Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: CONTAINER FOR COSMETIC MATERIAL Technical field
[0001] The present application relates to a container for cosmetic material. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Conventionally, a cosmetic material container, intended to hold a cosmetic material such as lipstick, comprises a container body for holding the cosmetic material; a lid body that is detachably attached to the container body; and a feeding mechanism for dispensing the cosmetic material (for example, refer to US10548385B1, CN206964305U, WO2012 / 1154460A2 and KR200418934Y1). Although the container body and lid body are primarily made of plastic materials due to their good moldability, they are also made from materials such as glass or metals, other than plastics, to improve their aesthetics and durability.Furthermore, although in such a cosmetic product container the lid body is attached to and detached from the container body by screwing the lid against the container body, various types of attachment and detachment mechanisms, such as quick fittings, are used to improve the ease of attaching the lid body to and detaching it from the container body.
[0003] However, when using a quick-release fitting as an attachment and detachment mechanism, at least one part of the container body and the lid body is made of plastic, and the attachment and detachment mechanism relies on the elasticity of the plastic. Therefore, it is difficult to use glass for both the container body and the lid body. Consequently, there is a need to improve the aesthetics of a cosmetic product container. Furthermore, there is a need to improve the tactile feel when detaching the lid body from the container body. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[0004] Thus, the object of the invention is to propose a cosmetic material container which improves its aesthetics and tangibility when the lid body is detached from the container body.
[0005] The present invention employs the following means to solve the above problem. A cosmetic material container according to the present invention comprises: a container body containing a cosmetic material; and a lid body attached detachably to the container body, wherein the container body comprises a main glass container body, and a plastic container mounting body which is mounted on an upper opening end of the main container body, and the container mounting body is formed with a first locking portion which engages with a second locking portion formed on the main container body around a container axis so as not to rotate around the container axis relative to the main container body, wherein the lid body comprises a main glass lid body, and a plastic lid mounting body which is mounted on a lower opening end of the main lid body, and the lid mounting body is formed with a third locking portion which engages with a fourth locking portion formed on the main lid body around the container axis so as not to rotate around the container axis relative to the main lid body, wherein the container mounting body comprises a first mounting cylinder formed with a first engagement portion, wherein the lid mounting body is detachably attached to the first mounting cylinder and comprises a second mounting cylinder formed with a second engagement portion engaging with the first engagement portion from below the first engagement portion,in which the first mounting cylinder is formed with a first arc-shaped portion formed with the first engagement portion and a first linear-shaped portion connected to the first arc-shaped portion, which are arranged around the container axis, in which the second mounting cylinder is formed with a second arc-shaped portion formed with the second engagement portion and a second linear-shaped portion connected to the second arc-shaped portion, which are arranged around the container axis, and in which the second mounting cylinder is configured to rotate around the container axis between an attachment position where the first linear-shaped portion and the second linear-shaped portion are aligned around the container axis and the second engagement portion engages in the first engagement portion from below the first engagement portion, and a release position where the first linear shape portion and the second linear shape portion are offset around the container axis, and an engagement of the second engagement portion with the first engagement portion is released.
[0006] According to the present invention, since the main body of the container and the main body of the lid are made of glass, the cosmetic material container can have excellent aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, since the first engagement portion of the container engages the second portion The engagement of the lid portion from below the first engagement portion, when the lid body is in the mounting position relative to the container body, does not allow the lid body to be released from the container body. Furthermore, since the lid mounting body is equipped with the container mounting body, the second engagement portion of the lid body is limited to passing through the first engagement portion of the container body to release the engagement of the first and second engagement portions.Furthermore, since the relationship between the container body and the lid body switches from a relationship where the first linear portion and the second linear portion face each other to a relationship where the first linear portion and the second linear portion are offset around the container axis when the lid body is rotated relative to the container body from the mounting position to the release position, the user receives a sensory click to indicate that the lid body is reaching the release position.Furthermore, since the container mounting body and the lid mounting body are made of plastic materials with greater elasticity than glass, the lid mounting body can be rotated around the container's axis (O) relative to the container mounting body, even when the lid mounting body is firmly attached to the container mounting body, thereby enhancing the tactile click. Therefore, it is possible to offer a cosmetic container material that improves both its aesthetics and tangibility when the lid detaches from the container body.
