Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a jig for transporting building units and a method for transporting building units using the jig.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, unit buildings constructed by combining a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped building units at a construction site are known. The building units constituting the unit building are manufactured at a manufacturing factory and then transported to the construction site by a truck.
[0003] Generally, when transporting building units to a construction site, a truck dedicated to unit transportation is used. Such a truck for unit transportation has fixing fittings embedded in its loading platform for fixing the building units (see, for example, Patent Document 1). When transporting building units by such a truck, the building units are fixed on the loading platform of the truck using the fixing fittings, and the building units are transported to the construction site in the fixed state.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] By the way, during peak seasons when orders for unit buildings are numerous, the shipment volume of building units increases, so it is assumed that there will be a shortage of trucks for unit transportation to transport building units to the construction site. In this case, the transportation of building units may not keep up, and a situation may occur where the building units cannot be installed at the site.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a main object thereof is to provide a jig for transporting a building unit that enables the building unit to be transported by a general truck, and a method for transporting the building unit.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, a jig for transporting a building unit according to a first invention is a jig for transporting a building unit used when placing the building unit on a truck bed and transporting it, and is provided on the truck bed, and a jig body on which the columns of the building unit are placed, and a fixing tool for fixing the jig body to the truck bed, the truck bed having a floor plate portion and side plate portions extending downward from both left and right ends of the floor plate portion, the jig body being placed on the floor plate portion, having a placement plate portion on the upper surface side on which a column base plate provided at the lower end of the column is placed, and a hanging plate portion extending downward from the placement plate portion and disposed outside the side plate portion, the placement plate portion being provided with a protrusion protruding upward and inserted downward into a hole formed in the column base plate placed on the placement plate portion, and the fixing tool detachably fixing the jig body to the truck bed by sandwiching the hanging plate portion and the side plate portion together.
[0008] According to the jig of the first invention, the jig body is provided on the truck bed of the truck, and the columns of the building unit are placed on the jig body. The jig body is fixed to the truck bed by a fixing tool. The jig body has a placement plate portion placed on the floor plate portion of the truck bed and a hanging plate portion extending downward from the placement plate portion and disposed outside the side plate portion of the truck bed. On the upper surface side of the placement plate portion, a column base plate provided at the lower end of the column is placed. The placement plate portion is provided with a protrusion protruding upward, and the protrusion is inserted downward into the hole of the column base plate. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the column base plate, and thus the column of the building unit, from shifting in the horizontal direction.
[0009] By arranging such a jig (jig body) of the present invention corresponding to the arrangement positions of the respective columns of the building unit on the loading platform, it becomes possible to prevent displacement of each column. As a result, it becomes possible to transport the building unit in a stable state.
[0010] Further, by sandwiching the hanging plate portion of the jig body and the side plate portion of the loading platform together with a fixture, the jig body is detachably fixed to the loading platform. In this case, it becomes possible to attach the jig body to the loading platform of a general truck that does not have a fixing metal fitting for fixing the building unit. Therefore, it becomes possible to transport the building unit by a general truck.
[0011] In the jig for transporting a building unit according to the second invention, in the first invention, the column base plate has a plate protruding portion protruding to the side of the column, and a hole portion into which the protrusion is inserted is formed in the plate protruding portion.
[0012] According to the second invention, a hole portion is formed in the plate protruding portion protruding to the side of the column in the column base plate, and the protrusion of the jig body is inserted into the hole portion. In this case, when placing the column base plate on the placement plate portion while inserting the protrusion into the hole portion of the column base plate, it is easy to confirm whether the protrusion is inserted into the hole portion. Therefore, the operation of placing the column base plate on the placement plate portion can be facilitated.
[0013] In the jig for transporting a building unit according to the third invention, in the first invention, the jig body is formed in an L-shaped cross-section by the placement plate portion and the hanging plate portion, has an elongated shape extending in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, is interposed between the placement plate portion and the floor plate portion, and includes a rubber sheet extending in the front-rear direction.
