FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] The switch device 10 according to the present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. The switch device 10 according to the present embodiment is arranged on an instrument panel of a vehicle (automobile) or the like, and is configured as a device for starting or stopping an engine (power unit) of the vehicle. As shown in Figs. 1(A) and (B), the switch device 10 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape. In the following description, one axial side of the switch device 10 (the side indicated by the arrow A in Fig. 1(A)) is the front side of the switch device 10, and the other axial side of the switch device 10 (the side indicated by the arrow B in Fig. 1(A)) is the rear side of the switch device 10. In addition, in a front view seen from the front side, a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction is a first direction (see the arrows C and D in Fig. 1(B)), and a direction perpendicular to the first direction is a second direction (see the arrows E and F in Fig. 1(B)). Furthermore, the side indicated by the arrow C in Fig. 1(B) is one side of the first direction, and the side indicated by the arrow E in Fig. 1(B) is one side of the second direction.
[0010] 1 to 3, the switch device 10 includes a case 20, a body 30, a switch mechanism 40, and an antenna wire 60. Each component of the switch device 10 will be described below.
[0011] (Regarding Case 20) The case 20 is formed in a double cylindrical shape with the front-rear direction as the axial direction. That is, the case 20 has an outer cylinder 20A and an inner cylinder 20B, and the inner cylinder 20B is disposed radially inside the outer cylinder 20A. Then, the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B are connected to each other at both ends in the second direction at the front end. A pair of fixing pieces 20C is formed on both sides in the first direction on the outer periphery of the outer cylinder 20A. When viewed from the second direction, the fixing pieces 20C are inclined forward as they move toward the radial outside of the case 20. Then, the fixing pieces 20C are engaged with the instrument panel of the vehicle or the like, and the case 20 (i.e., the switch device 10) is fixed to the vehicle. A mating recess 20D is formed on the inner periphery of the rear end of the outer cylinder 20A, which is stepped down radially outward. The inner tube 20B is formed in a generally bottomed cylindrical shape that is open to the front, and the rear wall of the inner tube 20B is located forward of the rear end of the outer tube 20A. The rear wall of the inner tube 20B is appropriately formed with holes for exposing a part of the rubber contact 50 (described later) and holes for inserting the lens 56.
[0012] A bezel 22 is attached to the front end of the case 20. Specifically, a cylindrical mating tube 20E is provided at the front end of the case 20, and the mating tube 20E protrudes forward from the front end of the outer tube 20A. The bezel 22 is formed in a generally cylindrical shape with the axial direction being the front-to-rear direction. The bezel 22 is fitted onto the mating tube 20E and attached to the outer tube 20A by claw engagement so as to be immovable relative to the outer tube 20A.
[0013] (About Body 30) As shown in Figs. 2 to 7, the body 30 is formed in a generally bottomed cylindrical shape with the front-rear direction as the axial direction and open to the front side. The body 30 is inserted into the case 20 from the rear side and assembled to the case 20 by a claw engagement so as to be immovable relative to the case 20. When the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the inner cylinder 20B is located inside the body 30. That is, the front part of the body 30 is disposed between the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B, and the body 30 is covered from the radial outside by the outer cylinder 20A. The rear surface of the body 30 is disposed in a position that is flush with the rear end surface of the outer cylinder 20A. A step portion 30A is formed on the outer periphery of the rear end of the body 30, which is raised one step outward in the radial direction, and the step portion 30A is fitted into the engagement recess 20D of the case 20.
[0014] The front end of the body 30 is configured as a bobbin portion 30B. The bobbin portion 30B is formed in a concave shape that is open to the radial outside of the body 30 and extends in the circumferential direction of the bobbin portion 30B. The inside of the bobbin portion 30B is an antenna wire housing portion 30B1, and an antenna wire 60 (described later) is wound around the bobbin portion 30B in the antenna wire housing portion 30B1. When the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the rear end of the bobbin portion 30B abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 20A, and the body 30 is disposed radially outside the inner tube 20B with a predetermined gap therebetween. That is, the outer tube 20A and the inner tube 20B are configured to restrict the radial movement of the body 30.
