Abstract

This suitcase has casters at each of the four corners of the bottom, a retractable handle on the top near the back, and handles on the top and right side. This suitcase has many vertically long linear ribs extending from the top to the bottom on the front, back, right and left sides. As shown in the reference diagram showing the shape of the ribs, each rib has a substantially trapezoidal horizontal cross section. By making the horizontal cross section of the rib substantially trapezoidal, the viewer is given a sharp impression. As shown in the reference diagram showing the shape of the ribs, the spacing between the ribs is 26.0 mm, and the width of the rib is 8.0 mm. As a result, the width of the surface between adjacent ribs is 18.0 mm. Furthermore, the height of the rib is 3.0 mm. The ribs with a width of 8.0 mm and a height of 3.0 mm alternate with the surfaces with a width of 18.0 mm, giving the viewer a sense of solidity.
