortening device. Furthermore, the invention is characterized by a hoist with a second shortening device, which can be removably attached to the lifting device. This allows the usable length to be changed.

[0013] This combination of chain slings allows loads to be lifted or lowered, or can be used to balance the load, as the supporting chain lengths can be individually controlled and adjusted in length.

[0014] EP3569795A1 describes a device for positioning a lifting anchor. In a formwork for a precast concrete element, the lifting anchor is defined by an elongated section, which has a connecting section. To reduce the forces acting on the lifting anchor, it is proposed that the attached anchor be inclined at a 90-degree angle.

[0015] The anchor is mounted at an angle on a payload and features connectors for connection to a lifting device. The selected angle distributes the tensile forces so that the material is subjected to less stress, thus increasing performance efficiency. Ropes or chains from a crane hook can be attached to the transport anchors. Description based on the drawing Fig. 1 shows the crane shoe (1) with base plate (2), cover plate (3), recess (4) and inclined threaded hole (5). Fig. 1a shows an eyebolt (6) to be screwed into the threaded hole (5). Fig. 2 shows the crane shoe (1) in side view with base plate (2), cover plate (3) and eyebolt (6) screwed into the inclined threaded hole (5) as well as the axis inclination (11) of the threaded hole. Fig. 3 shows a plate-shaped component (7), four crane shoes (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d), lifting chains (9), suspension eye (10). QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
