Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Creamy substance Technical field
[0001] The present invention relates to a creamy substance. Prior art
[0002] Conventionally, a toy for producing a pseudo-food such as a cake has been proposed by using a tube filled with a creamy resin. For example, Japanese Patent Application 2010-000152A (hereinafter referred to as [1]) discloses a toy set having a resin tube in which a creamy resin, which is a synthetic resin, is filled in a tubular container. A user can have fun with this toy set to easily form a toy for decorating a pseudo-food having a high decorative value, such as an accessory imitating a food having a beautiful appearance. Summary of the invention
[0003] The above-described creamy substance, which is a creamy resin, is available in various colors and can form colorful decorative toys having decorative value. It may be necessary for this type of creamy substance to be transparent in order to form decorative toys of more varied colors.
[0004] An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent creamy substance with excellent formability.
[0005] A creamy substance, according to one aspect of the present invention, is a creamy substance which is configured to be discharged from a pressing tool to produce a decorative body-shaped toy, said creamy substance containing a resin and starch and being transparent.
[0006] According to this aspect of the present invention, a transparent creamy substance with excellent formability can be provided. Brief description of the drawings
[0007] [Fig-1] is a front view of a compression tool for discharging a creamy substance according to one embodiment.
[0008] [Fig.2] is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the creamy substance according to the embodiment is discharged onto a decorative toy. Description of embodiments
[0009] An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A creamy substance 10 according to the embodiment may be stored, for example, in a compression tool 20, as illustrated in [Fig. 1]. A container 22 of the compression tool 20 may be formed by stacking two sheet members flexible made of a polyvinyl chloride resin or the like and bonding the sides of the two sheet members by thermocompression bonding. A rear portion of the container 22 can be closed in a bag shape by bonding the two sheet members by the thermocompression bonding. The creamy substance 10 can be discharged from a discharge port 24 at one end of the compression tool 20 and placed on a production surface of a decorative body imitating a cake or the like, thereby producing a decorative toy.
[0010] Here, the creamy substance 10 is prepared by mixing a preservative, or the like, with a synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin, and is solidified when the creamy substance 10 is dried in the open air. An example of the preservative may be phenoxyethanol. An example of the acrylic resin may be a polyacrylic acid polymer. The creamy substance 10 is a creamy resin that can be formed into various colors such as white and pink. Furthermore, the creamy substance 10, according to the present embodiment, contains starch, preferably potato starch, for example in a content of 8.5% to 10% by weight (preferably about 9% by weight) relative to the total weight of the creamy substance 10, and is made of a translucent resin (a transparent resin). Here, the term "transparency" is similar to translucency, and this transparency not only makes it possible to recognize the shape of an object covered with the creamy substance 10 and the shape of an object located on an opposite side with the creamy substance 10 in between, but also to transmit light even if the shape cannot be recognized.
[0011] Next, an example in which the creamy substance 10 is discharged and placed on a base 30 of the decorative toy as illustrated in [Fig. 2] will be described. The base 30 has a circular shape in a top view, and is formed by injection molding using, for example, a resin material. An upper surface 30a of the base 30 is a production surface on which a decorative body 40 is produced. The creamy substance 10 discharged from the pressing tool 20, which is illustrated in [Fig. 1], is placed on a decorative body support portion 32 on the production surface to form the decorative body 40, thereby producing the decorative toy imitating a circular cake.
[0012] In this embodiment, four decorative body support portions 32 are provided at equal intervals on the upper surface 30a of the base 30 so as to protrude in a substantially straight cone shape. An annular convex portion 34 is provided on an upper surface of an outer periphery of each of the decorative body support portions 32. The annular convex portion 34 is formed in a circular shape in a top view.
[0013] When the creamy substance 10 is placed on the decorative body supporting portion 32 of the base 30, the creamy substance 10 is supported by the decorative body supporting portion 32 having a good appearance. The annular convex portion 34 can serve as a guide for where the creamy substance 10 should be placed, and can also prevent the creamy substance 10 from spreading therefrom so as to make the outer shape neat. The creamy substance 10 placed on all the decorative body supporting portions 32 is dried and solidified to form the decorative bodies 40, and the decorative toy is completed.