[0015] An opening 30C is formed in the side wall of the body 30 at the other end in the second direction. The opening 30C is formed in a groove shape that has the longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction and penetrates in the radial direction (second direction), and the front end of the opening 30C is open to the front side (see Figs. 5 to 7). That is, a part of the bobbin part 30B is cut out by the opening 30C, and the inside of the opening 30C communicates with the antenna wire accommodating part 30B1. The opening 30C is formed from the bobbin part 30B to the step part 30A, and the rear end of the opening 30C is configured as an opening exposure part 30C1 for arranging and exposing an antenna connection part 42A of a substrate 42 described later. The width dimension of the opening exposure part 30C1 is set to be larger than the width dimension of the opening 30C.
[0016] A restricting portion 20F (see Figs. 2 and 4) is formed at the other end in the second direction (position corresponding to the opening 30C) on the outer periphery of the inner tube 20B of the case 20 described above. The restricting portion 20F is formed in a columnar shape extending in the front-rear direction, and is formed from the front end to the rear end of the inner tube 20B. The width dimension of the restricting portion 20F is set slightly smaller than the width dimension of the opening 30C, and the restricting portion 20F is fitted into the opening 30C and engages with the body 30 in the circumferential direction of the body 30.
[0017] The rear wall of the body 30 is provided with a plurality of installation ribs 30D for installing a substrate 42, which will be described later. The installation ribs 30D protrude forward from the rear wall and are located on the rear side of the inner tube 20B. One installation rib 30D is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape with the plate thickness direction in the second direction, and is disposed close to one side of the opening exposure portion 30C1 in the second direction so as to block the rear of the opening exposure portion 30C1 from one side in the second direction (see FIGS. 2 and 5). A connector portion 30E is provided in the approximate center of the rear wall of the body 30. The connector portion 30E is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape with the axial direction in the front-rear direction, and protrudes rearward from the rear wall of the body 30.
[0018] (Regarding the switch mechanism 40) 2, 3, and 5, the switch mechanism 40 is housed inside the body 30. The switch mechanism 40 includes a substrate 42, a rubber contact 50, a slider 52, and a lens 56.
[0019] (Regarding the substrate 42) 6, the substrate 42 is formed in a generally circular plate shape with its thickness direction in the front-rear direction. The substrate 42 is accommodated in the rear end portion of the body 30, and is fixed to the case 20 and the body 30 by being sandwiched in the front-rear direction between the installation rib 30D of the body 30 and the rear wall of the inner tube 20B of the case 20.
[0020] Fixed contacts 43 are provided on both ends in the first direction on the front surface of the substrate 42. An illumination LED 44 is provided in the approximate center of the front surface of the substrate 42, and an indicator LED 45 is provided on one end in the second direction on the front surface of the substrate 42. The illumination LED 44 and the indicator LED 45 are configured to irradiate emitted light forward.
[0021] The rear surface of the substrate 42 is provided with a plurality of connector terminals 46 (eight in this embodiment) extending in the front-rear direction as connector terminals. The four connector terminals 46 are arranged in a first direction, and two sets of connector terminals 46 are arranged in a second direction, with the connector terminals 46 arranged in the first direction forming one set. The front end of the connector terminal 46 is bent outward in the second direction and connected to the rear surface of the substrate 42. The rear end of the connector terminal 46 protrudes rearward from the rear wall of the body 30 and is arranged in the connector section 30E. Note that an insertion hole through which the connector terminal 46 is inserted is formed in the rear wall of the body 30. In addition, an external connector inserted into the connector section 30E is connected to the connector terminals 46, and the substrate 42 is electrically connected to the control section of the vehicle.