[0007] In addition, one of the first mounting cylinder and the second mounting cylinder can be arranged inside the other, the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion can be grooves extending around the container axis, and the first and second engagement portions can be formed with separation portions, respectively in the first and second portions of linear shape.
[0008] According to the present invention, the lid body is prevented from being released from the container body by engaging the second engagement portion of a groove with the first engagement portion of a groove from below the first engagement portion in the mounting position, and the engagement of the second engagement portion with the first engagement portion is released by rotating the lid body relative to the container body around the container axis to the release position to align the first engagement portion of the container body with the separation portion of the lid body and align the second engagement portion of the lid body with the separation portion of the container body.
[0009] Moreover, the first engagement portion and the second engagement portion can each be formed with the same number of separation portions, and the separation portions can be distributed uniformly around the container axis.
[0010] According to the present invention, since the same number of separation portions are distributed uniformly on the container mounting cylinder and the lid mounting cylinder around the container axis, respectively, it would become easier for the lid body to align with the container body around the container axis when attaching the lid body to the container body, the handling of the cosmetic material container is further improved.
[0011] Furthermore, the main container body and the main lid body can have the same configuration.
[0012] According to the present invention, the same components can be used for the main container body and the main lid body, and the number of parts to be manufactured can be reduced.
[0013] In addition, the first mounting cylinder can be attached with a unit containing the cosmetic material.
[0014] According to the present invention, the unit not being attached to the main container body but to the first mounting cylinder, the configuration of the first mounting cylinder, which is made of plastic, can be easily arranged according to the configuration of the unit. [0030] The first embodiment of the cosmetic material container of the present invention will be described. In the figures used in the following description, each element is scaled accordingly to make it recognizable. The cosmetic material container 1 according to the present embodiment is a container for holding a lipstick. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cosmetic material container 1 comprises: a container body 2, cylindrical in shape with a square bottom; a lid body 3, cylindrical in shape with a square top, to be detachably attached to the container body 2; and a unit 10 of a cosmetic material contained within the container body 2. The container body 2 and the lid body 3 are arranged such that their central axes lie on a common axis, and this common axis will be referred to as the axis O of the container.Hereafter, the direction from the bottom of the container body 2 towards the lid body 3 is called the upward direction, and the opposite direction is called the downward direction. Furthermore, the direction perpendicular to the axis O of the container is called the radial direction, and the direction around the axis O of the container is called the circumferential direction.
[0031] The container body 2 comprises: a cylindrical container main body 21 with a square bottom; and a cylindrical container mounting body 22 mounted on an upper opening of the container main body 21 so as not to rotate relative to the container main body 21. The container main body 21 is made of glass, and as shown in Figures 3 to 5, the container main body 21 comprises a lower portion of container 21A with a cylindrical shape. A square-bottomed container and an upper portion of container 21B with a circular cylindrical shape are connected to an upper end of the lower portion of container 21A. An internal circumferential surface of the lower portion of container 21A is circularly cylindrical. Furthermore, an internal diameter of the lower portion of container 21A gradually increases slightly upwards from its bottom wall. An external circumferential surface of the upper portion of container 21B is formed with a first attachment groove 21C embedded radially inwards along its circumference. In addition, locations on an external circumferential surface of the upper portion of container 21B, which correspond to corners of the lower portion of container 21A in the circumferential direction in a top view, are formed with a pair of container mounting grooves 21D (second locking portions). The 21D container mounting groove pairs are formed opposite each other so that the container's O axis is located at the center.
[0032] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 6 to 9, the container mounting body 22 is made of PP, and comprises a cylindrical-shaped cylinder containing the unit 31 with a circular bottom, a container flange 32 with a square annular shape extending radially outwards from the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31, and a square cylindrical-shaped container mounting cylinder 33 extending downwards from the outer circumference of the container flange 32.
