Description

Title of the invention: Device for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element

[0001] The invention relates to a device for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element.

[0002] The present invention relates to the field of manufacturing devices which are configured to deposit, automatically and on a motor vehicle element, an adhesive pad which, beforehand, has been taken from a delivery device designed to deliver at least one such adhesive pad, in particular from an assembly, part of which is wound in the form of a roll, and which comprises a strip as well as a plurality of adhesive pads stuck on this strip.

[0003] This invention will find a suitable application when it is a question of gripping at least one such adhesive pad from a device for dispensing at least one such adhesive pad, of moving at least one such gripped adhesive pad to a suitable location on a substrate, and of applying said at least one such adhesive pad to this substrate.

[0004] Without being in any way limited thereto, the invention will find a particularly suitable application when it is a question of depositing at least one such adhesive pad on a substrate which adopts the shape of a motor vehicle element, more particularly a motor vehicle bodywork element, more specifically when it is a question of closing an opening which such a motor vehicle element comprises with such an adhesive pad.

[0005] A certain number of devices for applying such an adhesive pad are already known.

[0006] In particular, from document DE102018217921, a system for depositing at least one adhesive pad is known which comprises, on the one hand, a device for delivering at least one adhesive pad and, on the other hand, a device for depositing at least one such adhesive pad. This device for depositing at least one adhesive pad comprises, on the one hand, means for gripping such an adhesive pad and, on the other hand, means for mounting these gripping means in translation, this between a retracted position and a deployed position. The depositing system is then configured to position the delivery device directly above the depositing device, more particularly directly above the gripping means which adopt a retracted position. The depositing system is also configured to ensure the gripping of at least one adhesive pad by the gripping means in the retracted position. The dispensing system is then configured to move the delivery device relative to the dispensing device, after said at least one adhesive pad has been gripped by the gripping means. The dispensing system is also configured to translate the gripping means from the retracted position to the deployed position in which the gripping means deposit the gripped adhesive pad on a substrate.

[0007] This removal system has a number of drawbacks. In particular, this removal system is particularly bulky and difficult to handle. In addition, the removal device of this removal system can only adopt a limited number of positions (namely a retracted position and a deployed position). It follows that this removal system can only deposit adhesive pads in a limited number of locations on a motor vehicle element and cannot deposit such adhesive pads when such a location is difficult to access, in particular due to the configuration of the motor vehicle element. One solution consists of moving the motor vehicle element relative to the removal system, which then requires additional means that allow such movement. When the motor vehicle element consists of a motor vehicle body, this solution proves to be complex and particularly expensive.

[0008] The present invention aims to remedy the drawbacks of devices for depositing at least one adhesive pad of the state of the art.

[0009] For this purpose, the invention relates to a device for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element, this device for depositing at least one adhesive pad comprises, on the one hand, a plate which extends along a plane, on the other hand, means for depositing at least one adhesive pad which are configured to deposit at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element, on the other hand, displacement mounting means which are configured to mount the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad in displacement relative to said plate and, on the other hand also, displacement drive means which are configured to drive the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad in displacement relative to the plate.

[0010] This device for depositing at least one adhesive pad is characterized in that the displacement mounting means comprise rotation mounting means which are configured to mount the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad in rotation relative to the plate and around an axis of rotation while the displacement drive means comprise rotation drive means which are configured to drive the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad in rotation around the axis of rotation.

[0011] According to another characteristic, these rotational mounting means comprise, on the one hand, at least one housing which comprises the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad and, on the other hand, a shaft, which is fixedly attached to the plate, which extends along the axis of rotation, which is housed inside said at least one housing, and relative to which the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad are movable in rotation around said axis of rotation.

[0012] An additional characteristic concerns the fact that the rotational drive means comprise, on the one hand, engagement means which comprise the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad or which are associated with these means for depositing at least one adhesive pad, on the other hand, complementary engagement means which cooperate with the engagement means and, on the other hand, a drive motor, which is fixedly mounted on the plate, and which is configured to drive said complementary engagement means.

[0013] Alternatively, the rotation drive means comprise a motor which comprises, on the one hand, a stator which is fixedly secured to the plate and, on the other hand, a rotor which is movable in rotation around the axis of rotation as well as relative to the stator while the rotation mounting means comprise, on the one hand, at least a part of said motor and, on the other hand, fixing means which are configured to fix the means for depositing at least one adhesive pad on the rotor of the motor.