[0022] A pair of antenna connection parts 42A are integrally provided at the other end of the substrate 42 in the second direction. The pair of antenna connection parts 42A have a rectangular radial cross section, protrude from the outer periphery of the substrate 42 to the radial outside (the other side in the second direction), and are aligned in the first direction. The pair of antenna connection parts 42A are disposed in a substantially central portion of the opening exposure part 30C1 of the body 30, and the antenna connection parts 42A are exposed to the radial outside by the opening exposure part 30C1 before the case 20 is assembled to the body 30 (see Figs. 5 and 7). On the other hand, after the case 20 is assembled to the body 30, the antenna connection parts 42A are covered from the radial outside by the outer cylinder 20A of the case 20 (see Fig. 2). In addition, the width dimensions of the antenna connection parts 42A and the opening 30C are set so that the pair of antenna connection parts 42A are disposed in the opening 30C when viewed from the front side (see Fig. 4). Specifically, the distance between the side surface of the antenna connection part 42A on one side in the first direction in the first direction and the side surface of the antenna connection part 42A on the other side in the first direction in the first direction is set to be slightly shorter than the width dimension of the opening 30C. The surface of the antenna connection part 42A is plated, and the antenna connection part 42A and the connector terminal 46 are connected by a pattern formed on the substrate 42. That is, the antenna connection part 42A and the connector terminal 46 are electrically connected. In addition, by plating the surface of the antenna connection part 42A having a rectangular radial cross section, the corners of the rectangular radial cross section of the antenna connection part 42A are rounded to form a smoother shape, and the load on the antenna wire 60 when the antenna wire 60 is wound around the antenna connection part 42A can be reduced.
[0023] (About Rubber Contact 50) As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5, the rubber contact 50 has a base portion 50A, which is formed in a plate shape with the plate thickness direction being in the front-rear direction, and is disposed adjacent to the front side of the board 42. A pair of switch portions 50B is formed on the base portion 50A at positions corresponding to the fixed contacts 43 of the board 42. The switch portion 50B is formed in a substantially dome shape protruding from the rubber contact 50 to the front side, and a movable contact (not shown) is provided inside the switch portion 50B. The switch portion 50B is configured to be operated by pressing the switch portion 50B to the rear side (the fixed contact 43 side). Specifically, the movable contact comes into contact with the fixed contact 43, and the switch portion 50B is configured to be turned ON.
[0024] An illumination tube portion 50C is formed on the base portion 50A at a position corresponding to the illumination LED 44. The illumination tube portion 50C is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape and protrudes forward from the rubber contact 50, with the interior of the illumination tube portion 50C penetrating in the front-rear direction. An indicator tube portion 50D is formed on the base portion 50A at a position corresponding to the indicator LED 45. The indicator tube portion 50D is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape and protrudes forward from the rubber contact 50.
[0025] (Regarding slider 52) The slider 52 is formed in a generally rectangular tubular shape with its axial direction being the front-rear direction. The slider 52 is inserted into the inner tube 20B of the case 20 and is connected to the inner tube 20B so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. That is, the slider 52 is housed in the body 30 so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. When the slider 52 is housed in the body 30, the front end of the slider 52 protrudes forward beyond the body 30 and the case 20.
[0026] A switch pressing portion 52A is formed on the side wall of the slider 52 at a position corresponding to the switch portion 50B of the rubber contact 50. The switch pressing portion 52A is formed in a generally cross-shaped columnar shape extending in the front-rear direction, and is disposed adjacent to the front side of the switch portion 50B. A lens housing portion 52B for housing a lens 56, which will be described later, is formed on one side of the slider 52 in the second direction. The lens housing portion 52B is formed in a generally rectangular tubular shape with the front-rear direction as the axial direction, and is disposed at a position overlapping the indicator LED 45 in a front view.
[0027] A knob portion 52C is integrally provided at the front end of the slider 52. The knob portion 52C is formed in a substantially circular plate shape with the plate thickness direction being the front-rear direction, and protrudes from the outer periphery of the slider 52 so as to cover the body 30 and the inner tube 20B from the front side. A substantially rectangular lens hole 52D is formed penetrating one side portion of the knob portion 52C in the second direction. In addition, an illumination hole 52E is formed penetrating approximately at the center of the knob portion 52C. The illumination hole 52E is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and is disposed at a position overlapping with the illumination LED 44 in a front view.
