Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a wet-type air purifier. [Background technology]
[0002] As shown in the following Patent Document 1, a wet dust collector is known that includes an air inlet, a primary tank for storing a first liquid, a secondary tank for storing a second liquid, and an arc-shaped agitator that generates mist by agitating the liquid stored in the secondary tank and the air that has passed above the liquid stored in the primary tank. In this wet dust collector, the blower is operated to take in air from the inlet into the device. The taken-in air passes above the first liquid, and the second liquid stored in the secondary tank is mixed with the air in the agitator to generate mist.
[0003] Dust particles with a large mass are collected in a first liquid stored in a primary tank, and dust particles with a small mass are collected in a second liquid stored in a secondary tank, and the air from which the dust has been removed is discharged outside the device. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2019-063744 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In the device of Patent Document 1, depending on the flow rate of air taken into the device or the flow rate of air discharged to the outside of the device, moisture may be contained in the air discharged to the outside of the device. If moisture is discharged to the outside of the device, it may cause mold to grow depending on the environment. In addition, if the secondary tank contains, for example, a component having sterilizing properties or a component that inactivates viruses, the component may leak out of the device.
[0006] In addition, if the liquid contained in the secondary tank leaks outside the device, the liquid level in the secondary tank will gradually drop, which is a problem, and therefore it is necessary to periodically monitor the liquid level in the secondary tank.
[0007] Also, if the environment is dry, it may be necessary to expel a moderate amount of moisture so that the humidity outside the device is appropriate.
[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide a wet-type air purifier that can arbitrarily adjust the humidity of the air discharged outside the device and can automatically adjust the liquid level of the liquid contained in the secondary tank by returning dehumidified liquid to the secondary tank. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] The wet air purifier (sometimes simply referred to as a device) includes an air inlet, a primary tank for storing a first liquid, a secondary tank for storing a second liquid, an arc-shaped agitation unit arranged on the upper part of the secondary tank for agitating the liquid stored in the secondary tank and the air that has passed above the liquid stored in the primary tank, a plurality of liquid cut-off plates, a dehumidification unit for cooling and dehumidifying the air agitated by the agitation unit, a liquid receiving tank for storing condensed liquid generated in the dehumidification unit, a liquid supply tank for the secondary tank that communicates with the secondary tank, and a path for supplying the liquid stored in the liquid receiving tank to the liquid supply tank for the secondary tank, and the path for supplying the liquid stored in the liquid receiving tank to the liquid supply tank is provided with a valve that controls the amount of liquid sent based on the liquid level in the liquid supply tank or the secondary tank. The device solves the above problem by operating the wet air purifier when the humidity in the environment is low. When the humidity in the environment is high, the humidity of the air discharged outside the device can be reduced by operating the dehumidification unit. When the liquid level in the secondary tank drops, the condensed liquid generated in the dehumidification unit can be returned to the secondary tank to adjust the liquid level in the secondary tank.
[0010] The device preferably further comprises a liquid supply unit that supplies liquid to the liquid receiving tank, and a valve is provided in a path for supplying liquid from the liquid supply unit to the liquid receiving tank to control the amount of liquid sent based on the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank. With this configuration, it is possible to adjust the liquid so that the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank does not become too low.
[0011] The device further includes a liquid supply tank for the primary tank communicating with the primary tank, and a path for sending liquid from the liquid supply unit to the liquid supply tank for the primary tank, and the path for sending liquid from the liquid supply unit to the liquid supply tank for the primary tank is preferably provided with a valve for controlling the amount of liquid sent based on the liquid level of the liquid supply tank for the primary tank or the primary tank. When the liquid level of the primary tank drops, liquid can be supplied from the liquid supply unit to the liquid supply tank via the path to adjust the liquid level of the primary tank.
[0012] The device is preferably provided with a drainage path for draining the liquid from the liquid receiving tank, and the drainage path is preferably provided with a valve, which makes it possible to adjust the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank so that it does not become excessively high.