[0014] The invention also relates to an installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element. This installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad comprises, on the one hand, a robot which comprises a movable arm, on the other hand, at least one device for depositing at least one adhesive pad which is configured to deposit at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element and, on the other hand, fixing means which are configured to fix said at least one device for depositing at least one adhesive pad on the movable arm of the robot. In this installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad, said at least one device for depositing at least one adhesive pad has the characteristics described above.

[0015] The invention also relates to a system for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element. This system for depositing at least one adhesive pad comprises, on the one hand, at least one device for depositing at least one adhesive pad which is configured to deposit at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element, on the other hand, at least one device for delivering at least one adhesive pad which is configured to deliver at least one adhesive pad to said at least one device for depositing at least one adhesive pad. In this system for depositing at least one adhesive pad, said at least one device for depositing at least one adhesive pad has the characteristics described above- above.

[0016] Finally, the invention also relates to an installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element. This installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad comprises, on the one hand, a robot which comprises a movable arm, on the other hand, at least one system for depositing at least one adhesive pad which is configured to deposit at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element and, on the other hand, fixing means which are configured to fix said at least one system for depositing at least one adhesive pad on the movable arm of the robot. In this installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad, the system for depositing at least one adhesive pad has the characteristics described above.

[0017] Thus, the invention relates to a device for depositing at least one adhesive pad. This depositing device comprises, on the one hand, means for mounting in rotation about an axis of rotation of the depositing means relative to a plate and, on the other hand, means for driving in rotation about this axis of rotation of these depositing means. The presence of these means for mounting in rotation and of these means for driving in rotation allows the depositing means to adopt a rotational movement and to pivot with a significant angular amplitude (in particular of the order of 260°) which allows these depositing means to adopt a multitude of different angular positions. These means (rotational mounting and rotational drive) then advantageously allow the removal means to deposit adhesive pads in a particularly large number of removal locations, in particular in removal locations that are difficult to access as well as inside a motor vehicle.

[0018] The invention also relates to a system for depositing at least one adhesive pad on a motor vehicle element. This depositing system comprises, on the one hand, at least one depositing device which has the characteristics of the depositing device according to the invention, and on the other hand, at least one device for delivering at least one adhesive pad to such a depositing device.

[0019] These characteristics advantageously make it possible to have a removal system which integrates a delivery device and a device for removing at least one adhesive pad. This removal system then makes it possible to deposit a plurality of adhesive pads, this continuously at the level of the motor vehicle element and by successively passing from one removal location (of this motor vehicle element) to another removal location (of this motor vehicle element) of such an adhesive pad without it being necessary, as in the prior art, for the removal device to go and grasp an adhesive pad at the level of an adhesive pad delivery device remote from the vehicle element au- car.

[0020] The invention also relates to an installation for depositing at least one adhesive pad. This installation comprises a robot and, depending on the case, at least one depositing device which has the characteristics described above or at least one depositing system which has the characteristics described above. Taking into account the characteristics of the depositing device according to the invention, said depositing installation advantageously makes it possible to deposit adhesive pads in a particularly large number of adhesive pad depositing locations, in any case in a much higher number of depositing locations than the depositing installations of the state of the art allow. In addition, the characteristics of this removal device advantageously make it possible to deposit adhesive pads in places that are difficult to access, in particular in places inaccessible to state-of-the-art removal installations, more particularly in places located inside a motor vehicle body.

[0021] Other aims and advantages of the present invention will appear during the description which follows relating to embodiments which are given only as indicative and non-limiting examples.

[0022] Understanding of this description will be facilitated by referring to the attached drawings in which:

[0023] [Fig-1] is a schematic and perspective view of a system for removing at least an adhesive pad which comprises, on the one hand, a device for depositing at least one adhesive pad in accordance with a first type of embodiment of the invention and, on the other hand, a device for delivering at least one adhesive pad to this device for depositing at least one adhesive pad.

[0025] [Fig.3] is a schematic and front view of the device for removing at least one adhesive pad shown [Fig.2].