[0028] A design panel 54 is provided in front of the knob portion 52C, and the design panel 54 is made of a resin material that can transmit light. The design panel 54 is formed in a circular shape corresponding to the knob portion 52C when viewed from the front, and is formed in a concave shape that is open to the rear side. The design panel 54 is fixed integrally to the knob portion 52C by two-color molding. The design panel 54 is disposed radially inside the bezel 22 and is exposed to the cabin side of the vehicle so that it can be operated. As a result, when the operator presses the design panel 54 rearward, the slider 52 slides rearward, and the switch portion 50B of the switch mechanism 40 is operated.
[0029] An indicator hole 54A is formed through the design panel 54 at a position corresponding to the lens hole 52D of the knob portion 52C. In addition, an indication mark 54B composed of letters, symbols, etc. is formed on the design panel 54, and the indication mark 54B is located in front of the illumination hole 52E of the knob portion 52C. This indication mark 54B is formed, for example, by painting the front surface of the design panel 54 black and cutting out a symbol corresponding to the indication mark 54B by laser processing or the like. As a result, the light emitted by the illumination LED 44 passes through the slider 52 and the illumination hole 52E to illuminate the indication mark 54B.
[0030] (About Lens 56) The lens 56 is made of a transparent resin material that can transmit light. The lens 56 is formed in a substantially long plate shape with the second direction being the plate thickness direction and the front-rear direction being the longitudinal direction. The lens 56 is inserted into the lens housing portion 52B of the slider 52 from the rear side and is attached to the slider 52 by claw engagement. An indicator portion 56A is provided at the front end of the lens 56. The indicator portion 56A is inserted into the lens hole 52D of the knob portion 52C and the indicator hole 54A of the design panel 54 from the rear side and is exposed to the front side from the design panel 54. The lens 56 is located in front of the indicator LED 45, and the light emitted by the indicator LED 45 is guided to the front side by the lens 56, so that the indicator portion 56A is turned on.
[0031] (Regarding antenna wire 60) As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B of the body 30 in the circumferential direction and disposed in the antenna wire housing portion 30B1. That is, the antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B between the outer tube 20A and the inner tube 20B of the case 20. One end 60A and the other end 60B as ends of the antenna wire 60 are extended rearward from the antenna wire housing portion 30B1 and disposed in the opening 30C of the body 30. In addition, one end 60A of the antenna wire 60 is wound around and soldered to one antenna connection portion 42A of the board 42, and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 is wound around and soldered to the other antenna connection portion 42A of the board 42. That is, one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are directly connected to the board 42, and the antenna wire 60 and the connector terminal 46 are electrically connected.
[0032] (Action and effect) Next, the operation and effects of the switch device 10 of the present embodiment will be described.
[0033] In the non-operated state of the switch device 10 configured as described above, the slider 52 is disposed in the initial position (the position shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3). When the design panel 54 of the slider 52 is pressed, the slider 52 slides rearward. As a result, the switch pressing portion 52A of the slider 52 presses the pair of switch portions 50B of the rubber contact 50. As a result, the movable contacts of the pair of switch portions 50B come into contact with the fixed contacts 43 of the substrate 42, the pair of switch portions 50B are turned on, and an on signal is output to the control portion of the vehicle. On the other hand, when the operation of the slider 52 is released, the slider 52 slides forward due to the restoring force of the switch portion 50B of the rubber contact 50. As a result, the knob portion 52C returns to the initial position.
[0034] The control unit of the vehicle is connected to the portable device owned by the operator through communication, and when authentication with the portable device is completed, the switch device 10 is operated to start or stop the engine (power unit) of the vehicle. The switch device 10 also has an antenna wire 60. Therefore, when the battery of the portable device owned by the operator is depleted and communication with the portable device is disabled, the switch device 10 can communicate with the portable device by performing transponder communication. In detail, when the portable device is held over the design panel 54 of the switch device 10, the portable device receives an activation radio wave transmitted from the coil-shaped antenna wire 60 of the switch device 10, and an electromotive force is generated by the coil in the transponder of the portable device, and the portable device transmits an ID signal to the authentication device of the vehicle using the power, thereby enabling communication between the portable device and the authentication device of the vehicle.
