Description

[0001] Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 shows the gearbox fully retracted. Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. Figure 3 shows the gearbox extended.

[0002] The extended swing arm is attached to the accelerator pedal. Fig. 2 Part 10 and Fig. Part 12. A spring-loaded swingarm that doesn't require attachment to the pedal is also possible. The extension speed must then allow for smooth deceleration of the engine. The pedal mounting must be located at the pivot point of the gearbox. A receptacle is needed on the foot pedal to absorb the gyroscopic motion. See Fig. Part 10. Here, a sphere is installed in a square recess.

[0003] This ball enables a gyroscopic motion to be absorbed between pedal part 10 and swing arm part 8. See Fig. 5

[0004] The gears translate the rotation of the accelerator pedal to the encoder. The gear ratio between the pedal and encoder should not exceed 3.5 N / m. The measurement is taken at the encoder, and the rocker arm (large gear) is actuated. The swivel range or measuring distance is 40 degrees.

[0005] The encoder sends the impulses to the controller and brushless motor.

[0006] The gearbox is attached to the base plate with cage nuts or weld nuts.

[0008] Brushless outrunner electric motor with throttle gearbox for encoder 270 degrees and vibration-damping mounting in the vehicle.

[0009] Utility model for a brushless motor and the associated controller with mounting in vehicle and power generation construction.

[0010] Use of a brushless outrunner motor in vehicle and power generation applications. A 10-slot outrunner motor with 12 magnets is used. A controller with DC input and AC output is recommended. Control is achieved via a square wave pulse. Polarity reversal is achieved via an inverted pulse. Switch-off is accomplished by interrupting the DC power supply or by switching off the pulse. The motor is mounted with decoupling to absorb shocks. 1. Brushless motor with 10 slots (teeth) and 12 magnets.

[0011] The motor is designed as a brushless (BL) motor.

[0012] The controller handles the modulation and conversion of direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC). In brushed motors, the carbon brushes perform this modulation, reversing the polarity during each rotation. The elimination of friction results in higher efficiency and wear-free operation.

[0013] The motor has 3 phases which differ in the strength of the current and in time (sine wave).

[0014] Cumulation in LRK winding Example: L1 + 1 Ampere current Time 1 L2 0 Ampere Current Time 1 L3 -1 Ampere current Time 1

[0015] L3 North Pole attracts rotor South Pole and L1 South Pole repels rotor North Pole.

[0016] This happens alternately due to the alternating current.

[0017] In a 10-slot (tooth) stator, L1, L2, and L3 are connected together at one end and to the controller at the other. The teeth are arranged in a star pattern, offset by 120 degrees.

[0018] L1 is wound around Z10, Z9, Z4, and Z3, L2 around Z8, Z7, Z2, and Z1, and L3 around Z6 and Z5. The control system can increase power output under higher loads, thus maintaining a constant rotational speed.

[0019] Swapping two wires changes the direction of rotation.

[0020] Simulations such as static strength, elastic stress and centrifugal force of the magnets and the clamping ring were carried out.

[0021] The results were successful with the materials. For pulse control,

[0022] Signals 0 and 1 result in negative and positive voltage in the respective conductors. Each conductor receives its own pulse.

[0023] When the voltage is 0 volts, the conductor carries no current. The voltage can then be measured. This is how the phase shift is measured. The current waveform lags behind due to the motor inductance and the load torque. This is called "timing."

[0024] Outrunner motors with high motor inductance typically have a timing of 15 to 30 degrees. Timing in degrees = 2 x number of poles of the motor.

[0025] The timing should be shown on the engine's data sheet. 2. The regulation.

[0026] Sensorless controller.

[0027] The state of the system without a sensor is known through the zero crossing and voltage measurement.

[0028] All signals are fed to the microprocessor, which can then compare the commutation with the correct voltage and virtual neutral point (center of all three conductors) and determine the correct phase zero crossing. The control process continues in this way.

[0029] Agenda for motor mounting. Mounting bracket that absorbs low vibrations and transfers them to the base body. Ball joint for precise fixing of the motor mount. This bracket is extruded in an "L" shape and then cut to length. Joint bolt as ball joint for precise fixing of the mount. See Fig. 11 See Fig. 7, Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 A limitation of the motor mounting Part 5 Fig. 9 upwards. This can occur in extreme vibrations in the axial direction of the fitting screw, part 5. Fig. 9. [0034] Part 17: Ball joint for precise fixing of the holding device. This accommodates rotational movements in all directions.