[0013] In the device, the drainage path and the inside of the wet-type air cleaner are preferably connected by a communication path, and the communication path communicates the inside of the drainage path and the inside of the wet-type air cleaner. In this way, the pressure in the drainage path and the inside of the wet-type air cleaner can be synchronized. This makes it possible to prevent backflow of the drainage.
[0014] In the above-mentioned device, it is preferable that the drainage path is provided with a valve that can be opened and closed at the discretion of the user. With this configuration, for example, a tank for receiving drainage can be connected to the end of the drainage path, and when the liquid level in the tank becomes high, the valve can be closed and the tank can be replaced with a new one.
[0015] In the above-mentioned device, it is preferable that the air discharged outside the device passes through a filter that removes components in the second liquid contained in the air before being discharged outside the device. With this configuration, when the liquid in the secondary tank contains, for example, a component having sterilizing ability or a component that inactivates viruses, it is possible to prevent the component from being discharged in large amounts into the environment. Effect of the Invention
[0016] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a wet type air purifier that can arbitrarily adjust the humidity of the air discharged outside the device and can automatically adjust the liquid level contained in the secondary tank by returning the dehumidified liquid to the secondary tank. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the wet-type air cleaner (sometimes referred to as a device) of the present invention will be described. The embodiment described below is merely a limited example of the embodiment of the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the exemplified embodiment.
[0019] An example of a wet-type air purifier 1 is shown in Figures 1 to 3. In Figure 1, the internal structure of the wet-type air purifier 1 is shown by dashed lines. In Figure 2, external structures such as a liquid receiving tank 32 are omitted, and the internal structure of the wet-type air purifier is shown by solid lines.
[0020] The wet type air purifier 1 includes an air intake 13, a primary tank 11 for storing a first liquid, a secondary tank 12 for storing a second liquid, an arc-shaped agitation unit 14 arranged above the secondary tank 12 for agitating the liquid stored in the secondary tank 12 and the air that has passed above the liquid stored in the primary tank 11 to generate mist, a plurality of liquid cutting plates 15, a dehumidification unit 36 for cooling and dehumidifying the mist, a liquid receiving tank 32 for storing condensation liquid generated in the dehumidification unit 36, a liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank that communicates with the secondary tank 12, a path 52 for supplying the liquid stored in the liquid receiving tank 32 to the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank, and a heating unit 31 arranged above the secondary tank 12 for heating and evaporating the liquid stored in the secondary tank 12.
[0021] The intake port 13 is formed of a box having openings at one end and the other end, the opening at one end opening to the outside of the device, and the opening at the other end opening to the top of the primary tank 11.
[0022] The primary tank 11 and the secondary tank 12 are disposed at the bottom of the device. The primary tank 11 and the secondary tank 12 are separated by a partition plate 21, and configured so that the first liquid in the primary tank 11 and the second liquid in the secondary tank 12 do not mix. The primary tank 11 and the secondary tank 12 are tank-shaped extending from the front to the back, capable of storing liquid, and shaped to have a space above each tank through which air taken into the device can pass.
[0023] The upper end of the partition plate 21 has a bent portion bent toward the primary tank 11. A partition plate 22 is provided on the upper part of the secondary tank 12. The lower end of the partition plate 22 has a bent portion bent toward the secondary tank. The partition plate 22 separates the space above the primary tank 11 from the space above the secondary tank 12. An opening is provided between the above-mentioned partition plate 21 and the above-mentioned partition plate 22 to allow air that has flowed into the device from the inlet 13 to flow into the space above the secondary tank. A baffle plate structure 23 made of a plurality of L-shaped angle members is provided at this opening.
[0024] An arc-shaped stirring unit 14 is provided on the upper part of the secondary tank 12. The stirring unit 14 is in the form of a plate curved in an arc. An opening is formed between the stirring unit 14 and the lower end of the partition plate 22, and air taken in from the inlet 13 passes through the opening. The second liquid is positioned so that the lower end of the stirring unit 14 is immersed in the second liquid. When the air taken into the device from the inlet 13 moves along the stirring unit 14, it comes into contact with the second liquid above the stirring unit 14 and moves upward in the secondary tank 12 while generating mist.
