Description

The present invention relates to a ski transport device and ski equipment that can be installed in a train carriage . The passion for skiing sports activities, such as not only skiing but also snowboarding or cross-country skiing, currently involves more and more people. However, as is known, mountain resorts capable of carrying out such activities are not easily accessible by everyone . Often, in fact, even lengthy trips are necessary, which are generally complicated and expensive. Currently, there is therefore an increasing need to make public transport available to enthusiasts, such as trains, which are capable of allowing the movement of a large number of people to such ski resorts, even starting from quite distant locations. This means that the possibility of guaranteeing for these people the possibility of carrying the necessary equipment, such as boots, skis, snowboards and poles, is also of fundamental importance. Currently, public transport means, such as trains, provide devices for the transport of ski equipment such as, for example, luggage racks designed to allow the transport of luggage or bags containing ski boots. The known solutions are a good solution but also involve significant drawbacks. A first drawback of the known devices is due to the fact that they often do not guarantee a quick and rapid installation of the device inside the carriages of a train. In fact, such luggage racks are often composed of single bodies or welded components that do not allow rapid disassembly / assembly operations. A further major drawback of the known devices is that they do not generally include adequate means for the safe retention of skis or snowboards. These objects are in fact particularly delicate and expensive, and sometimes even small impacts can compromise or even just worsen their operation. The aim of the present invention therefore to provide a ski transport device and ski equipment that can be installed in a carriage of a train which is capable of overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art. Another aim of the present invention is to provide a ski transport device and ski equipment that can be installed in a carriage of a train which is able to guarantee a high modularity and allow a practical and fast installation of the components inside a train carriage. Another aim of the present invention is to provide a ski transport device and ski equipment that can be installed in a carriage of a train that can guarantee a rapid replacement of the components if they are damaged. Another aim of the present invention is to provide a ski transport device and ski equipment that can be installed in a train carriage which is capable of ensuring the safe transport of such ski equipment, in order to safeguard both the condition of the equipment itself and any nearby persons (for example, the crew or passengers who may collide with such equipment if it is not properly fixed and retained). According to the present invention, these aims and still others are achieved by a ski transport device and ski equipment which is installable in a carriage of a train comprising the technical features described in the appended claims. The technical features of the invention, according to the above-mentioned aims, are clearly described in the appended claims and its advantages are apparent from the detailed description which follows, with reference to the accompanying drawings which illustrate non-limiting example embodiments of it, and in which: - Figure 1 illustrates a schematic side perspective view from above of a ski transport device and ski equipment which can be installed in a train carriage according to a particular embodiment; - Figure 2 illustrates a schematic view from above of the ski transport device and ski equipment which can be installed in a carriage of a train of Figure 1; - Figure 3 illustrates a perspective view from above of a detail of the ski transport device and ski equipment which can be installed in a carriage of a train according to the present invention; - Figure 4 illustrates a front view of a detail of the ski transport device and ski equipment which can be installed in a carriage of a train according to the present invention; - Figure 5 illustrates a schematic side view of the ski transport device and ski equipment which can be installed in a carriage of a train of Figure 1. With reference to the accompanying drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a ski transport device and ski equipment which can be installed in a carriage of a train, hereinafter referred to as the device 1. The expression ski equipment means, for example, boots, poles, goggles, helmets and / or alternatives to skis such as snowboarding or cross-country skiing. The device 1 according to the present invention comprises a support frame 2. With reference to the Figure 1, the support frame 2 comprises a vertical portion 21 attachable to a side wall Pl of the carriage, and a horizontal portion 22 attachable to the floor P2 of the carriage itself. The device 1 according to the present invention comprises first means 31 for fixing the vertical portion 21 to the side wall Pl, and second means 32 for fixing the horizontal portion 22 to the floor P2. Advantageously, the first 31 and second 32 fixing means are of the threaded type. Advantageously, the first 31 fixing means are configured to fix the vertical portion 21 to the wall Pl at two different heights. Advantageously, the horizontal portion 22 and the vertical portion 21 of the frame 2 can be disassembled. This allows the disassembly / assembly operations of the device 1 inside the carriage to be simplified, facilitating its movement inside / outside the carriage. The device 1 according to the present invention comprises a shelf 4 for supporting and retaining the above-mention ski equipment. The shelf 4 has a plurality of gaps 42 formed on the shelf 4 itself. These gaps 42 are configured for the retention of pairs of skis. It is clear that these gaps can also be used for retaining snowboards . Each of the gaps 42 has at least one slot 421 configured for retaining a pair