Abstract

To improve reliability of a liquid discharge actuator.SOLUTION: An electromechanical conversion device includes: an intermediate layer having one surface and the other surface different from the one surface; a drive body provided in the one surface side of the intermediate layer; and a substrate provided in the other surface side of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer incorporates an electric connection part. A part of the electric connection part is exposed from the other surface of the intermediate layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
