[0018] The nanobubble water generating device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the following embodiment is an example of the technical idea of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the following description and drawings, but includes inventions with similar technical ideas.

[0019] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, a nanobubble water generator 10 according to the present invention has a sealed tank 1, a supply path 2 (2a, 2b) for supplying pressurized gas and water to the sealed tank 1, and a water supply path 3 for pressurizing and sending nanobubble water 11 generated in the sealed tank to the outside of the sealed tank. The water supply path 3 is characterized in that a pressurized gas intake unit 21 is provided midway along the water supply path 3, which intakes and adjusts the pressurized gas 12 in the sealed tank and takes it into the nanobubble water in the water supply path 3, and a discharge nozzle 22 is provided at an end 3a of the water supply path 3, which atomizes the pressurized gas taken into the water supply path 3 from the pressurized gas intake unit 21 and discharges nanobubble water 23 outside the sealed tank.

[0020] In this nanobubble water generator 10, a pressurized gas intake section 21 is provided in the middle of the water supply path 3, which adjusts the intake of the pressurized gas 12 in the sealed tank and takes it into the nanobubble water in the water supply path 3, so that the amount of gas in the nanobubble water pressure-fed through the water supply path can be adjusted by adjusting the intake. In addition, a discharge nozzle 22 is provided at the end of the water supply path 3, which generates nanobubbles by finely atomizing the pressurized gas taken into the water supply path from the pressurized gas intake section 21 and discharges the nanobubble water outside the sealed tank, so that the number of nanobubbles in the nanobubble water can be increased by the discharge nozzle 22. As a result, a large number of nanobubbles can be generated in the nanobubble water, and the number of nanobubbles can be adjusted. According to the present invention, a nanobubble water generator that can generate a large number of nanobubbles and control the number of nanobubbles can be provided. As a result, nanobubble water can be used in various fields such as cleaning, beauty, agriculture, and medicine, and the effects of this can be expected.

[0021] In the present invention, the term "nanobubbles" refers to minute spherical bubbles contained in a liquid. These nanobubbles are nanobubbles with a diameter of less than 1 μm, and the nanobubble water generator 10 can be preferably used as a generator of such nanobubbles.

[0022] Each component will be described in detail.

[0023] (sealed tank) The sealed tank 1 is a sealed tank into which pressurized gas and water are supplied to generate nanobubble water. Since the pressurized gas is supplied to the sealed tank 1, it is preferable that the sealed tank 1 is a pressure vessel or the like that can withstand such pressure. The material of the sealed tank 1 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the sealed tank 1 is made of a general stainless steel material. As shown in FIG. 1, the sealed tank 1 is connected to a pressurized gas supply path 2a that supplies pressurized gas and a water supply path 2b that supplies water, each via a sealant 8. The sealant 8 is not particularly limited, but can be made of any combination of a socket, a water leakage seal tape, a packing, etc. The second sealed tank 31 described later can also be made of the same material.

[0024] (Supply Channel) 1 to 3, the supply path 2 can be a pressurized gas supply path 2a that supplies pressurized gas to the sealed tank 1, and a water supply path 2b that supplies water to the sealed tank 1. It is preferable that a control valve 7 such as an electromagnetic valve is provided midway along each of the supply paths 2a and 2b to control the supply. A pressurized air generator 5 and gas cylinders for various gases are connected to the pressurized gas supply path 2a, and a water storage container, water pipes, etc. are connected to the water supply path 2b.

[0025] Examples of the pressurized gas include air, oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen, or a mixed gas selected from these, which is pressurized. Nanobubble water is generated by supplying these pressurized gases into water. Examples of the pressurized gas include gases pressurized by a pressurizing means and gases filled in advance at high pressure. For example, air can be brought to a predetermined pressurized state by a pressurized air generator 5 (compressor) or the like. In addition, for oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen, or a mixed gas, pressurized gases filled with each gas at high pressure can be applied. The pressure of the pressurized gas varies depending on the type of gas and is not particularly limited, but for example, in the case of pressurized air, it is preferable to set it within the range of 0.1 to 1.0 MPa.