[0014] According to the third invention, since the jig body is formed in an L-shaped cross-section, it can be easily handled, such as by stacking and storing a plurality of jig bodies. Further, the jig body has an elongated shape extending in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, and a rubber sheet extending in the front-rear direction of the loading platform is interposed between the mounting plate portion of the jig body and the floor plate portion of the loading platform. In this case, since the rubber sheet is brought into close contact with the mounting plate portion and the floor plate portion by the weight of the column placed on the mounting plate portion, it is possible to preferably prevent the mounting plate portion from sliding on the floor plate portion. In particular, since the rubber sheet extends in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, it is possible to effectively prevent sliding in the same direction. As a result, it is possible to preferably prevent the jig body from shifting in the front-rear direction on the loading platform during the conveyance of the building unit.
[0015] Further, although the jig body is less likely to shift in the left-right direction of the loading platform because the hanging plate portion is disposed outside the side plate portion of the loading platform, it is considered that the jig body is more likely to shift in the front-rear direction of the loading platform than in the left-right direction of the loading platform. Therefore, in view of this point, the significance of obtaining the above-described effect of preferably preventing the jig body from shifting in the front-rear direction by the rubber sheet is great.
[0016] The jig for conveying a building unit according to the fourth invention is the jig according to the first or second invention, wherein the mounting plate portion is formed in an elongated shape and is mounted on the floor plate portion with its longitudinal direction oriented in the left-right direction, and the jig body has a pair of the hanging plate portions disposed outside the respective side plate portions at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting plate portion, the fixing tool is provided for each of the hanging plate portions, and on the mounting plate portion, the column base plates of the respective columns adjacent to each other in the left-right direction of the building unit are respectively mounted, and a pair of the protrusions inserted into the hole portions of the column base plates of the adjacent columns are provided on the mounting plate portion.
[0017] According to the fourth invention, the jig body has a long placement plate portion and a pair of hanging plate portions provided on both end sides of the placement plate portion. The pair of hanging plate portions are respectively arranged outside each side plate portion of the loading platform and fixed to the side plate portion by a fixing tool. In this case, when the building unit is being transported, it is possible to reliably prevent the jig body from shifting left and right.
[0018] Also, on the placement plate portion, the column base plates of each column adjacent to each other in the left-right direction in the building unit are respectively placed. A pair of protrusions provided on the placement plate portion are respectively inserted into the hole portions of these column base plates. In this case, it is possible to prevent the displacement of the positions of the columns adjacent to each other left and right by using one jig body. For example, when jig bodies are provided individually for each column adjacent to each other left and right, an operation of adjusting the positional relationship between these jig bodies occurs. However, according to the above configuration, such an operation does not occur, so the transportation work of the building unit can be facilitated.
[0019] The jig for transporting a building unit according to the fifth invention is, in the fourth invention, the placement plate portion has a protruding portion that protrudes from the floor plate portion in the left-right direction, and the column base plate is placed on the protruding portion.
[0020] Some trucks have a length in the left-right direction of the loading platform (width of the loading platform) that is smaller than the length in the left-right direction of the building unit placed on the loading platform (width of the building unit). In this regard, in the fifth invention, the placement plate portion of the jig body has a protruding portion that protrudes from the loading platform in the left-right direction, and the column base plate is placed on the protruding portion. Thereby, even if the width of the loading platform of the truck is smaller than the width of the building unit, it becomes possible to transport the building unit by the truck.
[0021] The jig for transporting a building unit according to the sixth invention is, in the first or second invention, a restricting portion that is arranged around the column base plate placed on the placement plate portion and restricts the displacement of the column base plate is provided on the placement plate portion.
[0022] According to the sixth invention, when the building unit is transported by a truck, the displacement of the column base plate is regulated by a regulating portion. In this case, since the displacement of the column base plate is regulated by the regulating portion in addition to the protruding portion, it is possible to avoid the concentration of the load only on the protruding portion in regulating the displacement, and as a result, it is possible to suppress the breakage of the protruding portion.
[0023] The method for transporting a building unit according to the seventh invention is a method for transporting the building unit by a truck using a jig for transporting the building unit according to the first invention, and includes: a preparation step of preparing a plurality of the jigs provided for each column of the building unit as the jig; for each of the jigs, a jig fixing step of arranging the jig body at the location of the column on the loading platform and fixing the jig body to the loading platform by the fixing tool in the arranged state; after the jig fixing step, a unit placing step of placing the building unit on the loading platform by inserting the protruding portion into the hole portion of the column base plate for each column while placing the column base plate on the placing plate portion of the jig body; and a transporting step of transporting the building unit placed on the loading platform by the truck.