[0033] A lower wall of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is formed with a unit mounting cylinder 31A, the circular cylindrical shape of which projects upwards and contains a lower end of a unit 10, which will be described. The unit mounting cylinder 31A is arranged radially inwards with respect to the internal circumferential surface of the unit mounting cylinder 31A. The internal circumferential surface of the unit mounting cylinder 31A is equipped with first unit mounting ribs 31B extending upwards and downwards and projecting radially inwards. A plurality of first unit mounting ribs 31B (for example, 12 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction.
[0034] The lower wall of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is provided with secondary unit mounting ribs 31C extending along the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder containing the unit 31 in a top-to-bottom direction and projecting radially inwards. A plurality of secondary unit mounting ribs 31C (for example, 4 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. The upper ends of the secondary unit mounting ribs 31C are located above the upper ends of the first unit mounting ribs 31B.
[0035] An external circumferential surface of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is provided with container adjustment ribs 31D extending downwards from a lower surface of the container flange 32 and projecting radially outwards. A plurality of container adjustment ribs 31D (for example, 12 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. Thus, the container mounting body 22 is fitted inside the main container body 21.
[0036] The external circumferential surface of the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is formed with a plurality of first arc-shaped portions 31E (for example, 4 in this embodiment) and a plurality of first linear-shaped portions 31F (for example, 4 in this embodiment) arranged alternately in the circumferential direction. The external circumferential surface of the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31 exhibits arc shapes along the circumferential direction in the first arc-shaped portions 31E, and linear shapes along the circumferential direction in the first linear-shaped portions 31F, in a top view.
[0037] The first arc-shaped portions 31E are also arranged in the circumferential direction, and the first linear portions 31F are also arranged in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, the outer circumferential surface of the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is formed with a first engagement portion 31G extending radially outward along its circumference. The first engagement portion 31G is formed with first separation portions 31H separating the continuity of the first engagement portion 31G. A plurality of first separation portions 31H (for example, 4 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction.
[0038] The locations on the lower surface of the container flange 32, which correspond to the corners of the container flange 32 in the circumferential direction in top view, are formed with a pair of container mounting ribs 32A (first locking portions). The pair of container mounting ribs 32A is formed in opposition to each other so that the axis O of the container is located at the center. The pair of container mounting ribs 32A is received, respectively, into the pair of container mounting grooves 22D. Thus, movement of the container mounting body 22 relative to the main body 21 of the container in the circumferential direction is prevented.
[0039] The inner circumferential surface of the container mounting cylinder 33 is provided with first attachment projections 33A extending in the circumferential direction and projecting radially inwards. The first attachment projections 33A are formed on the sides of the container mounting cylinder 33 except corners, and are contained in the first attachment groove 21C. Therefore, movement of the container mounting body 22 relative to the main container body 21 in the up-down direction is prohibited.
[0040] The lid body 3 comprises a main lid body 41 of cylindrical shape with a square top, and a lid mounting body 42 mounted on a lower opening end of the main lid body 41 so as not to rotate relative to the main lid body 41. The main lid body 41 has the same configuration as the main container body 21. In other words, the main lid body 41 is made of glass and, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, consists of an upper lid portion 41A of cylindrical shape with a square top, and a lower lid portion 41B of circular cylindrical shape connecting the lower end of the upper lid portion 41A. An internal circumferential surface of the upper lid portion 41A has a circular cylindrical shape.Furthermore, the inner diameter of the upper portion of the lid 41A gradually increases slightly downwards from its upper wall. An external circumferential surface of the upper portion of the lid 41A is formed with a second attachment groove 41C embedded radially inwards around its circumference. In addition, locations on an external circumferential surface of the lower portion of the lid 41B, which correspond to corners of the upper portion of the lid 41A in the circumferential direction in a top view, are formed with a pair of lid mounting grooves 41D (fourth locking portions). The pairs of lid mounting grooves 41D are formed opposite each other so that the axis O of the container is located at the center.