[0025] A plurality of liquid cutting plates 15 are provided above the agitation section 14. From the bottom, they are the first liquid cutting plate, the second liquid cutting plate, and the third liquid cutting plate. Between the top of the agitation section 14 and the first liquid cutting plate, between the first liquid cutting plate and the second liquid cutting plate, and between the second liquid cutting plate and the third liquid cutting plate, openings through which air that has passed through the agitation section 14 passes are formed. The second liquid that has been made into a mist comes into contact with each liquid cutting plate and turns into droplets. The second liquid that has turned into droplets drips from each liquid cutting plate 15 and returns to the secondary tank 12. A baffle plate structure 24 made of a plurality of L-shaped angle members is provided between the agitation section 14 and the first liquid cutting plate. The configuration of the liquid cutting plate is not limited to the example shown in the drawings.
[0026] A heating unit 31 is disposed at the upper end of the stirring unit 14. By disposing the heating unit 31 in the stirring unit 14, the misted second liquid is heated. This allows the second liquid to be heated efficiently. The heated second liquid has an increased molecular momentum and is easily discharged outside the device. By operating the heating unit 31, the humidity of the environment outside the device can be increased. In addition, by operating the wet air purifier without operating the dehumidification unit, the humidity of the environment outside the device can be increased.
[0027] The heating unit 31 may be any unit capable of heating the second liquid. Examples of the heating unit include heaters using electric heating wires or heat exchangers; and light sources that generate heat, such as incandescent lamps, LEDs, and ultraviolet lamps. When a component that is activated by light and has the effect of inactivating viruses, such as Rose Bengal, is used as the second liquid, a light source that generates heat can be suitably used. By using such a heat source, not only can the environment outside the device be humidified, but viruses can also be inactivated.
[0028] A space is provided above the multiple liquid-cutting plates, separated from the space in which the inlet 13 is provided by a partition plate 25. Air in this space is sucked in by a blower 37 provided at the top of the device, and is discharged outside the device via a filter 38 described below. The space above the partition plate 25, the space above the secondary tank 12, and the space above the primary tank 11 are in communication with each other via the openings described above, and air is taken into the device from the inlet 13 by operating the blower 37.
[0029] The dehumidifying section 36 is provided in a space separated from the intake port 13 by the partition plate 25. The dehumidifying section 36 has a first heat exchanger 361 provided in the device, a second heat exchanger 362 provided in the device, and a compressor connected to the first heat exchanger 361 and the second heat exchanger 362. The first heat exchanger 361 uses the heat of vaporization of the refrigerant to cool and condense the moisture and mist contained in the air in the device. The second heat exchanger 362 uses the latent heat of the refrigerant to heat the air cooled by the first heat exchanger 361 and adjust the temperature discharged outside the device. By heating the air with the second heat exchanger 362, it is possible to prevent a decrease in temperature due to operation of the device. It is preferable that the first heat exchanger 361 is provided on the upstream side and the second heat exchanger 362 is provided on the downstream side. The second heat exchanger 362 can be provided outside the device and outdoors to provide the wet air purifier with a temperature adjustment function.
[0030] In the primary tank 11, dust particles having a large mass among the dust particles contained in the air sucked from the inlet 13 are collected. The dust particles having a large mass settle into the first liquid stored in the primary tank 11 by contacting the inner wall of the inlet 13, and are collected. Any liquid can be used as the first liquid. As the first liquid, a liquid containing a component having a bactericidal ability, such as water, hypochlorous acid water, or a liquid containing a component having an activity of inactivating viruses, such as rose bengal, can be used. The second liquid can also be the same liquid as the first liquid.
[0031] 2, the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 and the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 are integrally formed and separated by a partition wall 26. Both the primary tank 11 and the secondary tank 12 are hollow and liquid-tight.