[0024] According to the seventh invention, by fixing a plurality of jigs to the loading platform of a general truck and placing a building unit on the loading platform via each of these jigs, it becomes possible to transport the building unit by a general truck.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0026] [First Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment embodying the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the configuration of a building unit constituting a unit-type building will be described based on FIG. 6. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a building unit.
[0027] As shown in FIG. 6, the building unit 20 includes four columns 21 disposed at its four corners, and four ceiling girders 22 and four floor girders 23 that connect the upper and lower ends of each column 21, respectively. A rectangular parallelepiped-shaped skeleton (frame) is formed by these columns 21, ceiling girders 22, and floor girders 23. The column 21 is made of square tubular steel. A column base plate 24 is fixed to the lower end of the column 21. The column base plate 24 is formed of a flat steel plate.
[0028] The ceiling girders 22 and floor girders 23 are made of channel steel with a U-shaped cross section. A plurality of ceiling joists 25 are spanned between a pair of opposing ceiling girders 22, and a plurality of floor joists 26 are spanned between a pair of opposing floor girders 23. The ceiling surface material 27 is supported by each ceiling joist 25, and the floor surface material 28 is supported by each floor joist 26.
[0029] The building unit 20 is manufactured in a manufacturing factory. The manufactured building unit 20 is transported to the construction site by a truck. At the construction site, a unitized building is manufactured by combining the transported building units 20.
[0030] In this embodiment, a general truck is used as the truck for transporting the building unit 20 to the construction site. That is, instead of a dedicated unit transport truck with a fixing fitting for fixing the building unit 20 embedded in the loading platform, a general truck is used. And when transporting the building unit 20 by a general truck, a jig 30 for transporting the building unit (hereinafter simply referred to as the jig 30) is used. This jig 30 is used when placing the building unit 20 on the loading platform of the truck. Therefore, hereinafter, the configuration when placing the building unit 20 on the loading platform of the truck using the jig 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.
[0031] FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a state where the building unit 20 is placed on the loading platform of the truck using the jig 30. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where the column 21 of the building unit 20 is placed on the jig body 31 provided on the loading platform of the truck. In FIGS. 1 and 2, for convenience of explanation, the building unit 20 is shown by a two-dot chain line. Also, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an enlarged state within the A frame of FIG. 1. Note that FIG. 3 shows a cross-section cut at a position lower than the floor girder 23 of the building unit 20. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B of FIG. 3. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the jig body 31 and the rubber sheet 44.
[0032] As shown in Fig. 1, the truck 50 (general truck) has a loading platform 51 on which the building unit 20 is placed. The loading platform 51 is rectangular in shape and long in the front-rear direction in plan view, and its width (length in the left-right direction) is 2500 mm. In this case, the width of the loading platform 51 is substantially the same as the length of the short side direction (wife direction) of the building unit 20, that is, the width of the building unit 20. In the following description, the front-rear direction of the loading platform 51 is simply referred to as the front-rear direction of the loading platform, and the left-right direction (width direction) of the loading platform 51 is simply referred to as the left-right direction of the loading platform.
[0033] As shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the loading platform 51 has a floor plate portion 52 on which the building unit 20 is placed, and side plate portions 53 extending downward from both ends in the left-right direction of the floor plate portion 52, respectively. The building unit 20 is placed on the floor plate portion 52 of the loading platform 51 with its long side direction (bay direction) facing the front-rear direction of the loading platform. In other words, the building unit 20 is placed on the floor plate portion 52 with its short side direction (wife direction) facing the left-right direction of the loading platform. Note that side flaps 55 are attached to the side plate portions 53 of the loading platform 51 via hinges 54.
[0034] Next, the jig 30 will be described.
[0035] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the jig 30 is provided for each column 21 of the building unit 20 on the loading platform 51 of the truck 50. Therefore, a total of four jigs 30 are provided on the loading platform 51. The jig 30 includes a jig body 31 provided on the loading platform 51 on which the column 21 of the building unit 20 is placed, and a clamping device 32 for fixing the jig body 31 to the loading platform 51. Note that the clamping device 32 corresponds to the "fixture".
