A cosmetic product dispenser jar (1) having a central X-axis and comprising: - a base (3) having a housing for a refill (5); - a refill (5) mounted inside the base (3); - a lid (4) for sealing the jar (1), screwed onto a neck (35) of the base (3), said refill (5) comprising a hollow cylindrical body (5) having a peripheral wall (51) partially defining a chamber (27) for conditioning the cosmetic product, said chamber (27) having a variable volume and also being defined by an upper wall (21) of the body (5) and a lower wall movable in translation relative to the body (5), said movable lower wall consisting of a piston (6) in seal-proof contact with an inner surface of the body (5) and movable within the body (5) so as to vary the volume of the chamber (27), said upper wall (21) having a dispensing orifice (26) for the product,The refill (5) also comprising a cap (8) for closing the dispensing orifice (26), said cap (8) having first means for removable attachment to the upper wall (21), as well as second means for attachment to cooperate with a lid (4) of the container (1), characterized in that the lid (4) has an opening (44) for receiving the cap (8) of the refill (5), the cap (8) having the second means for removable attachment to the lid (4).
2. Container (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said upper wall (21) is curved around the dispensing orifice (26) to present a recovery area for the dispensed product.
3. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first means for attaching the cap (8) consist of a central sealing base (82) penetrating the interior of the dispensing orifice (26) to close it.
4. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,characterized in that the refill (5) comprises an upper collar (22) extending radially outwards, at least two tabs, (23) gripping extending from this collar (22), perpendicularly.
2. Pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cap (8) is fitted into the receiving orifice (44) of the lid (4) by correspondence of shapes forming said second means of fixing, when screwing the lid (4) onto the base (3).
3. Pot (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the receiving orifice (44) is opening on both sides of an upper wall (21) of the lid (4), for fitting the cap (8) into the receiving orifice (44) or for ejecting the cap (8) from the receiving orifice (44).
4. Pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means for locking the refill (5) in the base (3).
5. Pot (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said locking means consist of a bayonet system located in the lower part of the pot (1).
6. Pot (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the neck (35) of the base (3) has notches (39) for receiving the tabs (23) for gripping the refill (5).
7. Pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base (3) has a bottom (33) with a central window (32) allowing access to the piston (6).
8. Pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base (3), the refill (5) and the lid (4) are made of the same material.
9. Pot (1) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the base (3), the refill (5) and the lid (4) are made of plastic material, of the polypropylene or polyethylene type.
10. Pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means for stacking with a base (3) or a lid (4) of another pot (1).

Method of reloading a pot (1) according to any one of the preceding claims comprising the following steps: - separating the lid (4) from the base (3), the cap (8) being attached to the lid (4); remove the refill (5) from the base (3) by rotating the refill (5) in an anticlockwise direction followed by an axial translation movement, the refill (5) being without a cap (8); insert a new refill (5) fitted with its cap (8) into the base (3) by an axial translational movement followed by a clockwise rotational movement to lock the new refill (5) in rotation in the base (3) via a bayonet system; mount the cover (4) onto the base (3) by screwing it on, the cap (8) of the new refill (5) pressing against the cap (8) of the cover (4) until it is ejected and replaced in the receiving orifice (44) of the cover (4).
