[0001] The present disclosure relates to a packaging box.
[0002] Conventionally, a package box containing an item such as a medicine, a quasi-drug, a medical device, or a cosmetic product has been enclosed with a document containing an explanation of the item (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The explanation of the item may also be displayed on the package box. For example, a package box 110 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 (see, for example, Patent Document 2) has a lid 111 that forms a part of the top surface, which opens to form an opening 112 through which the item contained therein can be removed. In this package box 110, an explanation 113 of the item is displayed on the inner surface of the open lid 111, as shown in FIG. 8.

A packaging box comprising: a box body capable of storing an item; and a header extending upward from the box body; wherein the box body includes a first side wall on which a pair of left and right first break lines are formed, and wherein a lid portion on the first side wall between the pair of left and right first break lines opens to form an opening through which the item can be removed; wherein the header comprises a first header piece continuing above the first side wall and a second header piece overlapping the first header piece; wherein the pair of left and right first break lines extend to an upper edge or left and right side edges of the first header piece; wherein the header is configured so that at least a portion of the first header piece, together with the lid portion, is peeled away from the second header piece along the pair of left and right first break lines; and wherein an explanation of the item is displayed on at least one of the inner surface of the first header piece and the inner surface of the second header piece.

[0021] The packaging box of the present disclosure is for storing and transporting and displaying articles such as medicines, quasi-drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, etc. Hereinafter, one embodiment of the packaging box of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0022] <Overall Configuration of Packaging Box> As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the packaging box 100 includes a box body 1 capable of accommodating articles, and a header 10 protruding from the box body 1. In the present disclosure, the direction in which the header 10 protrudes from the box body 1 is defined as the upward direction. That is, the diagonally upper right direction in Figure 1(A) is defined as the upward direction, and the opposite diagonally lower left direction is defined as the downward direction. Furthermore, the direction perpendicular to the main surface of the header 10 is defined as the front-to-rear direction. That is, the diagonally upper left direction in Figure 1(A) is defined as the forward direction, and the opposite diagonally lower right direction is defined as the rearward direction. Claims
1. A packaging box comprising:a box body capable of accommodating an article; and a header extending upward from the box body,the box body comprising a first side wall having a pair of left and right first break lines formed thereon, and being configured to form an opening through which the article can be taken out by opening a lid portion between the pair of left and right first break lines of the first side wall,the header comprising a first header piece positioned above and contiguous to the first side wall and a second header piece that overlaps with the first header piece,the pair of left and right first break lines extending to an upper edge or left and right side edges of the first header piece,the header being configured such that at least a portion of the first header piece is torn along the pair of left and right first break lines together with the lid portion to be separated from the second header piece, anda description regarding the article being displayed on at least one of an inner surface of the first header piece and an inner surface of the second header piece.
2. The packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the description regarding the article is displayed on the inner surface of the first header piece, the inner surface of the second header piece, and an inner surface of the lid portion.

The packaging box according to claim 1, whereinthe box body comprises a second side wall perpendicular to the first side wall at a lower edge of the first side wall,the second side wall has a pair of left and rightsecond break lines formed thereon that are continuously connected to the pair of left and right first break lines, andthe box body is configured such that the lid portion can be opened by tearing an opening start portion between the pair of left and right second break lines of the second side wall.

The packaging box according to claim 3, whereinthe box body comprises a third side wall opposite the second side wall, and a fourth side wall opposite the first side wall, andthe description regarding the article is displayed on at least one of an inner surface of the third side wall and an inner surface of the fourth side wall.

The packaging box according to claim 4, whereinthe box body comprises a fifth side wall perpendicular to the fourth side wall at a lower edge of the fourth side wall,at least a portion of the second side wall is fixed to an outer surface of the fifth side wall,an insertion piece is formed in the opening start portion of the second side wall, andan insertion hole into which the insertion piece of the opening start portion can be inserted is formed in the fifth side wall.