[0036] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the jig body 31 is formed in a long shape by a steel plate having an L-shaped cross section. The jig body 31 has a mounting plate portion 33 that is placed on the floor plate portion 52 of the loading platform 51, and a hanging plate portion 34 that extends downward from the mounting plate portion 33 and is disposed outside the side plate portion 53. The jig body 31 is arranged with its longitudinal direction facing the front-rear direction of the loading platform 51. Specifically, there are two types of jig bodies 31A and 31B that are symmetrically shaped with respect to each other in the short direction of the jig body 31.
[0037] On the mounting plate portion 33, the column base plate 24 of the column 21 of the building unit 20 is placed. The column base plate 24 has a pair of protruding portions 37 and 38 that protrude laterally from the column 21. In a state where the column base plate 24 is placed on the mounting plate portion 33, the protruding portion 37 protrudes from the column 21 in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, and the protruding portion 38 protrudes from the column 21 in the left-right direction of the loading platform.
[0038] A plurality of holes 37a and 37b are formed in the protruding portion 37, and a plurality of holes 38a and 38b are formed in the protruding portion 38. The holes 37a and 38a in each of the protruding portions 37 and 38 are insertion holes for anchor bolts used, for example, when installing and fixing the building unit 20 at the construction site. Further, the holes 37b and 38b in each of the protruding portions 37 and 38 are positioning holes used, for example, when positioning the building unit 20 at the construction site.
[0039] The mounting plate portion 33 is provided with a pin portion 35 that protrudes upward. The pin portion 35 is formed in a round bar shape made of metal, and its lower end portion is fixed to the mounting plate portion 33 by welding. The pin portion 35 is inserted downward into the hole 37b of the protruding portion 37 of the column base plate 24. Thereby, displacement (regulation) of the column base plate 24 and thus the column 21 is prevented. Note that the pin portion 35 corresponds to the "protrusion", the protruding portion 37 corresponds to the "plate protruding portion", and the hole 37b corresponds to the "hole" described in the claims.
[0040] On the upper surface of the mounting plate portion 33, restricting portions 41 and 42 are provided around the column base plate 24 mounted on the mounting plate portion 33. Each of the restricting portions 41 and 42 is formed of a strip-shaped steel plate and is fixed to the mounting plate portion 33 by welding in a state of being overlapped on the upper surface of the mounting plate portion 33.
[0041] The restricting portions 41 and 42 include a first restricting portion 41 disposed adjacent to the column base plate 24 in the front-rear direction of the loading platform and a second restricting portion 42 disposed adjacent to the column base plate 24 in the left-right direction of the loading platform. The first restricting portion 41 extends in the left-right direction of the loading platform and is disposed on both sides of the column base plate 24 in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, respectively. By these first restricting portions 41, displacement of the column base plate 24 in the front-rear direction of the loading platform is restricted. Also, the second restricting portion 42 extends in the front-rear direction of the loading platform and is disposed only inside the loading platform of the column base plate 24 in the left-right direction of the loading platform. By this second restricting portion 42, displacement of the column base plate 24 in the left-right direction of the loading platform is restricted.
[0042] A rubber sheet 44 is interposed between the mounting plate portion 33 and the floor plate portion 52 of the loading platform 51. The rubber sheet 44 is a rectangular sheet having substantially the same length as the length of the mounting plate portion 33 and is fixed to the back surface of the mounting plate portion 33 by adhesion or the like. The rubber sheet 44 is disposed in a direction extending in the front-rear direction of the loading platform between the mounting plate portion 33 and the floor plate portion 52.
[0043] The clamp device 32 clamps together the hanging plate portion 34 of the jig body 31 and the side plate portion 53 of the loading platform 51 and is, for example, a commercially available product. A plurality (specifically, two) of the clamp devices 32 are arranged in the front-rear direction of the loading platform of the hanging plate portion 34. By clamping the hanging plate portion 34 and the side plate portion 53 together by the clamp device 32, the jig body 31 is detachably fixed to the loading platform 51.
[0044] A rubber mat 46 is interposed between the hanging plate portion 34 and the side plate portion 53. A plurality of rubber mats 46 are provided corresponding to the clamping positions by the clamping device 32 and are sandwiched between the hanging plate portion 34 and the side plate portion 53. Thereby, it becomes possible to suitably clamp the hanging plate portion 34 and the side plate portion 53. Further, each rubber mat 46 is fixed, for example, to the back surface of the side plate portion 53 by adhesion or the like.