[0035] Here, the switch device 10 has a cylindrical body 30. A bobbin portion 30B is provided at the front end of the body 30, and an antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin portion 30B. A substrate 42 is disposed inside the body 30, and a connector terminal 46 is provided at the rear surface of the substrate 42. An antenna connection portion 42A that is electrically connected to the connector terminal 46 is provided on the substrate 42, and one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are soldered to the antenna connection portion 42A. This allows the body 30 to be manufactured at a low cost and the antenna wire 60 to be connected to the connector terminal 46, compared to a body in which a connector terminal is insert-molded as in the conventional technology. That is, the body 30 can be manufactured at a low cost by directly connecting the antenna wire 60 to the substrate 42 on which the connector terminal 46 is provided. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10 can be reduced.
[0036] Further, an opening 30C is formed in the side wall of the body 30, penetrating in the radial direction, and the antenna connection part 42A is exposed to the radial outside of the body 30 through the opening 30C. This allows one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin part 30B to be connected to the antenna connection part 42A exposed from the opening 30C. This improves the workability when assembling the switch device 10. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10 can be further reduced.
[0037] The bobbin portion 30B is formed in a concave shape that is open toward the outside in the radial direction of the body 30, and the inside of the bobbin portion 30B is the antenna wire housing portion 30B1. The antenna wire housing portion 30B1 is connected to the opening 30C. This allows one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin portion 30B to be pulled out from the antenna wire housing portion 30B1 to the rear side and routed inside the opening 30C, and connected to the antenna connection portion 42A exposed from the opening 30C (opening exposed portion 30C1). In addition, the pull-out positions of the one end 60A and the other end 60B from the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin portion 30B can be clearly seen from the opening 30C. This further improves the workability when assembling the switch device 10. This further reduces the manufacturing cost of the switch device 10.
[0038] Moreover, the antenna connection portion 42A protrudes from the outer periphery of the substrate 42 radially outward from the body 30, and is disposed within the opening exposed portion 30C1 of the opening 30C. This allows one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 to be soldered to the antenna connection portion 42A with the antenna connection portion 42A disposed radially outward from the inner periphery of the body 30. This further improves the ease of soldering the antenna wire 60 to the antenna connection portion 42A.
[0039] Moreover, in the body 30, the width dimension of the opening exposed portion 30C1 is wider than the width dimension of the opening 30C, and the antenna connection portion 42A is disposed in the opening exposed portion 30C1. This ensures the rigidity of the body 30 while also ensuring a work area when soldering the antenna wire 60 to the antenna connection portion 42A.
[0040] The opening 30C is formed in a groove shape extending in the front-rear direction, and the front end of the opening 30C opens to the front side at the front end of the body 30. As a result, as a procedure for assembling the board 42 and the antenna wire 60 to the body 30, first, the board 42 is placed on the front side of the body 30 (see FIG. 6), and from this state, the board 42 can be housed in the body 30 while inserting the antenna connection part 42A into the opening 30C from the front side. That is, the board 42 can be housed in the body 30 while suppressing interference of the antenna connection part 42A with the body 30 by the opening 30C. Then, after the board 42 is housed in the body 30, the antenna wire 60 is wound around the bobbin part 30B, and then one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 can be connected by soldering to the antenna connection part 42A arranged in the opening exposed part 30C1 (see FIG. 7). As a result, the workability during assembly of the switch device 10 can be effectively improved. Therefore, the manufacturing costs of the switch device 10 can be effectively reduced.
[0041] As described above, the antenna connection portion 42A protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the substrate 42, and one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are soldered to the antenna connection portion 42A. That is, the antenna connection portion 42A constitutes a part of the substrate 42, the surface of the antenna connection portion 42A is plated, and the antenna connection portion 42A is electrically connected to the connector terminal 46 by a pattern. This allows the substrate 42 to be manufactured at a lower cost than, for example, a configuration in which a connection terminal for connecting the antenna wire 60 and the substrate 42 is separately provided on the substrate 42.