[0026] [Fig.4] is a schematic and perspective view of an installation for depositing at at least one adhesive pad which comprises a system for depositing at least one adhesive pad which comprises a device for depositing at least one adhesive pad in accordance with the invention.

[0027] With particular reference to the aforementioned figures, the present invention relates to the field of manufacturing devices which are configured to deposit, automatically and on a motor vehicle element, an adhesive pad. which has previously been collected from a delivery device designed to deliver at least one such adhesive pad.

[0028] The present invention then relates to a device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 on a motor vehicle element (not shown). Such an adhesive pad 2 is, more particularly, configured to close an opening, which said motor vehicle element has (more particularly a bodywork element of such a motor vehicle), and which may be intended to allow the flow and / or evacuation of a treatment fluid (in particular against corrosion) of this motor vehicle element.

[0029] This device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 comprises, on the one hand, a plate 3 which extends along a plane.

[0030] On the other hand, this device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 comprises means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 which are configured to deposit at least one adhesive pad 2 on a motor vehicle element (not shown).

[0031] Furthermore, this device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 comprises displacement mounting means 5 which are configured to mount the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 in displacement relative to said plate 3, more particularly on said plate 3.

[0032] Furthermore, this device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 comprises movement drive means 6 which are configured to drive the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 in movement relative to the plate 3.

[0033] According to the invention, the displacement mounting means 5 comprise rotation mounting means 50 which are configured to mount the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 in rotation relative to the plate 3 (more particularly on this plate 3) and around an axis of rotation X.

[0034] In this regard, it will be observed that this axis of rotation X is, preferably, perpendicular to the plane along which said plate 3 extends.

[0035] Also according to the invention, the displacement drive means 6 comprise rotation drive means 60 which are configured to drive the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 in rotation around the rotation axis X.

[0036] As mentioned above, the displacement mounting means 5 comprise rotation mounting means 50.

[0037] According to a first type of embodiment illustrated in [Fig.l], the rotational mounting means 50 comprise, on the one hand, at least one housing 51 which comprises the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 and, on the other hand, a shaft 52, which is fixedly secured to the plate 3, which extends along the axis of rotation X, which is housed inside said at least one housing 51, and relative to which the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 are movable in rotation around said axis of rotation X.

[0038] An additional characteristic concerns the fact that these rotational mounting means 50 can, furthermore, comprise rolling means (not shown) which are interposed between the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 and said shaft 52. More particularly, these rolling means can be positioned inside said at least one housing 51 which the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 comprise as well as around said shaft 52.

[0039] According to this first type of embodiment, the rotation drive means 60 comprise, on the one hand, meshing means 61, which comprise the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 or which are associated with these means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2. Such meshing means 61 can adopt the form of teeth.

[0040] Furthermore, these rotational drive means 60 comprise complementary meshing means (not shown) which cooperate with the meshing means 61. Such complementary meshing means may take the form of teeth or a thread.

[0041] Furthermore, these rotational drive means 60 comprise a drive motor 62, which is fixedly mounted on the plate 3, and which is configured to drive (in particular in translation or in rotation) said complementary meshing means.

[0042] According to another characteristic, the rotation drive means 60 comprise a crown 63, which comprises the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 or which is associated with these means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2, which is integral in rotation with these means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2, which comprises the meshing means 61, and which is positioned around the shaft 52 of the rotation mounting means 50.

[0043] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the rotational drive means 60 comprise a transmission member 64, which comprises the complementary meshing means, and which is driven (in particular in translation or in rotation) by the drive motor 62.

[0044] Such a transmission member 64 may adopt the form of a rack, which is driven in translation by the drive motor 62, and which extends along an axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation X.

[0045] Alternatively, such a transmission member 64 may take the form of a wheel or a disc which is rotated by the drive motor 62, more particularly around an axis of rotation which is parallel to the axis of rotation X.

[0046] However and preferably, said transmission member 64 adopts the form of an endless screw, which extends along an axis X', and which is driven in rotation around this axis X' which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation X of the rotation mounting means 50.

[0047] Another characteristic concerns the fact that the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 may comprise two arms (40; 40') which are parallel. These two arms (40; 40') each comprise one of said housings 51 of the rotational mounting means 50. It is, more particularly, between these two arms (40; 40') that the crown 63 of the rotational drive means 60 is interposed (this crown 63 is, then, integral with at least one of these two arms 40; 40'). Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, it is, more particularly, between these two arms (40; 40') that the transmission member 64 of the rotational drive means 60 (more particularly the worm screw) is positioned and is movable.