[0032] The liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 stores the liquid supplied from the above-mentioned liquid supply unit 33 in the hollow portion and supplies the liquid to the primary tank 11. The liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 is provided with a through hole 412 that connects the path 51 that communicates the above-mentioned liquid supply unit 33 and the primary tank 11. The upper portion of the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 is provided with a through hole 413 that communicates the space above the primary tank 11 in the wet air purifier with the space above the liquid supply unit for the primary tank 11. The through hole 413 synchronizes the pressure between the space above the primary tank 11 in the wet air purifier and the space above the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11. The lower portion of the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 is provided with a through hole 414 that communicates the inside of the primary tank 11 in the wet air purifier with the inside of the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11. The through hole 414 allows communication between the first liquid in the primary tank 11 in the wet-type air purifier and the liquid supply section 33 for the primary tank 11. A drain pipe 411 protrudes into the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11. An end of the drain pipe 411 is located lower than the through hole 413. When the first liquid reaches the position of the upper end of the drain pipe 411, the first liquid flows out from the drain pipe 411. This prevents the position of the first liquid from becoming too high.
[0033] The liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 temporarily stores the liquid supplied from the liquid receiving tank 32 in the hollow portion and supplies the liquid to the secondary tank 12. The liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 is provided with a through hole 422 that connects the path 52 that connects the liquid receiving tank 32 and the secondary tank 12. A through hole 423 is provided in the upper part of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 to connect the space above the secondary tank 12 in the wet air purifier to the space above the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12. The through hole 423 synchronizes the pressures of the space above the secondary tank 12 in the wet air purifier and the space above the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12. A through hole 424 is provided in the lower part of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 to connect the inside of the secondary tank 12 in the wet air purifier to the inside of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12. Through hole 424, the second liquid communicates between the secondary tank 12 in the wet-type air purifier and the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12. A drain pipe 421 protrudes into the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12. An end of drain pipe 421 is located lower than the through hole 423. When the second liquid reaches the position of the upper end of drain pipe 421, the second liquid flows out from drain pipe 421. This prevents the position of the second liquid from becoming too high.
[0034] A valve 521 is provided in the path 52 for supplying the liquid stored in the receiving tank 32 to the liquid supply tank 42, for controlling the amount of liquid sent based on the liquid level of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 or the secondary tank 12. The liquid level of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 is detected by a liquid level detection unit (not shown). The control unit compares the liquid level acquired by the detection unit with the liquid level of the liquid supply unit 33 for the secondary tank 12 or the secondary tank 12 set in advance, and controls whether or not the valve 521 is opened or closed, or the amount of opening of the valve. For example, when the liquid level of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 or the secondary tank 12 exceeds the liquid level set in advance, the valve 521 is closed, and when the liquid level of the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 or the secondary tank 12 falls below the liquid level set in advance, the valve 521 is opened. Note that a laser level sensor, an ultrasonic level sensor, a limit switch, or the like can be used as the detection unit. Incidentally, since the liquid level in the secondary tank 12 is more easily disturbed than that in the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank, it is preferable to detect the liquid level in the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank.
[0035] In this specification, controlling the amount of liquid delivered by a valve is intended to include a method of controlling whether or not liquid is supplied by controlling whether or not the valve is open as described above, and a method of controlling the flow rate of liquid by controlling the amount the valve is opened.
[0036] A chemical injection pump 522 is connected to the path 52 that supplies the liquid stored in the liquid receiving tank 32 to the liquid supply tank 42. A chemical such as Rose Bengal can be injected from the chemical injection pump 522 into the path 52 to supply the chemical to the secondary tank.