[0042] Moreover, the body 30 is fixed to the case 20. The case 20 is configured to include an outer cylinder 20A that covers the body 30 from the radial outside and an inner cylinder 20B that is disposed inside the body 30, and the slider 52 is connected to the inner cylinder 20B so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. This eliminates the need to provide the body 30 with a structure for slidably connecting the slider 52. Therefore, the body 30 having the bobbin portion 30B can be made to have a simple structure. In other words, the shape of the body 30 can be prevented from becoming complicated. This can further contribute to reducing the cost of the body 30.
[0043] Further, the bobbin portion 30B is disposed between the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B of the case 20. That is, the antenna wire 60 is disposed between the outer cylinder 20A and the inner cylinder 20B, and is covered from the radially outer side by the outer cylinder 20A. This can improve, for example, the waterproof and dustproof properties of the antenna wire 60. Therefore, the reliability of the switch device 10 can be improved.
[0044] Furthermore, after the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the antenna connection portion 42A is covered from the radially outer side by the outer cylinder 20A of the case 20. As a result, even if the antenna connection portion 42A is configured to be exposed from the body 30 by the opening 30C, the waterproof and dustproof properties of the antenna connection portion 42A can be ensured by the case 20.
[0045] Furthermore, when the body 30 is assembled to the case 20, the rear end of the bobbin portion 30B abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube 20A, the body 30 is disposed radially outside the inner tube 20B with a predetermined gap therebetween, and the radial movement of the body 30 is restricted by the outer tube 20A and the inner tube 20B. As a result, even if a part of the side wall of the body 30 is cut out by the opening 30C, the case 20 can suppress radial deformation of the side wall.
[0046] In addition, a restricting portion 20F is formed on the outer periphery of the inner tube 20B of the case 20 at the other end in the second direction, and the restricting portion 20F is fitted into the opening 30C and engages with the body 30 in the circumferential direction of the body 30. As a result, even if a part of the side wall of the body 30 is cut out by the opening 30C, the restricting portion 20F can suppress the deformation of the side wall in the circumferential direction. Furthermore, by forming the restricting portion 20F on the outer periphery of the inner tube 20B, the restricting portion 20F can be fitted into the opening 30C while suppressing interference between the antenna wire 60 wound around the bobbin portion 30B and the restricting portion 20F.
[0047] Moreover, the antenna connection portion 42A is formed integrally with the substrate 42 and protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the substrate 42. This eliminates the need for a separate member such as a terminal as the antenna connection portion 42A, thereby further reducing manufacturing costs.
[0048] In this embodiment, "soldering" is used as a means for fixing one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 to the antenna connecting portion 42A, but the method for fixing the antenna wire 60 to the antenna connecting portion 42A is not limited to this. For example, the antenna wire 60 may be fixed to the antenna connecting portion 42A by a technique such as "welding."
[0049] In addition, in this embodiment, one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are wound around the antenna connection part 42A and then fixed by soldering, but the method of connecting the antenna wire 60 to the antenna connection part 42A is not limited to this. For example, a through hole may be formed in the antenna connection part 42A, and one end 60A or the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 may be inserted into the through hole and then fixed by soldering.
[0050] In the present embodiment, the antenna connection portion 42A is provided on the outer periphery of the substrate 42, and one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 are soldered to the antenna connection portion 42A to electrically connect the antenna wire 60 and the connector terminal 46, but the method of connecting the antenna wire 60 and the connector terminal 46 is not limited to this. For example, although not shown, a connection terminal electrically connected to the connector terminal 46 may be provided on the substrate 42, one end of the connection terminal may be exposed from the opening 30C, and one end 60A and the other end 60B of the antenna wire 60 may be soldered to one end of the connection terminal. In this case, the connection terminal corresponds to the antenna connection portion of the present application. [Explanation of symbols]