[0048] According to a second type of embodiment illustrated in Figures 2 and 3, the rotational drive means 60 comprise a motor 65 which comprises, on the one hand, a stator which is fixedly secured to the plate 3, on the other hand, a rotor which is movable in rotation around the axis of rotation X as well as relative to the stator. Such a motor corresponds, more particularly, to a motor of the axis motor type and / or to a direct drive motor.

[0049] According to this second type of embodiment, the rotational mounting means 50 comprise, on the one hand, at least a part of said motor 65 and, on the other hand, fixing means 53 which are configured to fix the means 4 for removing at least one adhesive pad 2 on the rotor of the motor 65.

[0050] Yet another characteristic of the device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 concerns the fact that the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 comprise means 41 for gripping at least one adhesive pad 2 which are configured to grip such an adhesive pad 2.

[0051] Such gripping means 41 may adopt the form of a suction cup. The device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 then also comprises suction means (not shown), which are associated with these gripping means 41, and which are configured to suck up at least one adhesive pad 2, this from a delivery device 11 (described in more detail below) of at least one such adhesive pad 2.

[0052] Another characteristic of the device 1 for removing at least one adhesive pad 2 then consists in that this removal device 1 comprises translational mounting means 7 which are configured to mount the gripping means 41 of at least one adhesive pad 2. less an adhesive pad 2 in translation relative to the plate 3, more particularly in a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation X.

[0053] According to another characteristic, the means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 also comprise a body 42 which is mounted in rotation around the axis of rotation X and relative to the plate 3 (more particularly on this plate 3), this by means of the rotation mounting means 50.

[0054] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the removal means 4 comprise assembly means 43 which are configured to assemble said gripping means 41 of at least one adhesive pad 2 and said body 42.

[0055] In this regard, it will be observed that the body 42 comprises, on the one hand, a first part 420 which is mounted in rotation around the axis of rotation X and relative to the plate 3 (more particularly on this plate 3), this by means of the rotation mounting means 50, on the other hand, a second part 421 which is assembled with the gripping means 41, this by means of the assembly means 43 and, on the other hand again, translation mounting means 422 which are configured to mount the second part 421 of this body 42 in translation relative to the first part 420 of this body 42.

[0056] In this regard, it will be observed that the means 7 for mounting in translation the means 41 for gripping at least one adhesive pad 2 relative to the plate 3 then comprise (or are at least partly constituted by) these means 422 for mounting in translation the second part 421 of this body 42 relative to the first part 420 of this body 42.

[0057] As mentioned above, the removal means 4 comprise assembly means 43 which are configured to assemble said gripping means 41 of at least one adhesive pad 2 and said body 42.

[0058] In this regard, it will be observed that these assembly means 43 comprise articulation means which are configured to articulate the gripping means 41 relative to the body 42. Such articulation means may adopt the form of a ball joint or the like. Such articulation means advantageously make it possible to improve the positioning of the gripping means 41 (and, therefore, of said at least one adhesive pad 2 to be deposited) relative to the motor vehicle element on which it is appropriate to deposit said at least one adhesive pad 2 and, thus, to improve the precision of the depositing of said at least one adhesive pad 2 on such a motor vehicle element. In this regard, it will be observed that the improvement in the precision of the deposition of said at least one adhesive pad 2 advantageously makes it possible to close an orifice that said motor vehicle element comprises with such an adhesive pad 2, this in an appropriate manner to guarantee watertightness which is, then, more particularly in accordance with the requirements. waterproofing as assessed by the 1 meter water column test.

[0059] Yet another characteristic concerns the fact that the depositing means 4 comprise return means (not shown) interposed between the gripping means 41 and the body 42. Such return means may take the form of a spring. The presence of such return means advantageously makes it possible to reposition the gripping means 41 in a reference gripping position of at least one adhesive pad 2, this after an adhesive pad 2 has been deposited on a motor vehicle element with a movement of the gripping means 41 relative to this reference gripping position.