[0037] The wet type air purifier 1 further includes a liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 that communicates with the primary tank 11, and a path 51 for sending liquid from the liquid supply unit 33 to the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank. A valve 511 for controlling the amount of liquid sent based on the liquid level of the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank or the primary tank 11 is provided in the path 51 for sending liquid from the liquid supply unit 33 to the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank. The liquid level of the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 or the primary tank 11 is detected by a liquid level detection unit (not shown). The control unit compares the liquid level acquired by the detection unit with the liquid level of the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 or the primary tank 11 that is set in advance, and controls whether or not to open / close the valve 511, or the amount of opening of the valve. For example, when the liquid level in the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 or the primary tank 11 exceeds a preset liquid level, the valve 511 is closed, and when the liquid level in the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11 or the primary tank 11 falls below the preset liquid level, the valve 511 is opened. Since the liquid level in the primary tank 11 is more easily disturbed than that in the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank, it is preferable to detect the liquid level in the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank.
[0038] The wet-type air purifier 1 includes a liquid supply unit 33 that supplies liquid to the liquid receiving tank 32, and a path 53 that supplies liquid from the liquid supply unit 33 to the liquid receiving tank 32 is provided with a valve 531 that controls the amount of liquid sent based on the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank 32. The valve 531 opens when the position of a float 532 becomes lower according to the position of the liquid level, and supplies liquid from the water supply unit 33 to the liquid receiving tank 32. As the valve, a ball tap may be used, or an electromagnetic valve whose opening / closing or opening amount is controlled based on the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank 32 may be used. The liquid supply unit may be a tank that stores a predetermined amount of liquid as shown in FIG. 1, or may be a water outlet such as a faucet.
[0039] The wet air purifier 1 is provided with a drainage path 54 for draining liquid from the liquid receiving tank 32, and the drainage path 54 is provided with a valve 541 that can be opened and closed by the user. A drainage tank 34 is provided at the end of the drainage path 54. The drainage tank 34 is detachable from the drainage path 54. When removing the drainage tank 34, the valve 541 is closed and then the drainage tank 34 is removed. After the drainage in the drainage tank 34 is processed, the drainage tank 34 is attached again and the valve 541 is opened. This makes it possible to prevent air from being sucked into the device from the drainage path 54. For example, a lever valve that can be switched between open and closed by manually moving a lever can be used as the valve 541. It may be an electronically controlled valve that can be switched between open and closed by a switch operation by the user.
[0040] When the drainage tank 34 is connected to the drainage path 54, the valve 541 is opened. If the liquid level in the receiving tank 32 becomes excessively high, the liquid in the receiving tank 32 overflows from the drainage path 54 and flows into the drainage tank 34. The liquid level in the receiving tank 34 can be adjusted by changing the height at which the drainage path 54 is connected to the receiving tank 32.
[0041] In the wet-type air purifier 1, the drainage path 54 and the interior of the wet-type air purifier 1 are connected by a communication path 55, and the communication path 55 connects the inside of the drainage path 54 and the interior of the wet-type air purifier 1.
[0042] The wet air purifier 1 has a plurality of filters 38 that remove components of the second liquid contained in the air. The air in the wet air purifier passes through the filters 38 and is discharged to the outside of the wet air purifier. When a liquid having sterilizing ability or a liquid having activity to add viruses is used as the second liquid as described above, the liquid having sterilizing ability or the liquid having activity to add viruses may leak into the environment outside the device depending on the conditions. By passing the air through the filters 38 and then discharging the air to the outside of the device, it is possible to prevent the above-mentioned leakage of the liquid.
[0043] As the filter 38, for example, an electrostatic precipitator cell can be used. In an electrostatic precipitator cell, fine particles are positively charged and adsorbed to the electrode plate of the collector. Since the gap between the electrode plates is wide, it is preferable because it is difficult to impede the flow of the exhausted air and performance degradation due to clogging is unlikely to occur. In addition, porous filter materials that can adsorb alcohol, formalin, and odorous components can also be suitably used.
[0044] In the above-described wet-type air purifier 1, when the blower 37 is operated, air is taken into the device through the inlet 13. The air taken into the device passes through the upper part of the primary tank 11, the agitator 14, the openings of the multiple liquid-cutting plates, the space above the partition plate 25, and the multiple filters 38, before being discharged outside the device.
