[2] Textile module according to claim 1, designed as an integrated garment or separate element. [3] Module according to one of the preceding claims, wherein elastic fibers are arranged in a spiral or cross shape. [4] Module according to one of the preceding claims with individually adjustable resistance zones (e.g. by means of Velcro, zipper, adjustment).