[0060] It will be observed that the combination of the assembly means 43 (more particularly comprising articulation means, notably in the form of a ball joint) and the return means (which the removal means 4 comprise) advantageously makes it possible to guarantee perfect contact between the adhesive pad 2 and the motor vehicle element which, here again, makes it possible to guarantee watertightness as mentioned above.

[0061] As regards the assembly means 43 mentioned and described above (more particularly comprising articulation means which can adopt the form of a ball joint or the like), these can also be envisaged within the framework of a device 1 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 (more particularly on a motor vehicle element) which comprises, on the one hand, a plate 3 and, on the other hand, means 4 for depositing at least one adhesive pad 2 on a motor vehicle element (more particularly depositing means 4 which comprise a body 42), as the case may be, which are fixedly mounted on said plate 3 (therefore in the absence of displacement mounting means such as described above and / or in the absence of displacement drive means such as described above) and / or which are mounted in displacement on said plate 3 by means of displacement mounting means (which then comprises, the removal device) of another type (in particular in translation) than those described above and / or which are devoid of means for mounting in translation the gripping means 41 and / or which comprises a removal device 1 of at least one adhesive pad 2 which is devoid of means for mounting in translation such gripping means 41 relative to the plate 3 and / or which comprises a single-piece body 42 (more particularly fixed on the plate 3) and / or which comprises a body 42 which has at least some of the characteristics described above. Such assembly means 43 then have the same effects, the same results and the same advantages as those described above.

[0062] Furthermore, such assembly means 43 can, advantageously, be combined with return means (which the removal means 4 comprise) as mentioned and described above, this with the same effects, the same results and the same benefits as described above.

[0083] In this regard, it will be observed that such means for limiting adhesion may comprise a coating, which is made of a material which limits (or even prevents) adhesion, and which then comprises the receiving means 19. In particular, such means for limiting adhesion may then be constituted by such a coating.

[0084] Alternatively, at least a portion of the receiving means 19 is made of a material which limits (or even prevents) adhesion. Said at least a portion of these receiving means 19 then constitutes the adhesion limiting means. According to a particular embodiment, the receiving means 19 are, at least in part (or even entirely), constituted by such adhesion limiting means.

[0085] It will be observed that the material which limits adhesion may be a non-stick material, more particularly polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

[0086] As mentioned above, the delivery device 11 comprises receiving means 19 which are configured to receive said at least one portion of said at least one detached part of said at least one adhesive pad 2 relative to the strip 15. In this regard, it will be observed that these receiving means 19 are, in fact, configured to receive said at least one portion of said at least one detached part of said at least one adhesive pad 2, this pending the gripping (more particularly by gripping means 41) of such an adhesive pad 2 and the depositing (more particularly by the depositing device 1), of such an adhesive pad 2 on an element of a motor vehicle, more particularly on a bodywork element of such a motor vehicle, in particular with a view to closing an orifice (more particularly a through orifice) that such a motor vehicle element comprises.

[0087] As mentioned above, the delivery device 11 comprises detachment means 16. According to another characteristic, these detachment means 16 are configured so that, upstream and at least close to (or even at the level of) these detachment means 16, said assembly 14 (more particularly the second part 142 of this assembly 14) extends along a determined plane. The receiving means 19 then comprise a receiving surface which is configured to receive said at least one portion of said at least one detached part of said at least one adhesive pad 2 which extends along this determined plane. It is, more particularly, this receiving surface which then comprises said adhesion limiting means.

[0088] Another feature concerns the fact that the detachment means 16 comprise return means which are configured to return the strip 15 from the roller 141 and towards the displacement drive means 17.

[0089] Such return means may comprise a return cylinder, which is of small diameter (more particularly which has a diameter of between 8 and 15 mm), and which is mounted in rotation, on the plate 13, around an axis of rotation parallel to the axis of rotation of the roller 141 and perpendicular to the plane of the plate 13.

[0090] However, and according to a preferred embodiment, these return means comprise an element, which adopts a wedge shape, and which has two faces which adopt an acute angle between them.

[0091] As mentioned above, the delivery device 11 comprises means 17 for driving the movement of said assembly 14.

[0092] These movement drive means 17 comprise traction means 170 which are configured to exert traction at least on the strip 15.