[0026] The water is selected depending on the use of the nanobubble water, and examples of the water include pure water, ion-exchanged water, distilled water, natural water, and tap water.

[0027] The end of the piping of the pressurized gas supply path 2a is disposed at a position where it is submerged in the water in the sealed tank 1. By supplying the pressurized gas into the water at this position, nanobubble water 11 containing fine nanobubbles can be generated. A pressurized nozzle 4 may be connected to the end of the pressurized gas supply path 2a as necessary. This pressurized nozzle 4 is also disposed at a position where it is submerged in the water. The pressurized nozzle 4 can further increase the pressure of the pressurized gas, so that nanobubble water 11 with an increased number of nanobubbles can be generated. By providing such a pressurized nozzle 4, a large number of nanobubbles can be generated in the water in the sealed tank 1. The degree of increase in the number of nanobubbles varies depending on the configuration of the pressurized nozzle 4, but for example, the number of nanobubbles can be increased by about 10 to 20% compared to the case where the pressurized nozzle 4 is not provided.

[0028] (Water supply route) The water supply path 3 is a path for pressurizing and sending the nanobubble water 11 generated in the sealed tank 1 out of the sealed tank. Here, "pressurized" means that the nanobubble water 11 is sent in a pressurized state. A pressurized gas intake unit 21 is provided midway along the water supply path 3, which adjusts the intake of the pressurized gas in the sealed tank 1 and takes it into the nanobubble water 11 in the water supply path 3. A discharge nozzle 22 is provided at an end 3a of the water supply path 3, which atomizes the pressurized gas taken into the water supply path 3 from the pressurized gas intake unit 21 to increase the number of nanobubbles and discharges the nanobubble water 11 out of the sealed tank.

[0029] (Pressurized gas intake) The pressurized gas 12 in the sealed tank 1 is taken in through an intake port 24 provided in the pressurized gas intake unit 21. The intake port 24 of the pressurized gas intake unit 21 is disposed above the water surface of the nanobubble water 11 in the sealed tank 1. The intake adjustment (also referred to as an intake adjustment device) is provided with an intake port diameter variable device (not shown) having an intake port 24 that draws in the pressurized gas in the sealed tank, and the intake adjustment is performed by changing the diameter of the intake port 24 with the intake port diameter variable device. The diameter of the intake port 24 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to provide a plurality of intake ports 24 with diameters in the range of, for example, 0.1 to 5.0 mm in a stepped manner. The intake port diameter variable device can adjust the amount of gas in the nanobubble water to be pumped through the water supply path 3 by manually or automatically varying the diameter of the intake port 24. The manual variation is not particularly limited, but can be performed, for example, by removing one of the sealing members of the multiple intake ports 24 with different diameters sealed with a sealing member. The automatic variation is also not particularly limited, but can be performed, for example, by electrically opening one of the sealing members of the intake ports 24 sealed with a sealing member. Alternatively, the intake port diameter variable device may be one in which several intake ports 24 of different sizes are provided in one intake port part, and the diameter can be changed to any desired value.

[0030] (Discharge nozzle) The discharge nozzle 22 is provided at the end of the water supply path 3 and discharges the nanobubble water 11 outside the sealed tank. The discharge nozzle 22 generates nanobubbles by atomizing the pressurized gas that has been taken into the water supply path 3 from the pressurized gas intake section 21 and has an increased amount of gas. The discharge nozzle can increase the number of nanobubbles in the nanobubble water. As a result, a large number of nanobubbles can be generated in the nanobubble water, and the number of nanobubbles can be adjusted. The discharge nozzle 22 is provided with a nozzle of, for example, about 0.5 to 3 mm in size in order to atomize the gas in the nanobubble water 11 that is pressure-fed through the water supply path 3 and the gas taken in from the pressurized gas intake section 21, and the gas pressure-fed through the water supply path 3 and the gas taken in are atomized by the nozzle. The size and number of the nozzle of the discharge nozzle are not particularly limited. By providing such a discharge nozzle 22, even more nanobubbles can be generated in the nanobubble water 11 in the water supply path 3. The degree of increase in the number of nanobubbles in the discharge nozzle 22 varies depending on the configuration of the discharge nozzle 22, but for example, the number of nanobubbles being pressure-fed through the water supply path 3 can be increased by about 10 to 20%.