[0041] As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 12 to 14, the lid mounting body 42 is made of PP, and has a cylinder 51 inserted into the unit of a circular cylindrical shape, a lid flange 52 of a square annular shape in top view, extending radially from the lower end of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit, and a lid mounting cylinder 53 of a square cylindrical shape extending upwards from the outer circumference of the lid flange 52.
[0042] Inside the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit, the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31 is detachably fitted. The internal circumferential surface of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit is formed with a plurality of arc-shaped second portions 51A (for example, 4 in this embodiment) and a plurality of linear second portions 51B (for example, 4 in this embodiment) alternately in the circumferential direction.
[0043] The internal circumferential surface of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit has arc shapes along the circumferential direction in the second portions in Arc-shaped portion 51A, and linear portions along the circumferential direction in the second linear portions 51B, are shown in a top view. The second arc-shaped portions 51A are also arranged in the circumferential direction, and the second linear portions 51B are also arranged in the circumferential direction. The second arc-shaped portions 51A face the first arc-shaped portions 31E, respectively, in the radial direction, and the second linear portions 51B face the first linear portions 31F, respectively, in the radial direction. Furthermore, the internal circumferential surface of the middle portion of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit in the top-down direction is formed with a second engagement portion 51C extending radially outward above its circumference. The second engagement portion 51C is formed with second separation portions 51D separating the continuity of the second engagement portion 51C. A plurality of second separation portions 51D (for example, 4 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. In addition, an upper end of the cylinder 51 inserted into the unit is formed with an annular projection 51E extending radially inward from its circumference. The annular projection 51E covers the upper end of the cylinder containing the unit 31 from above.
[0044] The locations on the upper surface of the lid flange 52, which correspond to the corners of the lid flange 52 in the circumferential direction in a top view, are formed with a pair of lid mounting ribs 52A (third locking portions). The pair of lid mounting ribs 52A is formed opposite each other so that the axis O of the container is located at the center. The pair of lid mounting ribs 52A is received into the pair of lid mounting grooves 41D, respectively. Thus, movement of the lid mounting body 42 relative to the main lid body 41 in the circumferential direction is prevented.
[0045] The inner circumferential surface of the cover mounting cylinder 53 is provided with secondary attachment projections 53A extending in the circumferential direction and projecting radially inwards. These secondary attachment projections 53A are formed on the sides of the cover mounting cylinder 53, excluding the corners, and are contained within the second attachment groove 41C. Consequently, up-and-down movement of the cover mounting body 42 relative to the main cover body 41 is prohibited.
[0046] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the unit comprises a circular column-shaped lipstick 71, a cylinder containing a cylindrical stick 72 with a circular top containing the lipstick 71, a circular cylindrical sleeve 73 surrounding the lipstick 71 radially from the outside, a cylinder feed cylinder 74 of circular cylindrical shape downwards displacing the cylinder containing the stick 72 up and down relative to the container body 2, and a wrapping cylinder 75 of circular cylindrical shape wrapping the upper end of the feed cylinder 74 from the outside radially.
[0047] The lipstick 71 is a solid lipstick in the shape of a circular column. The cylinder containing the stick 72 is configured to rotate about the axis O of the container with the sleeve 73 and to be movable relative to the sleeve 73 in the up-down direction. The cylinder containing the stick 72 has a retaining cylinder 72A of cylindrical shape with a circular bottom which is inserted with the lower end of the lipstick 71, and a guided stick 72B in the shape of a circular column extending downwards from the lower wall of the retaining cylinder 72A. An external circumferential surface of the lower end of the guided stick 72B is formed with a guided projection 72C.
[0048] The sleeve 73 surrounds the lipstick 71, the retaining cylinder 72A, and the outer casing cylinder 75 radially from the outside. Furthermore, inside the sleeve 73, the retaining cylinder 72A is arranged to be movable relative to the sleeve 73 along the axis O of the container, and inside the lower end of the sleeve 73, the outer casing cylinder 75 is adjusted so as not to rotate relative to the sleeve 73. Thus, the sleeve 73 rotates around the axis O of the container with the outer casing cylinder 75.