[0093] As can be seen in the attached figures, these traction means 170 comprise, on the one hand, a traction cylinder 171, which is mounted to rotate around an axis on the plate 13, and on at least one part of which the strip 15 is wound and, on the other hand, means (preferably motorized) for driving in rotation 172 said traction cylinder 171.

[0094] Such a traction cylinder 171 may have a surface, which cooperates with the strip 15, and which comprises friction means, more particularly in the form of raised elements, in particular grooves. These friction means advantageously make it possible to improve the attachment of the strip 15 to the traction cylinder 171 and, thus, to improve the movement of this strip 15 and, therefore, of the assembly 14.

[0095] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, this traction cylinder 171 has a diameter between 70 and 90 mm.

[0096] Additionally, the traction means 170 may also comprise repulsion means 173 which are configured to at least push back the strip 15 (without adhesive pad 2) towards the traction cylinder 171, with a determined repulsion force.

[0097] In fact, these repulsion means 173 are, more particularly, configured to press this strip 15 against the traction cylinder 171, this with a determined repulsion force.

[0098] The presence of these repulsion means 173 advantageously makes it possible to prevent said strip 15 from slipping relative to the traction cylinder 171 and, thus, to improve the traction exerted on said strip 15 by the traction means 170.

[0099] These repulsion means 173 comprise, on the one hand, at least one repulsion cylinder, on the other hand, means for mounting this repulsion cylinder in displacement on the plate 13 as well as relative to the traction cylinder 171 and, on the other hand again, means (in particular motorized) for driving this repulsion cylinder in displacement, in particular in the direction of the traction cylinder 171.

[0100] In this regard, it will be observed that these means for mounting the repulsion cylinder in displacement comprise a lever which has, on the one hand, a first part which is mounted in rotation on the plate 13 (more particularly around an axis of rotation parallel to the axis of rotation of the traction cylinder 171), on the other hand, a second part, which extends from the first part, and on which (more particularly at the free end of which) the repulsion cylinder is mounted (more particularly in rotation, in particular in free rotation, around an axis of rotation parallel to the axis of rotation of the traction cylinder 171). This lever cooperates with the means for driving the repulsion cylinder in displacement, more particularly by means of a third part, which this lever comprises, which extends from the first part of this lever, and which can form an angle of between 90° and 180° with the second part.

[0101] Finally, it will be observed that these repulsion means 173 are interposed between the traction cylinder 171 and the winding means 18 of the strip 15.

[0102] In this regard, it will be observed that these means 18 for winding the strip 15 may comprise, on the one hand, a reel 180, which is integral with the strip 15 (without adhesive pad 2), and which is mounted in rotation around an axis on the plate 13 and, on the other hand, means (preferably motorized) for driving the reel 180 in rotation 181.

[0103] In this regard, it will be observed that the axis around which the roller 141 is mounted in rotation and / or the axis around which the return cylinder is mounted in rotation and / or the axis around which the traction cylinder 171 is mounted in rotation and / or the axis around which the repulsion cylinder is mounted in rotation and / or the axis around which the reel 180 is mounted in rotation extend(s) perpendicularly relative to the plane along which said plate 13 extends.

[0104] As mentioned above, the delivery device 11 comprises a roller 141 which is rotatably mounted on the plate 13. This delivery device 11 may then also comprise means (preferably motorized) for driving in rotation 111 of this roller 141 around said axis.

[0105] According to another characteristic, the delivery device 11 comprises means for managing these means for driving the roller 141 in rotation 111. Such management means are, more particularly, configured to manage the speed of rotation of the roller 141.

[0106] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, the delivery device 11 comprises means for managing the movement drive means 17 of said assembly 14. Such management means are, more particularly, configured to manage the speed of movement drive of said assembly 14. In fact, these management means are configured to manage the rotation drive means 172 (in particular the rotation speed of the traction cylinder 171) and / or the repulsion means 173 (in particular the movement drive means of the repulsion cylinder, more particularly the repulsion force).

[0107] Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, the delivery device 11 comprises means for managing the winding means 18 of the strip 15. Such management means are, more particularly, configured to manage the rotational drive means 181 that these winding means 18 comprise. These management means are, then, more particularly configured to manage the rotation speed of the reel 180.