[0045] Subsequently, the flow when transporting the building unit 20 by the truck 50 using the jig 30 described above will be described.
[0046] First, a preparation step of preparing a plurality (four) of jigs 30 provided for each column 21 of the building unit 20 is performed.
[0047] Next, for each jig 30, a jig fixing step is performed in which the jig body 31 is placed at the location of the column 21 on the loading platform 51 of the truck 50 (see FIG. 1), and in that arranged state, the jig body 31 is fixed to the loading platform 51 by the clamping device 32. In this step, the jig body 31 is fixed to the loading platform 51 by clamping the hanging plate portion 34 of the jig body 31 and the side plate portion 53 of the loading platform 51 with the clamping device 32.
[0048] Next, a unit placing step of placing the building unit 20 on the loading platform 51 of the truck 50 is performed. In this step, for each column 21 of the building unit 20, the pin portion 35 of the jig body 31 is inserted downward into the hole portion 37b of the column base plate 24, and the column base plate 24 is placed on the placing plate portion 33 of the jig body 31 (see FIGS. 2 to 4). Thereby, the building unit 20 is placed on the loading platform 51 via each jig body 31.
[0049] Next, a transporting step of transporting the building unit 20 placed on the loading platform 51 to the construction site by the truck 50 is performed. After transporting the building unit 20 to the construction site by the transporting step, a unit unloading step of unloading the building unit 20 from the loading platform 51 is performed. After this step, a jig removing step of removing the jig body 31 of each jig 30 from the loading platform 51 by loosening the clamping device 32 of each jig 30 is performed.
[0050] According to the configuration of the present embodiment described in detail above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
[0051] In the jig 30, the jig body 31 has a mounting plate portion 33 that is placed on the floor plate portion 52 of the loading platform 51 of the truck 50, and a hanging plate portion 34 that extends downward from the mounting plate portion 33 and is disposed outside the side plate portion 53 of the loading platform 51. On the upper surface side of the mounting plate portion 33, the column base plate 24 of the column 21 is placed. The mounting plate portion 33 is provided with a pin portion 35 that protrudes upward, and the pin portion 35 is inserted into the hole portion 37b of the column base plate 24 from below. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the column base plate 24, and thus the column 21 of the building unit 20, from shifting in the horizontal direction.
[0052] By arranging such a jig 30 (jig body 31) corresponding to the arrangement positions of the respective columns 21 of the building unit 20 on the loading platform 51, it is possible to prevent the displacement of each column 21. As a result, the building unit 20 can be transported in a stable state.
[0053] Further, the hanging plate portion 34 of the jig body 31 and the side plate portion 53 of the loading platform 51 are clamped together by the clamp device 32, so that the jig body 31 is detachably fixed to the loading platform 51. In this case, it is possible to attach the jig body 31 to the loading platform 51 of a general truck 50 that does not have a fixing fitting for fixing the building unit 20. Therefore, it is possible to transport the building unit 20 by a general truck 50.
[0054] In the column base plate 24, a hole portion 37a is formed in the protruding portion 37 that protrudes laterally from the column 21, and the pin portion 35 of the jig body 31 is inserted into the hole portion 37a. In this case, when placing the column base plate 24 on the mounting plate portion 33 while inserting the pin portion 35 into the hole portion 37a of the column base plate 24, it is easy to confirm whether the pin portion 35 is inserted into the hole portion 37a. Therefore, the operation of placing the column base plate 24 on the mounting plate portion 33 can be facilitated.
[0055] In addition, among the protruding portions 37 and 38 of the column base plate 24, since the pin portion 35 is inserted into the hole portion 37a of the protruding portion 37 that protrudes from the column 21 in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, it is easier to check whether the pin portion 35 is inserted into the hole portion 37a. Therefore, the operation of placing the column base plate 24 on the placement plate portion 33 can be made easier.