[0049] Inside the feed cylinder 74, the guided rod 72B is arranged, and the internal circumferential surface of the feed cylinder 74 is formed with a threaded groove 74A engaged in the guided projection 72C and guiding the guided projection 72C upwards and downwards. The lower end of the feed cylinder 74 is contained within the unit mounting cylinder 31A. The external circumferential surface of the lower end of the feed cylinder 74 is formed with the first unit mounting grooves 74B embedded radially inwards, which contain the first unit mounting ribs 31B of the unit mounting cylinder 31A. A plurality of first unit mounting grooves 74B (for example, 12 in this embodiment) are formed with a gap in the circumferential direction. Thus, the feed cylinder 74 is not rotating around the axis O of the container relative to the cylinder containing the unit 31.
[0050] Furthermore, the middle portion of the feed cylinder 74 is equipped with a circular cylindrical container mounting cylinder 74C. The container mounting cylinder 74C is fitted inside a portion of the cylinder containing the unit 31 that is above the unit attaching the cylinder 31A, and an upper end of the container mounting cylinder 74C is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the middle portion of the feed cylinder 74. In addition, there is a difference between the internal circumferential surface of the container mounting cylinder 74C and the external circumferential surface of the feed cylinder 74.
[0051] The wrap-around cylinder 75 surrounds an upper portion of the feed cylinder 74 radially from the outside, and the external circumferential surface of the wrap-around cylinder 75 is equipped with the sleeve 73. In addition, the wrap-around cylinder 75 can rotate about the axis O of the container relative to the feed cylinder 74. Thus, the wrap-around cylinder 75 can rotate about the axis O of the container with the sleeve 73. Furthermore, the upper end of the wrap-around cylinder 75 is formed with a rotating projection 75A extending radially inwards, and the rotating projection 75A rotates the guided rod 72B of the cylinder containing the rod 72 about the axis O of the container.
[0052] The use of the cosmetic material container 1 with this configuration will be described below. First, when the lid body 3 is in the mounting position around the axis O of the container relative to the container body 2 as shown in [Fig. 1], since the second engagement portion 51C of the lid body 3 engages in the first engagement portion 31G of the container body 2 from below the first engagement portion 31G, the lid body 3 cannot be removed from the container body 2.Then, during the rotation of the lid body 3 around the axis O of the container relative to the container body 2 in the release position, the second engagement portion 51C of the lid body 3 is aligned with the first separation portions 31H formed in the first engagement portion 31G in the circumferential direction and the first engagement portion 31G is aligned with the second separation portions 51D formed in the second engagement portion 51C in the circumferential direction, the engagement of the second engagement portion 51C of the lid body 3 with the first engagement portion 31G of the container body 2 is released.Furthermore, during the movement of the cover body 3 relative to the container body 2 from the mounting position to the unlocking position, the relationship between the cover body 3 and the container body 2 is switched from the state where the cover body 3 is equipped with the container body 2 with the second linear-shaped portions 51B of the cover body 3 facing the first linear-shaped portions 31F of the container body 2 to the state where the cover body 3 is equipped with the container body 2 with the second linear-shaped portions 51B of the cover body 3 facing the first arc-shaped portions 31E of the container body 2. Since the first arc-shaped portions 31E are located radially outside the first linear-shaped portions 31F, in the release position, the cover body 3 is equipped with the container body 2 more firmly. The switching of these adjustment conditions of the cover body 3 with the body of . Container 2 is communicated to the user as a tactile click. Since the first engagement portion 31G and the second engagement portion 51C are formed respectively from the first separation portions 31G and the second separation portions 51D, the protrusion of the first engagement portion 3IG and the second engagement portion 51C is increased to improve the engagement of the second engagement portion 51C with the first engagement portion 31G. The second engagement portion 51C can then disengage from the first engagement portion 31G in the release position. Subsequently, the lid body 3 is removed from the container body 2 by lifting the lid body 2 relative to the container body 2.