[0108] According to another characteristic, the delivery device 11 comprises means for detecting the presence of at least one adhesive pad 2 on the strip 15, this upstream of the detachment means 16.

[0109] According to yet another characteristic, the delivery device 1 comprises means for detecting the presence of at least one adhesive pad 2 on the receiving means 19.

[0110] As mentioned above, these receiving means 19 comprise a receiving surface which is configured to receive said at least one portion of said at least one detached part of said at least one adhesive pad 2. Additionally, these receiving means 19 comprise an orifice, which opens at the level of said receiving surface, and inside which or in line with which the detection means are positioned.

[0111] As regards the detection means, these may comprise at least one sensor, more particularly a plurality of sensors, in particular in parallel, or even (and preferably) in series.

[0112] Additionally, these detection means may also comprise at least one optical fiber (more particularly a plurality of optical fibers, in particular in parallel, or even - and preferably - in series) associated with such a sensor.

[0113] As mentioned above, the detaching means 16 are configured so that that, upstream and at least close to (or even at the level of) these detachment means 16, said assembly 14 extends along a determined plane.

[0114] The delivery device 11 then comprises holding means which are configured to hold said assembly 14 so that it extends along this determined plane. Such holding means may adopt the form of at least one finger, which is mounted on said plate 13, and which extends perpendicularly relative to the plane along which this plate 13 extends.

[0115] As mentioned above, the delivery device 11 comprises rotational mounting means which are configured to mount said roller 141 in rotation about said rotation axis on the plate 13, in a reversible manner.

[0116] Such rotational mounting means comprise, on the one hand, a base, which is mounted in rotation about said axis on the plate 13, and which is configured to be driven in rotation by the drive means 111, on the other hand, a block, which is fixed on the base, which is integral in rotation about the axis of the base, which adopts a cylindrical shape, which comprises a collar (on the side opposite the base), and which extends along the axis, on the other hand again, a rigid annular crown, which is positioned around the block, and which slides in translation along the axis relative to said block, on the other hand also, a threaded rod, which passes through the block, which extends along the axis, which is integral in displacement with the rigid annular crown, on the other hand also, a nut, which bears (directly or indirectly) against the block and / or against the collar, which cooperates with the threaded rod and which is positioned opposite the base relative to the block which is then interposed between this base and this nut, and, on the other hand, at least one elastic deformable annular ring (more particularly compressible and expandable, in particular made of a synthetic and / or polymer material, more particularly polyurethane), which is positioned around the block, and which is interposed between the rigid annular crown and the flange of the block. The roller then comprises a mandrel, around which the first part 140 of the assembly 14 is wound, and which is positioned around said at least one elastic deformable annular ring. Under the effect of an actuation (more particularly tightening) of the nut, the rigid annular crown approaches the nut which axially compresses said at least one elastic deformable annular ring which expands radially and bears against the mandrel of the roller 141 thus producing, the immobilization of this roller 141 relative to the block. Under the effect of a reverse actuation (more particularly loosening) of the nut, the rigid annular crown moves away from the nut which axially relaxes said at least one elastic deformable annular ring which retracts radially and no longer bears against the mandrel of the roller 141 thus allowing the removal of the roller 141 relative to the block. These rotational mounting means advantageously allow mounting and , quick and easy disassembly of roller 141 on plate 13.

[0117] In this regard, it will be observed that such rotational mounting means are in no way limited to the delivery device 11 according to the invention but can also be envisaged for the rotational mounting around an axis of any roller (in particular comprising an assembly comprising a strip as well as adhesive pads stuck on this strip or other) on any plate.

[0118] It will be observed that the particular characteristics of the delivery device 11 according to the invention advantageously allow the reception of a roll 141 which comprises a large number of adhesive pads 2, in particular more than 300 adhesive pads 2.

[0119] In addition, these particular characteristics, more particularly the management means (of the rotational drive means 111 of the roller 141 and / or of the displacement drive means 17 of the assembly 14 and / or of the winding means 18 of the strip 15), advantageously allow delivery of a plurality of adhesive pads 2 to the device 1 for depositing these adhesive pads 2 with a high delivery speed capable of reaching at least one adhesive pad 2 every 3 seconds (or even every 2 seconds), this with great control, with great precision, with great reliability and with a particularly reduced risk of breakage of the assembly 14.