[0056] Since the jig body 31 is formed in an L-shaped cross section, it can be easily handled, such as stacking and storing a plurality of jig bodies 31. Further, the jig body 31 has an elongated shape extending in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, and a rubber sheet 44 that also extends in the front-rear direction of the loading platform is interposed between the placement plate portion 33 of the jig body 31 and the floor plate portion 52 of the loading platform 51. In this case, since the rubber sheet 44 is brought into close contact with the placement plate portion 33 and the floor plate portion 52 by the weight of the column 21 placed on the placement plate portion 33, it is possible to preferably prevent the placement plate portion 33 from sliding on the floor plate portion 52. In particular, since the rubber sheet 44 extends in the front-rear direction of the loading platform, it is possible to effectively prevent sliding in the same direction. As a result, when the building unit 20 is transported, it is possible to preferably prevent the jig body 31 from shifting in the front-rear direction on the loading platform 51.
[0057] Also, although the jig body 31 is less likely to shift in the left-right direction of the loading platform because the hanging plate portion 34 is arranged outside the side plate portion 53 of the loading platform 51, it is considered that the jig body 31 is more likely to shift in the front-rear direction of the loading platform than in the left-right direction of the loading platform. Therefore, in view of this point, the significance of obtaining the above-described effect of preferably preventing the jig body 31 from shifting in the front-rear direction by the rubber sheet 44 is great.
[0058] When the building unit 20 is transported by truck, the displacement of the column base plate 24 is regulated by the regulating portions 41 and 42. In this case, since the displacement of the column base plate 24 is regulated by the regulating portions 41 and 42 in addition to the pin portion 35, it is possible to avoid the concentration of the load only on the pin portion 35 in regulating the displacement, and as a result, it is possible to suppress the pin portion 35 from being damaged.
[0059] When the track is being transported, it is assumed that the column base plate 24 (and thus the building unit 20) may shift in the left - right direction or the front - rear direction. In this regard, in the above - described embodiment, as the restricting parts 41 and 42, a first restricting part 41 disposed adjacent to the column base plate 24 in the left - right direction of the loading platform and a second restricting part 42 disposed adjacent to the column base plate 24 in the front - rear direction of the loading platform are provided. In this case, the first restricting part 41 can restrict the column base plate 24 from shifting in the left - right direction of the loading platform, and the second restricting part 42 can restrict the column base plate 24 from shifting in the front - rear direction of the loading platform. Thereby, the displacement of the column base plate 24 in the left - right direction of the loading platform and the displacement in the front - rear direction of the loading platform can be restricted by the restricting parts 41 and 42 in addition to the pin part 35. Therefore, the breakage of the pin part 35 can be further suppressed.
[0060] [Second Embodiment] Subsequently, the second embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, the configuration of the jig 60 is different from that of the jig 30 of the first embodiment. Hereinafter, the configuration of the jig 60 of this embodiment will be described based on FIGS. 7 to 11.
[0061] FIG. 7 is a plan view showing a state in which the building unit 20 is placed on the loading platform of the truck using the jig 60. FIG. 8 is a cross - sectional view showing a state in which the column 21 of the building unit 20 is placed on the jig body 61 provided on the loading platform of the truck. Note that in FIG. 8, it is a cross - section in which the column 21 is cut at a position below the floor girder 23 of the building unit 20. FIG. 9 is a sectional view taken along line C - C of FIG. 8. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state in which the jig body 61 and the building unit 20 are separated. FIG. 11 is a plan view (a) showing the jig body 61, a front view (b), and a side view (c).
[0062] As shown in Fig. 7, in this embodiment, the width of the loading platform 81 of the truck 80 is smaller than the width of the loading platform 51 of the truck 50 in the above embodiment, for example, it is 2250 mm. Further, the width of the loading platform 81 is shorter than the length in the short side direction of the building unit 20, that is, shorter than the width of the building unit 20. The loading platform 81 has a floor plate portion 82 on which the building unit 20 is placed, and side plate portions 83 extending downward from both ends in the left-right direction of the floor plate portion 82, respectively.
[0063] As shown in Figs. 7 and 8, two jigs 60 are provided on the loading platform 81 of the truck 80. Among the two jigs 60, one jig 60 is provided for two columns 21 arranged on the front side in the front-rear direction of the loading platform among the four columns 21 in the building unit 20. Further, the other jig 60 is provided for two columns 21 arranged on the rear side in the front-rear direction of the loading platform among the four columns 21 of the building unit 20.