of skis. According to the embodiment illustrated in Figure 1, the shelf 4 comprises six gaps 42 and each gap 42 comprises three slots 421 for retaining three pairs of skis (or alternatively for retaining a snowboard). Advantageously, the gaps 42 have two side edges 422. Advantageously, the device 1 according to the present invention comprises a plurality of pairs of elastomeric perimeter portions 7 formed on the respective edges 422 of the gaps 42. Each pair of elastomeric perimeter portions 7 is configured to face a central axis of the gaps 42. Substantially, each gap 42 is formed between a pair of side edges 422, and a respective pair of elastomeric perimeter portions 7 is fixed on each pair of side edges 422 . Advantageously, each of the elastomeric perimeter portions 7 comprises protrusions 71 emerging towards the above-mentioned central axis of the gaps 42 so as to define the slots 421 and prevent the pairs of skis from shifting transversely to a direction D of travel of the train. The presence of such protrusions also allows, in the embodiments in which the gaps 42 have two or more slots, to avoid contact between adjacent pairs of skis, thus avoiding further possible risk factors for possible damage to the skis themselves. Basically, in use, the pairs of skis are inserted transversely into the slots 421 and deform the perimeter portions 7 so as to remain retained by them. Advantageously, the skis (or snowboards) can be inserted into the slots 421 even when they are covered with their own containment bag. Advantageously, the elastomeric perimeter portions 7 are made by moulding. Alternatively, the elastomeric perimeter portions 7 are made by extrusion. These elastomeric perimeter portions 7 are therefore made of flexible material, deformable and such as to adapt to the shape of the pairs of skis. With reference to Figure 4, the above-mentioned edges 422 have respective channels 423 for inserting and retaining the elastomeric perimeter portions 7. Advantageously, the elastomeric perimeter portions 7 comprise respective locking sections 72 emerging towards the inside of the above-mentioned edges 422 and configured to engage with them, preventing any displacement of the portions 7 along the direction D of travel. Advantageously also, the locking sections 72 and the edges 422 are shaped so as to establish a dovetail type interlocking. Advantageously, the edges 422 comprise a dowel 424 for transversal locking of the elastomeric perimeter portions 7 to prevent the portions 7 themselves from transversal movement with respect to the direction D of travel of the train. With reference to the Figure 4, advantageously the device 1 according to the present invention comprises threaded fixing means 425 for removably fixing the locking dowel 424 on the shelf 4. In use, the elastomeric perimeter portion 7 is substantially slidably inserted into the insertion channel 423 and locked thereon with respect to the direction D of travel, and subsequently the dowel 424 is fixed to prevent its movement also with respect to the direction transversal to the direction D of travel. This feature of being able to easily disassemble and assemble the elastomeric perimeter portions 7 on the edges 422 allows the possibility of easily replacing them if they are damaged. This allows to further optimise the safety of the skis or snowboards retained on the device 1. Advantageously, with reference to Figure 1, the shelf 4 comprises a first support area 41 for supporting the ski equipment. The first support area 41 is interposed between the plurality of gaps 42 and the vertical portion 21 of the frame 2. In use, the ski equipment is therefore safely contained between the pairs of skis and the vertical portion 21 of the frame 2. The device 1 according to the present invention comprises means 5 for reinforcing the solidity of the shelf 4 along a vertical direction. Advantageously, with reference to Figure 5, said reinforcement means 5 comprise a plurality of support elements 51 formed under the shelf 4 and configured to discharge the loads on the vertical portion 21 of the frame 2 and in particular on the side wall Pl of the wagon. Advantageously, these reinforcement means 5 also comprise a pair of uprights 52 fixed on the shelf 4 and configured so as to discharge the loads on the horizontal portion 22 of the frame 2 and in particular on the floor. The device 1 according to the present invention comprises a support shelf 6 positioned near the horizontal portion 22 and designed to allow a vertical support for the pairs of skis. Advantageously, this support shelf 6 is made of rubber or elastomeric material to allow a safe support of the skis . The device 1 according to the present invention being of a type which is modular and can be disassembled. This facilitates the installation inside the carriage and simplifies, for example, the passage of components through the train doors. With reference to Figure 1, the support shelf 6 comprises a second support area 61 for supporting the ski equipment. This second support zone 61 being interposed between the pairs of skis and the vertical potion 21 of the frame 2. Advantageously, the shelf 4 has an inclination between 80° and 85° with respect to the vertical portion 21. Advantageously, the shelf 4 has an inclination of about 85° with respect to the vertical portion 21. This inclination is, for example, clearly visible in Figure 5. The device 1 according to the present invention overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art and brings important advantages . A first advantage of the device 1 according to the present invention is given by the fact of guaranteeing a convenient and safe transport of ski equipment for long journeys. Another advantage of the device 1 according to the present invention is given by the fact of guaranteeing a practical and fast installation inside the train. Another advantage of the device 1 according to the present invention is given by the fact of guaranteeing a simple and quick replacement of the components (for example of the elastomeric perimeter portions 7) in the event of damage thereto.