[0045] Among the dust particles contained in the air, those with a large mass fall due to gravity and are collected by the first liquid stored in the primary tank. Among the dust particles contained in the air, those with a small mass are captured by the mist-like second liquid generated by the agitator 14. The mist adheres to the liquid cutter 15, turns into droplets, and falls into the secondary tank 12. In this way, the dust particles with a small mass are collected by the second liquid in the secondary tank.
[0046] The wet-type air purifier 1 has a detection unit (not shown) that detects humidity outside the device, and a control unit (not shown). The detection unit is provided on the edge of the air inlet 13. The control unit has an input unit. A user can input a desired humidity through the input unit and store it in the control unit. The control unit compares the humidity detected by the detection unit with the set humidity. If the humidity detected by the detection unit is lower than the set humidity, or if the set humidity and the humidity detected by the detection unit are the same, the operation of the dehumidification unit is stopped. By stopping the dehumidification unit 36, humid air is discharged outside the device via the blower, so that the humidity outside the device gradually increases. If the humidity detected by the detection unit is higher than the set humidity, the dehumidification unit 36 is operated to remove moisture contained in the air.
[0047] The condensed liquid generated in the dehumidifying section 36 is received in the liquid receiving section 363 and flows into the liquid receiving tank 32 via the path 56. The liquid receiving tank 32 is located lower than the liquid receiving section 363. The condensed liquid flows into the liquid receiving tank 32 in accordance with the potential energy. Similarly, in accordance with the potential energy, the liquid flows from the liquid receiving tank 32 to the liquid supply tank 42, from the liquid receiving tank 32 to the drain tank 34, and from the water supply section 33 to the liquid receiving tank 32 or the water supply tank 41.
[0048] The liquid receiving tank 32 is provided with a valve with a float that opens and closes in response to the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank. When the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank 32 drops, the valve 531 opens in response to the descent of the float, and liquid is supplied from the liquid supply section 33 to the liquid receiving tank 32. When the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank 32 rises, the valve closes in response to the rise of the float, and the supply of liquid from the liquid supply section 33 to the liquid receiving tank 32 stops. A drainage path 54 is connected to the liquid receiving tank 32 at a predetermined position. If the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank 32 becomes excessively high, the liquid in the liquid receiving tank 32 is drained from the drainage path 54 to the liquid receiving tank 32, preventing the liquid from overflowing.
[0049] The drainage path 54 communicates with the inside of the wet-type air purifier 1 through a communication path 55. When the blower is operated, the inside of the device becomes negative pressure based on the atmospheric pressure. By providing the communication path 55, the pressure in the dehumidification section 36 of the wet-type air purifier 1, the pressure in the liquid receiving tank 32, the pressure in the drainage path 54, and the pressure in the drainage tank 34 are synchronized. This makes it possible to prevent, for example, liquid from flowing back from the liquid receiving tank 32 into the device or liquid from the drainage path into the liquid receiving tank 32 or into the device due to a pressure difference.
[0050] According to the above-described wet type air purifier 1, when the humidity is high based on the humidity set by the user, the dehumidifying section 36 is operated to return the condensed liquid to the secondary tank 12 via the liquid receiving tank 32. When a chemical such as Rose Bengal is added to the second liquid stored in the secondary tank 12, the chemical can be reused.
[0051] When the liquid level in the receiving tank 32, the liquid supply tank 41 for the primary tank 11, or the liquid supply tank 42 for the secondary tank 12 becomes high, the liquid supply is stopped and the liquid is drained from the drain pipe 411 or the drain pipe 422, thereby preventing the liquid level from becoming excessively high and causing the liquid to overflow.
[0052] When the liquid level in the liquid receiving tank 32 becomes low, liquid is supplied from the liquid supply section 33. This makes it possible to prevent a situation in which the liquid level in the secondary tank 12 cannot be adjusted due to the liquid in the liquid receiving tank 32 running out. Similarly, since liquid is supplied from the liquid supply section 33 to the primary tank 11, the liquid level in the primary tank can be adjusted to an appropriate level. [Explanation of symbols]