[0064] As shown in Figs. 8 to 11, the jig 60 includes a jig body 61 provided on the loading platform 81 and a fixture 62 for fixing the jig body 61 to the loading platform 81. The jig body 61 has a mounting plate portion 63 and a pair of hanging plate portions 64. The mounting plate portion 63 is formed in a long flat plate shape by a steel plate. The mounting plate portion 63 is placed on the floor plate portion 82 of the loading platform 81 with its longitudinal direction facing the left-right direction of the loading platform.
[0065] Each hanging plate portion 64 is provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting plate portion 63, respectively. Each hanging plate portion 64 is formed in a flat plate shape by a steel plate. Each hanging plate portion 64 is arranged to extend downward from the mounting plate portion 63, and the upper end portion is fixed to the mounting plate portion 63 by welding. Further, the hanging plate portions 64 are arranged to face each other.
[0066] Each hanging plate portion 64 is disposed outside each side plate portion 83 of the loading platform 81. The mounting plate portion 63 has a pair of extending portions 63a that extend outward in the longitudinal direction from each hanging plate portion 64. These extending portions 63a serve as protruding portions that protrude outward in the left-right direction of the loading platform from above the floor plate portion 82. Further, on the lower surface side of each extending portion 63a, a triangular reinforcing plate 66 that connects the extending portion 63a and the hanging plate portion 64 is provided.
[0067] On each extending portion 63a, two columns 21 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction of the loading platform in the building unit 20 are placed. In this case, on each extending portion 63a, the column base plates 24 of those two columns 21 are placed. Further, each extending portion 63a is provided with a pin portion 65 that protrudes upward. Each pin portion 65 is inserted downward into a hole portion 37a of a protruding portion 37 of the column base plate 24. Thereby, displacement (regulation) of each column 21 is prevented. Note that the pin portion 65 corresponds to a "protruding portion".
[0068] The fixture 62 is provided for each hanging plate portion 64. The fixture 62 includes a flat fixing plate 67 disposed opposite to the hanging plate portion 64 with the side plate portion 83 of the loading platform 81 interposed therebetween, and a bolt 68 and a nut 69 provided on the fixing plate 67. The hanging plate portion 64 and the fixing plate 67 extend downward from the side plate portion 83, and the bolt 68 and the nut 69 are provided on the extended portions of the hanging plate portion 64 and the fixing plate 67. The nut 69 is welded and fixed to the surface of the fixing plate 67 on the side opposite to the hanging plate portion 64 side. The bolt 68 is fastened to the nut 69 through the hanging plate portion 64 and the fixing plate 67. By fastening such a bolt 68, the side plate portion 83 and the hanging plate portion 64 are collectively clamped by the head of the bolt 68 and the fixing plate 67, and the jig body 61 is detachably fixed to the loading platform 81 by such clamping.
[0069] Note that a rubber mat 71 for anti-slip is interposed between the hanging plate portion 64 and the side plate portion 83. Similarly, a rubber mat 72 for anti-slip is also interposed between the side plate portion 83 and the fixing plate 67.
[0070] Next, the flow when transporting the building unit 20 by the truck 80 using the jig 60 described above will be described.
[0071] First, a preparation step of preparing a plurality (two) of jigs 60 provided for each column 21 of the building unit 20 is performed.
[0072] Next, for each jig 60, a jig fixing step is performed in which the jig body 61 is placed at the location of the column 21 on the loading platform 81 of the truck 80 (see FIG. 7), and in this arranged state, the jig body 61 is fixed to the loading platform 81 by the fixing tool 62. In this step, each hanging plate portion 64 of the jig body 61 is fixed to the side plate portion 83 of the loading platform 81 by the fixing tool 62.
[0073] Next, a unit placing step of placing the building unit 20 on the loading platform 81 of the truck 80 is performed. In this step, for each column 21 of the building unit 20, while inserting the pin portion 65 of the jig body 61 into the hole portion 37b of the column base plate 24 from below, the column base plate 24 is placed on the placing plate portion 63 of the jig body 61 (see FIG. 8 etc.). Thereby, the building unit 20 is placed on the loading platform 81 via each jig body 61.
[0074] Next, a transporting step of transporting the building unit 20 placed on the loading platform 81 to the construction site by the truck 80 is performed. After transporting the building unit 20 to the construction site by the transporting step, a unit unloading step of unloading the building unit 20 from the loading platform 81 is performed. After this step, a jig removing step of removing the jig body 61 of each jig 60 from the loading platform 81 by loosening the fixing tool 62 of each jig 60 is performed.