[0014] Here, since the creamy substance 10, according to the present embodiment, is translucent, when the creamy substance 10 is placed on the supporting portions of the decorative body 32, the supporting portion of the decorative body 32 can be visually recognized through the creamy substance 10 (see [Fig. 2]). Therefore, the creamy substance 10 is easily placed on the supporting portion of the decorative body 32 compared with the case of an opaque creamy substance.
[0015] Furthermore, since the decorative body 40 formed by drying and solidifying the creamy substance 10, it is also translucent, and the decorative body support portion 32 and the annular convex portion 34 covered with the decorative body 40 can be visually recognized through the decorative body 40. Therefore, it is possible to form a visually novel toy in the shape of a decorative body. The decorative toy can be formed by combining the creamy substance 10 according to the present embodiment with a conventional opaque creamy substance.
[0016] Furthermore, since the creamy substance 10 contains a small amount of starch (9% by weight of potato starch according to the present embodiment), the creamy substance 10 discharged from the pressing tool 20 becomes soft due to gelatinization (a-rization) of the starch compared with a conventional creamy substance that does not contain starch. Therefore, the creamy substance 10 is easily discharged from the pressing tool 20, and its formability is also excellent when the creamy substance 10 is placed on the support portion of the decorative body 32.
[0017] On the other hand, since the starch is present in a small amount (9% by weight of potato starch in the present embodiment), the decorative body 40 formed by drying and solidifying the creamy substance 10 becomes hard due to the retrogradation (|3-rization) of the starch compared with a decorative body formed by drying and solidifying a conventional creamy substance. Therefore, the stability and durability of the decorative toy formed by the decorative body 40 can be improved.
[0018] As described above, since the creamy substance 10 according to the embodiment contains a small amount of starch, the creamy substance 10 is transparent and has excellent moldability. Therefore, it is possible to easily form decorative toys of more varied colors compared to the decorative toy formed from a conventional opaque creamy substance, and it is possible to allow a user to play with the decorative toy without getting tired.
[0019] According to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, a creamy substance having the following aspects can be provided.
[0020] A creamy substance according to a first aspect of the present invention is a creamy substance which is configured to be discharged from a compression tool to produce a decorative toy, which contains a resin and starch and is transparent.
[0021] According to this configuration, the transparent creamy substance with excellent formability can be realized compared with a conventional opaque creamy substance not containing starch.
[0022] In the creamy substance according to a second aspect, the starch is potato starch.
[0023] According to this configuration, since potato starch has a low gelatinization temperature and is of excellent transparency compared with other starches, a specific material for efficiently realizing the transparent creamy substance and excellent formability can be provided.
[0024] The creamy substance according to a third aspect contains potato starch in a range of 8.5% to 10% by weight relative to the total weight of the creamy substance.
[0025] In the case where the potato starch content is too low (less than 8.5% by weight), it may be difficult to maintain the shape and the formability of the creamy substance tends to be poor. On the other hand, in the case where the potato starch content is too large (more than 10% by weight), the creamy substance tends to be excessively hard after being dried and solidified. According to the above configuration, it is possible to provide a specific mixing ratio of the potato starch to effectively realize the transparent creamy substance with excellent formability.
[0026] The embodiments described above have been presented solely by way of example, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments may be embodied in various other forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and modifications may be made without departing from the essence of the invention. These embodiments and their modifications are included within the scope of the invention or its essence, and are included within a scope equivalent to the invention described in the claims. Example
[0027] In the example, a creamy substance containing a small amount of potato starch was produced. As the synthetic resin, a polyacrylic acid polymer (specifically, an aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid obtained by adding purified water and a small amount of a surfactant to polyacrylic acid) was used. In addition, a small amount of phenoxyethanol was added as a preservative. The mixing ratios of the polyacrylic acid polymer, potato starch, and phenoxyethanol are shown in Table 1. In Table 1, the amounts of the raw materials are expressed in mass%.
[0028] [Tables 1] Raw material Mixing ratio (% by mass) Polyacrylic acid polymer 90.867 Potato starch 9.087 Phenoxyethanol 0.046 (Total!) WG
[0029] It can be confirmed that the produced creamy substance is translucent when the transparency of the produced creamy substance is visually observed. Furthermore, it can be confirmed that the product obtained by drying and solidifying the creamy substance is also translucent.
[0030] Furthermore, when the formability of the produced creamy substance is confirmed by discharging the creamy substance onto a base of the decorative toy, it can be confirmed that the produced creamy substance is soft and has excellent formability compared with a conventional opaque creamy substance not containing starch.