[0031] (Second sealed tank) The number of sealed tanks may be one as shown in Fig. 2, or two (or more) as shown in Fig. 3. The nanobubble water generator 10 (10B) shown in Fig. 3 has a second sealed tank 31 different from the sealed tank 1. Between the sealed tank 1 (also referred to as the first sealed tank) and the second sealed tank 31, there are disposed a water supply path 3 for pressure-feeding the nanobubble water 11 in the sealed tank 1 into the second sealed tank 31, and another water supply path 3' for pressure-feeding the nanobubble water 41 in the second sealed tank 31 into the sealed tank 1, and the nanobubble water can be circulated by the water supply paths 3, 3'.

[0032] Furthermore, the second sealed tank 31 is provided with a discharge nozzle 22 at the end of the water supply path 3 that pressure-feeds the nanobubble water 11 from the sealed tank 1 into the second sealed tank 31, for discharging the nanobubble water 11 into the second sealed tank 31. The discharge nozzle 22 here is the same as that described above, and is therefore given the same reference numeral 22. In this way, by circulating the nanobubble water 11 in the sealed tank 1 and the nanobubble water 41 in the second sealed tank 31, the number of nanobubbles can be further increased. Furthermore, the second sealed tank 31 is provided with a discharge nozzle 22 that discharges the nanobubble water 41 out of the second sealed tank 31, and the nanobubble water 51 that has passed through the discharge nozzle 22 can be sent out of the second sealed tank 31.

[0033] As shown in Fig. 3, the water supply paths 3, 3' are each provided with a pressurized gas intake unit 21 and a control valve 7. The pressurized gas intake unit 21 controls the intake to adjust the intake air and further increase the number of nanobubbles when circulating the nanobubble water that is pressurized through each water supply path 3, 3'. The control valve 7 controls when to start or stop the supply of the nanobubble water that is pressurized through each water supply path 3, 3'.

[0034] 3, one other sealed tank (second sealed tank 31) is added to the sealed tank 1, but two or more other sealed tanks may be provided. By providing two or more other sealed tanks, the nanobubble water can be circulated between the sealed tanks as desired to further increase the number of nanobubbles, and the number of nanobubbles can be changed in each sealed tank.

[0035] As described above, the nanobubble water generator 10 according to the present invention can generate a large number of nanobubbles and can also provide a nanobubble water generator that can control the number of nanobubbles. The nanobubble water generator 10 according to the present invention is equipped with a pressurized gas intake unit 21 provided midway through the water supply path 3 and a discharge nozzle 22 provided at the end of the water supply path 3, and can efficiently generate nanobubble water containing about 1 to 10 billion nanobubbles per mL. Furthermore, by adjusting the intake of the pressurized gas intake unit 21, the nanobubbles can be changed within a range of about 1 to 10 billion nanobubbles per mL.

[0036] The nanobubble water generated by the nanobubble water generator 10 can be utilized in various fields such as cleaning, beauty, agriculture, and medicine, and the effects thereof can be expected. For example, the nanobubble water generator 10 is expected to be preferably applied to cleaning-related fields, beauty-related fields, agriculture-related fields, medicine-related fields, etc. It is also expected to be used in industrial fields such as food-related fields, pharmaceutical-related fields, cosmetics-related fields, electronic devices such as solar cells, secondary batteries, and semiconductor devices, and functional materials.