[0075] According to the configuration of the present embodiment described in detail above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
[0076] In the jig 60, the column base plate 24 of the column 21 is placed on the upper surface side of the mounting plate portion 63 of the jig body 61, and the pin portion 65 provided on the mounting plate portion 63 is inserted into the hole portion 37b of the column base plate 24 from below. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the column 21 of the building unit 20 from shifting in the horizontal direction, and as a result, it becomes possible to transport the building unit 20 in a stable state.
[0077] Further, the hanging plate portion 64 of the jig body 61 and the side plate portion 83 of the loading platform 81 are collectively clamped by the fixture 62, so that the jig body 61 is detachably fixed to the loading platform 81. In this case, it becomes possible to attach the jig body 61 to the loading platform 81 of a general truck 80. Therefore, it becomes possible to transport the building unit 20 by a general truck 80.
[0078] The jig body 61 has a long mounting plate portion 63 and a pair of hanging plate portions 64 provided on both end sides of the mounting plate portion 63. The pair of hanging plate portions 64 are respectively arranged outside the side plate portions 83 of the loading platform 81 and fixed to the side plate portions 83 by the fixture 62. In this case, it is possible to surely prevent the jig body 61 from shifting left and right when transporting the building unit 20.
[0079] Also, on the mounting plate portion 63, the column base plates 24 of the columns 21 adjacent to each other in the left - right direction in the building unit 20 are respectively placed. A pair of pin portions 65 provided on the mounting plate portion 63 are respectively inserted into the hole portions 37b of these column base plates 24. In this case, it is possible to prevent the displacement of the columns 21 adjacent to each other left and right by using one jig body 61. For example, when providing jig bodies 61 individually for each of the columns 21 adjacent to each other left and right, an operation for adjusting the positional relationship between these jig bodies 61 occurs. However, according to the above - described configuration, such an operation does not occur, so that the transportation operation of the building unit 20 can be facilitated.
[0080] The mounting plate portion 63 has an extending portion 63a that protrudes from the loading platform 81 in the left-right direction of the loading platform, and the column base plate 24 of the column 21 is placed on the extending portion 63a. Thereby, even if the length in the left-right direction of the loading platform 81 (the width of the loading platform 81) is smaller than the length in the left-right direction of the building unit 20 (the width of the building unit 20), the building unit 20 can be transported by the truck 80.
[0081] [Other Embodiments] The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may be implemented, for example, as follows.
[0082] ·In each of the above embodiments, the pin portion 35 is inserted into the hole portion 37b formed in the protruding portion 37 of the column base plate 24, but the pin portion 35 may be inserted into the hole portion 37a. Further, the pin portion 35 may be inserted into the hole portions 38a and 38b formed in the protruding portion 38 of the column base plate 24. Furthermore, the pin portion 35 may be inserted into the hole portion formed in the portion directly below the column 21 in the column base plate 24. In any case, displacement of the column base plate 24 can be prevented.
[0083] ·In the jig body 61 of the second embodiment, the mounting plate portion 63 has a pair of extending portions 63a, but the mounting plate portion 63 may be configured not to have such an extending portion. And the jig body having such a configuration may be provided, for example, on the loading platform 51 of the truck 50 of the first embodiment. In this case, the jig bodies are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the loading platform 51. Then, two columns 21 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction of the loading platform in the building unit 20 are placed on each jig body.
[0084] ·In the first embodiment, the length of the jig body may be made longer than the length in the long side direction of the building unit 20, and two columns 21 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction of the loading platform in the building unit 20 may be placed on the mounting plate portion of the jig body. In this case, a pair of jig bodies will be provided on the left and right of the loading platform 51.
[0085] · In the above-described first embodiment, the jig 30 (jig body 31) was provided for each column 21 of the building unit 20. However, this may be changed so that the jig 30 is provided only for some of the columns 21 among the columns 21. For example, it is conceivable to provide the jig 30 only for two columns 21 that are diagonally located with respect to each other among the columns 21. Also in this case, it is possible to place the building unit 20 on the loading platform 51 in a stable state. In this case, for the remaining two columns 21 where the jig 30 is not provided, it is conceivable to interpose a spacer or the like between the column base plate 24 of the column 21 and the loading platform 51.