[0053] Furthermore, during the reassembly of the lid body 3 onto the container body 2, after the second separation portions 51D of the lid body 2 are aligned with the first separation portions 31H of the container body 2 in the circumferential direction and the lid body 3 is lowered towards the container body 2, the lid body 3 is rotated relative to the container body 2 around the axis O of the container from the release position to the mounting position. The lid body 3 is thus mounted onto the container body 2. Similarly, when the lid body 3 is removed from the container body 2, during the rotation of the lid body 3 relative to the container body 2 around the axis O of the container from the release position to the mounting position, the condition for the fit of the lid body 3 with the container body 2 is switched; this switching is indicated to the user by a tactile click.
[0054] Next, the container body 2 is rotated relative to the sleeve 73 around the axis O of the container. During the rotation of the container body 2 relative to the sleeve 73 around the axis O of the container, the feed cylinder 74 rotates with the container body 2 relative to the guided rod 72B of the cylinder containing the rod 72 around the axis O of the container. Thus, the guided projection 72C of the cylinder containing the rod 72 is guided along the threaded groove 74A formed in the feed cylinder 74 in the axis O of the container, and the cylinder containing the rod 72 moves upward relative to the feed cylinder 74. Furthermore, as the cylinder containing the rod 72 moves upward relative to the sleeve 73, the lipstick 71 is fed from the sleeve. When the container body 2 is rotated relative to the sleeve 73 in the opposite direction around the axis O of the container, the lipstick 71 is contained in the sleeve 73 in the opposite sequence mentioned above.
[0055] According to the cosmetic material container 1 with the above configuration, the main container body 21 and the main lid body 41 being made of glass, the cosmetic material container 1 can be provided with excellent aesthetics. Furthermore, during the rotation of the lid body 3 relative to the container body 2 around the container axis O from the mounting position to the unlocking position, the alignment condition of the lid mounting body 42 with the container mounting body 22 is reversed, and a tactile click is transmitted to the user to indicate that the lid body has reached the unlocking position. In particular, since both the container mounting body 22 and the lid mounting body 42 are made of plastic materials with greater elasticity than glass, the lid mounting body 42 can rotate around the container axis O relative to the container mounting body 22 even when the lid mounting body 42 is firmly attached to the container mounting body 22, thereby amplifying the tactile click. Therefore, it is possible to propose a cosmetic material container 1 that improves its aesthetics and tangibility when the lid body is detached from the container body.
[0056] Furthermore, since the same number of first separation portions 31H and second separation portions 51D are evenly distributed on the first engagement portion 31G and the second engagement portion 51C around the axis O of the container, respectively, it would be easier for the lid body 3 to align with the container body 2 around the axis O of the container when attaching the lid body 3 to the container body 2, thus further improving the handling of the cosmetic material container 1. Moreover, the same components can be used for the main container body 21 and the main lid body 41, and the number of parts to be manufactured can be reduced. Furthermore, since the unit 10 is not attached to the main container body 21 but to the first mounting cylinder, the configuration of the first mounting cylinder, which is made of plastic, can be easily arranged according to the configuration of the unit 10..
[0057] We will describe below a second embodiment of the cosmetic material container according to the present invention. In the description below, elements and materials similar to those of the cosmetic material container according to the first embodiment will be omitted. As shown in [Fig. 15], the cosmetic material container 100 comprises the container body 101, the lid body 102, and the unit 103. The container mounting body 104 of the container body 101 is formed with the container adjustment ribs 104A instead of the container adjustment ribs 31D in the first embodiment. The container adjustment ribs 104A come into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the upper end opening of the main container body 21. Thus, the container mounting body 104 is fitted into the main container body 21. Furthermore, regarding the cylinder 106 inserted into the unit formed on the lid mounting body 105 of the lid body 102, different from the cylinder inserted into unit 51 in the first embodiment, the upper end of the cylinder 106 inserted into the unit is located below the upper end of the cylinder containing unit 31. The cosmetic material container 100 with the above configuration generates effects similar to those mentioned in the first embodiment.
